I'm ported my number from jio to vodaphone idea and my sim is postpaid. After three days, i did the verification on number 59059 and i submitted the adhaar card as an ID proof. After that my sim card got activated but after 15 days it was showing something like bared which means its unable to get incoming and making outgoing calls. Moreover i have issues with my internet connection. After facing this problem, i registered a complaint in customer care on jan 19, 2021 so that they can get to know about my problem and the complaint number was [protected].
Even after placing a complaint, they did not fix my issue. I tried to reach them again on jan 20, 2021 and the second complaint number is [protected]. But still i did not see any change or they have been doing something to fix my problem.
I again registered complaints a couple of time on jan 21, 2021 and jan 22, 2021. Then customer care employee was saying that visit your near VI store and you have to submit the ID proof because your verification is negative that is why your sim card is showing bared. But when i submitted my ID proof to VI store's manager. They sent an email to senior officer of VI store(head office). They were saying that within 24-48 hours your issue will be fixed. But my sim card was not working even after 24 hours. I again visited VI store and they were saying they did not get any response of your email. It's my humble request that please fix my issue i am having several problem regarding this because i am sick of all these otherwise i am thinking to quit this.
