I AM REGULAR USER OF 199 INTERNET PACK AND NORMALLY THE USAGE COMES MORE THAN 20DAYS.BUT THIS TIME I RECHARGED THE PACK ON 14 MARCH 2015 AND ON 18MARCH I RECEIVED THE MSG SAYING MY 80 USAGE IS OVER..I AM SHOCKED AS THE NORMAL USAGE IS SAME AS EARLIER.KINDLY CHECK THE SAME AND PLS PROVIDE ME THE DETAIL USAGE FOR THE SAME.

    I am writing this deeply unsatisfied and hurt with the Vodafone service specially concerning the incompetence of your customer care executive and sending huge bill for services which were never asked . I got a sms that you have used 200 mb data. On 16th February 2015, I visited to Vodafone care office Sector 50, Noida. Service Executive verified that required details on systems and confirmed me that there is no Internet service or plan is activated hence Internet can’t be access on your mobile number. On March 1, 2015, I got sms wherein they informed me that my credit limit Rs. 5000/- and credit limit utilization is approx Rs. 5300/-.I immediately visited to same center, this time the customer care representative told me that this is because of Internet usage, I told her that there is no Internet service is enabled on my cell phone, she told me that this is per activated service. Now I would like to highlight that 1. As per my welcome letter sent by Vodafone, my credit limit was fixed as Rs. 800/- which is more than sufficient so I never sent any request for increasing my credit limit still they have increased the limit from Rs. 800/- to Rs. 4000/-. They did not informed me and don't send any confirmation letter to me. 2. In welcome letter it is very clearly showing that Internet service(DATA) is not enabled on my mobile phone. But they sent me bill of Internet charges of approx 4600/- . I did not want Internet connection on this number so never asked for it even I am using this number from July 2013.If by default Internet services were activated, it should be mentioned in welcome letter so I could sent mail/letter to Vodafone for disabling this service. Since Internet services were not enabled hence welcome letter doesn't contains any information regarding Internet charges. 3. I got a sms that you have used 200 mb data. On 16th February 2015, I visited to Vodafone care office Sector 50, Noida. Service Executive verified that required details on systems and confirmed me that there is no Internet service or plan is activated hence Internet can’t be access on your mobile number. Please clarify why it was not informed to me that Internet service is enabled on my mobile number. 4. As per Vodafone standard plan, they charge approx Rs. 270/- for 1 GB data and in case Vodafone wanted to pay Aprx 4600/- for Internet charges which is approx 17-18 times. How any service provider can ask for such huge amount. Now Vodafone executive is offering me to waive- off 25% of total bill which is not acceptable by me. I had explained that entire matter in detailed to many call center executives but everything is in vain. This is impacting my health. Furthermore, I have decided not pay the amount that will be charged on my Internet usage unless I get a bill with charges applicable except Internet charges. In case of mobile service disconnection or any other late fee etc., Vodafone will be liable to pay penalties and other claim. Regard Dinesh Khari +91 [protected]

      Dear Sir, I am a postpaid customer of vodafone network want to register complaint. Vodafone is doing automatically activation the plan without my confirmation as i have not approach them for any plan than also they are activating plan. Just now i spoke with Mr. Girish Yerawar Vodafone customer care. He is telling we have send SMS that plan is activating so from your end message dint came so we activate the plan. I told him without my approach and from you end automatically sending sms that plan is activating. Request you to solve my problem.

        I got a mail from Vodafone regarding the new connection they issued anyone but Email id is mine for new connection. Don't know other documents will also be fake for the connection. I wrote a mail to vodafone authorities but no reply from them on this. Following is the mail content I got.           Vodafone Mobile no.: [protected], bill no.: [protected] for bill period 16.01.2015 to 15.02.2015 downloading charges Rs. 99/- from d2c _99 on 02.02.2015 at 17:11:59 duration 00:00 (min:sec). Question is that while downloading duration is 00:00 seconds how you will charge to your customer?

            My Vodafone prepaid no [protected] shown a internet offer on 18 mar 2015 it is for 109 rs recharge get a benifit of 1 gb for 28 days.and by mistake I recharge for rs 108 and my mobile shown that you are activated caller tune services and I suddenly deactivated the caller tune service and I call the customer care for further details and I ask for refund of my money.they tell that we are not allowed to refund.then also I call the customer care three times then also no respond.so please refund money .

