Dear Sir, I am your customer using your telecom services from last 8 months. but it is very disgraceful for me to say that your services are not up to the mark. Alsoyour executives are not treate customer as like a customer, even they are not interested to help with there full potential. Firstly, i want to share the case with you from where this all starts : On 12 feb 2015 there is a service named Tiny TV service has been auto activated in my number from vodafone, 44 rupees were deducted at that time. I call on 198(Complaint only number), where i talked with a custmer care executive, he told me that this service has been activated with a flash messages which come during internet surfing. I request to him to deactivate this service and the service has been deactivated from your side. Also this time i request to him to activate DND service so that in future there is no such type of case happen. And he confirmed that DND has been activated on my number. After this On 9 march 2015, [protected]@ it service has been activated on my number, I again call on 198 and request him to deactivate this and refund my money as this is not my fault, because this time i already request to vodafone that no flash message should come on my number. But again the customer care executive won't help me and also he is not even interested to listen my request. 45 rupees were deducted from my number. Again on 20 March 2015, vodafone All Channel pack has been activated on his own and 50 rupees were deducted from my number. Again I call on 198 and talk to your customer care executive named Pradeep, he didn't tell me his employee number otherwise i mentioned it also. He told me that this flash messages were send from Vodafone and while using internet i mistakenly click on that so that the service has been activated. But when I already complaint last time for these flash messages then why this happen again as your executive already confirmed that no such type of flash message come on my number. He deactivate the services but didn't refund money. Again On 22 march 2015, means today again Look @ it service has been activated on my number and 45 rupees again deducted from my number. I call 9 times on 198 after one lady name Madhu pickup the call and she told that she is at now from chandigarh office, she told that this happens not because of flash message, but actually these are the links send from vodafone for there customer. means the whole 3 cases where contradict with this case for the same service. or your executive didn't know the real reason or they don't want to share with the customer. I request you to please take proper appropriate action regardinfg this issue and refund my all money back to my number. Hope you would be able to understand that what is the importance of time as well as money on any individual's life.     Vodafone network keeps making calls giving details of offers on a number that is on roaming. Since the number is on roaming and roaming chargers are applicable even when the calls from the network are received, then such calls should not be made while on roaming.

      Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we have been facing network related issues since we have shifted to sector 76, not only me every other person in our society is facing it badly. Location information- JM orchid apartment, Sector 76 Noida PINCODE- 201301 Many people have been switched to Idea from Vodafone due to its poor network service but I wanted to inform you first and let you guys look over this issue and resolve it so that I don't need to change my subscriber again and again. Network problem is very servere and I can not make any call from my room not even from my balcony. Guys, please visit this location and if you don't want your existing customers to switch to other subscriber then please resolve this problem at your earliest.       My complaint regarding poor network service is not yet resolved, don't know why no one is taking it seriously.
      Vodafone service throughout Delhi NCR has taken a beating. We don't even have access to 2G services around Noida Sector 125 and other key areas. I've heard rumors about towers being shutdown and stuff like that. Is this all true? Please respond!

        I got a 3G data recharge on 27 Feb 2015 however, it was not activated. I called up the customer care and i was told that i will get my recharge on 1 March 2015 till 6 pm. Nothing was done till that date and i was in a urgent need of data recharge so i got a recharge by myself of Rs 101. I was unable to contact customer care due to network problems in Andaman Islands.I reached Bangalore on 8 March 2015 and i called customer care they took down my complaint and told me they will solve my problem within 48 hours but again nothing was down on your side. Again i called up customer care a lady talked to me in a very rude manner and told me that my problem will be solved within 24 hours but again nothing was done on your side rather i was blocked from customer care list and every time i tried to follow up i used to get an automated answer that my request cannot be processed. Then i called up from different vodafone number and i got mysel[censored]nblocked. Then again i called up customer care they took my complaint and told me that within 4 hours technical team will contact me but nothing was done. Today again i called up customer care and they have told me to wait till 23 march. every time i call up everyone gives me different answers and tells me to wait for sometime. No one is even bothered even to call up and tell me the status. I have had enough of this. This is complete customer harrasement. I don't know how many more complaints are required to solve such a small problem. I have used many networks but i never faced such harassment from customer care. I have paid Rs 250 + Rs 101 and i didn't got any service for it. This is how you value your customer and Customer money. This is my last request to you. It's been over a month and you guys have done nothing. If Nothing is done after this i will understand how do you value your customer. And then i will never take vodafone services and i will never recommend someone to avail the same. Also, i want to register a complaint against Ms. Nirmala Vyaga your employee who talked to me in a very rude manner and after that i was blocked from customer care list. Kindly tell me how to lodge a formal complaint against her. I am not going to leave this matter. My complaints are going unheard for almost a month. I need that my Data reacharge problem should be solved as soon as possible and a serious action is taken against Ms Nirmala for her inadequate behaviour otherwise i will be forced to approach the consumer forum for inefficient services and mental harassment for almost a month.

