Unfair net balance deduction

Complaints against vodafone

Activation of Sports Combo pack without any intimation / request

Activating request without my conern

Money debited from credit card but not credited to my Mpesa account

An amount of Rs 4900 has been credited to a vodafone through billdesk by an unidentified person using my SBI credit card. The transaction was made on 12/8/2015 at around 4:27PM. We request you to kindly verify the transaction. The OTP used for the transaction would be revealed if required. No other transaction Id was received through SMS.
