All your customer executives are useless, for a corporate card I need international roaming activated & they couldn’t do it for me. Following are the people I spoke to Harsha is the most annoying person I spoke to & his supervisor is probably busy somewhere wasting time rather than taking customer care. Then was your executives from webchat Sonia, Samir & Govind all have different versions of explanation but neither of them could resolve my issue. When I raised request with Samir I was assured the activation would be done in 30 mins but it didn’t happen so, following is my chat record with Samir. Request no: [protected] {Samir}Good Evening! Have a wonderful day! Then later on I came to know from Govind that the request raised by Samir is already closed. So he raised a new request [protected] saying it will get activated by 17th March but I am travelling on 15th March. Your website says it takes 2hrs to update then why am I supposed to wait till 17th March? Then I spoke to Mr Harsha I have never spoken to someone as stupid & rude as he is, he talks to me like I owe him money, according to him I should pay 3000Rs. as deposit but the other executives have already told me I do not need to pay deposit because it’s an old number …..then after keeping me on hold he tells me you do not need to pay any money . Then he kept talking rude & when asked to transfer my call to his supervisor his reply was he is not available . Escalation number raised by him[protected] Then the person doesn’t know what date is it today . What does a customer has to do to get one services activated is this is how things work at your company ??? I regret having a Vodafone connection . I would recommend my organization to discontinue the services & my discourage my colleagues as well to not use Vodafone if this is what it takes for a person to get one simple activation done 3 requests have been raised. Get me my international roaming activated you need deposit I am ready to pay but I want it activated by 15th March .

    I want to register the complaints about the agent Mr.Bharathi.He don't give me a correct information and response, and while speaking he was put the call on hold and cut the call without informing.so that i got a mind pressure and heart pressure.so please take immediate action about the agent.don't loss the good name of your company because of this irresponsible agent.if you don't take any action about the agent bharathi I will rise the complaints on higher departments. So please take immediate action.

      Hi Vodafone, I am using vodafone sim since last 4 years and this time I got exhausted by your service, from everywhere I checked I did call customer care wasted my main balance too, did live chat also after confirmation from your executives, I did recharge of 201 for 1 GB 3 G data for 30 days. but once I have done with recharge I got only 650 data. I wasted my full day to get confirmation from your side. It is not fare. this kind of service is not a tall expectable from Vodafone company. you people are from big organisation and behaving like dumb. You people set a good example of irresponsibility in front of customer those shown their trust in you. Definetly I can't continue with this kind of service. Regards Gaurav [protected]

        I got my service provider changed from Airtel to Vodafone a few weeks back. Vodafone sent a representative of theirs to my place for verification. My son received him as I wasn't at home and asked him to come the next day. The representative instead of coming the next day informed the company that I don't need the connection. I have applied for re verification twice but got no response. I want my number. I request you to please look into this.

          DEAR SIR, SUBJECT- RECEIPT OF VODAFONE BILLS DESPITE NOT ACCETING THE CONNECTION & AFTER REJECTION OF CUSTOMER VERIFICATION FORM FROM MY END REFERENCE- VODAFONE NO [protected] WITH REFERENCE TO ABOVE, I AM HOLDING VODAFONE NO [protected] & I NEEDED A 3G PLAN FOR 3GB TO USE THE INTERNET. WHEN I CALLED THE VODAFONE GUYS, I WAS TOLD THAT NO 3GB CONNECTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AGAINST MY THIS CONNECTION . I ACCEPTED THE SAME . NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM VODAFONE WHERE I ASKED AGAIN ABOUT A 3GB NET CONNECTION AGAINST THE ABOVE NO & I WAS TOLD RS 650.00 FOR 3 GB PLAN IS AVAILABLE . I IMMEDATELY ACCEPTED THE SAME & GAVE A CHEQUE FOR RS 4044.78 ON 28.01.2015 AGAINST THE NUMBER [protected] . WHERE NO EXTRA DATA CARD WAS NEEDED. SIR, I WAS DUPED BY THE EXECUTIVE GIVING WRONG INFORMATION & UNNECCASARY HARRASMENT. WHEN THE EXECUTIVE CAME FOR VERIFICATION, I INSTANTLY TOLD THAT THIS CONNECTION IS NOT NEEDED & HE CROSSED THE FORM SAYING IT WILL BE RETURNED SIR, WHEN I DID NOT DO THE VERIFICATION, THEN WHY THIS HARRASSMENT TO US .             [protected]- this no. was used by me only for 3 months from august to october. after this my this no. was lost. filed complaint in vodafone a lot of times. still after all this i paid around 1450 rs. in january. at that time i called shabbir joseph( the person from which i was getting all the mails for payment reminder)the person said that now on you will not receive any bill or call for this no. i have deactivated it from here. now i am again getting calls and mails that i have to pay 360 rs. i have the proof of this in mail as well. so do you make your customers fool lke this. i am still using vodafone postpaid no. from 5 months and paying its bill before even its due date. why you guys are trying to fetch money withput the person even using the sim. i really need its solution ASAP. i will not pay any bill now for [protected] this no..deactivate it.

