Dear Sir/Mam,
There is a recharge problem with the SIM mentioned above.In June I got it recharged with a pack of Rs.175 which was valid upto 28 days.But there was some problem and it did not work.Then I contacted Vodafonestore, Bathinda(Punjab).I was told that no recharge had been done.There was some problem with the USB stick also.The store people fixed the problem with it.On their advice I got the recharge done again.This time it was done for Rs.349 which was valid upto 56 days.Still the SIM did not work.Then I shifted to Hisar(Hisar) (on July 8) and the SIM started working.However on July 28, I received the message the pack had expired.I contacted the Bathinda store also but could not get any help.Then I got the recharge done for Rs.175.The SIM started working again.I sent an e-mail complaint to vodafone rajasthan.I was told that no recharge of Rs.349 has been done.Kindly find a solution to this problem.

    Hi, It might be a too long story what I've described but its too less compared to what I've been through for the past two months. I have been with Vodafone network since October 2014 and I was a very happy customer until June where my problems started. My billcycle is 7th of every month. I have been using red899 plan from the beginning. In the middle of May, I got a call from cust care offering me the red1299 plan because my data usage was high and I was paying around 200 to 300 for extra data usage. I was ok with that plan and was informed it will be activated from my next bill cycle which was 7th of June, 2015. Later I decided not to go for it because the red1299 gave 4000mins n 2000 SMS along with the 3GB 3G data which I hardly use. So I decided to downgrade to red499 and take an addon for internet. I called 199 on 6th June and ask for a plan change. Initially I was informed that I can only upgrade and cannot downgrade and was offered red1599 which gives me 5GB of data. After negotiating the person transferred me to his colleague from a different team who informed me that it cannot be done from 7th June but will take effect from my next bill cycle which is &th July. I was definitely ok with it coz I am aware it takes 24-48hrs to process my request. So, I was ok to continue with the red1299 for the month of June. On 17th June I got a message from Vodafone that my plan will be changed to red499 w.e.f.[protected]. I didn't want a plan change in the middle of the month and immediately called 199 to check the same. I was informed the person that my plan is already showing red499 in thier system??? I clearly told them to revert the changes and let me continue with the red1299 for the rest of the month. They informed me it would take 72hrs to process my request. In the first place I never asked for a plan change in the middle of the month and on top of it have to wait for 72hrs. On 18th June I had to use my data to skype because I didnt have any other source for internet at home apart from my Vodafone net. I received a message that I exhausted the 512MB in red499 plan and consumed 400MB above it and will be charged for it. I called the cust care again and they informed me that those charges will be waived off as it was a mistake from thier end to make changes in my plan. On 19th June, I was back to red1299 and got a message about it. I called cust care to know my leftover data and was informed I get a fresh new 3GB from 19th June till my bill cycle. I reconfirmed the same couple of times just to avoid any extra charges later. On 29th June, I received a message that I used 80% of my data and had around 650MB left. On 3rd July, I got a message that my 3GB completed and will be charged from now. I called cust care to check if my plan will be changed to red499 from 7th July and the lady I spoke to informed me that the request is already in process and my plan will be changed to red499 from 7th July for sure. 4th and 5th of July I used very minimal data and on 6th July I suddenly got a message that I consumed 600MB more than my data pack.Generally I get a message for every 200MB data that I use above my datapack and this time it was directly 600MB??? I was so shocked to see that message and called cust care immediately to check the same. The lady told me that I have received the messages about 200MB extra usage and 400MB extra usage on 18th June and so now the 600MB message was triggered. She informed me that she'll raise a request and will check the same. I also confirmed with her about my plan change w.e.f. 7th July and she said it will definitely change. I was rest assured that my plan got changed to red499. I got my bill on 9th July and I was dumbstruck seeing the amount. It was Rs.2899 where 1400 was for my plan and the remaining for additional data. Around Rs.1500 for data usage was way too much from what I normally use. I keep a track of the extra usage and I was sure there is a mistake in the billing. I checked the itemised bill and saw that I was charged Rs.200 on 18th June and for all the data I used since 29th June. Ideally, I had to be charged for 4th, 5th and 6th July alone because prior to that I had a data pack which was exhausted on 3rd July. Since then I've been calling cust care almost everyday. I raised a complaint immediately so that it can be solved before my due date which was 28th July. I never got a positive response from them. I was given so many reference or request numbers and the next time I refer to that number they say it doesn't exist??? I have spoken to so many representatives and many of them were rude and also to thier so called supervisors who promise to solve my problem but none of them did. I have the request numbers like [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect... and spoke to people like Vignesh, Somay, Kriti, Sindhu, Ajit, Vijayendra, Supervisor Pradamesh, Dharam, Sindhu, Manager Madhavi... all of them assuring me ut none to resolve my issue till date. I was also informed that my plan was also not changed to red499 from 7th July and I had to contact my Relationship Manager(RM) to get my issues resolved. I called the number they gave me to contact my RM but most of the time it rings but no answer. When its picked up I was informed my RM Feroz is on leave and I have to wait until he returns from leave??? Isn't that ridiculous???? I spoke to Kashnith, Tagrz, Nilesh Palegar from the RM's team and finally to thier TL Aniketh too. All the above people ask me to wait for 48hrs and my issue wil be resolved... I have waited too many number of 24 to 48hrs in these 2 months and nobody ever helped me out. I do appreciate the efforts put in by TL Aniketh in atleast following up and calling me back to inform me that he has escalated my concern to the billing team. I also got calls that I haven't paid the bill though I have a complaint pending to be resolved. My outgoing has also been barred thrice because of this. I have turned into a frustrated customer from a happy one. I've decided to switch to Airtel and am waiting for this issue to be resolved ASAP.

