      Dear Sir, I brought a new prepaid Connection at 14.03.15 in Our Company Name.The mobile number is [protected]. So i console with vodafone store in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. They have to provide Our Company RC details and letter head, My id Proof. I submit the all proof what they are said. The sim is activated today only.The problem is its not activated in my company name. Its activate in my driving licence proof. I am asking the customer care executive many time today. But they did not give proper response. I need to activate the sim in my company name only. I am asking to him i[censored] not activate in my company name please return my RC details and letter head. But he told i don't know where it is. I am totally disappointing with your service. I need sim is activated in our company name or else please return the My Company RC details and Letter Head. Further any clarification please contact [protected].

        I am using 3G data plan, but all suddenly I got a message at 11:16 AM 17-march-2015 from DM-MYDALA. Then I checked my balance had been deducted by Rs250. I didn’t activate it either by USSD or SMS. But they told I had activated from my end. I don’t remember if had clicked any pop-up ad in internet by mistake. But how come they deduct my balance without my concern. Please re fund my money back.

        I am using 2G data plan, but all suddenly I got a message at 10.19PM 25-march-2015 from DM-MYDALA. Then I checked my balance had been deducted by Rs9. I didn’t activate it either by USSD or SMS. But they told I had activated from my end. I don’t remember if had clicked any pop-up ad in internet by mistake. But how come they deduct my balance without my concern. Please re fund my money back. My mobile no is [protected].

          Dear Sir, My vodafone account no.[protected] relationship no.1.40218624 Talk plan is : Friendship 299. I am your customer since 22.02.2014. The bill is being sent through mail to anjann.[protected]@gmail.com which belongs to my husband. I paid regularly without verifying the bill. Last bill send by you on 10.03 2015 for Rs2, 967.76 seems to high and opened you e bill. I was shocked to see the entire talking plan have changed. Tough I opted for plan mentioned above now has become Rs.899.00, without my knolowledge and consent. The address is also is showing different. The total incident have occurred at your office negligence. I want immediateredressal of the complaint. Request you to adjust my bill and send me hard copy so that I can verify and pay the amount. Please note that in the event of close my connection due to nonpayment of bill, I shall have no other option open except to go to consumer court for redressal of my complaint.               I have recharged 3G 1GB net pack of 249 in my mobile no. [protected]on dated 12/03/15. I have received message from vodafone on dated 16/03/15 i.e. my net pack over written by 45MB 2G data pack. I have not done this type of any recharge on my no. so why my data pack has over written by 2G data pack without my permission. I have also discussed for the same from customer care 3 times but they have not provided any type of solution for this problem. I will not bothered the loss of money without my any mistakes. So please refund my 3G 1GB net pack of Rs.249 in my mobile no. [protected].

                I had offer of 5GB(unlimited) and restricted speed thereafter 3GB plus 2 GB free 3G data offer on recharge of Rs 647 on my number [protected] and I recharged it on 13 Mar 2015 at 1300hrs through my paytm account. I received a message Recharge of Rs 647 was successful and my request is being processed. but 3 days passed and no data received. Meanwhile, my previous data recharge of the same offer had a validity till 16 Mar 2015, 1159hrs. I called 198 the very evening on 13 Mar and the Customer service representative told you are already running under an unlimited data plan so this data will be received only after expiry of your present data validity. And when today morning I called to 198 again as I still did not receive any data on expire of validity, it was just a hell talking to them and he straightway refused taking my complaint regarding this. Then he said offer is available only once as I had the same recharge last month which had validity till midnight 16 Mar. Now, if the offer is available only once then why it was still shown on my Best Offers and if on second time the offer was not available then Why the amount was not refunded? This is an open fraud to many of such customers like me and moreover the behaviour of customer service to not take complaint is not acceptable. I want the 5 GB unlimited plan data wef the I will recieve it or the entire amount is to be refunded. Payment of Rs. 647 is received by Paytm ! CC Transaction No [protected]

                  Dear sir My Mobile Balance deducted 47 Rs. Reason of internet Browsing but my internet validity is not expired. I have a use internet time 4:36:11 & validity period of time 4:36:22 I also contact 111 Customer care 3 Times emiget but they said your Validity period of internet pack is expired & you should be charges but they are not convece me i talk with 3 times 11 min & much more. please sawl my problem properley & Refund My Balance Rs 47.                     Hello sir, Today I visited the vim an gar videophone store I requested them to I need to convert my old seem to nano sim. For my new cell First of all they told me that sim is not on my name. I am using this sim for last 9 years. First I took this sim as post paid that time i was to get all the bills on my name properly to my address, later i converted this sim to prepaid. My counter number was 119 at store. They told me that i have to submit the old seem n i will get the new sim that will activate the sim in 4 days i told the person that new sim get activate in two to three hours and why it will take me 3 to 4 days to active they told me that its and prosechear we can’t help

