My Friends & Family (FNF) Plan got deactivated from January for my Vodafone number without any information. When I received my bill in the month of February, I complained about the same on 18/02/2015. Since then I have called Vodafone customer care atleast 15times, mailed them around 7times but I haven't received any response on the issue. First they asked me to provide them time till 3rd March to resolve the issue. On 3rd I receive an email stating they need 2more working days and they will revert by 5th. Again there was no response from their end. Then I received a call from [protected] on 8th March again asking me what the problem is, but even she didn't have any solution to it. She told me someone else would call me on 9th and resolve the issue. After that I just received an email on 21st March asking me on which no. FNF was deactived, though I have mentioned it on my previous emails. This careless and laid back attitude from Vodafone is simply unacceptable. When I visited the South City store on 21st March, even the attendant was unable to help me. He further asked me to email at the customer care website. When I showed him all the emails, all he did was made a complaint request from his end whch is suppose to be resolved by 24th. In short, none of them have any answers. They are playing the blame game on each other. I have clearly stated them that I will not be paying the bill for the month of February unless I receive proper justifications for this act and refund of my amount.

      I had bought a Vodafone SIM, [protected], on[protected] for internet. It is a Rs.650- pack, 3G, 3Mbps speed. But, when I started using it I found that internet speed is very very low. The upload speed is 0.05Mbps and download speed is 0.07Mbps. I complained about this on[protected]. But till now the problem is not rectified. Ramachandran.P.V

        I bought post paid Sim card by February month 2015 for Vodafone showroom ashok nagar, chennai, they said they will do verification at that time it self inform the person who rise for the verification request, that am working, I will be available in home after 7.30 pm or before 8.30 am in morning, but hey sent the person while when am not available at time after that i arias the request more the 6 time, but still my sim card is barred, i bought the sim for my official purpose but, it is creating a big problem for officially. Will they come for the verification or shall move on to other network. if there is no response am going raise the consumer complaint ...

            Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding Vodafone internet services that I would complain about for my Vodafone postpaid number: [protected] (Vodafone relationship number: 1.[protected]. This particular Vodafone number was a prepaid number, shifted to postpaid plan Red 699_ Individual. Now, as per the plan, I am supposed to get 1 GB 3G data per month, in reality I am only getting 2G services only and it started since the switchover from prepaid to postpaid on February 26, 2015. Earlier, when I was using Vodafone prepaid services, with this same number, I was getting 3G connectivity, although it was mostly hybrid or hybrid plus signals only, still at times it showed 3G. Now, after shifting to postpaid, I never ever got 3G on my device (Samsung Galaxy S3). I would like to confirm that there is nothing wrong with the device and I am getting 3G signals from any other telecom service provider, except for this SIM card and at this number. I have taken screenshots of my device, as a proof of this deliberate negligence of services by Vodafone. It is very clear to me that this lack of service is deliberate and deceptive, Vodafone is not providing service as mentioned in the plan. Under this circumstance, I don’t feel any liability to pay Vodafone for nothing. I demand an explanation via e-mail only, stating the reason clearly, a resolution . I hope to get a prompt response in this regard, along with a resolution (full 3G services) at the earliest. I already contacted Vodafone Kolkata appellate on Mon, 16 Mar 2015, no response whatsoever till date and time. I request you to look in to this matter and help me resolve this at the earliest.             Vodafone Kolkata replied, Ishita Guharoy (appellate Kolkata) asking me to further explain by sending screenshot of test speed results from speedtest app. It took more than 25 minutes to download 14.49 M.B. of data (speedtest app), it is still showing 'E' beside the tower signals, in case of 3 G, it usually shows at least 'H'. I guess Vodafone can easily look up the speeds provided at this particular connection/SIM card and deliberately delaying the process by asking a consumer to do the technical stuff, which most people fail to follow. I have replied to the mail, asking them to take this problem seriously and resolve it if they want to resolve.

              i request online for a new vodafone no .[protected]. Mr alok arya ...(alok.[protected]@gmail.com) came at my home for doc. for new vodafone connection on 17 march 2015...they told me new connectoin will star with 48-64 hours.. this no is no not activated untilled..when call him he said number will stsarted soon ...after that he is not reciving my call, ...he messaged me If i m ignoring your call so you have to understand i m busy ..dont call many tym ... today i have call only 3 times, , he is not attending my call from last 3 days, , , arun kumar [protected]

                My mobile number [protected] Hai I have already given n number of complaints against the billing . but still I don't get any solution . again the same issue happens in this month billing also . last month my data offer balance in all three plan is 2.3 GB but I used only 2.07 GB only . but extra 750 rs added to my bill without my knowledge . previous bill also the same issue happens . I given complaint @ customer care and Vodafone store Kadappakada Kollam also but I still not received any explanation for this . they even don't know how this billing calculated .I am unhappy with the service that u provided . I already given request for porting, but your executive agreed that he will give waver in this bill but its not happend . If its not cleared before my last bill date I will port out. I will not pay the bill till the last date but I know I need to pay this before port out . that I am ready to loss my Money again . [protected]. [protected] [protected] [protected]. All these numbers will port out .

