I cannot send port messages to 1900 for my VOdafone number.

i'm getting a message saying unable to send messages. my number is from Delhi and The reason of porting is there is nearly no network coverage in my area, I am wasting my money every month by paying bills and not able to use it at all.

I did send the sms earlier where i got the UPC number which was valid for 4 days, however i could not use it as i had other priority work to finish. Now I m trying that SMS again to get new UPC number but there not able to send SMS at all.

Called the customer care and they told me to change my sim, restart phone, select network manually and other things. i believed them and did all of it even if it sounded weird. but the problem persists .

Can someone help me regarding this ?

    Dear Sir,
    After poor coverage of network and internet speed in Medinipur, I wanted to port to Airtel but for some reason I was not able to send the PORT message. I used to call the customer service agent but no help. They just keep asking about other stuff and divert the reason of calling. Every month I am doing minimum recharge of Rs 249 though I was not able to send the port SMS. Its been a long 1months since I was able to join online classes because of the poor internet speed. So at last I wanted to shift to Airtel but I hope you have blocked the porting number.

    Kindly look after my problems. Will be expecting a favourable reply.

        Today I have been deducted Rs 49 from my account. I did not click on any link nor I downloaded any app. Not this entry was reflected in the “transaction histroy” on the VI app. The only give away was the sms with below text

          Hi,
          After November 16 I do not have network or internet on my post paid number [protected] and [protected]
          I constantly getting whatsapp message from you support stuff that thet will deactivate my number if I will not make payment by today.I tried to explain the pain which I am facing but they are rude and unprofessional.she claiming that I am using the network also which is a lia as you do not have any network in half of it orissa where I am currently staying due to carona

          Plaese share the updated bill as I am not able to use any of your service after Nov 16. I want to clear the due which I have used and as after Nov 16 I have not use anything as you do not have service so requesting to cut this bill and share uodated one

            Hello sir,
            I'm ported my number from jio to vodaphone idea and my sim is postpaid. After three days, i did the verification on number 59059 and i submitted the adhaar card as an ID proof. After that my sim card got activated but after 15 days it was showing something like bared which means its unable to get incoming and making outgoing calls. Moreover i have issues with my internet connection. After facing this problem, i registered a complaint in customer care on jan 19, 2021 so that they can get to know about my problem and the complaint number was [protected].
            Even after placing a complaint, they did not fix my issue. I tried to reach them again on jan 20, 2021 and the second complaint number is [protected]. But still i did not see any change or they have been doing something to fix my problem.
            I again registered complaints a couple of time on jan 21, 2021 and jan 22, 2021. Then customer care employee was saying that visit your near VI store and you have to submit the ID proof because your verification is negative that is why your sim card is showing bared. But when i submitted my ID proof to VI store's manager. They sent an email to senior officer of VI store(head office). They were saying that within 24-48 hours your issue will be fixed. But my sim card was not working even after 24 hours. I again visited VI store and they were saying they did not get any response of your email. It's my humble request that please fix my issue i am having several problem regarding this because i am sick of all these otherwise i am thinking to quit this.

              I am using this connection since 2012 and had no problems,
              yesterday i complained about the same and was advised to change the sim.
              Accordingly, I visited your VI, Mini store, chintal, Hyderabad, Telangana. and replaced both the sims, by paying Rs.200/- at the store, after providing my KYC details along with photographs.

              Even after completing all the formalities, i face the same issue of
              no signal.

              This is very bad service i am experiencing from you.
              Today I spoke to Mr.Sandesh on Phone No.[protected] and he was
              refusing to take complaint and even the team leader Mr.Abhijeet was reluctant to talk and take my complaint.
              I am forced to take up the matter and lodeg a complaint.

                  I have been complaining about poor internet network coverage continuously and sudden disappearance of call network for a day or two .. ( However, I get 4G network only during night 1200/ 1230 AM to 430/500 AM)

                  I have complained on :

                  Regarding poor Network in my area . Every time I get a resolution message without actually resolving the issue . Every time I try to call your executive, the system is so designed that no one actually could get a representative.

                  With complete disgust I called finally called again and patiently crossed all the road block to talk to your representative . However, he suggested that all the complaints are closed but to actually close the issue I have to wait some time ..

                    I recharged my vodafone number [protected] today (21January 2021) with Rs. 449. The money was deducted from my bank but the number is not yet recharged.

                    Transaction ref number: IGAKHXCYH2.

                    I want either my number to be recharged or amount to be credited to my account.

                    I tried connecting with customer care but due to low balance I am unable to connect.

                    Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      Today I visited your service center Uttarpara branch with a request to change my postpaid connection to prepaid connection. The representative of your Uttarpara office told me to come after one week as it will take one week time to process. But after coming back to my home I found one message and also email stated therein that my post paid plan for Rs.399 to Rs.499 as per my request. I don't come to understand why this type of change has been taken place. Please look into the matter and arrange to change my postpaid connection to prepaid connection w.e.f. today.

                        I received a SMS recently(09 January 2021) that I have been charged for Mydala service for Rs 49 . I am surprised as I never subscribed to any add-on service and also that I am an NRI so am mostly in international roaming, I keep my Vi SIM in a plain mobile which can't use internet also.

                        I was searching about this Mydala and found that many people like me have been affected by this fraudulent activity from Vodafone por Vi and it seems that the company doing it purposely to loot money from their subscribers.

                        This is literally a scam and the company should be taken to task by TRAI.

                        Inspite of resolving this issue, I have been now charged for multiple other services without any consent and I never activated any of thes services. This is open daylight fraud and cheating case.

                          I am using a vodafone plan for number [protected] which includes a discount of Rs. 50/- in every bill. But in my current bill vodafone has disabled the discount and customer care of vodafone is telling that I have to pay the full bill amount. It was a mistake of vodafone and they want me to pay the extra bill amount.

                          Please advice me.

                              I got a message at 12:45am from VZ-ViCMS stating that I have used ppu_game and deducted ₹10 from my main balance. And then I saw a previous sms from some days ago that deducted ₹15 because I had supposedly used VIDEO. I don't even know what these two things are and I would like a refund or at least I want to know what are these that I am using without even my knowledge.

                              I spoke to the customer service. They returned the ₹10 which they had deducted for ppu but not ₹15 for the VIDEO service. I asked them to stop all these services. I still could not understand the reason for this.

                                  I recharge my miss my mistake other number[protected] this number is not my but I recharged the wrong number miss mistake 555 so refund my this amount because this number is I not understand so company not give any other information

                                      I recharged my Vi account on 18/01/2021 at 00:58 hours for 499 rupees. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but I didn't get any message/ mail regarding recharge. Hoping to get a favourable response.

                                      I filed a complaint here. The next day, I got a message from this site saying Vodafone company has been intimated regarding my issue. I got a call from vodafone (+912067622500) in a couple of days and i got my money back in another couple of days. Thank you for the prompt response.

                                        Vodafone idea service is going worst to worse service provider in telecoms industries, if you are going to complaints against his executive they will never write your complaint against his employees ether his employees will misbehave or anything else, if your going to complaints against your internet speed they will write your complaint against other subjects like you enquired against yiur recharge issue or anything whatever they want, today when i said loudly while customer care misbehaving with me, customer care said will stop your connection immediately. personally i faced this kind of issues and i have such lot of proof. Even i emailed to Vodafone idead nodal officer and customer care but i don't think they will take any action against his executives or network issues.