              Hi, I'm Vodafone customer from last 10-12 years. I have one connection of Vodafone [protected] & I had used 149 Plan & for Internet use Rs. 125/- plan. I had change my handset from Dec 2014 & Vodafone customer care had without any information change my Internet plan & when I had complained to Vodafone customer care they had help us to resolve my complain. Again month of Jan & Feb 15 I had checked my Rental amount was every month changed & in the month of FEB 15 bill Rs 49/- for Clip charges & Rs. 39/- for Vodafone to Vodafone charged & when I had complained in Vodafone customer Care in 198 they was saying they can not waiver the same. If Vodafone can not help to their customer then sorry to say that we can not stay with long. Thks Seema Rawat

                Dear sir, I took preapid connection on 12.02.2015 from Vodafone store Bansdroni. Yestarday. i paid Rs179 for 1GB internet connection but all of sudden it stopped. I have gone to nearest Vodafone centre but they said that it is stopped by customer care without rhyme and reason. MY vodafon store name is RB connector, VODAFON, Bansdroni, Kolkata-40. I don, t know why you people are cheating common persons without any reasons. I am having post paid connection of VODAFON i.e.[protected]. KIndly don't do CHEATING with your customer. I am very sr. officer of GOVT. OF INDIA and tell U that this sort o[censored]nnecessary harrasment you are making to your customer.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, My name is sonali s mhamunkar. my vodafone mobile number is [protected] i m using this number last 6 month, my query is vodafone company charged me Rs 89/- extra in 07.02.2015 to 06.03.2015 billing cycle. so i want refund Rs 89/- with service tax. Your company activated 100 LN mints @ Rs.40/- and also charged me family and friends 49, Rs 49/- My another complaint is one of vodafone agent misbehave with me, when i asked for this resolution he gave me stupid reply and tell me "paisa refund nahi melega kaha par bhi jake complaint karo" and he disconnected my call.                       On 28 Feb 2015 I had ported from Airtel into Vodafone. Plan details: Monthly rental: 129 Monthly net charges: 250 I used this Vodafone service only for 2 days and they had sent me a bill of 857 Rs. When I had escalated this to the team, it took 3-4 Days for them to look into this. Now when they have accepted their mistake, still they are not resolving my request on priority. It's been more than 10 days that my request is open but still not received the resolution.

                          Hi Team, I am receiving messages from vodafone from past one week to get 2GB 3G/30 days on recharge of Rs 251. I have called their customer executive(Vivek Yadav) and confirmed the details with him. He assured that i will be getting 2GB data for this recharge and then i authorised him to recharge my number with Rs 251 from my account balance. I have not received the additional 1GB on the same day so i called customer care executive to have a look into this. He raised a SR #[protected]. Noboby called me. Today when i contacted them they are telling that my number is not eligible to get this benefit and they cannot do anything. Please help on asap. Thanks in advance!! Regards, Vipul Goyal

(up west number) I have called in vodafone care on 12 march 2015 at 8:32 am and care executive named vivek has done wrong behavior. 2nd time i have 7:35 pm on 12 march 2015 and customer care executive named javed done very very bad behavior with me they both miss use there responsiblity. Sir mera balance deduct kiya gaya tha but benifit not given. 12 march 2015 ko 26 Rupees deduction ki thi for internet but didn't give benifit.
                            I am on call with Vi customer support executive with last 24* minutes he say me i don't know why is this problem is come his name is yogesh kumar he is laughing and not solved any problem I need to port my number in another company vi have not good customer support executive, I have worst experience with vi..
                            I have 8 vi no. In my family we need to change another company.. Shame on you vi...

