This regarding my vodafone mobile no. [protected]. I received my vodafone bill last month and found that it was a little higher than usual. Over analysing the same found that there was an additional charge of 75Rs. added to the bill for itemised bill (VAS). I called up vodafone customer care and the it was answered by the customer care agent named Sonali. I informed her about my grievance and hence was informed that the it is because of vodafone decision to charge the customer for itemised billing, to this my response was that I never specifically made any request to vodafone to give me or not give me itemised bill and would not accept the charges. In response to that the above the agent said that she would take a request for reversal of the cahrges along with the taxes applicable and gave me the complaint id no. as[protected] and also informed me to send an sms to vodafone requesting cancellation of itemised billing which was done. All these events unfolded on 4th August 2015 and as requested by her I paid my bill for that month. Few days back I received my vodafone bill again for last month and in good faith I paid the same as well but when checked today I found that I have again been charged 75Rs. for itemised bill and no reversal has been made. Again i was compelled to talk to customer care, spoke to CC Agent Salma and had to go through the same ordeal, explaining the whole situation and was told that there was no such sms received for cancellation, to which i requested to speak to her supervisor. Finally got to speak to the supervisor and had to all over again explain my grievance and to my utter disbelief I was told that as a favour they would do the reversal but only for a month period and not for 2months. But when was threatened to contact consumer forum they said that the request been lodged for 2months reversal but cannot promise the same to be complied.     Hi. i m new in ncr. i have taken vodaphone number and submit all required documents. But service dealer submit my address 76 to 67. i attended the customer care number for a week and every time tell them mine correct address. but one day they barred my outgoing calls. from last week i am calling them to verify my address again and start my new. cz m in new ncr and i given my new no all. but vodaphone employees don't have enough time to resolve this issue . But i am suffering from last one week.

      I have been requesting Vodafone to increasing credit limit to 2000 from 600 ...I have called up executives, and sent sms's, emailed them but to no use ..a executive even called me and I told them ...about it ...now what should I do, I don't know ..its been 2 months I cannot use my SIM ...Vodafone sucks big time ...never buy Vodafone ...worst customer serive ever

        These netwrk providers get so much money frm us people. But still they cannot provide us a better and satisfactory service. Guwahati being a city, it must get a full network coverage in each and every corner. But it is so difficult to a mere 2g network in most of the important places. Really Vodafone atlest give us a gud network. Very unhappy with yr service

          This is to inform you that my vodafone no is [protected]. I will recharge net pack 147/- on dated 25/08/2015 but internet not working. Then i will recharge top up 10/- on dated 27/08/2015 .             I have had bitter experiences with these Glamour packs.Rs.90 deducted for no reason(mobile # [protected]). Customer care guy says that i clicked on some ad while browsing and its solely my mistake and money can't be refunded.This is so absurd.They don't have any details on which ad i clicked and from which website.Neither did i receive any confirmation request before deducting money . Another customer care support guy went on to add that it is a third party service and vodafone has no control over it. If thats true why would money be deducted from my Vodafone balance .Never expected vodafone to play such cheap tricks.Shame on u Vodafone for stooping so low to make some cheap money.

              I called to Vodafone customer care regarding my mobile number issues. I am using a Vodafone postpaid connection and applied to connect with a free number but customer care executive told me that this facility is not available with your existing Vodafone plan. I have applied before 2 weeks than customer care executive told me that we have registered a number and it will be work after 48 hours and you will get a confirmation call but i didn't get any call by next one week and was awaiting to use my phone when i call to customer to get my confirmation that i can use calling registered number than customer care executive told me that this facility is not available with your existing Vodafone plan and we can't activate it now but after few minutes i connected my call again with Vodafone customer care and they listen politely and resolved my issue and provide me activation confirmation that we have activated this facility on your number.

              I requested you to fire this customer care executed who did misguided me and try to do out from Vodafone because after listening his work i was not interested to continue with Vodafone and was trying to switch with other network provider.

                I just got vodafone plan of rs 399/- . My Mobile number is [protected]. They gave me 1GB free 3G internet. and by default they set my credit limit to 1500rs. I used 1GB of my data. Vodafone blocked my outgoing service. I called customer care. Executive told me u have used 4300Rs/- of services. which are greater than by my default credit limit. I again asked give me the details about usage of 4300Rs/- service. They gave me so much funny answer, that in vodafone if you use 1GB internet then we count it as a 4300Rs and when your bill will get generate we will give a discount of 1GB as of your plan. It is obvious that if you use your 1GB free 3G data then they will count it as a 4300Rs/-. My question to vodafone is that if you are knowing that 1GB will be 4300Rs/- as per your calculation so why you set my credit limit to 1500Rs/-? It is obvious that anybody who use their service will cross the default credit limit. once again I called to customer care to resolve this issue and start my service again. So they are saying that you need to make an advance payment of 2500Rs/-. Now give me an answer that why should i pay in advance without generation of my bill? or you think that consumers are such a fool person? another funny answer they are giving that you just sms IL and send to 199. after that your service will get resume. Now tell me how can I send this sms if you have barred my all outgoing services? I guess by advance payment from a consumer you want to earn interest of their money. I need a solution as fast as possible you have blocked my outgoing. Else I will spread this on every social sites.

                No solution for the problem. All executives are making different stories. One of the executive is saying you have to pay on pro data rates for first week. As you are a new customer and you will not get 1GB internet instead of that I can use 250mb 3G data and rest of the data of 1gb will be charged as a pro data rates. Now tell why you didn't told me these things while giving me a plan. At selling time you said I will get 1gb 3g and now you are saying I need to pay 3600rs for pro data rates.
                Also when I asked to tele executive why you didn't told me about that pro data rates while giving a plan to me . he replied that you didn't asked. What a way to handle a customer.