          My Name : Dinesh babu Mobile number : [protected] Vodafone complaint Number : [protected] today Yesterday(21-Mar-2015) morning I had ported from XXX to vodafone network as a postpaid customer for Rs.699 as rental. I called 117 and completed my tele Verification also in the morning itself. Am able to make local calls. But when I try to make STD calls, it says as "Special subscription need to be activated". I tried many STD numbers and for all am getting the same message. I raised complaint(number : [protected]) in customer care also. But still nothing happening. Don't know how to make STD calls. I know the bill charge will be made for all the days. But till now am not able to make any calls. First day itself I got frustrated. Again I called many times customer care they say as it will get rectified in half an hour, but now almost two days went. Each representaive giving their own stories. And still the problem exist. Please help me in this regards.

            my tarrif plan is e connect 375 and I have one gb of 3g unlimited data and after one gb the speed reduces ...but in my bill I have been charged 343 as downloading charges how can they charge me for downloading when I have unlimited net connection in my tarrif plan .when I called customer service they said ssome sites when visited will be charged ..and they say that I have erreneosly clicked some download button...please help

              I am 85yrs old, and have come to chennai to see the doctor who treats me. Now after I landed in chennai, I lost the connectivity which is the only way of communication to my doctor and my relations at kolkata. today morning. i came since then I am running from pillar to post to rectify my phone connectivity. Whatever number and profile I have to give I have given to all the contact persons enlisted in your vodafone online chat through a internet joint. I am now tired and anxious, do not know how to contact my doctor and also my family is worrying. I cannot believe after all these sofistications you do not have any instrument to rectify my connectivity. till kolkata airport it was there and now it has disappeared, one very intelligent worker of your company said that he would try to rectify it after I go back to kolkata on 23rd. very helpful indeed. Will you consider an award for him. his name is Magesh. kindly do that. meanwhile I change my consumer status to some other network thank you.

                ON 21/03/2015 I HAVE RECHARGE @ 99 RS/- FOR 300 MB INTERNET FOR MY MOBILE NO [protected] THROUGH INTERNET BANKING. BUT STILL 22/03/2015 IT IS NOT ACTIVATED. WHEN I WANT LAUDGE THE COMPLAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE, YOUR PEOPLE ARE NOT WANT TO TAKE THE COMPLAIN. WHEN I WANT TO TALK TO SENIOR PERSON THAN YOUR PEOPLE HOLD ME 38 MINITUS.
                Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Recently I have received call from [protected] & [protected] for this complain, they are asking for my Internet banking details or My Debit card details for refund. I could not understand why it is required for refund.

                Due to this if my account is hacking by any person or any reason than Vodafone are the responsible .

                  hii, i am having a vodafone postpaid mobil no.[protected] which is under a plan which says that i have a fixed mnthly bill of about 1200 and in case i over use the given services like internet or calls etc then after that only minimal amount of charges will be added but the company is fraud they just lie us my last bill was for about 1800 and last to last was about 1700 and guess now i got the bill of 3500 what the hell is going on i am a normal user, i never use much internet. i use to call my clients only and i am getting a bill of 3500 this is fraud ... actually i never got a bill of 1200 i always get a higher bill but previously i ignored because i thaught that i might have used but now i am dam sure i never used such the mobile to get a bill of 3500.. please just cancel my bill and i am migerating to another subscriber never never opt for vodafone

                        An amount of Rs 45 has been deducted from my account in vodafone on 19th March. I contacted customer thrice. First time on call, they promised me to refund my amount back. Asked me to wait for 24 hours. No action taken. Second time on call, they promised me to refund my amount back. Asked me to wait for 24 hours. Deactivated the service via req# [protected], but they didn't refund my amount. Third time approached via live chat, explained from start.Help desk agent said it is not in their hands to refund.

                          I have requested for prepaid to postpaid conversion on 9th march. Your representative (name Raj Kumar, phone [protected]) collected all docs and Rs250/- on the same day from my residence. I have a receipt bearing no. SCCEN388 proving the same. He issued a new sim no[protected]. I don't understand why the sim has still not been activated. I want immediate activation or a refund of my amount at my residential address within 24 hours. I am raising an issue about Vodafone's mismanagement at Consumer Forum. A delay of 11 days in such a simple process is unacceptable as per industry standards. I would rather move on to Idea/Aircel or any other service provider. Resolve my issue or bear the consequences.

