Hi Vodafone care, My vodafone postpaid num: [protected] I am Vodafone customer from Ahmedabad for around 3 years now. For last one year I have switched from vodafone prepaid to postpaid after hearing a postpaid plan from Nikhil([protected]) who told me that he is a Vodafone representative. After opting for a CUG plan he suggested, I bought another vodafone postpaid number ([protected]) from him. According to him and another guy named Mr.Tarun Patel([protected]), all the calls between [protected] and [protected] should be free of cost as per CUG plan. But to my surprise it is not happening and all the calls between these two numbers([protected] and [protected]) are charged as per the tariff instead of free of cost. Upon asking them for clarification, they are not giving any proper answer nor bringing the solution. I tried reaching them for follow-up after second bill cycle is completed. They are not taking my calls or rejecting it. I am fed up while trying to contacting them. THEY ARE RUINING THE REPUTATION OF VODAFONE by selling the cards with fake plans. Also, if they are not actually vodafone representatives(Which I have started to suspect), it can be a case of fraudster too. I tried reaching Gurukul cross road Vodafone care of Ahmedabad. They denied providing any help saying it is handled by whoever gave you CUG plan. Expecting help from you now else I may need to seek help from Consumer forum. - Vismay Patel.

    Balance zero and validity gone

    I have been using Vodafone number for past 5 years.Last month I had a balance of 460 Rs but recently when i checked my balance i found it was zero.Before rasining issue with Customer care(Mah & Goa) I decided to recharge with 300 RS on 25 Jul, but the balance was valid only for 1 day.Now my number does not work and its been more than 1 week since i raised issue with VF CC, always getting mail give us 2 days to investigate.     We had placed a request for cancellation of the above number at a Vodafone store and was informed that within seven days the issue would be resolved. we were even asked to deposit money in excess o[censored]sage just to facilitate cancellation. However despite repeated calls and another visit to Vodafone store the same has not been entertained and now I have been directed to pay more money and more time is being seeked. I find the customer care very unhelpful and in habit of providing false information to the customers. I am agonised by the response from Vodafone and have decided never to ever have any relationship.

      Vodafone has activated Mobile Mela Service without my consent and deducted Rs. 35. This is not a mistake of my side. Neither I requested nor I am interested about such services.Therefore I request you to take necessary step to credit my amount at the earliest. A photo of money deduction has been attached.

        Hi everyone, Vodafone has started a new scheme they call their customers, saying you are eligible for postpaid offer, charge money and number is never ported to postpaid. Their person will keep on saying you will receive call for verification, thinking that customer is fool. It's pathetic on the part of the company, they are trying to make fool out of their own customers, how clever of them. For this they have appointed third party channels on their behalf. What these partners do they call you saying we will port your number to postpaid.They will come wherever you ask them to come, be it mall anywhere. They just want your money and they will hand you a sim which is never going to be activated. Than you have to chase them endlessly. Once they get your money they don't know who are you. Than starts the phase of endless speculation when will your number be ported. Partner quoted here is Smart Steps: Naraina Industrial Area, New delhi

          Sir i recharged 3 ((76, 10, 10, ))from Vodafone recharge site on this date 01/08/2015 by net banking (76, 10, 10, )but recharge was not success. So i called vodaphone customer care he replied me that in 24 hours money will be back in my ac.so i recharged my phone num from flexi (2 recharge 76 & 50 from Shopkeepr).
          So as soon as possible i want return extra money which have cut from my ac .(76+10+10=96).

                Dear Sir,

                This is to inform that I, Shibaji Chattopadhaya, an old customer of Vodafone (Mobile No.: [protected]), was having a 3g data of more than 2gb upto 28th August 2015. On Saturday, 1st August 2015, I changed my handset from Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to Note 4, and due to some stupid offer of free 3g/2g data my plan automatically got changed to 2g from 3g. However I never wanted this plan in the first place. How can you even change a paid plan of 3g to 2g without asking my permission? I am really shocked! This is not expected from a renowned company like Vodafone. I even called the customer care but they don't seem to have any clue about this plan change. Therefore as a last resort I'm writing to you so that you can revert my plan back to 3g and provide me with my 2gb+ data which was earlier there for this month. It's been 2 days but still I didn't receive any reply from your team. I can't understand how you can keep me waiting even after paying for everything correctly! Looking forward to a prompt action from you ASAP.

                  I have obtained from vodafone, store at palarivattom, cochin, kerala, a wifi connection no.[protected] 0n 30th july 2015 for 5GB unlimited package. on providing SIM i requested for dongle, to activate the connection..To my surprise it is informed that dongle is not available and will be provided on the next day ie on 31st..So i visited the store on 1stAUGUST and demanded the instrument.it was informed that still it is not available.So demanded to meet the manager, who told me that it will be send to my address by person by noon.THERE AFTER A NUMBER OF SMSs were sent to the manager and atlast she informed that by evening it will be sent.Till this time I have not received it.
                  If dongle was not available why they provided me the connection collecting money from me .Since it is a post paid connection the bill should be made from the date on which i start using the net;

