Respected Sir, i am ninad joshi my vodafone no. is [protected]. i lost my sim card in gujrat on 3/08/2015 and for new sim card i provided all the docs like ID Proof and FIR copy in vodafone store stadium road Ahmedabad. they issued me a new sim card on yesterday noon but my sim card not working still showing the error "Sim card registration failed" so kindly check and get back to me Details my new sim card sim no.[protected] No. [protected] Name - NINAD JOSHI Alternate Contact no.     I have been using vodafone post paid connection from last 5 years. For July 2015 the billed amount is Rs. 2, 160.16 Out of which Rs.1, 506.50 for SMS charges. As per the jodi offer the out going calls and SMS between these two numbers are free. But they charged for SMS between these two numbers. Kindly solve my issue.       Hi. My Outgoing SMS service has been blocked since 05/08/15 I contacted 199 and they say that I would have to register with TRAI I'm just a normal user and why should my sms service be blocked for messaging my friends and family? PLEASE reactivate my SMS service at the earliest.

        I am using Vodafone postpaid Mobile connection since Sep'2013 onwards, , earlier the service was nice, But now they have activated HOTSHOTS Service in 17- June-2015 and MOBILE MELA Service in 12 Aug 2015 without my consent and billed Rs.49 and Rs. 35 respectively to June '15 &Aug'2015 months Phone bill . It was not my mistake, Neither I requested nor I am interested about such type of services. and also I did not pay that particular amount in June month Bill (49+ 14% Tax) and the amount reflected as outstanding in my last month bill, So I request you to take necessary action to adjust the amount from the bill at the earliest.           Hi, Currently i am using 2 Vodafone numbers which are 1. [protected] 2. [protected] I am using these numbers under Vodafone red family plan and i wish to convert them into Vodafone corporate plan for "Eclerx Services Limited" As currently i am working with "Eclerx" i have submitted all the required documents like 1. My company id card 2. Salary slip 3. Photo In your Vodafone Dombivli west gallery to "Saddam Khan" but he is not helping me with this conversion and i am misguided everytime i visit store and asked to wait saying our systems are getting upgraded so we can not give any information on corporate plans. Can you please help me in converting this numbers into corporate plan for "Eclerx services Limited" Also i would like to know which plans are available for same. Please do reply to this email within 2 working days failing to which i will be forced to close all my Vodafone connections and i will encourage my friends and family to do same as i am extremely disappointed with service provided by Vodafone regarding customer care centers.             My mobile number is [protected], while dialing*111# for checking net balance, I went to check the first option and without my consent 40 Rs. Has been deducted by mydala.com stating that voucher has been processed for 40Rs. Cappucinno which will be given free if I purchase any beverage and when i talk to customer care that they send me this voucher without my concern they told me we can't help you will not be refunded because this is is a my dala.com services why they charge without any confirmation Cheap attitude of organization for looting a mere amount of Rs. 40/-

              Sir(ma'am), I got my mobile recharge at 12:30 at night on Friday for free Internet night pack 3 GB, NCR region for one night, soon after that I received a message regarding the same (no information about activation or so was provided), but then deduction of RS 168 was done from my account balance. When i called costumer care they said i should have activated the recharge, (whose information was not provided in the message), and when i asked to make me talk to the authority who could help me with the trouble, i was kept on hold for 15 min(which was really precious for me at that moment), then on call again, i was not answered for around 20 min, and when finally answered it was again put on hold(which i am fine with and completely understand) but then the line was cut after that and I did not cut the line. This made me feel how ignorant Vodafone costumer care service can be for its costumers and this chain of events have really disappointed me.

                Mobile No [protected] was recharged on 02 Aug 2015 with Rs 149 and todayie on 05 Aug 2015 I find 0.01 balance in my account. I want full details of my calls with duration. I am sure there is malpractice in this case since I have not made call even worth Rs 50

                    Dear sir I port my [protected] Vodafone haryana to Vodafone rajasthan in 23:07:15 and net come midnight 01:08:15 Saturday night I done document verification more then 25 times but my number not start till date My daily loss of 7000 rs approximately daily, I call more time Vodafone but executive says start after 15 minutes, 6 hour and last time is 72 hour from Monday 2:30 pm on 03:08:15 Plz do the need full Tganks Brij kishor singh [protected]

                      Your field executive collected all documents to convert my prepaid to postpaid Vodafone mobile number on Monday morning, He committed it will be done in 2 working day, still passed two days I am trying to contact them they are not picking my phone. We don’t have any receipt from their side, when I visited to Vodafone Store Gurgaon, they told me that they did not get any document. am calling them since morning but they are not picking any call. Could you please confirm how can I contact them and raise complaint against the same.

                        I am Vodafone user and my number is [protected]. Actually some months back i had activated 3G services on my number but till time 3G services has not been activated or may be working on my number. I have complained so many times to vodafone about this also requested them to wave or remove 3G charges from my bill but till the situation is same. Last complaint which i registered was on 23rd July'2015 and complaint number is [protected] and it was assured that the complaint will be resolved max by 31st July'251 but till time i have not got any updation from Vodafone. I again called the customer care and always got the same updation that our technical team is working on this and sometimes after 4-5 minutes of hold for checking the status, customer care call dropped. Now pls let me know that whether vodafone needs a 15 days time to resolve a single complaint?