              Dear Sir I had activated 25 MB data balance through Vodafone's self activation system *444*5# at 3.23pm. When I used net I found at 9.27pm that my main balance of Rs.27 has been deducted along with the data and main bal is zero. At every time I get SMS regarding 80% or 90% used data before expiry of the data bal. But today I found no SMS for which I had to face a cheating activity by your company.Then immediately at 9.29pm I contacted your customer care regarding this matter but his response to my anxiety was less intensity and even he refused to allow me to talk with seniors as per my request. At the time when I contacted your customer care I had Zero balance in my account but how could I became fruitful in contacting that to 13.57minutes as there is required Re0.50 paise for 3 minutes to make call with customer care authority. Really surprise! Even your customer care authority refused me to give customer complaint e-mail id or any contact number. Is this really a good customer service? So kindly consider the above matter and refund me the wrongly deducted main balance to my accont as this is the fault from your side for not sending SMS before expiry of data bal. I am waiting your heartiest response within 24 hours otherwise I will be bound to cut-off relation with Vodafone completely. I was also cheated for Rs.99/- some months ago for which I don't recharge big amount and today that mistake has again reviewed.                   Received a message on my Vodafone number+91 [protected] stating that I have received 20 Std minutes being a valued customer of Vodafone. So, I made a std call. But Vodafone has deducted my balance. When I called customer care, they said that my free minutes are still available and they can't give me waive off. What would I do with such a service who has already deductaed my balance. Is this the way Vodafone treat its valued customer. Pathetic!!

The number will be [protected]. recently i called to the customer care executive and they asked for name and address details of this number. I was sure that this card is used by my father since Jan 12 2008, so i gave the exact address which we live for the past several years. But the executive gave me shock saying the SIM card holder was wring which i told him. I tried with the address but even that too did not work. Hence I need to know in which name and address this number is being registered.                         I have purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 on 8th Feb-15 in which 3G Internet is free for 2 months which I did not know at that time. So I called to Vodafone customer care for getting details about 3G and 2G plan on 9th Feb-15 for my vodafone no. [protected]. Customer care representative asked me about my phone set model and other details and did not informed me about free 3G benefit and activated 2G plan at 00:31 AM on 9th Feb-15. On the same day 9th Feb 2015 after some time at 01:01 AM I received message for Vodafone that 3G service has been activated. After that I called for clarification and then customer care representative informed me that there is 2 month free 3G with my phone set so your 2G service not applicable and there will not be charged in Feb-15 bill. I also not used internet in the duration of 00:31 to 01:00 on 9th Feb-15. But INR 175/- has been charged by Vodafone in feb-15. Then I called to 198 today but I have not received any proper response and representatives have not responded well. I spoke to Mr. Balwant Singh and he was misguiding me and response was unsatisfactory. I requested him many times to forward my calls to his senior but he has not forwarded my call and told me that there is no further level. I have kept all the messages which I received from Vodafone and you can also check from the call record. Please revert my money which I already paid and apologize me for the inconvenience.                             I am using Vodafone network(mobile) from last five years and have taken post paid connection since then. The post-paid bill number: [protected], bill date :05/03/2015 is incorrect bill(amount Rs3326.03). Reason: Why I find it as an incorrect bill. 1)Vodafone: Unlimited call plan(Talkathon 1299 ) was activated on 28th Feb. Me(consumer): Unlimited call plan was activated on 19th Feb. So, I took advantage of this plan from 19th Feb. The reason why I find it activated on 19th Feb. I had got a call from Vodafone executive(code : 0207171XXXX) on 16thFeb who took my request to activate this plan and promised me to activate within three working days.I checked this on 19th Feb and I found that my plan was activated as there was no change in my mobile unbilled amount on several call.It was Rs. 2, 245. 2)Vodafone :You have charged Rs. 441.72 for data usage from dated 28/02/2015 and 04/03/2015. Me(consumer): As per discussion on call(16th Feb) with Vodafone executive to activate 1GB of 2G data just after deactivating my old plan.So, there must not be charged at the rate of 4p/10Kb. According to pro-rata basis, If my plan is Rs. 90/month then for 10 days it should be Rs. 30. and the data should also be on pro-rata basis if it is exceeded from the fixed data then it should be charged at the rate of 4p/10Kb.Vodafone executive told me that your mobile bill will be charged on the pro-rata basis. For rest amount, I don't have any issue. I sent several mail to Vodafone Karntaka but there was no relevant response of my complain. I have been informed on 28Feb by SMS for the service activation. I was mislead by Vodafone executive on 16th Feb for service activation so Inflated mobile postpaid bill. So, It is not my problem. It is all done by Vodafone Karnataka.                               i nagesh Khurana [protected] vodaone user goin to port my number and ...two more numbers(to whom i call most) bcz i wish to change my prepaid number to postpaid.. In the mid of feb. i got a call from you guys ([protected]) to expalin the benifits and plans offered by vodafone prepaid to postpaid . he convinced me with plans(which i come to know that it is a fake plan when i visit vodafone store peeragarhi new delhi-110063( Preeti- CR). on 13 march. Feb 25 a guy which is sent by you collected my documents from my said address and no action has been taken till march first week of then i visit vodaone store at karol bagh metro station as recommennded by vodafone customer care after wasting my 20 to 30 mints on phone and does not provide me the information that i needed and asked. 11 march At vodofone store (Karol Bagh metro station) after 30 to 40 minutes of token waiting Reprentative asked me to generate a new request and a new kit on behalf of my ids and required documents because they are not responsible for first request raised and the kit or sim number which i got of 25 Feb. still i got nothing but waste my time again Then I visit vodafone store peeragarhi new delhi-110063 on 13 March .Preeti CR attended me for the same and asked me pay 250 as security amount and confirm the plans and confirm that plan offered by voda with a commitment that i will get verification within three calender days. Fourth day i Called to voda +(91)-[protected] after conversation of 10 minutes your reprentative ask me to be on hold bcz she knows nothing and goin to ask her line manager to resolve my query then i wait for 30 long minutes but not body come on call and forcefully i disconnected the call after 40 minutes( 10 minuts to reach executive plus 30 long minutes of waiting for her senior guy. Again i visit vodafone store peeragarhi new delhi-110063 on 17 March .Preeti CR .i asked for the update preeti CR took 10 minuts on her system and ask me to wait more till she confirm to the people instead providing me update which i asked twice thrice at that time but she was blanked face then she came with blank face and going towards the system again .i again asked her what is the update still she aksed me to wait more instead of providing update which i asked forth time but she was reacted as she dont know what is goin on or what to reply. after spending 20 to 30 at the store i notice the documents and my photograph which i submitted on 13th of march (documents /ids/photographs )are still on her table. Finally i got Nothing and wasted my time.

