I have taken a free of Cost Dongle in special plan Rs 600/- @ 3GB 3G post unlimited plan allotted mobile number [protected] on dated 26.02.2015. Now I am not getting 3G speed at all & also not able to use the dongle for that. So please look into this matter in priority basis & resolve the issue as early as possible .Now I am also not getting 2G speed & my dongle is 100% useless. Still I have not got any solution from your side. This is quite hopeless & pathetic service I have ever experienced. As a professional like Vodafone how can you do this kind of negligence towards your corporate customer. This is not at all excepted & also not appreciated.     I have visited the Kailash Colony vodafone store thrice in the past 3 days wherein at first 2 instances I was told systems are down, so I did not say much and left. I again took an hour off from work to go get something as simple as a sim change for a number I have had with them since 2006 and the same executive "Sandeep Kashyap" was most disrespectful and I am not only referring to his tone. I was told to stand at his desk by their own executive which I did for half an hour, which he then informs me I was to do with a token. I had specifically asked his colleague whether I need a token and she said no which I informed him of and he in a very rude manner denied dealing with me for that reason even though she agreed to my statement. This is basically causing uncalled for inconvenience and even I cannot keep taking leave for such a simple task which they do allow to be completed by others and I respect their decision. My complaing however is against "MR.SANDEEP KASHYAP" at the Kailash colony vodafone store and request that action be taken so that he thinks twice before treating another customer as such again.

      We are regular customer of vodafone post paid connection. We have wi -fi connection at our home. we never activated any Internet data plan for the same number.

      Suddenly from Jan 15 bill vodafone charged us Internet charges for Rs. 10600/- for two months, stating reason that may be our wifi connection gets disconnected and we used Vodafone Internet for 2 months.

      Now they send us legal notice also, we have already talk to their officers that we will pay only monthly nominal charges i.e. 450/- per month. Every time their officers says ok we will talk to our seniors and again they never call. Their customer care people call for payment regularly.

      Pls help us on this matter.

          Dear Sir/Madam i am holding phone number [protected] for last 2 -3 years . i was not using my phone for some time and therfore not recharge the same. Today i recharge for Rs102 /- internet pack through site vodafone.in . payment was successfull but i was not getting the connection . so i chat online and found that payment was sucessful but phone number is transfered to someone else. I was jus surprised . then i requested for refund, but they bluntly denied refund, I am taken a back . Transfer of phone number to some one else without my knowledge and then continue receiving payment from old customer is amounting to cheating, I request you to immediately refund my payment for this number and also reallot number to me .

            Sir/Madam I am user of vodafone services. My number is [protected]. On 10 march, There was a deduction of 60 rupees without any valid reason. I asked the customer care about this as this was very frequent problem with my number.This time I was sure that I have done nothing and the balance was deducted. I made complaint on Tuesday 10march 2015 and I was assured that I will get my balance back within 24 hours.Also the operator gave me a fake complaint number [protected]. When the issue was not resolved till four days i called at ur cc number 198. I was told that there is no complaint from my end and they have nothing to solve. I asked to register further complaint. He put me on hold and was not back even for five minutes. I called again, But the same thing was repeated by the operator.No one was willing to tell even the name of onself. I was misguided completely and dis harrasment is intolerable.Everyone did nothing but wasted my time.Now I dont want to use these services any more. Hope u will look into the matter.               Caller tune is been charged by Vodafone no doubt it's for free . I don't want Vodafone to do their advertising for my caller tune . We pay money for caller tune not Vodafone to do their business. If they want to do their advertising give caller tune for free . This is very unfair and so irritating to hear their stupid advertising which makes caller feel so cheap . Not happening at all. Pay for caller tune also and they advertising for free. If this cannot be changed I want my money back on my main balance and I'll cancel the caller tune.