                            Subject: Illegally stopping services of mobile no. [protected] Dear Sir, On dated 18.03.2015 is purchased a postpaid connection of VODAFONE no. [protected]. The employee of the company directed me to deposit Rs. 250/- for immediate activitaion of noumber without address varification. As the address varification was to be conducted letter on. Persuance thereof I submitted the address proof & ID and deposited Rs. 250/-. My noumber was started immediately. On dated 19.03.2015, through mobile conversation I came to know that one Mr. Anoop (mob. No. [protected]) came to my address for varification and he informed me that he has submitted a positive address varification repost. But surprisingly today i.e. 21.03.2015 a SMS was received by me at 03:04 p.m. that my address is not varified and instructed me to contact the office within 48 hours otherwise my services shall be stopped. But before expirey of 48 hours today immediately after 2 hours of receiiving SMS i.e. at about 5 p.m. my all the services has been stopped. Now I want to know that when I have deposited Rs. 250/-, address was also verified by the Company’s employee and 48 hours time was also granted me to contact, then why only after 2 hour on the forged and false ground of address not verified, my services has been stopped. I make repeated calls at mobile no. [protected], who sold me this no. and taken Rs. 250/- for activation of noumber prior to the varification of address proof, but neither my call was received nor call back to me till today. I also want to know that under what rules without address varification my noumber wad activated on dated 18.03.2015 and fraudulently stopped on dated 21.03.2015. Your employees are cheating the coustmers and are working against the guidelins of TRAI. Please take care of your valuable image. Youe employees are misguiding the coustmers and playing fraud with your prestigious reputation. I request you to start my services immediately else it will be presumed that your company & employees have cheated me and strict legal action will be taken. Tomorrow for a meeting a have to go Varanasi and without noumber and internet I may suffer irreperable loss for which your company and employee shall be liable. Please reply/take appropriate action at earliest. Date: 21.03.2015.

                                  my 3g is not working & i m facing the same problem from more than a month, regarding this i called to customer care after few days and said them to resolve it, they tried to do it but was unable then i again after few days called to your customer care then i said that please transfer my call to your senior and register my complaint that the service is not working, kindly resolve it or take my complaint that your service is become poor day by day and i will do the portability in airtel then the executive said that please sir be online i will transfer your call but after few minutes of waiting he avoid my call and cut my call so it is very unprofessional behavior if you can not handle your customers and service then move your company from INDIA, i again request you resolve it ASAP otherwise i will take you into the courts and forums as the problem is still existing from more than a week. i am very unsatisfied with your customer support, i also request you to take an appropriate action against it and kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will do the portability of my mobile numbers and will take you into the court and forums. my mobile no is (Nine Eight Nine One Three Zero Seven Zero Zero Seven)

                                    Dear Team, I am a Vodafone Network user. My # is [protected]. This is in regards to a complaint that i have to lodge against two of your customer care executives. One Executive's name is Ms. Madhuri Chaturbhiy Jadhav and the other lady's name i do not remember. My worst experience ever with Vodafone & this is for the 2nd time that its happening with me. Being a customer i expect that your so called customer care executives helps us with a valuable solution, but no it seems to be a myth. It happened twice that i asked them to connect me to one of their senior and both the females had kept me on hold and hence the call got disconnected. My query was, why is my bill reflecting CUG charges, when i have already deactivated the same.Kindly refer to the screenshot that is enclosed clearly mentions that my service is already deactivated. With my first call the lady says that yes it is deactivated and in the 2nd call the other lady says that it is still active. My question to you is why is your customer not getting a clear picture? Is this the reason as to why we are using Vodafone being a loyal customer. The entire loyalty has to come through the customers only? Why do you think a customer should pay extra money for the service which he/she had not even used! This is with regret that i have to say that among so many network providers, i chose Vodafone.I am no longer interested to use the Vodafone Services. Hence would appreciate if you could look into my query and solve the issue at the earliest so that i can switch to some other network with the help of MNP. Awaiting your reply.

                                      Please refer the attached screenshot of some downloads being billed in my current bill. No. [protected]. I did not download them and if by mistake i am clicking on some flashes does not mean i am willing to buy them. I have not agreed with Vodafone to pay on my behalf to any third party. Every year in March year ending bill i get these unwanted charges to goo[censored]p their books of accounts. I request vodafone to act seriously on this asap . i would not be paying this bill this time and will take it up with relevant legal proceedings if not resolved.

                                        sir ji, vodafone store bijnor civil lines ne mere se 250 Rs. lekar mera 3G net activete kar diya jabki maine 2G ke liye bola thha . aur jab mera bill 1000 ho gaya to meri outgoing band kar di gayee .. mere paresan hone ke bad mujh se kaha gaya ki aap 1000 Rs jama kar deejiye aapka no. chal jayega.. lekin 1000 Rs jama karne ke bad mera No. fir band kar diya gaya hai .. jis se mujhe bahut paresani ho rahi hai .. maine apna no. BSNL se Vodafone me port karaya thha lekin sayad sabse kharab services lagi voda ki .. ab store wale na to 250 Rs wapas de rahe aur na mera no. par outgoing start kar rahe hai . mujhe lagta hai ki ab mujhe upbhogta forum me hi jana padega
