Extra deductions

Sir, I received a msg (VZ-611111) on 8th Mar 15. in which it was stated that - "Turant call kare 12124..." to avail 25p/min STD. I called 12124, and there was no reply and the call ended abruptly. So I called again and again .. same result. I found later that each time I dialled the number Rs.34/- was deducting from my balance. Not getting network at all

Disrespect at the vodafone store

I have visited the Kailash Colony vodafone store thrice in the past 3 days wherein at first 2 instances I was told systems are down, so I did not say much and left. Post paid bill No 9619843414

We are regular customer of vodafone post paid connection. We have wi -fi connection at our home. we never activated any Internet data plan for the same number.

Suddenly from Jan 15 bill vodafone charged us Internet charges for Rs. 10600/- for two months, stating reason that may be our wifi connection gets disconnected and we used Vodafone Internet for 2 months.

Caller tune advertising

Caller tune is been charged by Vodafone no doubt it's for free . I don't want Vodafone to do their advertising for my caller tune . We pay money for caller tune not Vodafone to do their business. Billing mistake - I was assured the plan was activated but was not activated

4 paise deducted every hour even when data connection is off in mobile

Still not get the benefits of first recharge

I had taken a new Vodafone sim on Friday 13th, March 2015. Today morning 15th March 2015, I called Vodafone CCare 117 for final verification. Now they have activated my sim, and I am able to receive calls also. But the disappointing thing is that, I have not received the first recharge benefits yet, i.e. - 150rs balance, and 1Gb 3G data. The mam at the CCare end had ensured me that I will get the benefits after 15 minutes of the call....
