Unnecessary charge of bill

This is with regards to my bill dated 5th March 2015 for my number [protected] where I am charged for d2c_mazaa_99 twice i.e. Rs. 198. I really dont know what this d2c_mazaa_99 is. Deactivation of Data Plan without information

I am on a combo 399 + 199 data unlimited plan on vodafone. First they don't let me change my plan, I tried changing it thru their app bit it failed and on top of that they removed my existing unlimited data plan.
