deactivation of ongoing plan

i am using vodafone from last 5-6 years. i have corporate plan under advocate scheme. i have given 500 mb 2g internet data free under such scheme every month. In january 2015 i have taken 3g plan and i used 3g plan for a month. i am not satisfied with the 3g network and i deactivate the same last month. today i came to know that my free 500 mb 2g internet data is not activated by the company and the company refused to activate the same....

simcard not registered on network

Hi, my no: is [protected], i joined vodafone india(postpaid) from reliance gsm, i got message before 15 day that call from your vodafone sim to verify your identity and start your sim but from 15 days "not registerd on network" error shows every time... i complained concern person many times but my problem is not resolved.. really bad service... my sim is not working since 20 days, my business and personal work is stopped ... please...

wrong charges for data usage added in bill

This is regarding my mobile (+91 [protected]) bill’s data usage charge for feb 2015), my complain no.[protected] for same, even after repeated calls and mails to vodafone, nodal and appellate, there pathetic customer service from them different executives just keep calling with no explanation or conclusion to my problem, i had taken 3 addon data plans in tht month for which I had received message from Vodafone on all 3 times stating activation...

Regarding misbehaviour of the customer care

Today I called the customer care toll free no 198 to know the reason for rejection of my UPC code of porting my no [protected]. to other service operator..but the person who told his name as Mr Mohit, started abusive language with me and literally started talking in bad language that is not acceptable in customer service. And this is also bad symbol for the market image of the vodafone... I am really dis apointed with such a cheap behaviour...

Deduction of amount Unknowingly FOR VODAFONE PREPAID CUSTOMERS sir, i recharged online for 250 for my vodafone number as usual, but this time i got 140rs deducted after 3 hrs, i have not used the mobile and still the balance is getting down from 250 to 110 rs, i called customer care, they are saying mobile data is used, without using the mobile HOW CAN THE VODAFONE SERVICE DEDUCT WHICHEVER AMOUNT IT LIKES, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST...

I am from Baroda Gujarat I have 3G data connection buying But where im live I can't usge 3G data I complained tree times but I don't have any solution so I hate this type of service. There customer care are not supported and not given solutions....

My entire family (4 o[censored]s) is a Vodafone user. We moved to our current residence about 3 years back. In last 3 to 4 months I have observed this issue of calls dropping suddenly during the middle of a conversation. Initially I thought it was an aberration. But it soon became a norm and quite irritating one. I stay in Lodha Luxuria at Majiwade, Thane (West). I have heard this complaint from couple of my friends at Lodha too....
