This is regarding my mobile (+91 [protected]) bill’s data usage charge for feb 2015), my complain no.[protected] for same,
even after repeated calls and mails to vodafone, nodal and appellate, there pathetic customer service from them
different executives just keep calling with no explanation or conclusion to my problem, i had taken 3 addon data plans in tht month for which I had received message from Vodafone on all 3 times stating activation of these booster plans and also the usage alert of 80%, even after these vodafone executives ans was, even though I received confirmation that same had been activated, i should have called up 111 and checked if the plan is active or no and messages sent from your server is not handled by us. Is it my duty to call up & confirm if a plan has been activated or not, even though I have received a confirmation sms from Vodafone? other executive calling up and saying i hve exceeded my data usage with no explanation how and when, which period this happened, even after repeated mails to them theres no closure to this matter, really dissapointed i choose to be loyal to such a pathetic brand for more than 10 yrs, have attached all messages i have recieved for activation of these plans, even after tht i hve been charged for data usage on regular usage charges, if its not solved before my billing date thts 22nd march i wont be interested in continuing with vodafone anymore, as i hve been following up since 7th march
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have been using vodaphone postpaid connection for last one year in Mumbai circle. Recently for emergency issue I have moved to west Bengal. I have visited local vodaphone store to disconnect my postpaid connection. They said it is now possible for them. I don't want to continue my postpaid connection. Kindly disconnect my number.
Please deactivate my postpaid number ASAP. I don't want to pay bills in future.
