    I am using Vodafone network(mobile) from last five years and have taken post paid connection since then. The post-paid bill number: [protected], bill date :05/03/2015 is incorrect bill(amount Rs3326.03). Reason: Why I find it as an incorrect bill. 1)Vodafone: Unlimited call plan(Talkathon 1299 ) was activated on 28th Feb. Me(consumer): Unlimited call plan was activated on 19th Feb. So, I took advantage of this plan from 19th Feb. The reason why I find it activated on 19th Feb. I had got a call from Vodafone executive(code : 0207171XXXX) on 16thFeb who took my request to activate this plan and promised me to activate within three working days.I checked this on 19th Feb and I found that my plan was activated as there was no change in my mobile unbilled amount on several call.It was Rs. 2, 245. 2)Vodafone :You have charged Rs. 441.72 for data usage from dated 28/02/2015 and 04/03/2015. Me(consumer): As per discussion on call(16th Feb) with Vodafone executive to activate 1GB of 2G data just after deactivating my old plan.So, there must not be charged at the rate of 4p/10Kb. According to pro-rata basis, If my plan is Rs. 90/month then for 10 days it should be Rs. 30. and the data should also be on pro-rata basis if it is exceeded from the fixed data then it should be charged at the rate of 4p/10Kb.Vodafone executive told me that your mobile bill will be charged on the pro-rata basis. For rest amount, I don't have any issue. I sent several mail to Vodafone Karntaka but there was no relevant response of my complain. I have been informed on 28Feb by SMS for the service activation. I was mislead by Vodafone executive on 16th Feb for service activation so Inflated mobile postpaid bill. So, It is not my problem. It is all done by Vodafone Karnataka. Please look into the complain ASAP. Regards, Nilesh

      i nagesh Khurana [protected] vodaone user goin to port my number and ...two more numbers(to whom i call most) bcz i wish to change my prepaid number to postpaid.. In the mid of feb. i got a call from you guys ([protected]) to expalin the benifits and plans offered by vodafone prepaid to postpaid . he convinced me with plans(which i come to know that it is a fake plan when i visit vodafone store peeragarhi new delhi-110063( Preeti- CR). on 13 march. Feb 25 a guy which is sent by you collected my documents from my said address and no action has been taken till march first week of then i visit vodaone store at karol bagh metro station as recommennded by vodafone customer care after wasting my 20 to 30 mints on phone and does not provide me the information that i needed and asked. 11 march At vodofone store (Karol Bagh metro station) after 30 to 40 minutes of token waiting Reprentative asked me to generate a new request and a new kit on behalf of my ids and required documents because they are not responsible for first request raised and the kit or sim number which i got of 25 Feb. still i got nothing but waste my time again Then I visit vodafone store peeragarhi new delhi-110063 on 13 March .Preeti CR attended me for the same and asked me pay 250 as security amount and confirm the plans and confirm that plan offered by voda with a commitment that i will get verification within three calender days. Fourth day i Called to voda +(91)-[protected] after conversation of 10 minutes your reprentative ask me to be on hold bcz she knows nothing and goin to ask her line manager to resolve my query then i wait for 30 long minutes but not body come on call and forcefully i disconnected the call after 40 minutes( 10 minuts to reach executive plus 30 long minutes of waiting for her senior guy. Again i visit vodafone store peeragarhi new delhi-110063 on 17 March .Preeti CR .i asked for the update preeti CR took 10 minuts on her system and ask me to wait more till she confirm to the people instead providing me update which i asked twice thrice at that time but she was blanked face then she came with blank face and going towards the system again .i again asked her what is the update still she aksed me to wait more instead of providing update which i asked forth time but she was reacted as she dont know what is goin on or what to reply. after spending 20 to 30 at the store i notice the documents and my photograph which i submitted on 13th of march (documents /ids/photographs )are still on her table. Finally i got Nothing and wasted my time.