        Respected Sir/Madam, I was working with Vodafone india ltd ( Through Zeus marcom services)Address: Swami Vivekanand Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400062, Phone:[protected].After resignation I have submitted all documents for PF formalities on 30 June 2015. I visited 4times for the same process but they always ask for some different different documents and PF form. But I submitted all Documents as per requirement. But as I checked on website there is no data found for pf status. My pf no is MH/211181/821.Even they are not replying on email. so kindly help with the same as I am very upset with your service. I have sent mail to : [protected]@zeusmarcomservices.com but he is not helping me for the same. If i put any complain on Vodafone social site then it will effect on company reputation and Vodafone is very nice company i enjoyed very much in same company so i don't want to do this. so kindly help me.             Hi, Sir/Madam I Vinod kumar jaju Mob No. [protected] made online payment on 29-Dec-2013 of rs.600 at twice, its debit from my icici bank account (A/C[protected] but it reflect only 1 time.. i given attachment of my statement which is debited, so please update in your data payment of Rs.600 which is i already submitted in advance.. i had given this complaint to your customer care many times but i not got any reply from your side.. when that's types of service we get than how we make advance payment.. and vodafone had very good brand it was unexpected. i request u please update in your data of payment...

              I have requested for the porting request from Vodafone to Airtel. 1st request was closed due to unknown reasons and when contacted customer care multiple times i got the same response as they have to investigate. The porting request was expired and Airtel customer care contacted me for new porting request which i did. The 2nd porting request was also pending after paying in excess to the bill of the month. The 2nd request was also closed without any proper explanation or without informing me. When i called the customer care they said it was closed without any reason and they will take 7 days to investigate. I have not using the number due to the porting as it may impact the billing and might be charged more. Currently the bill is not generated but i am expecting the bill again as VODAFONE were not resolving their own service. Thanks, Vinod

                  Sir, from last few months I am suffering from auto deduction of my balances in the name of different VAS services of vodafone. They say that I am activating it by surfing through chargeable website. As in the case of today I was operating facebook and then I got a link which was showing something informative and when I clicked that link then after redirecting through atleast 5 websites it took me to some super beach models, some hot women. I closed that website at once and then just after 5 mins 45 rs are deducted from my account for 15 days subscription and that too without my any action. This case has been happened to me 2 time earlier also. these people are activating their services by self and accusing me for this. Kindly help me out with this issue.

                      ON 02.08.15 i recharged wrongly for 104 instead of 102 data plan. i immediately called the customer care and informed about that and they confirmed that the wrong recharge would be refunded within one week. i called again twice to confirm this. yesterday 14.08.15 i called customer care again to complain about the non refund even after 10 days, the call was attended by "danapal" and he did not give proper reply and transfered the call to his supervisor "sathish", sathish informed me that me only responsible for wrong recharges and vodafone would not refund the money in any case with rude behaviour. then why other customer care officials did not said it already? If you want money from me i can give it to you as tips, don't grab it from us. I did not expect this from a reputed network like vodafone which behave like a third rated network who grab the hard earned money of its subscribers. So im not interested in further argument with you and already gave a port request. this mail is only for your information.

