I have purchased Vodafone SIM from a Vodafone outlet on 11th August, 2015 (number: [protected]). Since then, the SIM has not been activated. When I went back on Monday to inquire about SIM activation I was told that it was rejected since the reference contact in Hyderabad (number: [protected]) did not pick the call. However, in reality there was no call made for inquiry to this number. Today, my colleague has received at least 10 calls since morning (3-4 in my presence) to inquire about my details. In spite of him responding every time to the caller, my SIM still remains inactive. I was also told that the money paid by me will not be paid back.
By not providing the promised service (SIM activation) to me after being paid in full and all the details being correct and in order Vodafone is harassing me as well as my colleague both mentally and financially.
Kindly help me on this.
