    My number [protected], because of wrong PUK given by vodafone got blocked. They told me to go to vodafone store and ask for replacement sim card. I went to vodafone store and they said you are not the account holder. it is some SMITA PATKARE. Well I dont know who she is. And I was using this number since last 8-9 months and they are saying that it is active only since last 3 months which is not true. My name is NITESH JAGWANI and I was always the account holder hence I should be the one now as well. It stopped working because of sim card getting locked because of wrong PUK provided by them. And online chat on vodafone they say that you were not using it since last 3 months well thats so funny.

      My Vodafone no is [protected]. Vodafone has charged me around Rs. 25000 for making and received around 4-6 international calls when I was on move. Their claim is that I have used data. In fact, I had not enabled data connection at all during the dates of their claim and I was only on WIFI. Their claim is that, even when I use WIFI, they enable/activate data connection even if we do not enable data connection. Following are their contention. This facility I have not asked for. 1. Automatic check for email: Customers who set their device to automatically check for emails in 15, 30, or 60 minute intervals are incurring international data charges, even if no email is downloaded. In case correct procedure of logging out from surfing session is not followed, connectivity with the server does not get terminated, hence leading to data transfer at frequent time intervals. Hence it is advisable to log-out properly before terminating a session. 2. When you use WIFI signal on your handset or device and WIFI signal happens to fluctuate or goes weak, your device will automatically fall back on mobile data and will attract mobile data charges as per data plan subscribed. I re confirm that I had not enabled data connection and did not request for above options/facility. Please look into the matter Thanks Giridhar Advocate

        I am using vodafone Postpaid No: [protected]. I have raised several complaints since many months very frequently only for the same 2 issues. Issue-1 :- Network quality is very bad. Complete call drops/ calls failed. Issue-2:- Missed Call Intimation Services not at all working. Just wasting 30Rs. Monthly Rental since many months. I would like to inform you that, I am finding these problems, only for my particular no. when compared with neighbour vodafone user. Regarding the same I have raised many complaints, but network people are rejecting that, network facilities is not different from No. to No. I don't know how to make them understand. Please help me in the needful

            Sir, I am regular customer of Vodafone since 1998 & I have three sim of Vodafone [protected], [protected], .[protected] & out of which two sim [protected]&[protected] is in one dual sim mobile & I gave request of 3g internet of 175 rs plan in mobile no.[protected] & I never give any request to continue internet in mobile no.[protected] but still company has charged the internet in my both sim of July-2015 bill so pl.deduct the wrong charge of rs.480/-from mobile no.[protected]

              When i done a call to custumber care to ask about internet the excicative was not able to answer my question so after that call end i had recived a messagein my mobile the message was ( HI YOU JUST SPOKE TO UTTAM LAMBHAJI KIRWALE LET US KNOW IF YOU WERE HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE. REPLY TOOL FREE WITH Y OR N) so because i was not satisfied with that call so i replied no after a 5 minute my sim card has been deactivated when i called again to custumber care to ask why my sim has been deactivated they are telling me that you said to deactivated sim but i never said like this i dont know now what to do please help

                I had personally visited Vodaphone store in mid April 2015 and requested for reduction in post paid from 375 to 149 for my 3 sims. The store confirmed that all 3 have been changed but when i got the bill next time, only 2 had been changed and the 3rd was still at old rate. The store admitted to its mistake but has still not been able to waive off the excess charges despite numerous verbal and written complaints to the store, managers and helping besides emails.                   I checked internet offers and found 376 - 2GB 3G and I heard there are some changes in 3G packs to confirm that I called 198 but nobody tended to answer my call I had been waiting for more than half an hour. Then I checked in USSD there I found that 376 - 2GB 3G data with 28 days validity. After recharging I got only 1.8GB. So I called 198 and asked then they said as their details have not been updated yet and supposed me to call after half an hour. I did as they said but nobody attend my call. After two days(today: 13 Aug 2015) called and asked he says as he sent messages to everyone about the price change but still he refused to answer for their mistake in USSD offers list. Daily I'm traveling to Chennai in train but half of the place the network will be not reachable, even if reached net will not get connect (chengalpattu and tambaram station while train stops for 5mins too). I know Vodafone was a great network with decent offers and decent support and decent signal. But NOT NOW. Please resolve this problem and do needful for me. Thank you!

                    Hi, NETWORK SHOWING FULL, BUT THere is no NET and NOT WORKING. I have activated Internet Pack of 249 based on SMS message sent by Vodafone 2 days ago The internet is not working always says page can not be displayed referesh again after refresh nothing happens There is also DNS error when I am opening google.com its normal website forget about other websites I want refund this FAKE internet pack from Vodafone

                      Even after complaining a month ago i have not got my reversal and i have to pay the full amount of bill without reason when i call the costumer care i find the floor manager SAGAR DIXIT I was made to wait for 20 mins and he refuses to talk to me and den i talk to NIKHIL PAWAR who first says i will take u r request and switch on your lines started refusing over it none of my querry is solved last five days my request is only taken and nothing is done.