Recently, I lost my phone and along with it my Sim Card. So as per the process I applied for a new Sim card at your LOCAL VODAFONE STORE located at Abhyankar Nagar near VNIT College Nagpur. I got the SIM Card Yesterday i.e. March 14, 2015 at around 1:30 pm after having completed all the requisite formalities and having submitted all the necessary documents and photos. Now I was told that my number will be activated within two hours. I was OK with that and I waited accordingly. However, even as I post this complaint to you today i.e. March 15, 2015 at 10:15 pm my SIM has still not been activated. I am facing many problems as people are unable to contact me.                   Vodafone customer representative activated and confirmed change of plan to Rs.375+tax for call and data. 500 min call + initially 3G connection till some limit and unlimited 2g there after. I got a bill of Rs.5264 for data usage. I was assured that the plan has been activated, but not activated due to their mistake. In Detail: During first week of feb 2015 i got a service call from vodafone customer care. In that call i was offered some plans and i opted for Rs.375 plan and according to representative it was activated immediately. I started getting mails from vodafone "Your current usage of Rs. has exceeded the average monthly bill value." with missing amount. Immediately I called the customer care representative in 2nd and 3rd week of feb 2015. They asked me to ignore the amount as they are ubilled and undiscounted amount and my plan is 375+tax. I sent soo many emails to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and also called the customer care. Every time i get a reply that "you have *** plan sir according to this the amount is *** and *** is unbilled amount sir so your bill is undiscounted and do you want to change the plan". I dont understand how did they help me by explaining the same problem to me. When i call customer care i expect solution not to explain same problem back to me. After getting the bill when i explained the problem to the representative through phone as well as email. I get the same reply again and again as if they have byhearted some sentence. They dont try to understand the problem just listen to keywords and follow guidelines in a dumb way. Unfortunately, i dont remember the exact date. But I directed them to the right way telling you can look into and send a copy of recorded discussion by providing my mobile number.

                  I have contacted(Email and call) vodafone customer care regarding this many times but every time they say we will investigate regarding this and will call you back in some time. They never call back.

                  I had expectation on this site but you have also notified them and i have not heard back from them...


                  Now i dont think, this site will help me.

                    hi This is regarding the bill amount for the month of February for number [protected]. Please note, i have been connected to your organization for more than 6 years, however this is a very disappointing moment for me. the bill i received for this month was for Rs. 2900 however it has never exceeded Rs. 1000 as you may check. i have never used my phone for these many downloads. i have previously complained for like 3-4 times however no one has even bothered to have a look at it. i did not receive any call back for this. This is really very sad that a company this big cannot find time to reach out to its customers. if you are not willing to help me about it, i would like to port my number to some other service provider. i am really very disappointed as it has been more than a month. i would like to speak to you regarding this issue asap. Jab verification karne aaye the ghar per to bol ke gaye the ki 24 hour me activated ho jayege.per activated nahi huye hai.me Vodafone store noida sector 18 kam se kam 13-14 baar ja chuka hu.har baar bola jata hai kal activated ho jayege per abhi tak activated nahi huye hai .sir/ madam me Vodafone ki service se kush nahi hu.Vodafone store per company customers ke help ke liye rakhte hai per WO customer ko jhut bol kar best scheme or best service ka bol Karl apna target pura karte hai phir no customers per pahuchne ke baad customers se thik se baat tak nahi karte help to bahut dur ki BAAT hai.                         In offers they mentioned 1gb Internet data only in 56 rupees for 15 days but after self recharge ( from main balance). i got only 300 mb data for 7 days. when i talked to customer care they said you need the flexy or e-recharge not self recharge but in offer they did not mention about it.

                        i recharge at 06:56pm, 15 march 2015 of rupees 56 .so please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                          I have a Vodafone connection and my mobile is charged 4 paise every hour for data even when my data connection is off (Also i am using a Wifi to connect to internet) and when contacted customer care they are not answering properly and are talking roughly. I am very frustrated with their service after using Vodafone network for nearly 8 years now.Very bad support.

                            Sir, I have lodge my complaint against the vodafone that the executives of the said company provides me wrong information and misguided me about the plan and send me a wrong bill. sir i bought a new vodafone number in the month of December-2014 and executive told me a Roaming Tarrif Plan. According to that plan if i bought a another sim of vodafone in the Rs 149/- as monthly rental charges then there is no roaming charges bearable and just Rs 75/- i have to pay monthly for that service. but sir in the month of Feb i found that second new sim has a bill and an amount of 929/- when i did the complaint on 7th March the another executive told me that there is no RTP was activated on my sim. That executive was a female and that day i didn't found that lady executive. Sir this is a big financial lose for me and why i should i bear all these nonsense things when i bought a Roaming tariff plan. After the laoding complaint there is lot of calls came to me and again and again vodafone executives assured me that my bill will be wave off but now today there is no action has been taken. due to this problem i wouldn't be able to deactivate my present both sim becuase this company totally cheated me and i dont want to keep these numbers. This is my request to that please sort out my problem earliest as possible so that i would be able to deactivate the nonsense service. Please expitite the matter Thanks and regard