                    For the last so many years I am using a 3G plan of Rs.850 5GB unlimited plan and recieving the bill of Rs 850+whatever the charges.All of a sudden i started recieving bill in the range of[protected].on asking them i was told that my plan is not unlimited and i have to pay extra for using internet more than 5GB.The funny part is this that for 5GB 3G plan i am paying 850 and for extra 400-500MB i have been asked to pay 2000/- Comman sense-If any company giving customer an option of 3G Plan 1. 850 5GB unlimited (Speed will reduce after consuming 5GB but nothing will be charged) 2.850 5GB limited (Speed will reduce and you will be charged 4paisa/10kb after consuming 5GB) Who is the gentleman in this world that will opt for limited plan.                       My vodafone no is [protected]. In this plan i have get roaming free plan for bhiwadi & manesar area in our coporate honda plan. I have all leaflet of this plan. But now ii got unnecessary & uninformed outgoing roaming charges to my no. ITS A REPRATED PROBLEM TO ME. i dont pay any extra aamamount for it.                       i have voadafone pco connection no [protected] last time i have recharged it with Rs.899 i have got 1800 l/s min for any where in india but now i again recharg with 899 & 50 Rs but i don't have got any minuts & balance in this no i have already complain to your cutomer care but there is not reply faithful please look in to this metter immediately or resolve this my problem as soon as possible other wise would be take legel action against you companies so please call me

                        Since last one month on my vodafone number different different packs are getting acivated repeatedly...and every time i ask custmr services to deactivate it and refund the amount they say its our fault And are stopping the service and starting it again another day And deduct money from my balance. Today jst now i talked to Shiva one of the advisors and askd him to hand over the call to the supervisor or manager, he says it is not possible.I dont understand who has the solution to my problem. Can anybody provide proper service and stop doing all these stuffs or should I stop believing in vodafone services.

                          Dear Sir, I am your customer using your telecom services from last 8 months. but it is very disgraceful for me to say that your services are not up to the mark. Alsoyour executives are not treate customer as like a customer, even they are not interested to help with there full potential. Firstly, i want to share the case with you from where this all starts : On 12 feb 2015 there is a service named Tiny TV service has been auto activated in my number from vodafone, 44 rupees were deducted at that time. I call on 198(Complaint only number), where i talked with a custmer care executive, he told me that this service has been activated with a flash messages which come during internet surfing. I request to him to deactivate this service and the service has been deactivated from your side. Also this time i request to him to activate DND service so that in future there is no such type of case happen. And he confirmed that DND has been activated on my number. After this On 9 march 2015, [protected]@ it service has been activated on my number, I again call on 198 and request him to deactivate this and refund my money as this is not my fault, because this time i already request to vodafone that no flash message should come on my number. But again the customer care executive won't help me and also he is not even interested to listen my request. 45 rupees were deducted from my number. Again on 20 March 2015, vodafone All Channel pack has been activated on his own and 50 rupees were deducted from my number. Again I call on 198 and talk to your customer care executive named Pradeep, he didn't tell me his employee number otherwise i mentioned it also. He told me that this flash messages were send from Vodafone and while using internet i mistakenly click on that so that the service has been activated. But when I already complaint last time for these flash messages then why this happen again as your executive already confirmed that no such type of flash message come on my number. He deactivate the services but didn't refund money. Again On 22 march 2015, means today again Look @ it service has been activated on my number and 45 rupees again deducted from my number. I call 9 times on 198 after one lady name Madhu pickup the call and she told that she is at now from chandigarh office, she told that this happens not because of flash message, but actually these are the links send from vodafone for there customer. means the whole 3 cases where contradict with this case for the same service. or your executive didn't know the real reason or they don't want to share with the customer. I request you to please take proper appropriate action regardinfg this issue and refund my all money back to my number. Hope you would be able to understand that what is the importance of time as well as money on any individual's life.                             Vodafone network keeps making calls giving details of offers on a number that is on roaming. Since the number is on roaming and roaming chargers are applicable even when the calls from the network are received, then such calls should not be made while on roaming.

                              Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we have been facing network related issues since we have shifted to sector 76, not only me every other person in our society is facing it badly. Location information- JM orchid apartment, Sector 76 Noida PINCODE- 201301 Many people have been switched to Idea from Vodafone due to its poor network service but I wanted to inform you first and let you guys look over this issue and resolve it so that I don't need to change my subscriber again and again. Network problem is very servere and I can not make any call from my room not even from my balcony. Guys, please visit this location and if you don't want your existing customers to switch to other subscriber then please resolve this problem at your earliest.                               My complaint regarding poor network service is not yet resolved, don't know why no one is taking it seriously.
                              Vodafone service throughout Delhi NCR has taken a beating. We don't even have access to 2G services around Noida Sector 125 and other key areas. I've heard rumors about towers being shutdown and stuff like that. Is this all true? Please respond!

