I ported my Vodafone sim from Postpaid to prepaid in Maharashtra and had to urgently move to MP. Now when my sim got activated I'm not able to activate the sim using 59059 number. Please help me activate my number as this is really urgent.

      I had ported from airtel to vodaphone in oct 2020.After few days my incoming and outgoing calls was barred.When checked it was informed that i had to clear the dues of airtel.Once done after 74 hrs the service was resumed.Now in jan 2021 again my incoming calls was barred, when inquired the the vodafone executive informed me that the pending due was not resolved and they cannot help .Even after showing the proof of payement.

        Hi animesh here,
        there s a guy named PRATUL working in vodafone in mumbai branch.
        he is such an ### dont have that much capability to talk to CUSTOMERs.
        pagal hai saala pura  samj nai aata hai kya hi bol raha hai woh.bekaaar haii pura vodafone ke employeee not assisting CUSTOMERrrrsss aiseee me to vodafone band krdungaaaa aur sabko boldunga woh bhi naaa kareeeeeeee...very very treatment done by them.

          I keep recharging my vodafone phone, however I am still unable to make calls / send SMS through that number. This has happened 2-3 times already and I am quite annoyed.

          I am not able to reach them via phone / e-mail.

            I received the following balance deduction messages from Vodafone:

            "Hello!
            Thank you for using contentDesc, you have been charged Rs. 7. Your balance is Rs. 16.31"

            "Hello!
            Thank you for using contentDesc, you have been charged Rs. 7. Your balance is Rs. 9.31"

            Vodafone has been deducting balance from my account even though I've not subscribed to any such service.

            Kindly refund the amount.

              Automatically balance ₹35 deducted from my prepaid account [protected], telling that this is value pack. No value pack I have activated. On its own message came at 11 O clock morning today that ₹35 is deducted from account.I want my balance back, please see to it as soon as possible, now my balance is ₹0 here.

                Issue : my service provider vodafone india has been constantly deducting 15/20 rs. every alternate day. When i am calling customer service they are saying that these are the content downloading charges for some content downloaded on my phone due to some third party apps. But how come a third party app can deduct vodafone balance it's very lame excuse given by vodafone. They can't even provide the name of the third party app, to un-subscribe, which i have not subscribed to in the first place.

                      Respected Sir/madam

                      Main balance of rs 297 is debited wrongly from my Vodafone Idea(VI) number [protected].

                      As till date i have not done the FRC(first recharge from retailer) the main balance was not usable in any case as per the information provided by the Vodafone Idea executive but Vodafone Idea wrongly debited the main balance and even after providing the required information they are not refunding my balance.

                      As per the reply from Vodafone Idea, RS 274.89 were debited for just 559 MB data only which is a non sense in a time when there are unlimited calling and 1500 MB data/day for a whole month. I am submitting this complaint to get justice and also in general public interest, so that everyone get to know the fraud deductions of Vodafone Idea.

                        Vodafone has bad network and connectivity issues in Thane area.
                        Multiple call drops. This has led to severe distress and damages in Job.Call gets drop, critical job and personal calls are Not Reachable or gets dropped frequently.

                        Pls debar Vodafone from operating. Its Public issue and protection of common mans interest needs to be given by regulatory authorities.

                        Vodafone is looting India. Plz HELP

                          Vodafone signal is very poor at my residence and I am facing difficulty to talk with everyone. Every time I have to go outside to take a call.
                          Also internet speed is very slow. Even I am unable to check e-mail or surf any website, facing issue during internet banking, many time truncation fails due to slow internet speed. I am facing this issue daily since Nov-2020.
                          Earlier also I have registered complaint ( # 4-[protected] and #[protected] through VI app, but without resolving issue complaints are closed
                          Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                            I'm not able to send SMS to any number from my Vi number. I have raises multiple complaint but it hasn't been resolved yet. I was so frustrated that i just wanted to get away with the network .. so decided to port to airtel. . and when i try sending SMS to 1900 ... i was surprised that even that message failed... I have tried multiple times but still not able to send SMS to 1900

                            Customer care are just..

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                I had ported one number from Airtel to Vodafone in the month of Sep. 2020. By default I has cleared all the bills at the time of porting the number.

                                My number was deactivated on 04.11.2020. During my follow up with Vodafone customer care I was informed that it is due to the outstanding payment from last bill generation and porting date. I immediately rushed to Airtel store and cleared the bill then and there.

                                Further again my number suspended on 04.01.2021. My follow ups with Vi again says there is bill due with Airtel which is nit true. I called my Airtel customer care, visited their store and also wrote an email. On all 3 occasions they informed that there is no due outstanding with Airtel and they have not suspended my number at all. Infact they say they do not have any claims and concern with my number and issued was resolved on 6th Nov post payment. Airtel executives advised me to get the issue resolved with Vi only.

                                However, Vi is adamant that the number is suspended by Airtel and they cannot help me in this case. In this loop of Vi & Airtel I have been running behind their stores, calling me repeatedly and writing dozens of email without any success.

                                The number was a business number and I'm suffering from last 4-days without connectivity. I have incurred huge losses and lost my reputation among my customers due to the non-availability over phone.

                                I sincerely request you to help me in this case. And also request you to help me get compensation for my losses due to the unprofessionalism of Vi / Airtel.

                                      I didn't imagine the VI team can stoop low to earn money by scamming innocents.

                                      This is the 10th time I am emailing them about unauthorized money deduction and unauthorized VAS deduction.

                                      I had 219 RS a couple of days back, now it is 100 without any usage, don't you guys have any other way to earn money? Unauthorized money deductions equal eating human waste.

                                      I haven't used my phone at all and I see the money keeps decreasing in my account. I see the request raised at 1.15 AM while I was sleeping. What kind of nonsense is this?

                                      REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

                                        Mera name vinod ekka hai, Mera mobile number [protected]hai.mera ye post paid number hai, Mai har month RS500 se RS 600 ka Bill payment karta Hun iske baujud mujhe net ki speed 2g ke barabar bhi nahi milti hai, Mai kafi Sammy se Vodafone ka customer raha Hun isliy bus ummid ke sath ki ajj nahi to Kal network ka issue solve ho jayega, lekin abhi Tak aisa nahi hua hai jiske Karan network ki vajah see se kafi iriteting ho jata hai, kripya jald see jald mere location ki network sahi kijiye, anytha mujhe dusre service provider me switch karna padega. Network speed ki screen shot attached hai kripya jald se jald net ki speed me sudhar Karen.
