ON 02.08.15 i recharged wrongly for 104 instead of 102 data plan. i immediately called the customer care and informed about that and they confirmed that the wrong recharge would be refunded within one week. i called again twice to confirm this. yesterday 14.08.15 i called customer care again to complain about the non refund even after 10 days, the call was attended by "danapal" and he did not give proper reply and transfered the call to his supervisor "sathish", sathish informed me that me only responsible for wrong recharges and vodafone would not refund the money in any case with rude behaviour. then why other customer care officials did not said it already? If you want money from me i can give it to you as tips, don't grab it from us. I did not expect this from a reputed network like vodafone which behave like a third rated network who grab the hard earned money of its subscribers. So im not interested in further argument with you and already gave a port request. this mail is only for your information.

    Since last 2 years i am complaining to vodafone about my locality network problem, but they are not responding to the query and advertising there fake tag line "GUJARAT NU NUMBER 1 NETWORK". what is this ?. nor they are providing network and doing fake promises to there customers.

      I have purchased Vodafone SIM from a Vodafone outlet on 11th August, 2015 (number: [protected]). Since then, the SIM has not been activated. When I went back on Monday to inquire about SIM activation I was told that it was rejected since the reference contact in Hyderabad (number: [protected]) did not pick the call. However, in reality there was no call made for inquiry to this number. Today, my colleague has received at least 10 calls since morning (3-4 in my presence) to inquire about my details. In spite of him responding every time to the caller, my SIM still remains inactive. I was also told that the money paid by me will not be paid back. By not providing the promised service (SIM activation) to me after being paid in full and all the details being correct and in order Vodafone is harassing me as well as my colleague both mentally and financially.         Writing this mail with great disappointment that I have experienced by Vodafone services, I joined Vodafone through MNP in May and now am regretting for same .I think that was a bad decision I took by listening to your executive .I have taken plan with monthly rental for 666 /- from 1st month I have faced below consequence .My MOB is [protected] • First 2 months I was not able to pay my dues through online whenever I enter my no for making its shown as my no is invalid as I have done MNP and this issue got resolved only in July after follow-up with your helpline men while there was a charges embossed on my account for delay in payment • On 4th august I have got a message on my mobile stating I have used 80% of data within 3 days of the month. Am quiet surprise to see this message as I was in a remote location in Kerala on 1st 3 days and as usual your signals were very week and I was sure that I have not used this much of data. I called your help line to raise complaint to my surprise executive denied to take complaint .She was very rude and adamant that she won’t take complaint and I have used it .I have told her you see my usage pattern in last 3 months I will get this message only at month end not in month beginning but same went in vein .she was not at all ready to hear what customer saying and sticking to her point .Finally I have decided to cancel your service and I send message for MNP • On 7th I have got a call from retention team from person name Santosh at 11:44 am from this number [protected], the person said to me message was send to me due to technical issues and I have 1349 MB to use in my account and informed he will revoke late charges as its fault at your end .As per confirmation I have agreed to continue with your service however on next day I got message I have exhausted my full data .I have called almost 10 times post same and raised complaint stating I have got confirmation for 1349 data is available to me still same not rectified .I spoke to 3 supervisors Ganesh, Basha n Gabriel and I was also assured call back from their manager Murali.All of them told they will listen to retention call and get back to me almost 10 days passed am yet to hear from your employees. I have specifically told them I will be escalating to all higher level still no body is bothered • And that Last your 3G is so fast as equalent to 2G, I think 2G is better when compared I have raised several complaint still no action I have lost trust on your services and am not sure whether you will also bothered towards your clients. I would request you to stop your adds as you guys all not all bothered to clients .I would request you to listen to all calls made by me to your help line and listen how your employees are interacting with clients and I need action toward all employees who have not done anything what they have promised to client .I will be taking this to legally if am not getting satisfactory response

          I had ported my vodafone prepaid number [protected] into postpaid but i had faced a lot of problem during the obtaining my sim like my prepaid sim was closed but i didn't recieve my postpaid sim after a long discussion from executive he told me to visit nearest gallary for postpaid sim i collected my sim from gallary after some days again my sim was closed again execuitive told me to visit gallary i went gallary again again same problem repeated and i did same process as i explained above once again problem i am facing this problem

            I have use vodafone post paid 375 /- monthly plan since 6 month but this month my bill was created 6428 /- .I complain to the customer care, always he told me to hold please we forward your call to senior ... i wait for more than 15 minute no one receive my phone ...then call ended automatically. my post paid no - [protected]

