Dear Sir,
I am your customer using your telecom services from last 8 months. but
it is very disgraceful for me to say that your services are not up to
the mark. Alsoyour executives are not treate customer as like a
customer, even they are not interested to help with there full
potential.
Firstly, i want to share the case with you from where this all starts :
On 12 feb 2015 there is a service named Tiny TV service has been auto
activated in my number from vodafone, 44 rupees were deducted at that
time. I call on 198(Complaint only number), where i talked with a
custmer care executive, he told me that this service has been activated
with a flash messages which come during internet surfing. I request to
him to deactivate this service and the service has been deactivated
from your side. Also this time i request to him to activate DND
service so that in future there is no such type of case happen. And he
confirmed that DND has been activated on my number.
After this On 9 march 2015, [protected]@ it service has been activated on my
number, I again call on 198 and request him to deactivate this and
refund my money as this is not my fault, because this time i already
request to vodafone that no flash message should come on my number.
But again the customer care executive won't help me and also he is not
even interested to listen my request. 45 rupees were deducted from my
number.
Again on 20 March 2015, vodafone All Channel pack has been activated
on his own and 50 rupees were deducted from my number. Again I call on
198 and talk to your customer care executive named Pradeep, he didn't
tell me his employee number otherwise i mentioned it also. He told me
that this flash messages were send from Vodafone and while using
internet i mistakenly click on that so that the service has been
activated. But when I already complaint last time for these flash
messages then why this happen again as your executive already
confirmed that no such type of flash message come on my number.
He deactivate the services but didn't refund money.
Again On 22 march 2015, means today again Look @ it service has been
activated on my number and 45 rupees again deducted from my number. I
call 9 times on 198 after one lady name Madhu pickup the call and she
told that she is at now from chandigarh office, she told that this
happens not because of flash message, but actually these are the links
send from vodafone for there customer. means the whole 3 cases where
contradict with this case for the same service. or your executive
didn't know the real reason or they don't want to share with the
customer.
I request you to please take proper appropriate action regardinfg this
issue and refund my all money back to my number.
Hope you would be able to understand that what is the importance of
time as well as money on any individual's life. Beacause on this all
process i lost both, time as well as money.
