I have booked Indane cyilender on 10th Aug'15.Booking no is 502233.I have received SMS from indane that cash memo generated cyilender will delivered soon.cash memo no is [protected].On 20th aug'15 I have received SMS from indane that booking has been cancelled against ur no 502233.My qus is why my booking has been cancelled & why not received cyilender. I am very trouble for empty gas.kindly do the needful.

    I charged my Vodafone mobile [protected] through paytm.This is my Order No [protected] 23 Aug '15 11:59 am. But my phone didn't get credited and balance deducted from my bank account. The message shown after the payment was "Payment of Rs. 149 received by Paytm and Waiting for operator confirmation. Pls do the necessary action and make a solution for my problem very soon.

      I was using the Vodafone prepaid connection having number [protected]. I changed it to postpaid and submitted all the documents at Vodafone office Margao on 12/08/15. But till now my outgoing calls are Barred. If asked to customer care they gives the reason of negative verification. But after visiting Vodafone office four times each time they told me verification is already completed and number will be activated within one hour. But till today (20days since purchasing postpaid sim) services not being activated. I have visited local Vodafone office four times but each time they are not resolving my problem. My details: Name.       After complaining five times at last I logged complaint against Vodafone on consumer complaint forum. I had purchased postpaid connection on 8th august. But my connection got activated on 25th august as soon as I logged complaint on this website on 23rd august

      My mobile is always ON. So how can you say that you tried to call me? Other incoming calls are coming. And whenever I do outgoing calls the voice tone runs as my services are barred for non-payment of bill. But when I check the bill it shows as zero. I have purchased the post-paid Sim on 04th of August but since then my outgoing services are barred. When asked to customer care they replies sometimes as negative verification. Or sometimes says verification is completed and services will get activated within one hour. But since I purchased post-paid card I couldn't make any outgoing call. But your company will charge full month bill to me. Sometimes your executives tells the details provided by me doesn't matches as per their record. But I have provided you valid documents as a proof. If details are not matching then its your fault that your executive uploaded faulty details. He can upload the correct details mentioned in proof submitted my me. Each time when I complains your executive provides me new request number and new time or date for resolution of my problem. But not a single time my problem is resolved. I am providing you request numbers regarding this problem. Please let me know about when it will get resolved. Request no. 11485182,[protected], 11485182,[protected],[protected].

        I have recharged with V2V Recharge, but when I try to use it, I am not able to. To which the consumer service operator(Sachin) told that over a roaming pack minutes pack cannot be applied, whereas I don't see any conditions given regarding this. And above that the consumer care operator didn't handover the call to his senior nor gave any further detail to file a complaint with Vodafone.

          Hi, this is inform to u that my vodafone number is [protected] is running from last few years . now i need 3 to 4 months incoming deatil of this number ( specially:- 21 june 2015 -- incoming detail) and i went Vodafone store ( kurukshetra ) and they r saying that we have only outgoing detail but i need incoming deatil and they r also saying that u can take by police department and i went also polive staion but they told me that we can not provide this facility and they r also saying that number is vodafone company, service is vodafone company and system is vodafone company and now i want to know that where will i go ? plz help me for this matter regards yogesh kumar

              Hi, My name is Dharmendra Chaubey.I live in New Ashok Nagar are of Eastern Delhi. I am using Vodafone number for last 6 years.Till recent there was not any problem with signal.Everything was good.However for the last 15-20 the signal has been pathetic. There is hardly one or two points of network and when I dial any number it goes more down and I am not able to talk comfortably.There is a lot of disturbance, I am not able to hear properly tge what the other person on the other side is saying.There are frequent call drops also.It is not so that the network is bad all around me.when I go in other areas it works fine however It does not work when I am at home as it used to work before two weeks.Kindly solve my issue because it is causing me loss of money as well as mental harassment as I am not able to talk to my family and friends properly.If I want to talk to someone then I need to go out in an open area.You should provide your service up to the mark at least in NCR reign.                 I bought a data card dongle bearing no.-[protected] two months back from vodafone store at ASANSOL(W.B.).But unfortunately it is not working from very first day because of low signal strength. I went to store complained, no use, also i mailed several times at KOLKATA office but of no use every time they are telling we will solve your problem but of no use and unnecessary i am paying bill.                   I had Relocated to Delhi Permanently from Karnataka ( Bangalore ) in January' 2015. I had requested Vodafone at the Customer Care Number, Nodal & Appellate Level for a New Connection. Its been 7 Months, and till date there has been No Response from Vodafone, Delhi & Gurgaon Levels !! Seriously attrociuos Customer Service from an Organization like Vodafone ! As shared above, considering i have Relocated to Gurgaon, I also need a New Local Vodafone Connection. I had requested Vodafone to send the customer service personnel to visit my house & get related documents like address proof etc, but even after '7' months, there has not been even a single response. When i contact, Nodal Karnataka, the action is so prompt & Immediate, why within the same organization, there is such change in Customer Service attitiude, when it comes to Delhi-NCR, Haryana ? Finally after Repeated Mails, I got a New SIM in August'15. However, now when I get the New SIM & Number, because of some Incompetency of some Vodafone operator, I am being asked to Call for Tele - verification again and again ?? On 11th August'15, at 18:14 pm Full Tele Verification Details were Given. When till 21:00, Number was not Activated I had again called to verify the Status. However to my Irritation, I was told to again Verify the Details ?? Which I did not because I was Frustrated for the same thing we repeated again !! How many times does Vodafone want the Customer to Verify the details, when Services from your Organization stands Incomplete and Incompetent to Finish a Customer Task or Service in 1 go !!! I have shared the Details in writing to Vodafone also ( same details as Tele-Verification ). There will be No More Tele Verification Calls from me. Had enough of Repetitions. If Still Vodafone cannot provide Services, inform the same as I have No Issues in Moving to Airtel, where Atleast I will not be Harassed for Repeatedly for the Organization Incompetency. !! This is Absolutely Atrocious and Shameless for a Customer Oriented Organization like Vodafone !! If the Appellate Authority has even the Slightest meaning for the Definition of Customer Care, the Appellate Authorities should Call and make sure the Connection is Activated at the Earliest. Today, the 22nd August'15, when i helplessly again called up Vodafone for Tele-Verfication, I was Told though the Number is Not Activated the Billing Cycle has started from July'15. The Mobile Number even after Repeated Messages, Mails & Calls has not been Activated, but the Billing Cycle is Activated ?? I WILL NOT PAY VODAFONE A PENNY & I WANT to Penalize the Organization & for the Pathetic Services & Harrasing the Customer.

