    Iam one of the customer of Vodafone that is vi.since lockdown I was looking to port it out but they came up with an offer I.e for recharge of 1.5gb and additional 1.5gb from past one year this time I wanted to port out but they gave me the same offer before recharging I confirmed with their executed and asked them about the offer and the procedure to get the benefits of the offer I did what she said to me she told me to recharge via vi app and I did that but after recharging i just got 1.5gb in that offer they mentioned me to provide additional 1.5gb the contract is up to the terms and conditions.
    So I kindly request the consumer court to help me in this matter

        I have been charged 25rs for using preembedded games by Vodafone, even though I have not used or installed any such games. Please resolve this issue and tell how to deactivate all such services

          I have complained many times in Vodafone customer care and appellate authority aslo but there is no resolution came from their side. They always told that they will resolve the problems please wait.And they are not resolving.I am complaining from 2 years but no action is taken by them.the network site is 2km away from my location and rhe customer of Vodafone is in very high number that's why we are facing problems and they are not resolving.

            Tel No [protected] deduction amount from Rs 412.60 to leave current balance Rs 366.60 in the month of Jan 2021

            Dear Sir

            Reference to my previous mail dated 31.1.2021 and your replay dated 31.1.2021
            I do not agree and satisfied with your answer.
            I want to know why money is being deducted from my account when VAS is fully blocked. I have reported and requested on several time by e-mail but nothing happen
            Please explain me why you keep deducting money from my account in-spite of VAS was blacklisted on my account and I am not using this number for calls & messages and not using internet services since 16th March 2020.
            Kindly refund money in to my balance account and please take further action to stop charges on my account for unused services in future.

            Please forward my complaint to your senior management to take necessary action.

            With waiting of your reply and urgent action in this matter.

              I Manish Tripathy, have paid Rs.352.82, towards payment of vodafone post paid bill for my mobile ([protected]) on 1st February 2021.

              The amount was deducted from my account, but payment status in vodafone is not updated.

                On 1st February, 2021, I recharge twice with amount Rs.49 through myvi.in, but both times the amount deducted from my account and recharge unsuccessful with message 217:Sorry! This recharge is not available.

                I, therefore, request to kindly refund my money back as soon as possible

                  Hello sir/mam,
                  from December 2020 up to I am facing the problem of deducting money from the main account. when I try to make call to customer care they don't give me the option of customer care. a lot of money is deducted from my account. one day I made a recharge of 500. soon my amount deduct and it happens 2 or 3 types and after that my balance shows zero. when I try to talk with customer care but they didn't provide me customer care option when I call on 198. all time I got a message help thank you for using the contest. you have been charge rs 7 .your balance is 0 or the remaining amount. i don't use an app or any services I have activated, then why it happens to me continuously.

                    Twice time deduction in every month from mobile service Vodafone, this is wrong . I am not even use mobile and no services activated, please see SMS which I received and check my account balance is really deducted Rs7 so total Rs 14 in every month, please see attached image for proof.
                    Vodafone, return it and stop stealing our money

                      Vodafone has been activating services on its own without my consent and deducts money for it. Even after stopping the services, I never get the deducted amount back. It happens almost every month, the deducted money varies between 50 rupees to a almost a hundred sometimes. They constantly tell that I've done it from my phone which is a wrong accusation. I'm totally aware of what I do on my phone and how I proceed about any task or work on it.
                      I have deactivated the value added services of Vodafone, it still happens. It is ridiculous how many times I have to message 'STOP' to their numbers. I have never gotten any service this way not the money back.

                      Please Look into this as soon as possible.

                        I recharged my idea number [protected] with rs 129 online and the money was deducted from my sbi account. The recharge was successful but it doesn't get activated.i did the recharge on vi website and im attaching the screenshot of receipt of recharge with this complaint.

                          Hi,

                          I have Ordered a sim card for emergency usage few days back on march 2020 but still not received and no update. amount fully paid online.

                          Order ID: DCHD[protected]

                          I could have walked directly to the vodafone store and done this myself.

                          Sim card not delivered yet after servral followup no update and I request to issue my entire refund amount and Vodafone has to pay me penalty of 10000 amount for not delivering new sim after payment accepted.

                          Never ever seen such a worst service!!!.

                          ESCALATE TO HIGHER LEVEL NOW!!!

                          I made payment for the new sim from an authorized Vodafone portal new-connection/buy-postpaid-sim-connection-online.

                          NO SIM CARD DELIVERED TILL TODAY.

                          If we call customer care no update and disconnecting the call for no reason.

                              When i requested for port Vodafone doesnt allow if bill is pending. i have cleared dues after that only process has been done for porting. Now suddenly they have barred my outgoing calls saying that previous bill is pending. From where to pay your bills once number is ported to airtel. now wherever i am trying for payment whether its is google pay or phone pay they are not accepting showing message that there are no dues. What to do ?

                                      Hello ... I don't know but on[protected] suddenly 22rs. Was deducted from my account under the name of fun portal but I haven't activated any such service... Then on 19th Jan it deducted 7rs. Again & now on 28th Jan 2021 they deducted 10 rs as ppu_game . I have not logined any such game also I m not even using internet on this no. ... Their customer care number never connects, very poor service I don't know how to get my *40* rs. Back in total... I m fade up from this network ... They are just stealing all money like robbers ... I want my money back else I m changing my network.
