Hi, I was using vodafone no. [protected]. but 4 months ago i had terminated this no. and even surrendered my sim to vodafone store D/27 cannaught place. Today i had recieved a phone a phone call from vodafone and they were saying that my no. has not been terminated yet. and asking me to pay a bill of sum of Rs. 396. so i request you to terminate this no. now. Thanks.

    I had purchased a vodafone post paid number from the vodafone company shop near to surya nagar police station. I waited for 4 days for its verification and the verifier declined it as he found the door locked (as per the voda employee Anil), I was waiting for the verification that day since morning and the verifier lied. when i had a word with Anil, he was rude and arrogant as her hardly cared for the business. I demanded another round of verification and the verifier didn't showed up. Finally i asked Anil to provide me with a prepaid sim and it has been 2 days that the sim has not been activated. I do not understand how are the services being provided by Vodafone and how are you guys behaving with your customers.

      Can any body tell whom to contact about quacks?. There are few so called doctors practicing allopathy and litterally making people sick with high dosage of injection.The degree over there shows BSMS and i am sure they don't have the right to practice Allopathy.And i am not sure even though it is mentioned to be BSMS is it really BSMS?.There was a raid before 5 months which the same doctor has been cought and again after 2 months came back with another name.Its for the sake of all the people around who does not have any idea what these degrees means.         Most mobile companies have a great way of fleecing customers these days - through the data usage billing. Now that mobile phones themselves show accurate tracking of data usage, instead of showing an incorrect usage, they've devised new ways of cheating their customers. Here is what happened with me: * I was on a 3G 500 plan at the beginning of the month, which gives me 500MB of data free * On 9th Feb, I got a message from Vodafone saying I've exhausted my pack, so I added a 1 GB ADD ON pack (for Rs. 250) * As my company was providing corporate plans, I decided to switch to a corporate plan. I ASKED THEM TO CHANGE THE PLAN AT THE END OF THE MONTH BUT I WAS TOLD THAT IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE, AS IT WOULD GET ADJUSTED PRO-RATA. * Now when I get my bill, I'm being charged for all my data usage from the beginning of the month till the time my plan was changed (effective 19th Feb) because they will not extend the benefit of the previous plan in my billing INCLUDING THE ADD ON PACK * This means that I have been using data assuming my data pack is active because I have not received any intimation that it will not be valid for my billing. * The biggest joke is that dialing *111# even after the change in my tariff SHOWED ME THAT MY ADD ON PACK WAS STILL ACTIVE! IT SHOWED ME THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY BILLING CYCLE TILL THE LAST DATE! * Vodafone itself sent me an SMS on the FIFTH OF MARCH (end of my original billing cycle) saying that the add-on pack has now been deactivated. * I have screenshots for both points above to prove how Vodafone is fooling me into paying PER KB DATA USAGE FOR 1 GB OF DATA!!! * The Customer care tells me there is nothing wrong with the bill! What's worse is that they are willing to discuss details only through email and not over the phone! I will be switching my service provider until this issue is resolved - nor will I be paying this bill until this bill is corrected. Siddhartha [protected]

          Dear Customer Care, I Krishnananda, Ph:[protected] using Vodafone services from long time with package of 199 talk time & 250 2G speed unlimited internet pack. One of your executive said there is offer of 2GB 3G SPEED data instead of Rs.450 will be offered for Rs.250 for two months only. Since, Looks reasonable I have opted the offer for Jan & Feb months & given prior intimation to deactivate the same after Feb month billing cycle & purposely told not to put any charges for mar month. I know from beginning my billing Cycle is every month of 12th midnight. I haven't understood Data usage of Feb month reflected in Mar month bill instead I haven't used the given limit of 2GB offer package of Feb month. IF YOU MADE WRONG BILLS EVERY MONTH LATER VAVIER THAT AMOUNT IS MY FAULT? Or do you appointed very poor knowledge executives. I expect very good services from your end & am prominent customer from long time. I just can't pay penalties for wrongly generated Bills. Let me know & wavier the data usage amount since supposed to be in Feb month billing (2GB 3G Speed for Rs.250) Based on your reply I will decide whether I can continue with Vodafone services. I have already sent the same mail to all customer care mails but vein in getting any kind of response. I look forward to hear your positive response soon.

            My entire family (4 o[censored]s) is a Vodafone user. We moved to our current residence about 3 years back. In last 3 to 4 months I have observed this issue of calls dropping suddenly during the middle of a conversation. Initially I thought it was an aberration. But it soon became a norm and quite irritating one. I stay in Lodha Luxuria at Majiwade, Thane (West). I have heard this complaint from couple of my friends at Lodha too.
            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I am using Vodafone And I am facing lots of call drop at my location since october 2014. I even filed complaint at Vodafone customer care but my issue is still not resolved and half of my balance is wasted on this drops. I want Vodafone to either refund the money wasted on this call drops or else resolve the issue finally.

