I got my mobile recharge at 12:30 at night on Friday for free Internet night pack 3 GB, NCR region for one night, soon after that I received a message regarding the same (no information about activation or so was provided), but then deduction of RS 168 was done from my account balance. When i called costumer care they said i should have activated the recharge, (whose information was not provided in the message), and when i asked to make me talk to the authority who could help me with the trouble, i was kept on hold for 15 min(which was really precious for me at that moment), then on call again, i was not answered for around 20 min, and when finally answered it was again put on hold(which i am fine with and completely understand) but then the line was cut after that and I did not cut the line.
This made me feel how ignorant Vodafone costumer care service can be for its costumers and this chain of events have really disappointed me.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
