Mobile number not ported from Vodafone prepaid to postpaid

Hi everyone, Vodafone has started a new scheme they call their customers, saying you are eligible for postpaid offer, charge money and number is never ported to postpaid. Their person will keep on saying you will receive call for verification, thinking that customer is fool. Recharge

Sir i recharged 3 ((76, 10, 10, ))from Vodafone recharge site on this date 01/08/2015 by net banking (76, 10, 10, )but recharge was not success. So i called vodaphone customer care he replied me that in 24 hours money will be back in my ac.so i recharged my phone num from flexi (2 recharge 76 & 50 from Shopkeepr).
So as soon as possible i want return extra money which have cut from my ac .(76+10+10=96)....

Amount deducted from my account for an unsuccessful recharge
