I am having a Vodafone Prepaid account, bearing number [protected] My SMS outgoing gets Barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet.
As a result of this i did not made any more recharges to my number and planning to port, plz resolve this issue permanently, so i dont have to take pain to port number

I have been cheated by vodafone Tamilnadu. They committed for a full refund if they didn't resolve download issue in one week. This was made on 21 December 2020. Monisha from vodafone called me and offered this committment. So i had to cancel my request. After 2 months also, the same problem persists. They are repeating the same that site is running with maximum capacity. But i had told them the same while opting to port out of vodafone network. But they promised that they will not say this again about maximum capacity. If they say, they will refund. Hence i best rechardged. But they now say they can't refund as network team is working on it. My question is that one week is the committment. So it is two months. Ask them to refund. Thanks.

I'm staying Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai -400089. In my area i am not all getting vodafone network, twice my dad has been to vodafone stores near Sahakar Theatre but there is no improvement.

Till last to last week there was no network issue. Suddenly we are facing it & at my place everyone is having vodafone. It's getting very difficult for us to communicate.
I had better relation with vodafone & I don't to change any equation with you. Please resolve it on priority.
