I am getting frequent calls from an unknown number. When answered, they were blank. When I returned the call, nobody answered. The second time it said 'this number does not exist'.     Hi, My number is [protected].From last two months I am visiting Vodafone store of Malad west for conversion of my postpaid to prepaid.But unfortunately vodafone executives are not at all helping.Its been two months I am hearing that system is under upgrading and hence they cannot take my request.I am fed of visiting vodafone store.And the height is that the executives are suggesting to switch to other service provider.It seems that Vodafone stops valuing the customers and doesn't want to retain the old customer.It's a very bad experience with vodafone. Even I mailed the twice but haven't received any response from them.Vodafone doesn't even bother to reply to their customer.Its ridiculous. Gaurav

      After using 3 postpaid no of vodafone since last so many years, I am fed up with the service provider, in spite of calling so many times they are not bothered at all. They changes the terrif plan on there own, asking for bill payment without even bill is dispatched, set the credit limit on there own, not fulfilling the commitment made at the time of purchasing new connection.

        Hi Team, I am Vodafone user from my past 6 years. Today in afternoon i enabled my cellular data and open the browser where by default page is Google.com. when i entered the web page address www.shuttl.co.in in google page it's showing loading and loading only as internet speed was too slow, the loading duration is about approx 2-3 minutes. Suddenly i received 1 pop message where it was showing last session cost Rs 60. I want to know is is a joke or what? How can Rs 60 can be deducted for 2-3 minutes for only surfing purpose.           I went to the Vodafone store in Asansol (South), West Bengal, to get my SIM changed from a normal to a nano SIM. The customer service executive (Mr. Pawan Sharma, FaceBook ID: http://facebook.com/aditya.git) asked me to do a recharge of 25 INR. I went outside to do the recharge, returned within 2 mins only to find him serving another customer. I had to wait for 10 mins before he entertained me again. When I told him about it, he refrained to listen to me talked to me in a rude tone about why i took so long and he had every liberty to make me wait. The tag in his badge said, "Happy to help". I don't think he was happy to help at all. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

            As can be seen in my bill I have been charged for my internet usage where as my plan provides 1.5GB usage of 3G data and post which unlimited usage of 2G, but in bill there has been charges towards internet of Rs. 389.48 which is totally unjustifiable. Also my last month bill was Rs. 503.57 against which I had paid Rs. 600 so logically and even mathematically I should have been given credit of Rs. 96.43 but credit is being provided of Rs. 12.45 only. Which is as good as robbing your customer.

              I recharged vodafone mobile no. [protected] on 20aug. by rs 149 from mobikwik
              d money was deducted bt no recharge was done
              i cald vodafone customer care n he said it was a scheme rchrg so askd me to msg Y to 6789
              i did ...bt no rchrg again
              den i cald again n he said rchrg has failed n d money wil b reimbursed
              today i cald n dey r sayin no such rchrg exists n hence money wont b reimbursed

              also... since they had said that the mobey will be reimbursed...i recharged for rs.147 on 21 aug.from paytm on the same number

                Last month i got excess bill by adding extra cap amounts in bill. so i cancelled by vodafone connection and posted a complaint on vodafone in consumer complaints. i got immediate response from vodafone and they cancelled the connection and refunded back the amount which i got in excess. But my problem is after cancellation also as a settlement amount again i got excess bill. My plan was for 375 and i got as 800 . And my postpaid amount got cancelled but i got 600+ as usage charges. Without using i am getting so much excess bills. Thank god i didnot continue the connection. Please do needfull. I want a correct bill and correct settlement.                   Dear Sir/Madam, My Vodafone 3G /2GB data-throtling Plan was activated on mobile No. +91-[protected] in November?2014 as per corporate plan: "MI_V_Godrej_375_2GB_FU_3G (providing you 2GB 3G data post which at throttled speed o[censored]pto 64kbps) is active on above cited number w.e.f.06/11/14 with service request number 82475544", but instead of that Vodafone has charged me 420mb extra over 2GB data which was supposed to be free in unlimited data usage over and above 2GB data @ Vodafone 2G network as per the Company throtling plan. This was happened in Bill No. 62685459 of period 10.12.2014 to 09.01.2015, Bill date 10.01.2015, Talk Plan: VG_MU_MV_GodrejGrp_111 Bill Paid: 3209.59 Actual Bill Value: 1065.94 Refund Value: 2143.65 + applicable Harassment fine to him. I had made many requests/complaints to resolve and revert against this reversal of paid excess demanded payment but still unresolved after the follow up of 6 months from now. Complaint docket number received so far by Vodafone: 92044960 As per the revised calculation excess payment done is Bill Value-Actual Bill = Excess amount(3209.59-1065.94=2143.65) So, Kindly help me to get my paid refund of Rs. 2143.65 + unnecessary harassment value.                     The value added services are added in the bills. I have not used or activated any of the such services. And my cell phone is not so advanced to use such services. Last month bill also include aroundRs200 plus amount. Again this month also around Rs300 plus charges of value added services. When called to Vodafone care he tells that while Internet downloading i have downloaded such services but my Internet users is around 10kb.

