I have enquired postpaid plan details and changed to 199 postpaid plan (were as per information provided to me it says 600 local/STD min free per month). But when i received bill i saw they charged me for all STD calls. I HAVE ACTIVATED THIS PLAN FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.

    I am using VODAFONE prepaid number [protected] for almost two years, and recently they are activating ADD ON services"mobile mela" twice without my concern, even after I have deactivated once in a week ago around 7-12 August, second time activated again on 18 august, one more service social book also activated on the same day 18 aug, why the networks all in India do this cheap thing to suck the valuable customer money? Do they provide any connection without our concern at the beginning ??not right? Then why once we become customer they do what they wanna do to their valuable customers?? Even the customer service people denied strongly about the first time activation which happen a week ago, so frustrated with the VODAFONE service

      My NO. is [protected] I've been using Vodafone postpaid since 8months. I observed extra services has been activated without any prior knowledge.. This seems very serious issue because 've no other option than to pay the extra amount. Servives 1. MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_FU_3G : charged 250/- every month 2. MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G : 750/- charged I'm fadeup and disappointed with the Vodafone service as a result I need to close my postpaid connection ASAP. Request you to please look into this matter.

        I send a request for porting date 06/07/2015.than next day(07/07/2015) i received call from vodafone costumer care they are giving me offer that recharge rs251/- and get 2GB 3G net pack but when i recharge rs 251/- but i am not get 2GB net balance so i called costumer care they told me that 1GB net balance you will get next month but i am not getting my net balance next month so i called costumer care but they are making excuses...

          This is the second time it is happening that I got a recharge for 1GB 3G data and with normal usage (what's app and other low data requiring apps) and the net pack is shown exhausted within 24 hours! This is a clear cheat, the same data pack goes on for nearly 3 weeks for me. I got a recharge done yesterday and now it is showing exhausted. Vodafone is a cheat!!!

            I have paid my bill but still its showing outstanding. Earlier corporateplan was wrongly uploaded as 199 instead of 375.I was charged wrongly for internet usage.Due to vodfone executive fault I am facing issues. Now that I have paid extra bill which was wrongly charged.Still my services are inactive. Thee issues wit company like vodafone is highly dissappointing. Thinking of changing the service provider.Vodafone is not fulfilling the requirements.

              V to v Rs. 10p/min will expire today subscribe to the same offer again or recharge with Rs 34 like i recd offer i recharge but my call rate Rs 20p/min charging i called customer care 3 time they not response call hold & call disconnected my call then 4th time they recd call & they told it will activated in 4hr till now not activated & your call rate of local vf calls @10p/min wll expire today No time mention i called around 6pm charged Rs.28 for 28 min how would we now it wll expire on this time otherwise y we called & i recharge also before call

                Sir, I have been trying to connect to helplines since the last 6 days but none of the helpline numbers: 198, 199, [protected], [protected] are working for my Prepaid mobile number: [protected]. I had complained of fluctuating 3G data connection due to which I experience continuous switching over from 3G to E (Edge). I am paying for 3G but continuously getting low grade speeds. Even after complaining nothing has changed. I also dislike the fact that being a Vodafone customer I cannot connect to the helpline. I also called [protected]. This time the call was received but the Customer Care Executive, one Mr.Sumit received the call and told me that it was Mumbai Prepaid Connection section and that he could not help me because my connection comes under the purview of the M&G (Mumbai and Goa) section, and that I should call [protected]. But I had already called this damned number almost ten times. Further, I hated being charged Rs.12.50p for the call to this Thus I feel Mumbai Prepaid Connection section. It is indeed shocking and humiliating that being a Vodafone prepaid customer I had to shell money for the deficiency in services at their end. I am, therefore, compelled to complain that I am not at all satisfied by the services. Correct this problem so that I can connect to helplines, as also get the 3G data connectivity rectified. If problems cannot be solved then I may be told of the same so that I can port my number as fast as possible, because it is the service that I vie for, and not costs. Joel Gomes

                  Sir my name VISHAL KUMAR my vodafone contact num is [protected], address. house no 22 guru nanak nagar back side of police station, banur teh. & distt S A S NAGAR MOHALI 140601 PUNJAB, in my phone i have no signal from til 07 aug.2015, , , when i port my num from idea to vodafone i face this problem... all time my phone have no signal..when i am inside my home i face this problem.i call vodafone costumer care many time but they never solve my problem... please solve my problem as soon as possible