        I registered vodafone number in my bank Ac to get OTP. I am not able to get icicibank OTP sms on time. When I request Otp it came only after 1hrs 12 hrs some time i didnt receive sms also.its really annoying. I checked with bank they said your network operator problem. I asked to sent otp via email i received in a minute. Kindly solve give solution my number [protected]. Other wise i will change my number to other networks

            I have been a vodafone user for last 5 years, yesterday i'v discovered that one vale added service "look @ it" has been activated in my number ([protected], Kolkata Circle, Pre-paid) and Rs. 45 has been deducted from my account. I have no clue that if vodafone is failing to achieve their target for FY14-15 and adopting some dubious method to fullfill their target. How ever i contacted today( 18.3.15) customer care and they have given service reg. no: [protected] and assured to do the need full. Hope Vodafone will understand the issue to retain their Brand Image to take corrective measure in this concern.

              I recharged with 255 for 2gb 3g data pack. I don't get speed more 10 KBps while surfing or downloading using this damn network. I registered the complaint for the same but they could not provide any solution instead they're asking me to get changed my vodafone sim because they think sim might have damaged. I don't understand if the sim was damaged then why very few times I get good 3g speed. After registering the complaint the situation is even worse. I can't even reach to them now. Don't know what they did ?. And the customer executives they are yuck. I don't know what they think of customer. Why don't you think you're getting paid because o[censored]s. Now either you provide me the resolution or I will file a case against you in consumer court. I'm so much frustrated because of your service.

                3G mobile internet service in GANGTOK SIKKIM consistently very slow And Vodafone not providing the service and quality that they claim to provide under their 3G service. The 3G service provided to the consumers is way below par to the service Vodafone claims to offer.

                    I have post paid number which I am using from last 3 years. I am using 500 MB 3G costing 150 INR data pack on my mobile. My billing cycle starts every 2nd day of month. For February month bill I found 2 Internet packs are activated on my mobile and charged for 2 data packs i.e. 150 INR and 299 INR respectively. I don't know why this 299 pack is activated on my mobile. On 1st March I got a message about this 299 data pack and immediately called and stopped this pack as I have not requested any such service. Your representative told me that no extra package is activated on your number. But when I check my bill this data pack is charged. I have discussed with your representative and now they are refusing are refusing to correct the bill. Why should I pay money when I have not requested any data pack. The application was processed on 5th January I paid all unbilled amount and got a new sim from vodafone store. But the sim is not active yet. I visited vodafone store and they told me to pay the total once again. Why should I pay the bill as i have already paid the total. I have submitted my request 2 month back. Please do sometning as my unbilled amount is getting high every month.

                        Respected Sir, I am using 3G Vodafone Internet on my cellphone. Today I got message at 10.57 pm from DM-MYDALA. This company deducted rs. 99 from my balance. They deducted it without any approval from me. I called Vodafone customer care regarding this issue but they said that it had been done by my side. The fact is I didn't activate it by any SMS. How can they deduct my balance without my permission.This is cheating to consumers by MYDALA & VODAFONE. So please take action as soon as possible. I want my balance back. I hope you will give reply to this email. Thank you

                              I had recharge of rs49 night inetrnet pack which is for six hours 12 to 6 am when i was working in internet after a short period of time there is technical problem against the vodafone that they cannot give me internet due to technical problem and i will wait for 6 am my total money was lost due to there technical problem they cannot listen to my queries and they cut and hold the phone when is discuss with them they are the very worst customer care services and i also mention there inetrnet services is very low even in 3g speed whenever i recharge 3g plan my voice should be listen to the higher authorities of vodafone to listen the customer and the money of rs 49 should be given to me respectedly

                                Hi, Suddenly i got message from VK-VFCARE on 03/18/2015 at 02:37 AM IST stating "Look service" has been activated as requested and Rs. 45 has been deducted as rental. Attaching the screenshot of the message received for reference. However i haven't requested any such service. I am using Vodafone from past 8years and i haven't face any such issue but today. Kindly look into matter and i want my balance to be credited back. Hoping to see positive response from you. Thanks!

