Hi Team, My vodafone # is [protected] . Last month my bill was of 901 rupees, i have paid the same for two times by mistake. This month my bill is of 330 rupees but still vodafone is asking me to pay the same again & again. Please update the amount is my voda account which i have paid already.

    Hardly get without interrupted network for mobile ([protected])& Internet ([protected]). Several complain made but not o[censored]se, even dongle given for Internet by them is being heat so fast and not charging due to this. Just wastage of money for this, improve your service otherwise i have to switch on some other provider, vipul nayak [protected] [protected] [protected]

      Dear sir my mob no is [protected] . I have two time money deduction 60 rupe for some internet service, when I call customer care they send me 30 rupe not 60 and again cut 33 rupe for intrenet Tv service . After this deduction when I call customer care they sad to me your 33 rupe will be refund in 24 hours. But they are not refunding my money. And I am saying to take complaint and send a complaint number they are not taking it.

        This regarding my phone number -[protected] by the name of Kartik Mendiratta. i have activated 1 gb data plan for rs 250 on my number on 18th november but on the same day i received a message from vodafaone stating this pack is not applicable to my number as browse more plan is already activated on my number for monthly rental of RS 399 . From the month of November, December, January & feburary i have been charged for Rs 250 other than monthly rental, the service which vodafone had earlier said was not applicable on my number, vodafone started charging for the service which it never gave it to me . i have been complaining it to vodafone call centre with complaint number - [protected] also i have visited to vodafone sotre in kalkaji for the same issue, they also gave a compalint number -SR#[protected]. I want to solve this issue & want a waiver of rs 1000 which has been falsely charged by vodafone on my bill since november .

          This is to bring to your notice that I am a customer for Vodafone mobile and wi-fi. I and my family lives in Naraina, new delhi and for the past few months, we are face a lot of network problem with our connection on mobile as well as wi-fi in our house. We have approached your branch (E-block Naraina) near our house complaining for same. We requested for a booster to be installed, to which we were advised that booster is given only if the customer has minimum 10 mobile connections. Just to bring to your notice, we have 12 connections and 2 wi-fi, and everytime we are given a excuse that the request is sent to the head office and waiting response. Its now over 6 months of suffering and now we are forced to make some decision. Kindly advise if some solution can be worked out for our problem, else we will have no option but to go for number portability. Regards Rohet Gupta ([protected])

            Hi, My name is hamza usmani, i have three numbers, [protected]/93/76. I have called customer care three times and had a word with arvind, parul and floor supervisor ravinder for same concern that is I want to disconnect my services. They keep on disconnecting my calls and never bother to address my concern. When i said i will complaint about this then they said yes you can do that. This is not the way to treat a customer.               I have applied for company mapping and asked them to convert some phone no into post paid CUG. No are are [protected] .This no was requested to convert pre paid to post paid CUG. The Agent name was Ms. Berkha and her Team lead name is Amit and their no are [protected] and[protected]. They had send an agent to collect all my document s and I had already submitted my document. they told me that they have recieved all my documents. But when I called tin vodafone coustmer care they are saying that they havnt recieved any document. I am afarid that my documents can be used for any illegal purpose.;l

                  Respected Sir, I wish to state the following 1. I am Priyank Gagneja resident of Chandigarh. 2. I have ported my 5 numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) under corporate plan to VODAFONE from TATA DOCOMO some 2 months back 3. I have been facing troubles from VODAFONE which are as follows a) I was not given the bill in time and my out going was barred without telephonic conversation b).I had contacted Nodal office & Appellate Office the same day c) Same day the bills were asked for and the cheque was issued and delivered to the requisite person (Mr. Ashish Arun, Business Development Officer with mobile number [protected]) d) The phones which were restored were barred again today morning owing to non payment as my cheque was not presented to my bank. 4. It is undue mental torchure by vodafone as these are my official phones. And barring these phone are hampering my business.                     Hi Respected Sir/Madam, I am Ershad Shaheed and currently staying in Hyderabad. I am working with IBM as Software Engineer. I was using Vodafone Mobile service and Cell no-[protected]. I make the last payment and ask for close the Sim.While make the last payment Sim was already stop(No Service). Once i make the full payment and ask for cancel service on my name, they said over phone, its already closed. After few months again i got one payment demand mail from Vodafone again. Please find the following details, DEMAND NOTICE DATED: 23.03.2015 Name : Mr. ERSHAR SHAHEED Mobile No : [protected] Account Number : 1.90369552 Balance : 972/- Vodafone again activated the number on me and ask me for the above payment again.I m not using that sim anymore and i am not aware when they have activate on my name. Now ask for the payment. If I am not using anymore service and already ask for the stop service, why keep one activate the Sim on my name and ask for bill. I need your help.Kindly help me.                       Hi, I am Asawari Patankar. My plan is Vodafone.E_Connect_3G_299. Relationship no. 1.3021234 Phone no. [protected] I am charged for Rs.99 against d2c mazaa 99 in March bill.I don't what the hell is this. I am facing this problem for last three months. The bill shows download size of zero kb. Then what are charges for? I am tired of complaining this to customer care every month.