                        I charged my Vodafone mobile [protected] through paytm.This is my Order No [protected] 23 Aug '15 11:59 am. But my phone didn't get credited and balance deducted from my bank account. The message shown after the payment was "Payment of Rs. 149 received by Paytm and Waiting for operator confirmation. Pls do the necessary action and make a solution for my problem very soon.

                          I was using the Vodafone prepaid connection having number [protected]. I changed it to postpaid and submitted all the documents at Vodafone office Margao on 12/08/15. But till now my outgoing calls are Barred. If asked to customer care they gives the reason of negative verification. But after visiting Vodafone office four times each time they told me verification is already completed and number will be activated within one hour. But till today (20days since purchasing postpaid sim) services not being activated. I have visited local Vodafone office four times but each time they are not resolving my problem. My details: Name.                           My mobile is always ON. So how can you say that you tried to call me? Other incoming calls are coming. And whenever I do outgoing calls the voice tone runs as my services are barred for non-payment of bill. But when I check the bill it shows as zero. I have purchased the post-paid Sim on 04th of August but since then my outgoing services are barred. When asked to customer care they replies sometimes as negative verification. Or sometimes says verification is completed and services will get activated within one hour. But since I purchased post-paid card I couldn't make any outgoing call. But your company will charge full month bill to me. Sometimes your executives tells the details provided by me doesn't matches as per their record. But I have provided you valid documents as a proof. If details are not matching then its your fault that your executive uploaded faulty details. He can upload the correct details mentioned in proof submitted my me. Each time when I complains your executive provides me new request number and new time or date for resolution of my problem. But not a single time my problem is resolved.                             I have recharged with V2V Recharge, but when I try to use it, I am not able to. To which the consumer service operator(Sachin) told that over a roaming pack minutes pack cannot be applied, whereas I don't see any conditions given regarding this. And above that the consumer care operator didn't handover the call to his senior nor gave any further detail to file a complaint with Vodafone.

I am using Vodafone number for last 6 years.Till recent there was not any problem with signal.Everything was good.However for the last 15-20 the signal has been pathetic. There is hardly one or two points of network and when I dial any number it goes more down and I am not able to talk comfortably.There is a lot of disturbance, I am not able to hear properly tge what the other person on the other side is saying.There are frequent call drops also.It is not so that the network is bad all around me.when I go in other areas it works fine however It does not work when I am at home as it used to work before two weeks.Kindly solve my issue because it is causing me loss of money as well as mental harassment as I am not able to talk to my family and friends properly.If I want to talk to someone then I need to go out in an open area.You should provide your service up to the mark at least in NCR reign.                                       I had Relocated to Delhi Permanently from Karnataka ( Bangalore ) in January' 2015. I had requested Vodafone at the Customer Care Number, Nodal & Appellate Level for a New Connection. Its been 7 Months, and till date there has been No Response from Vodafone, Delhi & Gurgaon Levels !! Seriously attrociuos Customer Service from an Organization like Vodafone ! As shared above, considering i have Relocated to Gurgaon, I also need a New Local Vodafone Connection. I had requested Vodafone to send the customer service personnel to visit my house & get related documents like address proof etc, but even after '7' months, there has not been even a single response. When i contact, Nodal Karnataka, the action is so prompt & Immediate, why within the same organization, there is such change in Customer Service attitiude, when it comes to Delhi-NCR, Haryana ? Finally after Repeated Mails, I got a New SIM in August'15. However, now when I get the New SIM & Number, because of some Incompetency of some Vodafone operator, I am being asked to Call for Tele - verification again and again ?? On 11th August'15, at 18:14 pm Full Tele Verification Details were Given. When till 21:00, Number was not Activated I had again called to verify the Status. However to my Irritation, I was told to again Verify the Details ?? Which I did not because I was Frustrated for the same thing we repeated again !! How many times does Vodafone want the Customer to Verify the details, when Services from your Organization stands Incomplete and Incompetent to Finish a Customer Task or Service in 1 go !!! I have shared the Details in writing to Vodafone also ( same details as Tele-Verification ). There will be No More Tele Verification Calls from me. Had enough of Repetitions. If Still Vodafone cannot provide Services, inform the same as I have No Issues in Moving to Airtel, where Atleast I will not be Harassed for Repeatedly for the Organization Incompetency. !! This is Absolutely Atrocious and Shameless for a Customer Oriented Organization like Vodafone !! If the Appellate Authority has even the Slightest meaning for the Definition of Customer Care, the Appellate Authorities should Call and make sure the Connection is Activated at the Earliest. Today, the 22nd August'15, when i helplessly again called up Vodafone for Tele-Verfication, I was Told though the Number is Not Activated the Billing Cycle has started from July'15. The Mobile Number even after Repeated Messages, Mails & Calls has not been Activated, but the Billing Cycle is Activated ?? I WILL NOT PAY VODAFONE A PENNY & I WANT to Penalize the Organization & for the Pathetic Services & Harrasing the Customer.

                                        I have complaint 10-15 times for network and have been listening the same thing. User from last 10 yrs but network is like third class. Did not get resolution not satisfied at all. Please check at the g floor it says no service or 1 signal bar. I have 12 Vodafone connection I will have to port it. I think Vodafone is not good will not suggest anyone to buy Vodafone connection at all. Thanks Aakash