              With deep regret and dissatisfaction I am stating the following with a hope of redress : I am a vodafone customer for the last 14 years with three connections in my name. I am a practising lawyer based in Calcutta practising in High Court at Calcutta with my office at 1B Old Post Office Street Calcutta - 700001. Since February 2015 I have been noticing severe disruption in connectivity sitting in my office. Currently, for the last four days I have a severely disrupted connection in my office where many clients are calling me up on my BSNL land line and complaining about not being able to connect me on my cellular pone. In spite of having a 3G connection I am not being able to connect the Internet as a result I have no access to my mails. Being a loyal Vodafone customer I am suffering severely in my profession as you would appreciate my profession makes it pertinent for me to be accessible to all clients all the time. Surprising to note the signal of connection doesn't show any abnormality but i cant make or receive any call/s sitting in my office and the moment I walk out of my office the pone starts functioning normally.                 Dear Sir/Mam, I have billing issue of a postpaid no. [protected]. I visited to vodafone store on 23 Nov 2014 regarding roaming incoming free plan on this no. [protected] for 3-4 month, they told me that this pack will be activated within 3-4 days. But i was surprised when i get my bill statement on 1 Jan 2015 because in bill statement they have mention roaming incoming charge. Regarding this issue again i visited to vodafone store on 19 Jan 2015 and they told me that due to their mistake they activated another plan on my postpaid no. [protected] and they told me that they cut my roaming incoming charges and i received revised bill in 2-3 days but i didn't received any received bill. Again when i received my bill statement on 1 Feb, i saw again in my bill they have mention roaming incoming charge then i visited in vodafone store on 13 Feb 2015 regarding this issue and they told me that they make a complaint against this issue and i will receive a revised bill in 2-3 days. Atleast i visited to vodafone store 3 times and also mail to vodafone so many times & calls to vodafone care so many times regarding this matter but they did not do any thing only said your problem will be solve in 2-3 days but i never get responce from vodafone. Still i am waiting my revised bill. It is not possible to go every time in vodafone store. Now they have sent a mail on 18 Mar 2015 regarding payment due and told me that if i will not pay to clear the dues along with the interest @ 18% pa thereupon, they will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action against me. How i will pay dues untill they provide me revised bill. Please do needful help, I am waiting your responce. Thanks & Regards, Abhisek Kumar [protected]

                    I am writing this deeply unsatisfied and hurt with the Vodafone service specially concerning the incompetence of your customer care executive and sending huge bill for services which were never asked . I got a sms that you have used 200 mb data. On 16th February 2015, I visited to Vodafone care office Sector 50, Noida. Service Executive verified that required details on systems and confirmed me that there is no Internet service or plan is activated hence Internet can’t be access on your mobile number. On March 1, 2015, I got sms wherein they informed me that my credit limit Rs. 5000/- and credit limit utilization is approx Rs. 5300/-.I immediately visited to same center, this time the customer care representative told me that this is because of Internet usage, I told her that there is no Internet service is enabled on my cell phone, she told me that this is per activated service. Now I would like to highlight that 1. As per my welcome letter sent by Vodafone, my credit limit was fixed as Rs. 800/- which is more than sufficient so I never sent any request for increasing my credit limit still they have increased the limit from Rs. 800/- to Rs. 4000/-. They did not informed me and don't send any confirmation letter to me. 2. In welcome letter it is very clearly showing that Internet service(DATA) is not enabled on my mobile phone. But they sent me bill of Internet charges of approx 4600/- . I did not want Internet connection on this number so never asked for it even I am using this number from July 2013.If by default Internet services were activated, it should be mentioned in welcome letter so I could sent mail/letter to Vodafone for disabling this service. Since Internet services were not enabled hence welcome letter doesn't contains any information regarding Internet charges. 3. I got a sms that you have used 200 mb data. On 16th February 2015, I visited to Vodafone care office Sector 50, Noida. Service Executive verified that required details on systems and confirmed me that there is no Internet service or plan is activated hence Internet can’t be access on your mobile number. Please clarify why it was not informed to me that Internet service is enabled on my mobile number. 4. As per Vodafone standard plan, they charge approx Rs. 270/- for 1 GB data and in case Vodafone wanted to pay Aprx 4600/- for Internet charges which is approx 17-18 times. How any service provider can ask for such huge amount. Now Vodafone executive is offering me to waive- off 25% of total bill which is not acceptable by me. I had explained that entire matter in detailed to many call center executives but everything is in vain. This is impacting my health. Furthermore, I have decided not pay the amount that will be charged on my Internet usage unless I get a bill with charges applicable except Internet charges. In case of mobile service disconnection or any other late fee etc., Vodafone will be liable to pay penalties and other claim. Regard Dinesh Khari +91 [protected]

Vodafone is doing automatically activation the plan without my confirmation as i have not approach them for any plan than also they are activating plan. Just now i spoke with Mr. Girish Yerawar Vodafone customer care. He is telling we have send SMS that plan is activating so from your end message dint came so we activate the plan. I told him without my approach and from you end automatically sending sms that plan is activating. Request you to solve my problem.

