I am Radhakrishna from bangalore . i have been using a vodafone number ([protected]) from April 2015. i had opted for 499 tariff plan, but every month my plan is changing without my request to change the plan, regarding this i have contacted customer care many times but they are replying saying that i have placed a request to change the plan, i have asked them to produce the proof that i have place a request to change, even i have mailed regarding this issues 3 times to the vodafone care. every time i get a response saying will get back to you, continuously i am facing this problem with vodafone service. now this month i have received a bill of 3999. i have decided to file a complaint regarding the same .

      This is to inform you that on 10.08.2015 at 05:13PM a fraudulent transaction of Rs 5000/- in my debit card 459xxx7948 for purchase worth rs 5000/- on POS 22317740 at vodafone-billdesk Mumbai in txn#[protected]. I have immediately lodged a complaint with my Banker SBI and informed them this is a fraudulent transaction.I request you to kindly refund this amount as early as possible

        R/s I am mayank gupta and my number is [protected], [protected] these two premium numbers i am having in vodafone...these both numbers are of my name mayank gupta.. This [protected] was with BSNL HIMACHAL PARDESH..some day back I visited mini store in Rajpura PB to port my number with vodafone punjab..after some day verification done but my number didnt activated many days..then i contacted mini store they said 2yrs back u were having [protected] no. With vodafone postpaid and ur last bill is pending of amount Rs.310..i was shocked to kno that how it can be possible..as i cleared my all dues and gave request for porting my number to prepaid..My number was in prepaid easily and i had been using my number from last 2YEARS in prepaid.. Then i contacted customer care that what bill is this they said we cant help mini store will only tell..then i contacted mini store they said u have to pay this amount only then ur [protected]no. Will be ported in punjab vodafone otherwise your prepaid number [protected] will also be closed..means how can vodafone close my number..i paid the amount 310rs..and reciept is attached..as u can guess me from my numbers..i[censored] wana contact call at [protected]..I had been chasing so many days for this issue.. A simple reason if the client hadn't paid the bill then why company will transfer his number to prepaid.and when a client ports a new no.           I wanted a micro sim for my smart phone and Vodafone office in Bengaluru issued me a micro sim card which they said will be activated within 2 hours. However, this has not happened even after 10 days. The issue is that Vodafone is unable to sort out why the old sim card is still active when they have deactivated it. It shows as "deactivated" on their computer screen.

            I am customer of Vodafone with mobile no [protected] since sometime. I had 3G services activated on this number and it was working fine till sometime back. Now all of a sudden my mobile internet has stopped. On inquiring I was informed that my GPRS services are barred. I donot understand when I am existing customer paying my bills on time, why all of sudden my mobile internet has been stopped. Further I am really disappointed with their pathetic customer service. 1. I had initially mailed my problem on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com wherein I have clearly mentioned my Mobile no. [protected], BUT BRILLIANT GUYS FROM VODAFONE HAVE REPLIED BACK THEY NEED EMAIL FROM REGISTERED ID FOR VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. I DONOT KNOW FROM WHERE THE HELL THIS NUMBER HAS COME. 2. I called up 199 for this problem and after apathetic long wait and so many menus in IVR, I was finally informed that this SIM being under corporate plan the problem will be handled by 55666. 3. After similar agonizing wait on calling 55666, I was informed that 199 followed by 4, 2 and 9 will only handle the problem. 4. On again calling[protected], I was informed there is some technical issue and same will be resolved in half an hour and I need not call again. 5. After waiting more than 3 hours when nothing happened, I called[protected] again and now I have been informed that I have to mail on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com (which I HAD ALREADY DONE) again for rectification of my problem. Needless to say I am thoroughly disappointed with THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE and careless attitude. I hope after this mail something about this problem is done and error is rectified. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS PROBLEM IS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF MY COMPANY OFFICIALS AND WE HOPEFULLY SWITCH SERVICES TO SOME BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER WHO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER.

              I had made an application for disconnection of no. to customer care as well as vodafone mini store in mayur vihar. they said that the no. will be disconnected within 24 hours. but the no. had not been terminated and they keep on generating bills. now they everday offering for settlement. and nw they are threatening me by terminating the service of my other no.

                I am a prepaid customer. No. [protected]. I am now in USA. I am not using any data packs. Typical message is "Session date:[protected], Session cost:5, 50INR Consumed volume:0.000MB, " THIS IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. Please do the needful." I have not received a resolution to the problem though I have raised a number of times with Vodafone.. Please let me know what I should do to stop this unlawful deduction from my account.