                          I have purchased Vodafone SIM from a Vodafone outlet on 11th August, 2015 (number: [protected]). Since then, the SIM has not been activated. When I went back on Monday to inquire about SIM activation I was told that it was rejected since the reference contact in Hyderabad (number: [protected]) did not pick the call. However, in reality there was no call made for inquiry to this number. Today, my colleague has received at least 10 calls since morning (3-4 in my presence) to inquire about my details. In spite of him responding every time to the caller, my SIM still remains inactive. I was also told that the money paid by me will not be paid back. By not providing the promised service (SIM activation) to me after being paid in full and all the details being correct and in order Vodafone is harassing me as well as my colleague both mentally and financially.                             Writing this mail with great disappointment that I have experienced by Vodafone services, I joined Vodafone through MNP in May and now am regretting for same .I think that was a bad decision I took by listening to your executive .I have taken plan with monthly rental for 666 /- from 1st month I have faced below consequence .My MOB is [protected] • First 2 months I was not able to pay my dues through online whenever I enter my no for making its shown as my no is invalid as I have done MNP and this issue got resolved only in July after follow-up with your helpline men while there was a charges embossed on my account for delay in payment • On 4th august I have got a message on my mobile stating I have used 80% of data within 3 days of the month. Am quiet surprise to see this message as I was in a remote location in Kerala on 1st 3 days and as usual your signals were very week and I was sure that I have not used this much of data. I called your help line to raise complaint to my surprise executive denied to take complaint .She was very rude and adamant that she won’t take complaint and I have used it .I have told her you see my usage pattern in last 3 months I will get this message only at month end not in month beginning but same went in vein .she was not at all ready to hear what customer saying and sticking to her point .Finally I have decided to cancel your service and I send message for MNP • On 7th I have got a call from retention team from person name Santosh at 11:44 am from this number [protected], the person said to me message was send to me due to technical issues and I have 1349 MB to use in my account and informed he will revoke late charges as its fault at your end .As per confirmation I have agreed to continue with your service however on next day I got message I have exhausted my full data .I have called almost 10 times post same and raised complaint stating I have got confirmation for 1349 data is available to me still same not rectified .I spoke to 3 supervisors Ganesh, Basha n Gabriel and I was also assured call back from their manager Murali.All of them told they will listen to retention call and get back to me almost 10 days passed am yet to hear from your employees. I have specifically told them I will be escalating to all higher level still no body is bothered • And that Last your 3G is so fast as equalent to 2G, I think 2G is better when compared I have raised several complaint still no action I have lost trust on your services and am not sure whether you will also bothered towards your clients. I would request you to stop your adds as you guys all not all bothered to clients .I would request you to listen to all calls made by me to your help line and listen how your employees are interacting with clients and I need action toward all employees who have not done anything what they have promised to client .I will be taking this to legally if am not getting satisfactory response

                              I had ported my vodafone prepaid number [protected] into postpaid but i had faced a lot of problem during the obtaining my sim like my prepaid sim was closed but i didn't recieve my postpaid sim after a long discussion from executive he told me to visit nearest gallary for postpaid sim i collected my sim from gallary after some days again my sim was closed again execuitive told me to visit gallary i went gallary again again same problem repeated and i did same process as i explained above once again problem i am facing this problem

I got a call from your Vodafone care for number portability, i liked your plan and also take your offer but still, i didn't get any response from your customer executive even i submitted my documents and 250 RS.                                         1. Before travelling to Hong Kong on 9th July, 2015, I had activated International Roaming with the plan of Rs 149/- 2. I had specifically asked the Vodafone operator on phone to tell me the name of the Operator in Hong Kong. He did not inform me and he promised that the name of operator in Hong Kong will be messaged / emailed to me. 3. Unfortunately, the name of the Vodafone operator in Hong Kong was never informed to me and only a general msg was sent to me. 4. In Hong Kong the sms messsages sent by me reached the concerned person only after a delay of 24 hours, causing a lot of business inconvenience to me. 5. I have complained to Vodafone in writing, but no resolution / proper reply till date. 6. I am terribly disappointed with Vodafone's international roaming service and I will request you not to charge the International Roaming charge of Rs 297.60 as I badly suffered.
