I am Tushar Dhere who ported from Idea to Vodafone some days ago. Ihad two numbers ported out to Vodafone PrimaryIdea no - [protected]AndSecondaryIdea no [protected] Sincefew days I was receiving an auto generated voice message intimating me that my number will be deactivated as I have not paid my previous mobile operator’s(Idea) bill. Ihave paid the Idea bill on 14th Mar. Please note single bill usedto get generated for both primary and secondary number. Howeverafter clearing my Idea bill, Vodafone only started outgoing calls for myprimary no – [protected] only, whereas payment for BOTH the numbers was cleared.As secondary number was not mentioned on the Idea receipt, I went back to Ideabut they refused to give me another receipt for secondary no – [protected] andstated that Vodafone should have enabled outgoing calls for BOTH the numbers.However they provided handwritten confirmation on the back of the originalreceipt to confirm that payment for no – [protected] has also been cleared underref – CN93845237. (see attachment) Ivisited Vodafone store on Sinhagad Road again and spoke with Deepa Sonawane andrequested her to activate outgoing connection for no [protected], however sheinformed that hand written proof by Idea is not acceptable and asked me toemail me the old Idea bill details. Theproblem here is that Idea will requires a password to open the bill which is acombination of Idea account id and 4 letters of customer’s first name. As I amnow no longer an Idea customer, my account stands invalid and hence I cannotopen any old bill so I cannot provide these details to Vodafone. Meanwhilemy secondary no [protected] has now been blocked by Vodafone. Even incomingcalls are blocked. Pleaseadvise why Vodafone is not accepting the details provided by me and blockingthe number? Why my number is blocked even though the due payments are done?

    I got a message on my mobile no [protected] that I have been subscribed to Vodafone tv all channel pack as requested by me and Rs 21.00 was deducted from my prepaid account. I must clarify that i never requested such service . I am feeling cheated now.

      Hi, my no is [protected].i am using this Vodafone no last 4 month. Every month once I recharge above 100 amount they reduce 50 rs. So when I called to customer care they told u have activated some services. But today they did extrem one. Yesterday I recharge of 150 & today even they again reduce my balance 149, so when I called again they told while u are access Internet some popup msg are coming automatically & for that region some of 3 services are activated so ur 198 amount has been deducted from ur main :a Lance. Although I am already activated Internet pack in this no & I have also 1021mb remaining in my no. Then I also told i[censored] know then why should u block those site they told it's ur fault why ur using those site. I am recharging my no to talk with my family, friends & couliges but if they do like that continuously then what can I do. Kindly suggest me & do something. Regards, Tusharkanta mishra [protected]

Immediately we checked our dialled call list and we have not found any number was dialed to ISD.             Hi Dear sir / madam, Greetings for the day My self prashant thakkar who have visited one of your vodafone stores( near grid, dist anand) yesterday. There i found my self with such a bad response from the employee of that store and even could not be provided such kind of services like welcome or not offered for a single glass of water as well. So there i found my self with such worst service from that perticular vodafone store. Here i am complaining about it and that you must take into action very immediately. I tried swapping the sim into other phones and checked that it's showing the same message emergency calls only. Please let me know the reason and suggest me an alternative to fix it.                       Hardly get without interrupted network for mobile ([protected])& Internet ([protected]). Several complain made but not o[censored]se, even dongle given for Internet by them is being heat so fast and not charging due to this. I have two time money deduction 60 rupe for some internet service, when I call customer care they send me 30 rupe not 60 and again cut 33 rupe for intrenet Tv service . After this deduction when I call customer care they sad to me your 33 rupe will be refund in 24 hours. But they are not refunding my money. And I am saying to take complaint and send a complaint number they are not taking it.

                          This regarding my phone number -[protected] by the name of Kartik Mendiratta. i have activated 1 gb data plan for rs 250 on my number on 18th november but on the same day i received a message from vodafaone stating this pack is not applicable to my number as browse more plan is already activated on my number for monthly rental of RS 399 . From the month of November, December, January & feburary i have been charged for Rs 250 other than monthly rental, the service which vodafone had earlier said was not applicable on my number, vodafone started charging for the service which it never gave it to me . i have been complaining it to vodafone call centre with complaint number - [protected] also i have visited to vodafone sotre in kalkaji for the same issue, they also gave a compalint number -SR#[protected]. I want to solve this issue & want a waiver of rs 1000 which has been falsely charged by vodafone on my bill since november .

                            This is to bring to your notice that I am a customer for Vodafone mobile and wi-fi. I and my family lives in Naraina, new delhi and for the past few months, we are face a lot of network problem with our connection on mobile as well as wi-fi in our house. We have approached your branch (E-block Naraina) near our house complaining for same. We requested for a booster to be installed, to which we were advised that booster is given only if the customer has minimum 10 mobile connections. Just to bring to your notice, we have 12 connections and 2 wi-fi, and everytime we are given a excuse that the request is sent to the head office and waiting response. Its now over 6 months of suffering and now we are forced to make some decision.                                 I have applied for company mapping and asked them to convert some phone no into post paid CUG. Once i make the full payment and ask for cancel service on my name, they said over phone, its already closed. After few months again i got one payment demand mail from Vodafone again.                                         Hi, I am Asawari Patankar. My plan is Vodafone.E_Connect_3G_299. Relationship no. 1.3021234 Phone no. [protected] I am charged for Rs.99 against d2c mazaa 99 in March bill.I don't what the hell is this. I am facing this problem for last three months. The bill shows download size of zero kb. Then what are charges for? I am tired of complaining this to customer care every month.

                                        I have a got a same bill amount of 149 under the same heading. No clue what the hell it is.
                                        Vodafone charged me Rs. 462/- for VAS. On enquiring, I was told that I had subscribed to weekly packs and a few other packs like d2c mazaa 99, 65 and 35. I know what websites I go to and where I download content from. I am pretty sure I never subscribed to these packs. I was refused a refund too. On searching for it on the internet, I found out many others are facing similar issues. Why is Vodafone being such a jerk? Please help!