                        I got a mail from Vodafone regarding the new connection they issued anyone but Email id is mine for new connection. Don't know other documents will also be fake for the connection. I wrote a mail to vodafone authorities but no reply from them on this. Following is the mail content I got.                           Vodafone Mobile no.: [protected], bill no.: [protected] for bill period 16.01.2015 to 15.02.2015 downloading charges Rs. 99/- from d2c _99 on 02.02.2015 at 17:11:59 duration 00:00 (min:sec). Question is that while downloading duration is 00:00 seconds how you will charge to your customer?

                            My Vodafone prepaid no [protected] shown a internet offer on 18 mar 2015 it is for 109 rs recharge get a benifit of 1 gb for 28 days.and by mistake I recharge for rs 108 and my mobile shown that you are activated caller tune services and I suddenly deactivated the caller tune service and I call the customer care for further details and I ask for refund of my money.they tell that we are not allowed to refund.then also I call the customer care three times then also no respond.so please refund money .

                              Dear Sir I had activated 25 MB data balance through Vodafone's self activation system *444*5# at 3.23pm. When I used net I found at 9.27pm that my main balance of Rs.27 has been deducted along with the data and main bal is zero. At every time I get SMS regarding 80% or 90% used data before expiry of the data bal. But today I found no SMS for which I had to face a cheating activity by your company.Then immediately at 9.29pm I contacted your customer care regarding this matter but his response to my anxiety was less intensity and even he refused to allow me to talk with seniors as per my request. At the time when I contacted your customer care I had Zero balance in my account but how could I became fruitful in contacting that to 13.57minutes as there is required Re0.50 paise for 3 minutes to make call with customer care authority. Really surprise! Even your customer care authority refused me to give customer complaint e-mail id or any contact number. Is this really a good customer service? So kindly consider the above matter and refund me the wrongly deducted main balance to my accont as this is the fault from your side for not sending SMS before expiry of data bal. I am waiting your heartiest response within 24 hours otherwise I will be bound to cut-off relation with Vodafone completely. I was also cheated for Rs.99/- some months ago for which I don't recharge big amount and today that mistake has again reviewed.                                   Received a message on my Vodafone number+91 [protected] stating that I have received 20 Std minutes being a valued customer of Vodafone. So, I made a std call. But Vodafone has deducted my balance. When I called customer care, they said that my free minutes are still available and they can't give me waive off. What would I do with such a service who has already deductaed my balance. Is this the way Vodafone treat its valued customer. Pathetic!!

                                    Hello, I wanted to know the Name and address of the sim card which is owned by father. The number will be [protected]. recently i called to the customer care executive and they asked for name and address details of this number. I was sure that this card is used by my father since Jan 12 2008, so i gave the exact address which we live for the past several years. But the executive gave me shock saying the SIM card holder was wring which i told him. I tried with the address but even that too did not work. Hence I need to know in which name and address this number is being registered.                                       I received one sms saying I have subscribed for15 dailey recipe and Rs. 10 was dedected from my a/c. I received request for 10 OMG facts and again Rs. 10 Deducted from my account. I have never subscribed for above services. then how can they deduct charges ?

                                        I have purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 on 8th Feb-15 in which 3G Internet is free for 2 months which I did not know at that time. So I called to Vodafone customer care for getting details about 3G and 2G plan on 9th Feb-15 for my vodafone no. [protected]. Customer care representative asked me about my phone set model and other details and did not informed me about free 3G benefit and activated 2G plan at 00:31 AM on 9th Feb-15. On the same day 9th Feb 2015 after some time at 01:01 AM I received message for Vodafone that 3G service has been activated. After that I called for clarification and then customer care representative informed me that there is 2 month free 3G with my phone set so your 2G service not applicable and there will not be charged in Feb-15 bill. I also not used internet in the duration of 00:31 to 01:00 on 9th Feb-15. But INR 175/- has been charged by Vodafone in feb-15. Then I called to 198 today but I have not received any proper response and representatives have not responded well. I spoke to Mr. Balwant Singh and he was misguiding me and response was unsatisfactory. I requested him many times to forward my calls to his senior but he has not forwarded my call and told me that there is no further level. I have kept all the messages which I received from Vodafone and you can also check from the call record. Please revert my money which I already paid and apologize me for the inconvenience.