[protected] On March 12th, I got a reply "Confirming" that account is deactivated as below: [protected]------- Dear Mr. Hazarath, Thank you for your email dated 11/03/15 regarding the concerns raised for your mobile number [protected]. We would like to confirm that services to your mobile number have already been deactivated with effect from 10/03/15. Kindly find the docket number[protected] for your reference. In case you need further assistance, please do call or email us. We'll do our best to help you. Happy to help, Lawrence MYRM Contact numbers Vodafone Care : 111 or +91-[protected] For Complaints/Requests : 198 (toll free) Fax number : +91-[protected] E-mail : myrm.[protected]@vodafone.com Website : www.vodafone.in [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Now Vodafone has started suddenly saying that Number is Active and demanding the amount of 1250.05/- I replied to Vodafone stating their above 'email confirmation'. Vodafone responded saying "we have not received any confirmation e-mail for disconnection from your side.". I did not understand what else the confirmation they need. I sent them "their email" and tried to explain them through multiple emails and no one was ready to accept the mistake. No one from Vodafone considered their past email communication. They were sending me the same response multiple times and demanding the amount of 1250.05/-. On top of this, I received a 'Legal Demand' from Vodafone. I spent lot of time and effort in these multiple email communications. My voice was "not at all" heard by Vodafone. I have experienced extremely bad customer service with Vodafone. Thanks Hazarath

                          Dear sir/madam I had 1gb 2g data on my number ([protected]) but when i activated 3g service on it by sending sms ACT 3G to 141 they have deducted all of my net balance and while i tried to contact customer care the ivrs system says they can't help . So help me in getting my balance back.

                            Before one months I complain for network problem at 19, A.P.C avenue, kol-700030. Before 20 days a representative came to my house for network checking and he said to install a network device in my room and I order this. but we have no receive any conformation mail or device.

                              I am using Vodafone connection from past 5 years. On 31st July, 2015 i got a call from some vodafone executive regarding internet data plan information. He gave me information on an internet plan of Rs.750 with 4GB data on 3G network. At that time i was already subscribed to a plan of Rs.650 with 3GB data on 3G network. He said that the new plan of Rs.750 is good and will give me 4GB data. He didn't informed me that if i apply for the new plan in the end of the ongoing billing cycle then flat rental will be charged. After the call a message was sent to me in which i had to follow some instructions and the plan was activated on my number. I was under the impression that for the current billing cycle rental will be on pro rata basis as no specific information was provided to me regarding the fixed rental plan. Now when the bill is generated i am charged Rs.750 for the whole month of July however i applied for the plan only 1 week back from the new billing cycle. Why will i pay full rental for 1 week? If i was informed regarding the same then i would not have applied for the new plan in the existing billing cycle. I am not a fool to pay Rs.750 for 1 week. Now when i am logging my compliant in customer care regarding my concern then they are asking if i can remember the name of the executive who called me then they can help me. Who is going to remember the name of the executives when in a day a person is getting around 5 to 10 calls from various sales executives? I don't want to spoil my relation with the Vodafone network because till date i did not have any major issues with the network. Please consider my concern regarding the same. In any case i will not be paying the rental of Rs.750 as i was misguided with information from the sales executive. I have also logged the same complaint in Consumer Forum.

                                Vodafone added 149 rental to my vodafone number for international roaming .I am not even holding passpost. They are cheating customer like this only, same thing happen with my wife's vodafone number also. I think govt should cancel licence of these fraud companies.When i called at 198 to complain about this, there executive named madhu said that service have been activated by you only and she dis connected my call.Vodafone is such a cheat company.I will disconnect my number and will never recommend anyone vodafone tushar singhal [protected]@gmail.Com [protected]

                                  Today when I have checked my Vodafone bill for no [protected] I found that I have been charged fro Sports Combo pack which I have never activated.Neither any executive called me and neither any sms request was received by me for activation. When called Customer care they informed that it has been activated by me and that they havent done anything from their end.This is really pathetic.Tomorrow they might charge anything and again claim that I had activated the same and I am helpless. There isnt any confirmation sms on my mobile about the service being activated.Without any sort of confirmation at my end how can such services be activated.Currently I have deactivated the pack for which I have received confirmation though.This is really frustrating

                                  Kindly refrain from posting any false information.

                                  I have already replied to your email which I received today only wherein I have shared the snapshots of the May 2015, June 2015 and July 2015 bills wherein I am falsely charged for Sports Pack which I have not activated at all amounting to 297 INR

                                  In this billing cycle as well I am charged for Star Sports subsccription pack whereas now I also have confirmation about de-activation of the service last month itslef.Pathetic customer rcomplaint resolution.Taking significant amount of consumers production time in office to followup for issue resolution

                                    I ve been calling their customer care number numerous 10 times, they put me on hold or back on IVR and disconnect my calls, since I me calling customer care more than 6 mins I am on hold, i am getting charged, and my phone is going on negative balance They dont take any effort to resolve the issue, instead they cheat customer. Once if a customer makes a wrong recharge, there gone their money, so wht if the customer is innocent. They cheat customer by looting their money

                                      Dear sir, regarding 3g data plan activation in my post paid mobile no [protected], Vodafone customer care has been activated without any intimation /activation request . I have already communicated to deactivated the same plan.but they charges for the same in monthly bill, they activated the plan in my mobile number at 24th of june and deactivated the same at 6 th july, i have already mail to Vodafone customer care for the same and they reimbursed the extra bill regarding 3G pack activation at the date 24th to 30th but they do not agree to reimburse the bill from 1st july to 6 th july, they charges extra Rs 241 for the same in my current month bill, please look into the matter regards jit singha, [protected], [protected]

                                        I had requested for internet booster pack for last month and they told by starting of next month billing cycle the booster pack service will be deactivated automatically. The next month when i started to use internet thinking that data will be consumed in normal pack which was suppose to be ideally the same, but i got a message that data has been charged to booster pack and not to normal pack. My question to vodafone is if my normal data pack had been exhausted and if i had again asked for booster pack then you could have levied charges. This is seriously rippoff to customer. Also The other request which is Mobile Mela service and i dont even know what is that service all about and without my concern you are leving charges to me. Number:[protected]