                      To Vodafone care Sub: No Refund Received within 60 days from 08/01/2015 to 10/03/2015 Via Cheque for Security Deposit paid at time of taking connection & Advance Payment paid during working connection time for Dissconnected Number [protected] dated 08/01/2015 Sir I am Aakash Singla. My Number [protected] postpaid number was port out from vodafone to Tata docomo on 08/01/2015. I Had deposited Rs300 as security on 29/11/2014 at time of Taking Connection from Jind, Haryana, Rani Talab vodafone Store. At during working Period Of Connection I have paid Rs1286 as advance for bill payment. From Disconnection Dated 08/01/2015 to Current Date 10/03/2015 More Than 60 days Passed.There was no Refund via cheque or Not even any communication via Call/Sms/email Received yet. Please tell how much time will you take more for giving refund?                         i have talk many time in customer care for networking problem. they said we will send the engineer. i went and personally met the vodafone person in his office. he also said we send a engineer. this things happened 5-6 month before but i do not know when the engineer will come from the vodafone. this is ridiculous. A pvt company do not care for people it just want money and money .

                          I deposit my concern documents and photo at midnapore vodafone store on 27 Feb 2015 for prepaid no ([protected]) to Postpaid. Vodafone store staff said in-between two days your connection will active .But till date not active my no. I also contact vodafone nodal officer and got replied your billing address are out of area. my leaving address are three km from vodafone store. I use last six years this number. Why vodafone create different critical policy? why not I avail Postpaid services?

                              Being a postpaid customer having no.[protected] &[protected], What a bitter experience and harrasment faced with you : I had already made excess bill payments for No.[protected] through vodafone app : Date Transaction ID Amount 24.01.15 BBOI [protected] 305 04.02.15 BBOI [protected] 1208.04 So many calls received from vodafone regarding bill querry. Every time it was updated by me. My outgoing calls have been barred on 07.03.2015 without any intimation or justified reason. After complaint by email, services were restored. Extremely regretted, outgoing calls again barred on 16.03.15. on 198 it was told your payments are not updated. Who is responsible for updation of payment - consumer of company who introduced its application VODAFONE APP.

                                  Its been more than 15 hours . Since last 15 hours, after every 1 minute, extra messages are coming. They are coming as pop ups and disturbing me alot. They are consuming my battery too. They messages say - get Vodafone flash for rs 30 . etc etc. If I press okay they consume my balance too. my balance is getting wasted. Very poor services. Remove these services as soon as possible. I want you to take a strict action. !

                                      This is it. I mean i wasn't knowing that i am using the worst network in Bangalore and the happy to help services are not valid in Bangalore. Since i had a good experience of Vodafone Mumbai I chose the same here in Bangalore But with 3G Plan. i had the card on approximately 3rd of March 2015 Nad the experience till day is worst. I have called 55666 and they said that there is no 3G of Vodafone in bangalore & asks to manually choose the Airtel. There is no network of airtel even. I have raised the concern once again today with the complaint no. [protected]. This is to notify that i will not pay even a singel penny of my bill & will swith the network. if you guys resolve the issue, wel n good. but if not i ll make sure to disconnect my no. and will not pay because i have not used this service. I had major losses because of no network & this is it. Sorry but no thanks to you guys. Piyush [protected]

                                        Sir, I received a msg (VZ-611111) on 8th Mar 15. in which it was stated that - "Turant call kare 12124..." to avail 25p/min STD. I called 12124, and there was no reply and the call ended abruptly. So I called again and again .. same result. I found later that each time I dialled the number Rs.34/- was deducting from my balance. When I called the customer care, they refused to refund the extra amt deducted. Then I told them to continue the facility further; that also they cannot do. If the facility is only 28 days, then why they are accepting extra requests from customer. This is an indirect way of cheating. I strongly object such unfair business, and request to refund the extra amount deducted. Akhil Kumar. No [protected]

                                        I never subscribed any value added services on my number but the vodafone had deducted RS. 70+70 a total sum of RS. 140 .
                                        So, kindly look into the matter and refund my balance amount as soon as possible.