                Im was informed 1000 times don want GPRS connection by mistakenly pressing, immediately charged Rs.500/ or Rs. 800/ already paid so i want like the out going incoming only, but message is cumming your used 155 MB charges 800/ defiantly reduce the charges, i very lo income family budget income My budget monthly Rs. 250/- only

                    1. Before travelling to Hong Kong on 9th July, 2015, I had activated International Roaming with the plan of Rs 149/- 2. I had specifically asked the Vodafone operator on phone to tell me the name of the Operator in Hong Kong. He did not inform me and he promised that the name of operator in Hong Kong will be messaged / emailed to me. 3. Unfortunately, the name of the Vodafone operator in Hong Kong was never informed to me and only a general msg was sent to me. 4. In Hong Kong the sms messsages sent by me reached the concerned person only after a delay of 24 hours, causing a lot of business inconvenience to me. 5. I have complained to Vodafone in writing, but no resolution / proper reply till date. 6. I am terribly disappointed with Vodafone's international roaming service and I will request you not to charge the International Roaming charge of Rs 297.60 as I badly suffered.                       Hi, I'm sunil kumar mobile number is [protected] actually the matter is I have made the payment of Rs.1000 in Vodafone account on 8th august through the online mode by freecharge.in the same amount will be deducted from my account on same day but still not updated in vodafone's account so I was making calls in Vodafone customer services again and again but they always said that they did not receive the same amount but as per my discussion in bank the same amount will be credited in Vodafone's account on same day through the transaction id[protected] but as per their executive tracking team not able to track the same transaction id.                             Today[protected] I recharged Rs.124.00 which contains data 650mb with 21 days validity. Before recharge I checked in their help line *121#.                               I am facing the billing related problem with vodafone since July. On 15/08/15, I had a chat with one of the Vodafone representative:- Ms Sudha and she advised me that Vodafone has given me the waiver of Rs. 2439 (please find below the attached screenshot) for the blunder vodafone had done and charged me wrong amount for their own mistake. Inspite of the waiver given to me, I was charged Rs.707.39 bill for the month of July. Upon asking the same to a representative, she advised me that she have already lodged a complaint and vodafone will get back to me and resolve it. Complaint No[protected] As I belive that since I was given waiver of 2439, technically I should not be charged the bill unless my usage is more that the waiver amount. Also I was told that till the time the waived-off amount is consumed, my bill will reflect 0 amount.

                                  Dear Sir, I hold a more than 16 year old number with Vodafone: [protected]. Being a loyal Vodafone customer - even though the brand changed hands from Orange to Hutch to Vodafone - I have never been subjected to such humiliation and harassment and agony. A Vodafone number [protected] was issued in the company VGV Agro India Pvt Ltd (not in any personal name) where I was employed as a salaried Director (not owner). I quit that company and joined IMRB International on 1st August 2011. Arrears amounting to Rs.4917 have been pending against the mentioned number [protected] in 2015 on account of which my current number ([protected]) was debarred yesterday. I was forced by Vodafone to pay the entire amount even though I quit that company 4 years ago. They now call me up (some vodafone DSA) and say that the amount paid by me (Rs. 4917 for the number [protected] ) has been credited to the new account - current user of the [protected] number.                                     Vodafone has being cutting Rs 35 very frequently for the services i did not apply. I took this issue to the nearest store and the person started putting the blame on me. He did something on my fone and said it wont get deducted again but it is still continuing. I request an immediate action to be taken ASAP.

                                        Worst network ever in 21st century, network is data network is always fluctuating, every second, can't play online game because of this, and downloading speed of 4g is just sometimes 60kbps sometimes 300 kbps sometimes 1mbps, it is always fluctuating, it take 5 minutes to download 5 mb file lol Network that's all I have to say, until and unless it provides good network I am not gonna use this network from today
                                        Not satisfied with the service of so called Vodafone... worst network...I am using 4G speed internet but it seems it's 2G... very much disappointed Vodafone company I think you should take steps against complaint you should solve our problems... instead doing only publicity... it's just waste if customers are not satisfied...

                                        The worst network ever! Now Idea and Vodafone are together but what makes the difference they both were trash and will remain being trash forever. I used vodafone so many days hoping they would fix everything but no, now I plan to shift to Jio. These people have so worst internet that it's not even worth giving for free. The recharge costs are very high when it should actually cost around 5 or 10 rupees or less than that. Waste of money, time and energy. I want this network to be removed for a better and bright future for India. The picture below should show you how garbage this network is.
