        Since 2 days my Incoming and Outgoing calls are not working on Vi network. I have full network range in my area. My internet also works fine. But if any one calls me it says that my number is out of coverage area. When i try to call some body the call gets disconnected automatically in 5 seconds.

        Vi service provider is useless.
        Two weeks before i was facing internet speed problems which got resolved after a month.

        Immediately after that the calling issue has started. This is really frustrating and wastage of time calling the customer care.

        Vi is the worst network service provider and does fake advertising of fastest network in India.

        Please don't buy Vi sim cards. Worst experience of my life.

            I have been deducted Rs 5 today for accessing Pre embedded games, I have not used this service and don't know anything about it. On 9th I was deducted Rs for accessing content desk which I didn't use also. Please explain what are these deductions or I may take legal actions for these unauthorized deductions.

                I have raised my network/billing issueso many times. But Vodafone never addressed. Now network situation is very drastic at my location. We are unable to connect even then Vodafone asking to clear monthly bill n my plan has been changed without my consent. Send many mail n escalation to Trai as well. But they also not helping. We are facing this issue since long time. Vodafone playing with us. Every time saying load is high.. If load is high in my eare then why they not upgrade the network according to load.

                  Even though I did not subscribe for any services, amount of rs 25 has been deducted from my account for preembedded game service. This is the worst experience I have ever had. No customer care from Vi to solve this Issue. Falsely deducting money from my account. I want my money back you cheaters!!! I am changing my sim from Vi to airtel now. and I will go in consumer court. Solve my issue Asap.

                    Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
                    "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                    I have been trying and going Vodafone, VI STORE IN PANDEMIC SITUATION for delinking numbers for port ITS FIVE WEEKS ISSUE NOT RESOLVED YET.

                        Iam receiving unwanted calls from Vodafone, mostly i leave those calls unattended, but on 27-feb-2021, there was similar calls, but i didn't picked up the call, but after that call my amount of RS 49 was deducted from my balance, without my knowldge,
                        again one more RS40 was deducted on 8th march 2021, i don't know why Vodafone is stealing customer money,

                        And i made a phone call to customer care, they are telling it cannot be refundable, it is better to switch to other telcom. cheating fellows

                        Rs.49 deducted on 27th Feb 2021 is for access mydala powered deal, i don't know what it is..?
                        I am holding a very old samsung phone and does not have an internet facility which I am not using for the internet.

                        Rs. 40 deducted on 8th march 2021 is for access vipnw_d2c_40, I don't know what it is?
                        i have not accepted or selcted any option to activate these two, and don't know the purpose of this facility

                        It is software bug or Vodafone is cheating the customer, ??????

                              I reside in 1st Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore 560 043. From this morning, I have lost all phone signals inside the house. I cannot make or receive any calls or messages inside the 2-storey house. Calls and messages can go through and be received outside the structure and inside the compound.

                              Can something be done at your end to rectify this, such as get in touch with the tower maintenance staff in the area?

                                Till this morning, I had no problem with getting a signal inside my house. From this morning, I cannot make or receive calls anywhere inside my 2-storey home. I can make and receive calls when I go outside the structure but within the compound.

                                Hope this can be sorted with a little effort from you.

                                  Rs 49 have been deducted for the last two months via the mydala scam. From a very old Nokia handset that does not have an internet facility in the first place. Need a reimbursement of Rs 98.
                                  Pathetic attempt to scam consumers out of their hard earned money using such below the belt fraudulent schemes.

                                        I am a Vodafone customer for more than 15 years now.
                                        Facing a very worst case scenario from Vi.
                                        Most of the the time 4G does not work and all of sudden network goes down for long duration.If power goes, mobile is not all all useful as Vi blocks signals and data too.
                                        Is this is the way of providing the customer service?
                                        It is hard to work from home as it is hard to trust your service.
                                        Please resolve issues ASAP before I go to consumer forum and social media.
