Iam one of the customer of Vodafone that is vi.since lockdown I was looking to port it out but they came up with an offer I.e for recharge of 1.5gb and additional 1.5gb from past one year this time I wanted to port out but they gave me the same offer before recharging I confirmed with their executed and asked them about the offer and the procedure to get the benefits of the offer I did what she said to me she told me to recharge via vi app and I did that but after recharging i just got 1.5gb in that offer they mentioned me to provide additional 1.5gb the contract is up to the terms and conditions.
So I kindly request the consumer court to help me in this matter

    I received a message from Vodafone.

    Hello! An amount of Rs. 21 is deducted on 07 Feb 21 06.19 pm for carbun8 Carbun8 on your Vi number.

    I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 21rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
    I have deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means.

    I hope necessary action will be taken soon

      I recharged for rs699 /- for 4gb data but since I recharged my data balance becomes 0 even when I don't use, I called customer care more than 10 times sometimes they hangup saying we are transferring to seniors and sometimes they say u have used data from this time to that time when I haven't even connected. This is pure white collar thief I didn't expect this from Vodafone my 8 GB data just vanished without any usage details.Going to port my number to bsnl and use Jio for data they are way better, still now my issue is not addressed moreover customer care people are forcing me to accept that I used 8 GB data but I am not aware of it as if I used that data balance in an unconscious state.

      Again U started stealing data balance 1 month u were ok and today Vodafone stole 4gb of data what are u Guys Thief or what, I know u have some big tax amount need to pay to Government but that doesn't mean u are gonna steal from normal customers, God and do you really think stealing will help you repay your dues. Do it if it helps my heart is big think of it as a donation.

        If there was a rating less the 1 then I would have given that. Since December I'm having this strange problem where I can make a call but can't receive it. The IVR system does not allow speaking to the customer care, in fact, the IVR sucks and does not let you choose options. And worse with all the drama of Privacy concerns with WhatsApp Vi insists on having a conversation on Whatsapp. I had this number for 10yrs, now I'm forced to change the operator because of their extreme inefficiency.

          My mobile number has been suspended and I was asked to visit nearest Vi store where they asked me to submit documents it's been 3 days I am chasing them to reactivate my number but they are not responding.

            What the ### you're doing, in this era it is not fair to continue with Vodafone because they're charging too high even for the sim replacement such a worst thing. The other vendors/operators are offering at best price to the citizens. If it is the case Vi don't deserve to sustain their reputation, branding, commitment and firm. In this way they're earning good enough and going forward this case will not workout. There are mANY COMPLAINTs on this but still they're going with this. Such a worst and worst service by Vi.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I am Raju holding a sim card since 8 years with Vodafone and it was very good sevice provided by vodafone.
              But after merger with voda and idea (vi)..I went to convert my sim card in vi. The seles girl from vi without my concern she made it as postpaid sim which I don't required at all.
              I raised a complain against this to her manager also no actions has been taken . Very frequently I used to go and asked for change from postpaid to prepaid.

              I went 10 times in CMH road Indiranagar Bangalore to request to convert the sim from postpaid to prepaid...
              Please convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid and refund my 10 days wages for not going my work .

              Daily I earn rs 2000 and I need to get that asap and also the transportation I have spent for this action.

              Request you please waveoff my all the charges.

                I am unable to send sms even though my plan is valid and the i have enough balance.
                Error: can't send message with vodafone error 50

                I called vodafone and they were useless and blamed it on the sim slot, i took my wife's vodafone sim and tested both slots and they work fine.

                How is that same company sim works in both slots and my sim doesnt work so its not a handset issue.

                Vodafone has the worst service and does not take responsibility for their own fault

                  Past 7yrs Iam using Vodafone and like to upgrade from current plan to new one. So I visit Vodafone website and search postpaid plan and I found Rs.200 plan mentioned as postpaid plan and also they mentioned all post paln eligible for unlimited call etc in their website so I chose the paln. Due to some doubt I called customer care and ask about the plan but they said that the plan was net pack and I said that they mentioned as postpaid plan, but they not agree and ask me to send mail regards that and I immediately cancel the plan also. Now I noticed that they charge the amount and not reverse the amount

                    I have vodafone prepaid telephone number. I suddenly got a message from Vodafone on at 2:50 pm ON 04.02.2021 informing that " Thank you for using Fun portal, You have been charged Rs.20, Your balance is Rs.27.35."

                    But I am not aware of this transaction or the so called "FUN PORTAL"

                        I have raised compliant on poor quality services, call drops to VI and there was no response from them.

                        VI has been charging me for all poor quality services and I have been paying fully.

                        I have send 2 reminder mails to yashwante Rahul but he too didnt response back to me.

                        Because of pathetic and degraded poor service i have to opt for porting.

                        now i have been harassed by VI by making continous calls but have no response to my compliant yet.

                                  I have complained many times in Vodafone customer care and appellate authority aslo but there is no resolution came from their side. They always told that they will resolve the problems please wait.And they are not resolving.I am complaining from 2 years but no action is taken by them.the network site is 2km away from my location and rhe customer of Vodafone is in very high number that's why we are facing problems and they are not resolving.

                                    Tel No [protected] deduction amount from Rs 412.60 to leave current balance Rs 366.60 in the month of Jan 2021

                                    Dear Sir

                                    Reference to my previous mail dated 31.1.2021 and your replay dated 31.1.2021
                                    I do not agree and satisfied with your answer.
                                    I want to know why money is being deducted from my account when VAS is fully blocked. I have reported and requested on several time by e-mail but nothing happen
                                    Please explain me why you keep deducting money from my account in-spite of VAS was blacklisted on my account and I am not using this number for calls & messages and not using internet services since 16th March 2020.
                                    Kindly refund money in to my balance account and please take further action to stop charges on my account for unused services in future.

                                    Please forward my complaint to your senior management to take necessary action.

                                      The amount was deducted from my account, but payment status in vodafone is not updated.
