Using Vodafone from last 5 years in New Delhi circle. I requested Vodafone to put my number under safe custody plan. In starting they were replying with very Illogical responses nowhere close to my request, and also charged me for the number of days passed during this conversation.
Later, after sharing more than 50 e-mails and fighting with the customer care they finally agreed to put my number under safe custody plan and I paid the amount to vodafone, provided them transaction number over e-mail and also received a confirmation e-mail from Vodafone that my number is under safe custody plan from first week of June.
After 2 weeks they sent me an e-mail confirming that they have de-activated my number, and they never received any request for safe custody plan from my side.
During this period they also charged me for the period when I was not even using that number as I am out of India.
When I raised this issue through twitter they replied me 10-15 time that they will contact me, but its been more than 40 days and no one contacted me.
I am having all the e-mail and tweets from vodafone India with their Illogical responses, confirmation e-mails and fake charging billing details also.
I am really busy with my work also and after that explaining a simple thing to vodafone and requesting good service for the what I am paying was like a phase of mental harassment.
I will surely be filing case through my lawyer also in consumer forum if no action will be taken here.