                    I have complaint 10-15 times for network and have been listening the same thing. User from last 10 yrs but network is like third class. Did not get resolution not satisfied at all. Please check at the g floor it says no service or 1 signal bar. I have 12 Vodafone connection I will have to port it. I think Vodafone is not good will not suggest anyone to buy Vodafone connection at all. Thanks Aakash

                        In April's bill for my number 3G data plan of Rs.450 was changed to Rs.850 without my consent. Asked several executives over calls and emails, no one gave the reason. They stopped services for non payment in June wherein I waited for the reason before making payment. Each executive had a new answer. Finally to put an end I paid Rs.3880 for the time I used the services. However Vodafone kept billing me post stopping service and now haunting me to pay another Rs.1, 528.99. This is unethical. And also till date I have not got an answer for tariff change. I have always been patiently replying to their reminder emails asking the same thing but all they need is money not bothering about consumer satisfaction

I gave my port code to your representative. Then he lost it and called me again, i gave but my no. was not converted to Vodafone. Now i want return for this. My Problem is that My Vodafone no. [protected], started since many days every kind of verification had been done, after using connection near about 20 days and Above suddenly my line got Barred on 21/08/2015 at 12.30pm(Approx.) Since yesterday i called vodafone representative who gave me VODAFONE CONNECTION, contact No: Shrikant [protected] and also Amit sir LEAD MPCG [protected], however my Number is still barred, now who is going to help me. I have only this contact no. which is personnel my family person and official person also call me on this number and the no. got barred suddenly without any intimation. Vodafone representative told that verification had been failed as land lord said i don't stay there the person who verified gave or noted false statement as such i know, because my landlord gave every information correctly when he was giving information to the verifier i was on call with my landlord named MR. Shanker Rao. Ok if i take everything thing that number need to be verified which was 100% verified, if voda number [protected] had not verified so how it was in service more then 20 days then .                                   I have been charged 2800 INR in my last month bill for internet usage. I have been continuously using Vodafone pre-subscribed Data pack. Last month I was out of state and continuously receiving message that you can surf internet free without additional roaming charges if you are already subscribed DATA pack. I have filed complaint at vodafone cutomer care and came to know because o[censored]navailability of vodafone network my phone automatically switched to IDEA's network so they charged me such huge amount and charges are correct. But i never received any message that which network i was using and for what duration. This is totally unacceptable and unfair, it is their fault they should have informed me via message/call if any network switch occured. Could you please help me out.

                                    They never answer the calls. I was kept waiting for almost an hour and ultimately had to cut the call without my query being answered. The customer service representatives do not talk politely. It seems Vodafone has got more customers than it can handle. Will never take a Vodafone connection any time as customers are no more important to them and customer service is a history

                                      I got ported to Vodafone from Idea on 15th of Aug and since then I have been having issues with the network on my mobile phone. I reside in S.R. Nagar, Hyderabad and when I'm in my locality I have problems making calls to my friends and relatives on another network and likewise they have problems reaching me. The message would be either "out of coverage area" or "network not reachable". I have also subscribed to 3G services but even 3G doesn't see to be working fine. Out of our locality the calls are better but 3G serices have the same problem. I reached out the customer care the very next day and since them I have been continuously following up with them for the resolution but in vain. I have to say I have witnessed the most irresponsible and careless behaviour from the vodafone customer care. They have no care or concern towards the customers problems. I opened a case with them with reference #[protected] and they have just closed the case without my consent and when I asked them whether they are not supposed to check with customer before they close the case, the only reply i got was they don't care what I think or expect and would just follow their process. This is just absurd and they proved themselves to be useless and worthless. I'm fed up with calling the customer and already working on switching to a different network. I've realised that I made a mistake choosing Vodafone. Thanks. -Ramesh Ayyagari

                                        This is to inform you that on29.08.2015 at13:39PM a fraudulent transaction of Rs 4999/- in my debit card[protected] took place through your vodafone bill desk Mumbai. I have immediately lodged a complaint with my Banker SBI and informed them this is a fraudulent transaction.I request you to kindly refund this amount as I do not hold any vodafone account number. An early resolves of the settlement is solicited.