                          Dear sir/madam Presently I'm in Gulf country I use vodafone service 31 July 11.22am I recharge my mobile online . I have 129.37 rs bailance in my sim . 04.08.15 vodafone care send me message Dear customer on account of non usage the service on this number would be barred in naxt 2 days u make a call or sms .. Today morning I check my mobile there is no signal . I search network manual but no exess why like this chiting telecom company. Please check and start my sim service soon as a possible. my mobile number is [protected] Thanks

                            Dear Whosoever it May concern, I have cleared the payment but sill my number([protected]) is not active.The number has been deactivated without even informing me.Is the the way Vodafone treat the customer?I never had payment issues for last so many years this time also I have cleared & I have also shared my alternate number to one of your caller. But I have not received any phone call instead I receive a threatening email which is makes me disappointed with the service. I hope my number will get activated by today if not so I need to file a complaint against Vodafone in consumer forum for disconnecting my number without my permission though I have cleared my monthly rental till January 2017. Kindly treat this with priority.I don't understand how can I not receive a response even after writing an email. Looking forward to your co operation.

                              Applied for number portability of [protected] from gujarat to chennai with same service provider Vodafone, on[protected].All documents have been submitted and all dues cleared (Rs.2587/-) and new SIM card has been issued on[protected] but the same has not been activated till today.Replies from Vodafone are evasive and I continue with old SIM on roaming. Please redress my complaint.

                                Hi, I am Niket Dhruv from Mumbai INDIA, my Account No :[protected]. There are serious issues which I have faced during the last year : 1. I regularly get big amount invoices ( They are really big amount for me ), on finding out the same I call Customer care people to suggest me good alternative as per my usage.They suggest me to change the plans( which I keep doing regularly) but the problem is that they only provide information on Plans which are General while there are some GOOD Plans but those plan information is kept Secret for reasons unknown to me. 2. After getting frustrated I decide to end my long term relation with Vodafone ( I always had a emotional connect with Vodafone also I always saw it is a professional brand which operates in many countries ) and migrate to Idea ( Idea team assisted me in providing comprehensive information about their plans capping the Invoice amount quite substantially as per my usage) On informing Vodafone team the same, they suggest me to go for a Rs. 1299 plan which was never shared with me before ( as if it was as a secret Plan ) and requested me to continue for just another month and see the change.After taking a lot of permission & confirmation from their seniors managers ( which was very weird ) the customer service person on 23th June 2015 informs me that my plan is changed . Finally when I get the invoice today, i get to learn that the plan is the same as old and I get another Big Amount Invoice. When I call Customer Care they inform me that the plan has not changed and you need to pay the Invoice as per Old plan. When I protest that I feel cheated, they inform me after putting me through various channels that the most we can do us change your plan from next billing cycle. Sir, I might a small customer but still I feel any Customer needs some genuine and quality service from the company he has chosen as not only a service provider but also as a partner. I felt that before Quitting Vodafone, I should inform the Leader what is going on. Thanks, Niket

                                  Few month ago i get a call from vodafone call center ([protected]-disha roy) they told me, if i take 2 new postpaid connection then vodafone wiill give me a beautiful offer .details given bellow... 1st month rental -175 After 1st month Monthly rental-99. 500 local, 100sms, voda to voda 10paisa& CUG free. I take 2 new postpaid connection ( [protected] & [protected] ). But i am surprised when i got the 2nd month bill because plan was not changed by vodafone. After that i visited to my nearest vodafone store( Bhiringi more, Durgapur -713213) & told everything to Mr. Touseef ( vodafone store Executive) & he submit a complain (complain no -[protected]) after that i called 3 times to Mr.Touseef but i dint get any positive feedback from him. He is a irresponsible store staff. So please do the needful asap.

                                    23/07/15की रात 11 बजे के बाद IVR के द्वारा (service ragistration नं [protected]) मैने 650 मासिक रेंटल का डेटा प्लान activate कराया ये सोचकर की ये मेरे billing cycle 24/07/15से activate हो जायगा लेकिन मुझे हैरानी तब हुई जब प्लान 30 मिनट activate होकर मेरे बिल मे इसके पूरे महीने का रेंट 650 रुपये लगाकर बना दिया। मात्र 30 मिनट पहले activate हुए प्लान का बिल पूरे महीनेका कैसे लिया जा सकता है जबकि मैने एक भी KB डेटा का use नहीँ किया। आपसे निवेदन है की मेरा डेटा का charge हटाकर बनाया जाय। धन्यवाद। JANUDDIN([protected])

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, My Number [protected] Postpaid to Prepaid. But still no results. As already I was very disappointed from Vodafone services, I have made so many calls in Vodafone customer care to get appropriate services, but I didn’t get then I have decided to port my number from Postpaid to Prepaid. Today is the third day I have submitted my documents at Vodafone store sec-18 Noida, to port my number ([protected]) from Postpaid to Prepaid. But still no results. Please do the needful ASAP.

                                        Below is the complaint letter I have sent to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com Hi Vodafone care, My vodafone postpaid num: [protected] I am Vodafone customer from Ahmedabad for around 3 years now. For last one year I have switched from vodafone prepaid to postpaid after hearing a postpaid plan from Nikhil([protected]) who told me that he is a Vodafone representative. After opting for a CUG plan he suggested, I bought another vodafone postpaid number ([protected]) from him. According to him and another guy named Mr.Tarun Patel([protected]), all the calls between [protected] and [protected] should be free of cost as per CUG plan. But to my surprise it is not happening and all the calls between these two numbers([protected] and [protected]) are charged as per the tariff instead of free of cost. Upon asking them for clarification, they are not giving any proper answer nor bringing the solution. I tried reaching them for follow-up after second bill cycle is completed. They are not taking my calls or rejecting it. I am fed up while trying to contacting them. THEY ARE RUINING THE REPUTATION OF VODAFONE by selling the cards with fake plans. Also, if they are not actually vodafone representatives(Which I have started to suspect), it can be a case of fraudster too. I tried reaching Gurukul cross road Vodafone care of Ahmedabad. They denied providing any help saying it is handled by whoever gave you CUG plan. Expecting help from you now else I may need to seek help from Consumer forum. - Vismay Patel.