                                I got a 3G data recharge on 27 Feb 2015 however, it was not activated. I called up the customer care and i was told that i will get my recharge on 1 March 2015 till 6 pm. Nothing was done till that date and i was in a urgent need of data recharge so i got a recharge by myself of Rs 101. I was unable to contact customer care due to network problems in Andaman Islands.I reached Bangalore on 8 March 2015 and i called customer care they took down my complaint and told me they will solve my problem within 48 hours but again nothing was down on your side. Again i called up customer care a lady talked to me in a very rude manner and told me that my problem will be solved within 24 hours but again nothing was done on your side rather i was blocked from customer care list and every time i tried to follow up i used to get an automated answer that my request cannot be processed. Then i called up from different vodafone number and i got mysel[censored]nblocked. Then again i called up customer care they took my complaint and told me that within 4 hours technical team will contact me but nothing was done. Today again i called up customer care and they have told me to wait till 23 march. every time i call up everyone gives me different answers and tells me to wait for sometime. No one is even bothered even to call up and tell me the status. I have had enough of this. This is complete customer harrasement. I don't know how many more complaints are required to solve such a small problem. I have used many networks but i never faced such harassment from customer care. I have paid Rs 250 + Rs 101 and i didn't got any service for it. This is how you value your customer and Customer money. This is my last request to you. It's been over a month and you guys have done nothing. If Nothing is done after this i will understand how do you value your customer. And then i will never take vodafone services and i will never recommend someone to avail the same. Also, i want to register a complaint against Ms. Nirmala Vyaga your employee who talked to me in a very rude manner and after that i was blocked from customer care list. Kindly tell me how to lodge a formal complaint against her. I am not going to leave this matter. My complaints are going unheard for almost a month. I need that my Data reacharge problem should be solved as soon as possible and a serious action is taken against Ms Nirmala for her inadequate behaviour otherwise i will be forced to approach the consumer forum for inefficient services and mental harassment for almost a month.

                                  My Name : Dinesh babu Mobile number : [protected] Vodafone complaint Number : [protected] today Yesterday(21-Mar-2015) morning I had ported from XXX to vodafone network as a postpaid customer for Rs.699 as rental. I called 117 and completed my tele Verification also in the morning itself. Am able to make local calls. But when I try to make STD calls, it says as "Special subscription need to be activated". I tried many STD numbers and for all am getting the same message. I raised complaint(number : [protected]) in customer care also. But still nothing happening. Don't know how to make STD calls. I know the bill charge will be made for all the days. But till now am not able to make any calls. First day itself I got frustrated. Again I called many times customer care they say as it will get rectified in half an hour, but now almost two days went. Each representaive giving their own stories. And still the problem exist. Please help me in this regards.

                                    my tarrif plan is e connect 375 and I have one gb of 3g unlimited data and after one gb the speed reduces ...but in my bill I have been charged 343 as downloading charges how can they charge me for downloading when I have unlimited net connection in my tarrif plan .when I called customer service they said ssome sites when visited will be charged ..and they say that I have erreneosly clicked some download button...please help

                                      I am 85yrs old, and have come to chennai to see the doctor who treats me. Now after I landed in chennai, I lost the connectivity which is the only way of communication to my doctor and my relations at kolkata. today morning. i came since then I am running from pillar to post to rectify my phone connectivity. Whatever number and profile I have to give I have given to all the contact persons enlisted in your vodafone online chat through a internet joint. I am now tired and anxious, do not know how to contact my doctor and also my family is worrying. I cannot believe after all these sofistications you do not have any instrument to rectify my connectivity. till kolkata airport it was there and now it has disappeared, one very intelligent worker of your company said that he would try to rectify it after I go back to kolkata on 23rd. very helpful indeed. Will you consider an award for him. his name is Magesh. kindly do that. meanwhile I change my consumer status to some other network thank you.

                                        ON 21/03/2015 I HAVE RECHARGE @ 99 RS/- FOR 300 MB INTERNET FOR MY MOBILE NO [protected] THROUGH INTERNET BANKING. BUT STILL 22/03/2015 IT IS NOT ACTIVATED. WHEN I WANT LAUDGE THE COMPLAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE, YOUR PEOPLE ARE NOT WANT TO TAKE THE COMPLAIN. WHEN I WANT TO TALK TO SENIOR PERSON THAN YOUR PEOPLE HOLD ME 38 MINITUS.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Recently I have received call from [protected] & [protected] for this complain, they are asking for my Internet banking details or My Debit card details for refund. I could not understand why it is required for refund.

                                        Due to this if my account is hacking by any person or any reason than Vodafone are the responsible .