                                  Hi, I just want to tell Vodafone customer care, they have the worst service i have ever faced in any field... I have no signals at my phone for Vodafone (Number : [protected]). I complained many times for same and Vodafone people came to my house and checked the problem but no action was taken. So i decided to shift to airtel. I am trying to port my number since last 9 months from Vodafone to Airtel.. Vodafone is always rejecting my request with all weird kind of excuses like bill not cleared/ porting code expired/mismatch (which is never the case), I cleared my bill always on time and still you make excuse that Bill was not paid till this date or that date. I am very frustrated with Vodafone.. Its been 9 months. Every month i am going to airtel and submitting docs for porting and then Vodafone is rejecting.. I have visited Vodafone customer care (madhapur office and Gachibowili office Hyderabad) many times and they are not co-operating with us. They always say they can not do anything in this. This is not the way to treat your customers. I have been using Vodafone since last 3 years and have always paid my bill on time. My Porting numbers are : VA396187, VA627139, VA216135, VA596452, VA33588, VA514414, VA187352 On Saturday again i submitted the document to Airtel[protected], and Vodafone called me[protected] times and confirmed there is no issue this time will be ported for sure : no bill pending and no porting mismatch (as always like last 9 months) Just to make sure i called Vodafone today[protected] and they told my request is rejected as porting code does not match. This is the 9th time same thing happened again.. Vodafone is the worst company and worst service providers. I request you to please take this issue to Vodafone and please help in solving my problem. I can't follow same procedure every month and then again get same response. Please help me here and take some strict action against Vodafone. Thanks and Regards, Shilpi

                                  Just wanted to add on this.. Went to airtel office to double confirm my porting code.. They have the same porting code which i have generated (saw in their system).

                                  Vodafone itself is changing my porting code and rejecting my number.. They have done same thing 3 times with me... (out of 9 times)..

                                  Its a cheater company..

                                    BILLING COMPLAINTS I am vodafone postpaid customer using [protected] against corporate pack of Rs 199. this month i was aghast to receive a bill of Rs 2238 against this an amount of Rs 1780 is towards VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECT, I am neither aware of this nor have i ever asked for the same to be activated. This has reduced my faith and confidence in vodafone. i am not even aware if by default also i have used this service nor has the company at any point informed me of its activation by them on their own. This is a breach of trust. I request for waiver of the vodafone mobile connect bill which i strongly feel is against all business ethics. I have a MTNL BROADBAND net and only use it. If any usage, at all, has taken place it is without my knowledge and consent. Please ensure that vodafone customers are not harrassed like this and pl have this amount deducted from my bill so that i can clear it on priority. An effort to lodge complaint on vodafone 198 was made and customercare executive Mr Manish was spoken to on 17 Mar 2015 at about 2235 hrs, despite all my efforts, Manish AVOIDED AND REFUSED TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT repeated insistence resulted only his giving an interaction number[protected] when asked to put the Supervisor, i was informed he is busy and likely to remain so for next 30 mts. Ahighly unbecoming conduct with attitudinal deficiency. It appears this is an organised effort by certain elements in vodafone to disrepute the company. Please provide an amicable solution and redress my greivances. RAJESH [protected]

                                      Hi Vodafone, I have requested to PORT my voda number ([protected]) to some other network and I have paid my bill already then also my request going to cancel because of outstanding bill. I want to know how much bill I have due to pay the bill so I had called to 111 got the executive and he was transfered the call to senior executive or vodafone porting department. I was on hold for almost 10 min then I got some sound like pressed digits and changed IVR and that IVR is asking force fully pres the digit 2 to disconnect the call. I don't had any other options excepting pressing 2. What the hell is this service I am accepting by Vodafone. I never thought vodafone will give such a worst service.                                         On 16/3/2015 a sum of Rs 99.9 has been deducted from my balance and customer care is talking about that I have activated some of their services which I did'nt. They have charged me with this sum without my consent and automatically deducted the amount. The vodafone is not taking any responsibilities. Moreover, there has been no positive response from customer care services specially by Antony dean. He is not a patient listener and do not respond to customer grievances. Moreover, he cut the call without proper explanations.I asked him to divert the call to his higher official if he is not able to solve the problem but he was just shouting. I am very much dissatisfied with vodafone's customer care treatment.