                    Hi, I have reacharge with Rs 147 on 15 Aug 2015 for 1 GB 3G data for one month as this offer showing on my mo no [protected] by dialing *121# also vodafone cust support peoples said same(calling no 198) but after reacharge Rs 147 from a retailer benefit not getting. vodafone cust support peoples denied to raise a complain for this issue.                       Dear Sir/Madam, i have purchased one vodafone postpaid number before 8 days from OM SHANTI CELLULAR, vodafone mini store at shop no-7, G.T Karnal Road, opp Birla mill, Kamla nagar, Delhi-07, Voda number [protected], it is not active till now, and i went to his store twice but he is not responding, he is not picking my phone. plz helm me out, it is very very very very very very very very very bed experience, plz take a necessary action agst this Vodafone mini store.

                        On 15th August 2015, when surfing internet on my phone (Vodafone number - [protected]), received a message saying rps 45 has been deducted for activating glamour zone service without taking prior approval from me. This comes to me as a surprise as it made no sense whatsoever and I had not made any such requests. It seems VODAFONE INDIA is finding new ways to cheat customers, when called customer care, they said it has nothing to do with VODAFONE. If it has nothing do with VODAFONE then how can they deduct money from my VODAFONE ACCOUNT??

I have cleared my all outstanding amount billed and unbilled and even i have deposit rs. 150 extra after this i have given request for port in BSNL. After that company make a bill of rs. 2700 and now they r asking me for payment. Plz take care of this matter...

Thereby I changed the number to resolve the issue, but now the person is not an employee of vodafone but has access to my data and is also using my pictures as their profile pictures from few days, sending me abusive languages.                                     Apologies for writing this e-mail for my Number [protected]. Recently on 3rd Aug, I placed a request in Vodafone Wakdewadi Store to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid and cleared all outstanding. For some reason there was delay from Vodafone Side to convert this number to prepaid and my televerification is pending which needs to be done by dialling 117. Now I am travelling internationally in Trinidad, and I wish my number to be activated with incoming & outgoing services. But Since I am not in my Home circle i.e Maharashtra, I cannot dial 117 to complete tele-verification. I tried contacting Customer Care Over Chat, over [protected]/[protected], Nodal Office over email to help me, but no-one was able to help me in getting my sim Activated. As you are aware that after dialling 117, there will Address & other detail verification done from Vodafone Side, and this would be done by some individual and not by system, so I requested everyone to connect me to that number, but all in vain. And my request were kept un-heard by giving me process reason. Complaint Reference Number: [protected] And for every e-mail response, the team is taking 2 working days to reply, which is quite frustrating. I know this is the process to activate any new customer, but I need some other way around to do so. Sending my SIM back to India, just for verification will cost me ~3-4K INR. If you are also giving me same suggestion, then I don't have any other option than to send this SIM to India at my own cost. I need this number because I am using this since 2006 and at all the locations this number is registered for PIN/Security etc. I Hope You understand my Concern and will provide me some fruitful solution.                                       I hd availed the data card plan rs.249 on 12.08.2014 & the same is showing plan exipred on 14.08.2015 where as it should continue for 28 days. in stead my mobile balance was deducted dont.know for what reason. the plan was giving 650 mb i have hardly used 1-2 hrs max. where the mbs gone. earlier on 30.07.15 this has also happen & i thought i might have used the data & mobile balance, but i presume the company is using un fair & corrupt business practice. i even tried to contact the company but got no response over phone & web site, it seems they are just duping the common public. i tried to search the details down load it is showing 14=08=15 at 6 am morning( some thing doubtful) the company should give the particulars transparently & refund the money to me this time & previous time. a details inquiry of all dealings of the company should be investigated. whether i should go for consumer forum for all detail & for refund of money, ihv all company sms my number [protected] sudhansu

                                        I am using a Vodafone postpaid connections number given below and from last 1 year we are facing the pathetic network issues and i hardly get good network coverage there.The network coverage is pathetic. Calls are dropping, internet 2G, 3G not working, also for making a cal we have to go outside house whether it is day or late night. Complaints has been raised several times but no resolution has been given till now. And when i called customer care they are very rude and not able to give the proper solution. please have a NW team visit my location meet me once they are there, so that i can explain my issue. Vodafone is behaving UN-seriousness towards my problem and wasting my time.