                      Regarding My Vodafone Prepaid to Postpaid Conversion no.: [protected] I want to change my vodafone prepaid no. to postpaid  On 2nd July 2015 I had given 250 Rs. To wings Corporate Services Pvt. LTD. Proof of Payment details attached with this email. o Sim Card no. given by them[protected]MNPSY. Executive Name Rohit Soni Verma his mob no. [protected]  On 9th July 2015 I want to port my no into Airtel because I didn’t got any response from Vodafone and my no. not converted in poistpaid by them.  On 10th July I got a call from Vodafone they said to me this call from retainsion we are offering a best plan for you we will send our executive at your home you have to give amount 250 and address proof and photo. Mr. Deeraj ( his Mob. No. [protected]) Come to my home I had given 250 Rs. Them. Proof of Payment and postpaid plan details attached with this email. o SIM card no given by Mr. Dheeraj (C-48, Okha, Delhi)[protected]MNSPY  On 18th July again vodafone executive come at my home for verification and again third time I had given my address proof and photo to them.  On 20th July I visit mini vodafone store ballabgarh they said we don’t have any information regarding your postpaid activation. They said goto our main store. I have complaint on 198 also regarding my problem.  On 25th July I went to Vodafone Store, C-48, Okhla, Delhi. Because customer care said to me to submit id, address proof again. But they said you have to given 150 more amount to activate your no. I am ready to give that amount but Mr. Roopesh is there he said we can’t take that amount from you we will mail regarding your issue and that 150 amount you have to give that person to whom you got sim card.  On 27th July 2015 Mr Raghuveer his Mob no. [protected], visit my home to collect 150 Rs and 4th time ID and Address proof( Adhar Card + PAN card, Driving Lisence) I had given all things and 150 Rs. They also give me another SIM Card third time no is :[protected]MNSPY.  On 29th July vodafone executive come for verification. They said your no will activated till evening.  Today is 2nd August still my no. is in Prepaid after submitting 4 Time ID Photo and Address proof and amount of Rs. 650 (250+250+150). I called on [protected] regarding my problem they hold my call till 20 minutes but not respond. My no. [protected]’s all customer care services had disabled from 25th July 2015 by Mr. Roopesh Vodaone Okhla Store. All the proof attached with this email please convert my no from prepaid to postpaid  You mently hrassing me and do something otherwise I will complaint against you. Regards Ram Sharma thank you.

                        I am a user of Vodafone having number [protected]. I have done a recharge on 9th July of Rs. 100 from vodafone site, but the transaction was not successful on that day. From that day i am regularly calling vodafone customer care for the refund. But EVERY TIME THEY GIVE ME A VERY DISSATISFIED RESPONSE. i have done thid payment from my axis credit card. Below is the screen shot of transaction done by me at vodafone site. I have been told by customer care that the refund will take place within 5 days, but now it's been more than 24 days and still no action has been taken. I have even mailed vodafone customer care about my issue, but still i haven't received any solution from them. i have tried to contact vodafone customer care, but it seems they have blocked my number from contacting their customer care representative. i am never been able to talk with contact customer care. The money has been charged to me by y credit card company but still the recharge has not been done on my phone. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE. Kindly help me in getting my money back from vodafone.

                          Hi there I am making this complaint about an adviser called Paul he is from vodafone India live chat I have never in all my years of being with vodafone had this problem I have bin threatend by him spoken to like I'm a 2 year old I am very disappointed I would just like to say if anyone at all is thinking of going with vodafone as there network provider please think again you are better off going with ee or virgin mobile as if you ever have a problem vodafone does not solve them...

                            As I joined accenture PDC-4 office Accenture. applied for Vodafone postpaid connection as suggested by agent Subham the agent who sits in our office deposited all document. for present address he said your company offer letter will do but for verification 1 employee came (Anil) who misbehaved & not showed his ID card and employee ID. now they are saying feedback is negative.Every day I was following with the agent they are saying it will start today evening now they are not responding and not willing to give me my documents back.                               Hi Team, I am facing lot of issues from taking postpaid connection with this network. Extra services are added and made me pay more bill. After calling so many times and mailing them no proper response. My plan is 399 but i paid the money for which i didnot apply or subscribe. I asked for cancellation of account but till now no response from them. Even 198 are not responding to calls. Please i want cancellation of my postpaid. I dont need this worst service.                               They revoked the amount which is paid last month extra. And again they took the same amount and cancelled the connection. I dont understand what these people where doing. Please do needfull.

                                i am using vodafone plan of Rs. 199 but vodafone also charged me extra amount, first month i did pay Rs.326 in secondly month also paid Rs 325 but current maonth they generated my bill of Rs. 1326. that is too much i complaint on customer care but no one resolved my problem. Vodafone sent my bill to credit card company which i am using and charged the bank Rs. 1326 that was not genuine. So guys don't register your account for bill payment. Now Vodafone is also a 'Chor Company'.

                                  i am using plan of Rs.199 but every month vodafone charged me extra amount, i paid one month 326 Rs and secondly paid 325 Rs. but in July month they asked for 1326 Rs. that is not genuine. i complaint on customer care no. but no one solved my problem. Vodafone sent my bill to bank in credit card department and they did debited me same amount without any my permission. it shows Vodafone generating fraud bill and directly debiting by their account. So guess please don't register your any account to bill payment. Now Vodafone also is CHOR COMPANY.

                                    I had purchased Vodafone Postpaid Connection on 2nd July 2015. I have given deposit of 250 amount. but sim card didn't activate after i have submit 250 more to Vodafone and document again on 10th July but my sim card didn't get activate. till now i had submit ID proof ( Adhar Card, Pen Card, Driving License) 4 times and total amount of 750 while amount of 250 is actual price to convert mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. many times i visit vodafone mini store, and main store, main head office nobody solve my problem please do something