                      I have a got a same bill amount of 149 under the same heading. No clue what the hell it is.
                      Vodafone charged me Rs. 462/- for VAS. On enquiring, I was told that I had subscribed to weekly packs and a few other packs like d2c mazaa 99, 65 and 35. I know what websites I go to and where I download content from. I am pretty sure I never subscribed to these packs. I was refused a refund too. On searching for it on the internet, I found out many others are facing similar issues. Why is Vodafone being such a jerk? Please help!

                          Dear customer services, I am witnessing this for the second time and this time I strongly believe there is something wrong on your billing system. This is my Data Plan number - [protected] I could see the download charges are deducted for 21/02/2015 at 00:08 for the relatively same download sight the deduction happened exactly after 7 days at the same time 00:08 on 28/02/2015, again on 7/03/2015 seven days after 28th feb. This time too the download happens as per your bill at the same time 00:08. Lastly after seven days it held on 14/03/2015, surprising twice one at the regular schedule 00:08 and another at 6:01 no the same day. I do not understand what's happening here, are you playing around with customer's money. Any customer for that matter o[censored]sage, they will not follow any pattern to download. which leaves me lot of suspects that a sort of illegal practice happens inside your organistion to boost the revenue. I have never come across those websites in my life. Download at 00:08 in every 7 days of intervals that I have not done any such downloads in my life time.                             I hav request to convert my prepaid no. [protected] to postpaid but after giving details alongwith form on 19.03.15, my no. Is not working till date. What a ridiculous service it is. I when i went to vodafone store, to resolve d problem, they issued a new sim with a mention that you hav not properly separate d sim so got damaged. But d problem still persist with new sim. I just want to know that after selling connection should i roam around ur v stores. Or will u provide services at home . Till date its pathetic that a person is living without his distributed nos since last 5 days.

                              Dear Sir, I have top up with Rs.150 on 23rd March, 2015 9:55AM for my Vodafone No. [protected]. After that i have activate net pack with the rate of Rs.195 through my mobile using the option *111#. The amount was remitted from account but still my mobile no. doesnt get activated with net pack. I enquired with vodafone officials, but i doesnt get satisfied. Because they registered complaint & not taken any necessary action on this. Still i am waiting to activate net plan. I am get confused. Kindly help.

                                Last month when i was recharging for Internet pack via self help services i got an error message saying "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". and checked the balance there was no deductions. I tried again and it was successful, even i got the message that my internet pack is active, but my balance got deducted 2 times. 101 x 2 = 202. customer care said we cannot refund the amount as your internet pack is already active. again today when i checked my balance there was a deduction of 129 rs, when called customer care they accepted it was a mistake but cannot refund it because it has been more than 24 hrs at the time i complained. You need to complain within 24 hrs of deductions to get the refund.??? what is this rule? I have been associated with vodafone since 8 years, but now i feel Its high time to boycott vodafone and switch to a different operator. my mobile no:- [protected]

                                      i have been offer 500mb of 2g data for 3 months against my security deposit of 250 rupees which i paid as a porting charge...and for that i got a call from vodafone when my number was activated...so i started using the internet and i used lesser than the upper limit even though they billed for my internet uses. then i logged a complaint for this and then mr gulwant singh floor manager of vodafone customer care is saying that there was no call from vodafone for that offer.he even denied that vodafone provides such offer.and after explaining all the situations of earlier complaints he is saying that you have to pay. Mr Gulwant Sing is saying that i am telling lie he is saying true.and in any circumstances i will have to pay the bill which i havent used for. thank you RAHUL KUMAR