                              I had taken a new Vodafone sim on Friday 13th, March 2015. Today morning 15th March 2015, I called Vodafone CCare 117 for final verification. Now they have activated my sim, and I am able to receive calls also. But the disappointing thing is that, I have not received the first recharge benefits yet, i.e. - 150rs balance, and 1Gb 3G data. The mam at the CCare end had ensured me that I will get the benefits after 15 minutes of the call. But I haven't got any benefit yet. And the worst thing that could happen to anyone is that, I am unable to call at any CCare number. 121, 198, 117 every number is saying, "You have unsufficient balance to make this call". Kindly help me. I had opted for the 275Rs first rechare with benefits of 150rs lifetime balance and 1Gb 3G data (data for 1 month). My new Vodafone number is : [protected]

                              The fault was actually from the retailer end. I talked to the vodafone care from my friend's phone, and they told me the solution. Thanks vodafone.

                                I, M.Bharadwaj has migrated from prepaid to postpaid on my Vodafone no:[protected] and I applied for add-on connection a week later on 26-Feb-2015 at Maruthi communications located at Balapur X Roads, Hyderabad. They promised me that in 2 days your new connection will get activated. It has been more than 15 days since then there is no reply from anyone of them despite of my daily roaming to their outlet. They even gave the H.O no which is located at Begumpet varun towers to speak about the problem and said that problem lies with them only and cannot be resolved by them. When I contacted H.O people Mr Hemanth responded and said same would be resolved in 2 days which happened 10 days back. till now nobody is responding to my problem and im even in dilemma whether I would get new connection or not. This is ridiculous and disgusting. very very poor and bad service from Vodafone, I didn't expected this from such a corporate company like this.

                                  I have lodged a series of complaints regarding my Internet connectivity on 3G data network and normal network connectivity. Both these services are pathetic to the core. I am not able to browse internet on my phone, neither am i able to make or receive any call since 2 months. People are all cheats and give false commitments of resolving the issue and keep closing the tickets just by making a call. This is the most third grade service provider that i have ever experienced in my life. They are big cheats. My last ticket was registered under : [protected] & [protected]. No action has been taken still now.

                                    On 20th of February 99 rupees got deducted from my vodafone prepaid number unnecessarily. The day after I visited the vodafone store located in my city and complained about it, they agreed that the deduction was unnecessary showing some app download and they have applied for the refund process and it will take 2 to 3 days time and it will be refunded. Thereafter I visited the store 6 to 7 times between 24th February and 7th march. Still had no response and they said the higher authority is not saying to revert. I think the response was solely due to the fact I dint shout once and was calm. So I called the vodafone customer care number and they said they cannot do because they refund reductions of only last 5 days. So I am middle of nowhere, 99 is not a big sum, but if this happens in future again they will not refund even after visiting the store regularly n reminding on daily basis. Action needs to be taken against such poor response and customer negligence . Please look into the matter as i got frustrated with such response and is not acceptable from such a big company.

                                      I got an sms on 10.03.15 that my current bill is Rs.9954/-. I spoke to customer care and she said 500 MB that is free is applicable only in India. You have used 13925 KB on 19th Feb 224 KB on 16 feb and the charges are 5.50 p per 10 KB so your charges are 7788/- for internet usage. While in Srilanka, I had kept my phone switched off for most of the time. I hardly used internet. How can so much KB be consumed! Secondly, you can see from my history that I have been using this no. and another number[protected] for more than 7-8 years. Being such an old customer, who has paid all the bills on time, is this the kind of treatment I deserve from you? 'Request you to look into the matter so that I don't have to pay this amount, else I will be left with only one option i.e. to shift both my numbers to another service provider.                                         I had recharged with 95 3G Internet Pack but i am getting only 2G Internet, When i complaining to them, , , they are not giving the solution, and more over they blocked my customer care service..Iam staying in east delhi ..Some executives was telling that your area is congested 3G Network coverage.