                Paid aprrox 600 rs in advance still my outgoing is not started . Waiting for call from customer care.
                Started services for 2-3 hours and again stopped.
                Vodafone is starting services for 2-3 hours after complaining and again barring services. I don't think you are professional. You don't respect your customers

                  My entire main account balance (more than Rs.200) was swindled within 15 minutes on 25th August 2015, towards internet charge even though my internet data pack (28 days) which was activated on the night of 28July 2015, was not expired. In this connection I wish to bring your attention that My internet data pack would expire only on the night of 25th August 2015. Hence I request you to recredit the deducted amount from my main balance account.
                  Complaint marked as Resolved 
                  Their company official came on my mobile and offered to recredit Rs.178 to my balance and I agreed for the same. I asked them to correctly fix the expiry date of internet data pack in future.

                    I talk him abt 251 recharge offer, didnt get an good response frm him, he said uncessory bad langunge frm him, i got only 1gb 3g when i recharge on rupees 251 dubble data offer, but i diidnt get the balance 2gb 3g.for this vodafone customer care executive mr eldo talk bad language. so i want a respone from vodafone imeditely

                      Since quite a few days many of the Vodafone customers in my area are facing issues with Vodafone's network connectivity. Call drops, no call receiving, engage tone will dialing a number are common and increasing every day. My location pin code is 110091, Mayur Kunj, Trilok Puri. Please fix the issues in this area else there would be no option left other than porting the number to some other service provider. My contact number is [protected]. Hoping for a positive reply and more over an action rather than a reaction.

                          This is regarding vodafone filing excess amount for my number.

                          I have made multiple complaints for this issue and multiple calls.Also, multiple emails have been dropped.
                          This had led to my time consumption.
                          Also, the reversal is not been done on time.

                          Every month excess bill is being charged, and I have to keep following for clarity.
                          This is being repeated from past 6 months.

                          Please assist.

                            Requested to deactivate vodafone number [protected] on 17 / 06 / 2015 but request was not completed by vodafone and no actions were taken.
                            Now we moved to united states and dont have any local vodafone number.
                            Registered email id in the system is reshmi. [protected]@gmail.com but was updated by vodafone executive wrongly as [protected]@gmail.com
                            When we placed a request to deactivate via email vodafone is asking to send email from registered number or send sms to 199
                            Sending email from registered number is not possible as email in system is wrongly updated and we don't have access to local india vodafone number.
                            Vodafone employees have come to rented apartment, address given at the time of registration and have harassed all present at that address.

                              My mob no is [protected], on 20. 08. 15 i got a massage from vodafone "your incoming and out going calls will be barred due to non submission of documents" after getting this massage i submitted my document twice. But till date (27. 08. 15) my connection not start. This is my emergency no, i requested to you please help me.

                                A certain glamour zone pack has been activated without me asking for/sending a request for activation of the same. On deactivation of the service twice, in which I have lost rs 35/- and rs 90/- respectively, I'm quite surprised with the theft with which your company operates, in broad daylight! I have neither subscribed for any vaule added services and would not want to for the same. Stop automatic activation of services without any prior notice of the same. Terribly disappointed with your unprofessionalism. Seriously thinking of changing my network provider. A disappointed customer

                                  Vodafone India Ltd. Tower Company - Fraud in the name of setting tower in my land

                                  I, Amarat Lal Khattar, as per advertisement (Indus Tower) in Hindi newspaper AAJ KA ANAND dated 18 Jul 2015, published in Pune (Maharashtra), I contacted a person named Ajay Bhalla on mobile number: [protected] & [protected] for installation of mobile tower. He told me to deposit an amount of Rs. 2975 as security charge in their bank account number:[protected], which is in the name of Mr. Avatar Singh. I deposited the amount in that account....

                                  My no is [protected] and from past couple of months i have been registering complaints about network and 3g related issue's. From customer care to nodal office. At last they told me to change the sim card and charged me 100rs for sim card but even after doing that the situation has become even worse. Earlier at least i used to talk feom my house now i have to go down to ground floor feom second floor to talk. 3g not even working at my place. I am really frustated and wanted to register a case against you guys. Your services are becoming worst day by day. Free advice for people who are rhinking about taking vodafone connection. Please chose other operator as vodafone charges for everything but inreturn gives you headaches and frustatuon.

                                    Dear team This has been highlighted earlier by ME and my husband Mr Jayant Das that there are no services availed for the number [protected].Till date have not recd any single bill against this no still have been paying rentals earlier It was highlighted by your customer care and collections team that the details updated in your database has been wrongly updated the email id was incorrectly updated and no alternate contact nos has been mentioned . becoz o[censored]r error m not interseted in paying rental and hence have already informed customer care and collections team that wont be paying bills and same no needs to be discontinued with immediate effect and reverse the charges asap and confirm Also see to it dont want to receive any collections call .I don't have time to run behind u guys for the same issue again and again, neither have time to visit it Vodafone care

                                      My unbilled amount was Rs 9000/- on 18th Aug, and my bill got generated on 19th Aug and still unbilled amount was Rs 9200/-. I paid my bill of Rs 2400/- on 21st Aug but my unbilled was still Rs Rs 9400/- and my outgoing got started but from 22nd Aug and till today my data services are barred and from today morning my outgoing call are also barred which is very disgusting. Till today just for 6 day for this bill cycle my unbilled amount is Rs 10 000/- after stopping my services from last 3days which is next to impossible. I am doing daily follow up for dis but no result. It’s really disgusting. As per month my Internet usage is more and I have 1.2 G data as per monthly bill plan and I gets booster plans for 2gb. And using due to which my credit limit is getting crossed and I am facing lot of challenges, as my services has been stooped as my usage crossed my credit limit due to which my work.