                      Last month I had converted my No.-[protected] from prepaid to postpaid. The procedure had been completed on the 10th last month.I was the of the view that since the process has been completed on the 10th so my 1st bill would be generated on the 10th next month.But Vodafone without any prior notice changed my billing date from 10th to 6th.I'm using a plan where I get 1GB 3G data and after that unlimited 2G data.Since I was of the view that my next billing cycle would start on 10th August so I thought that my new 3G data would be credited to my account on the 10th of August.But since Vodafone changed my billing cycle from 10th to 6th without notifying me or without my prior permission my 3G data was credited to my account on the 6th.Since I was not aware that new 3G data has been credited to my account I kept on using the data.It was until yesterday that I got to know that I have consumed 80% of my 3G data.Now since I wasn't aware that new data has been credited to my account on the 6th of August i demand that my data be returned to me.Vodafone Appellate Authority has denied my request.Please look into this matter.

                        Hello, I am Vaibhav Goel. My number is [protected]. Rs 49 was deducted from my prepaid account balance and customer executive called Krishna told that balance would be refunded in 2 hours. When balance was not refunded, I called back they said that you have to call Delhi number and this is UP-west. Their executive are not even giving the email id on which I should complain regarding this, so I am posting here. Thanks, Vaibhav Goel

                          According to TRAI, I dialed 1925 and clicked on 2 to deactivate internet service. It did not deactivate my internet instead deactivated my internet pack for vodafone mobile no [protected]. You should deactivate my internet service. I activated it back again but my data pack of Rs 33 of 500 MB.I hardly used 25 MB. Now it is bugging me that I lost 475 MB for useless 1925 procedure of deactivation. It is my request to restore my internet pack, failing which I will stop using vodafone services. Dear subscriber, beware of vodafone, they charge you heavily for their data pack and then they try techniques to deactivate your internet pack, so that you recharge again and they loot Again. When you deactivate my internet service, you should intimate that your existing data pack will be deactivated in IVRS voice service. I would definitely not deactivate it. I lost 475 MB for your misguiding IVRS system. Do you think I will recharge again with vodafone after this malpractice? I expect service for my money invested on vodafone and not techniques to annoy me.

                            We had taken an order for 2 PRI connections in the month of May 2015 by two executives from Vodafone.Kanchan and Rinku Banerjee.We were confirmed that the connections would be active by 1st June although official communication they would confirm 4-6 weeks.Its been 12 weeks and we see no sign of the same.Someday they say they are going to give us compensation.And when we demand the same, they threaten to cancel the order.We received the final go live date on 18th July 2015.Its been twenty days since we are yet to receive any information from them on the same.Repeated calls and communication are having the answer now that it would now take month end to resolve the issue.This is sheer harassment as a PRI customer paying close to 40k rent every month I have faced goodwill loss, business loss .However these retards and fool seem to be having fun at our cost.There seems to be no respite and we are going to take the matter to court under any case scenario.I will sue Vodafone India to make them realise that we are not here to be passed around like retards

                                June and July months bills not sent . bills are must for me within time in every month . secondly connection lost every time either speed of 3g network for which we are paying not found.                                   It is intimation to the authority that the vodafone mob. No [protected] is using mobile internet and dowmloading the video without paying sites . On account of that vodafone customer care activated some fusion club services and reduced the balance without user intimation even that site was unpaid. Requested initiate the action against the defaulter creating such activity in the on line services .regarding the activation of services user get the message in the early morning on 05 Aug 15 at 01:30 AM early morning where as the downloading procedure was carried out near by 2100 hrs. The intimation regarding the activation of services should be immediately intimated to the user at the same time while loading and downliading was carried out.

                                    My Rs 30 to 40 has been automatically deducted from my account balance without sending any request to vodafone care . I was downloading the clip without any charges applied for the particular site and in between fusion club service has been activated without user knowledge . The same problem faced earlier also and once again vodafone mobile network care creating the same problem . This time i will file the complain against vodafone in the concerned consumer court. Mob no [protected] date of occurrenc 07 Aug to 08 Aug 15 and transmiiting the activation message during sleeping time i.e 01:30 AM which is violation of humanity also requeted the action against and intimate the mentioned mob no regarding the action

                                        Using Vodafone from last 5 years in New Delhi circle. I requested Vodafone to put my number under safe custody plan. In starting they were replying with very Illogical responses nowhere close to my request, and also charged me for the number of days passed during this conversation. Later, after sharing more than 50 e-mails and fighting with the customer care they finally agreed to put my number under safe custody plan and I paid the amount to vodafone, provided them transaction number over e-mail and also received a confirmation e-mail from Vodafone that my number is under safe custody plan from first week of June. After 2 weeks they sent me an e-mail confirming that they have de-activated my number, and they never received any request for safe custody plan from my side. During this period they also charged me for the period when I was not even using that number as I am out of India. When I raised this issue through twitter they replied me 10-15 time that they will contact me, but its been more than 40 days and no one contacted me. I am having all the e-mail and tweets from vodafone India with their Illogical responses, confirmation e-mails and fake charging billing details also. I am really busy with my work also and after that explaining a simple thing to vodafone and requesting good service for the what I am paying was like a phase of mental harassment. I will surely be filing case through my lawyer also in consumer forum if no action will be taken here. Thanks,