                              I am a vodafone customer based in vasai east, thane, maharashtra. I got vodafone post paid connection around a month back. My number: [protected]. As soon as I enter thane from mumbai, I experience frequent call drops and when I reach to vasai and go further towards east, the network dips to none or search for other network like tata docomo or reliance. If vodafone is not for Thane, you would have told to me earlier, I would have chosen some other mobile service provider.I would request you to rectify this problem asap or else I must switch to the other mobile service provider.

                                To whom it may concern, I am a prepaid vodafone customer ([protected]).Its really embarrassing to experience this kind of rs.20 deduction from my main balance account without any information due to ZEEDITTO service. I am expecting meaninful cooperation from your side and refund the same. Just to draw your attention i am attaching the message which i got today from vodafone customer care. Hello! ZEEDITTO service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 5 days rental of Rs.20 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.7.326.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).

                                Still i do not get any email or phone calls, regarding the said issue, from vodafone customer care. Its very disappointing.
                                I too have my nervewrecking experience(Ph.[protected]).SMS 'NO" to and call to Toll free No.155223 to stop ZEEDITTO service on Vodafone does not get processed. 'Sorry, we cannot process your request' is the answer I get. Since it cannot be stopped, Vodafone will continue deducting the money indefinitely. It is a SPAM as reported by 1229 people in TrueDialer. A CHEATING "SERVICE", and ILLEGAL, for which VODAFONE IS SQUARELY RESPONSIBLE AND ANSWERABLE if one goes to court. I am one intending to file an FIR against them and sue them in the court!!!
                                This is sick, frustrating and absolute ridiculous and conniving way of cheating customers. Anyone who has ears at Vodafone kindly hear and refund our money back of all the customers whose accounts you have deducted. Is Vodafone stooping so low to collect money from its customer base.

                                Hello, ZEEDITTO service is now active on your number, as requested. (Who the hell requested this and when cheaters liars) This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is Rs.533.23. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).

                                A cool Rs.35, 00, 000/- collected in a day from 1 million base. How low VODAFONE can you stoop.
                                I think Vodafone plans to quit India Market. ZEEDITTO auto activation and costing Rs 35 every week is the most annoying act of any telephone service provider so far. Moreover there is no way you can deactivate on your own !!!
                                On the top of that Vodafone has made it next to impossible to reach to talk to their customer care executive through their irritating IVRS.

                                I can foresee Vodafone packup from India market.

                                This British company might have appointed a German CEO for India operations and he may have the revenge of world war II in his mind :-)

                                News : Vodafone has thought of a new way of extracting money from their clients. This time its their Zeeditto service of which no information has been provide but yes it is promptly deducting charges from users and ofcourse without their consent.

                                This needs some strict action

                                  Hi, I am your Vodafone customer for last 8 to 10 years and having 2 Vodafone connections. But last 3, 4 months my plan or rental changed without my knowledge on [protected] this number. I already discussed my query with Vodafone Gallery, Dombivli and customer care, but they failed to solved my query or did not understand my query. My plan was when I got this, Rs.168 monthly rentals, 1 vodafone local no lifetime free, 3 vodafone local no 10 paise minute, all local calls 30 paisa per minute. Please check my starting bills, when I got this Plan for confirm my plan.

                                    I customer of Number using [protected] have a problem with network & billing. I don't get network still it is postpaid, As i am a business man i have to travel all over india and your network from last some months are very bad. As i live in Maharashtra i don't get network in my home town also. My calls are cut everytime because of failure of network. Even though my roaming calls are not been done because of the network my bill is higher everytime. I use to get bill arount 700 to 900 but now-a-days it has been reached to[protected] which is not as per my calls. I don't use internet or any other services. Kindly check my bills & send revised bills. I also want full call statement with my bills from this time. kindly revert soon or else i have to disconnect my number

I become exhausted with this issue; taking to multilevel of your hierarchy officials. I believe, at least you people will resolve my problem ASAP.

                                        I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid again. Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs.+ Additional Charges. Previously my connection is Prepaid so I need convert it from post paid to Pre paid. I don't want to go for new number I need this number with Pre paid. I am already complaint to Customer care they didn't respond. I need a reply ASAP. Thank Q.