                                I registered vodafone number in my bank Ac to get OTP. I am not able to get icicibank OTP sms on time. When I request Otp it came only after 1hrs 12 hrs some time i didnt receive sms also.its really annoying. I checked with bank they said your network operator problem. I asked to sent otp via email i received in a minute. Kindly solve give solution my number [protected]. Other wise i will change my number to other networks

                                    I have been a vodafone user for last 5 years, yesterday i'v discovered that one vale added service "look @ it" has been activated in my number ([protected], Kolkata Circle, Pre-paid) and Rs. 45 has been deducted from my account. I have no clue that if vodafone is failing to achieve their target for FY14-15 and adopting some dubious method to fullfill their target. How ever i contacted today( 18.3.15) customer care and they have given service reg. no: [protected] and assured to do the need full. Hope Vodafone will understand the issue to retain their Brand Image to take corrective measure in this concern.

                                      I recharged with 255 for 2gb 3g data pack. I don't get speed more 10 KBps while surfing or downloading using this damn network. I registered the complaint for the same but they could not provide any solution instead they're asking me to get changed my vodafone sim because they think sim might have damaged. I don't understand if the sim was damaged then why very few times I get good 3g speed. After registering the complaint the situation is even worse. I can't even reach to them now. Don't know what they did ?. And the customer executives they are yuck. I don't know what they think of customer. Why don't you think you're getting paid because o[censored]s. Now either you provide me the resolution or I will file a case against you in consumer court. I'm so much frustrated because of your service.

                                        3G mobile internet service in GANGTOK SIKKIM consistently very slow And Vodafone not providing the service and quality that they claim to provide under their 3G service. The 3G service provided to the consumers is way below par to the service Vodafone claims to offer.
