Dear Sir / Madam,

I had ported one number from Airtel to Vodafone in the month of Sep. 2020. By default I has cleared all the bills at the time of porting the number.

My number was deactivated on 04.11.2020. During my follow up with Vodafone customer care I was informed that it is due to the outstanding payment from last bill generation and porting date. I immediately rushed to Airtel store and cleared the bill then and there.

Further again my number suspended on 04.01.2021. My follow ups with Vi again says there is bill due with Airtel which is nit true. I called my Airtel customer care, visited their store and also wrote an email. On all 3 occasions they informed that there is no due outstanding with Airtel and they have not suspended my number at all. Infact they say they do not have any claims and concern with my number and issued was resolved on 6th Nov post payment. Airtel executives advised me to get the issue resolved with Vi only.

However, Vi is adamant that the number is suspended by Airtel and they cannot help me in this case. In this loop of Vi & Airtel I have been running behind their stores, calling me repeatedly and writing dozens of email without any success.

The number was a business number and I'm suffering from last 4-days without connectivity. I have incurred huge losses and lost my reputation among my customers due to the non-availability over phone.

I sincerely request you to help me in this case. And also request you to help me get compensation for my losses due to the unprofessionalism of Vi / Airtel.

        I didn't imagine the VI team can stoop low to earn money by scamming innocents.

        This is the 10th time I am emailing them about unauthorized money deduction and unauthorized VAS deduction.

        I had 219 RS a couple of days back, now it is 100 without any usage, don't you guys have any other way to earn money? Unauthorized money deductions equal eating human waste.

        I haven't used my phone at all and I see the money keeps decreasing in my account. I see the request raised at 1.15 AM while I was sleeping. What kind of nonsense is this?

        REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

          Mera name vinod ekka hai, Mera mobile number [protected]hai.mera ye post paid number hai, Mai har month RS500 se RS 600 ka Bill payment karta Hun iske baujud mujhe net ki speed 2g ke barabar bhi nahi milti hai, Mai kafi Sammy se Vodafone ka customer raha Hun isliy bus ummid ke sath ki ajj nahi to Kal network ka issue solve ho jayega, lekin abhi Tak aisa nahi hua hai jiske Karan network ki vajah see se kafi iriteting ho jata hai, kripya jald see jald mere location ki network sahi kijiye, anytha mujhe dusre service provider me switch karna padega. Network speed ki screen shot attached hai kripya jald se jald net ki speed me sudhar Karen.

            Getting messages and calls from vodaphone that your currecnt connection would be terminated if oustanding bill not paid.

            FYI, we ported from vodaphone -airtel-jio TWO years back, after clearing all outstanding bill . Even i had paid an advacne extra amount at vodaphone Care Center apart from normal bill, to avoid any issue.

            Now suddenly after two years we are getting messages and calls from Vodafone customer care that we have an outstanding bill of around RS 237 and current connection(JIO) will be terminated if the amount is not paid.
            I enquired at the vodafone service center too about the issue, even they were not able to provide me the bill and clarify me on the outstanding charges.

            I would like to know the breakups of these outstanding charges and their basis ?

            During the porting process I had confirmed twice from the vodafone employee at service station that my dues were clear.

                My main account balance was debited twice just few minutes back and Rs 6 3+3 has been deducted from my main balance since I and using unlimited pack which valid till 13th of Jan 2021.

                  I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 399, at 03-Jan-2021 | 14:19PM, for Rs. 399, order id PRE[protected].

                  But what the hell is going on I am not sure, the pack is not reflecting on the mobile. And there is no way you can talk to a customer care, only some junks regarding their stupid offers you will get to know from useless 199, 198 numbers.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    i am using vodafone number since very long time and now i am very tired of your customer care support and network services.
                    here are some points,
                    1. costly postpaid plans
                    2. poor network issue
                    3. no response from your agent
                    4. frequently call dropping
                    5. no network coverage in the middle of city

                      I am not able to send or receive messages. I have already raised complaint but they are taking too long. I can't do anything without messages because everywhere we need otp and I am not receiving that. Please do the needful.

                        I have port my number from jio to vi. Vi network came but when am trying to tele verify. It's not happening. Every time 59059 replying nothing. I am in very big problem. It's my primary number. Please help.

                            Hi,
                            Since last 5 months I am getting notification to clear outstanding bill for some other number. And immediately 2 days after that my International Roaming service gets barred. I have raised SR several times and vodafone apologizes for this mistake and resume my service but the same story gets repeated following month.

                            Impact: I can't use internet banking for 20 days a month

                            Desirable resolution?: Vodafone should unlink that wrong number against my number and email id and catch hold of the real person who was holding that number

                            Complaint against Vodafone team: The backend team is so pathetic and arrogant that they don't even see the details I mentioned in SR and just keep closing the tickets asking me to clear the outstanding amount on the number which was never ever mine.

                              Dear Sir,
                              i am not satisfy with your Internet Network
                              Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to BSNL...then i have started
                              to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
                              but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
                              by speking to Custmer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                              1.i did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing SMS barred...
                              2. i suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                              3. i have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                              moreover the Custmoer care NOT responding and they are not giving a chance to speak ...
                              Plz help me... my mobile no. is [protected]

                                  Incoming call, SMS not working. It says Invalid Number

                                  Please note that i have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone no [[protected]]

                                  However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

                                  This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

                                  Raising Complain since 10/12/2020 and they say its resolved, but the issue is still there. Went to 2 different outlet and they just say we will update...

                                    उपरोक्त विषय अनुसंगिक जनाववाणु के मेने World Institute of Research and Devlopment के खिलाफ केस फाइल किया हे। ओर आपकी तरफ से एसा बताया गया था की आपका केस 7 दिन के अंदर अंदर सोल्व हो जाएंगा। मेने मेरे केस के बारे मे सभी इन्फोर्मेशन (माहिती) २७ मई, २०२० को आपको दे दी थी। उसके बाद पेमेंट भी कर दिया था।

                                    आज उस बात को लेके 220 दिन हो गए हे लेकिन आपकी तरफ से कोई मेल या मेसेज मिलता नहीं हे। ओर मे आपको कॉल करता हु तो मेरा कॉल डिसकननेक्ट कर दिया जाता हे। मुजसे कोई कुछ भी रिपलाय नहीं करता हे।

                                    मेरा केस किस स्टेटस पर है ओर मेरे केस के बारे मे क्या कार्यवाही की गई है वो सब मौजे जानना है। आपने ने मेरे केस के बारे मे जो भी कार्यवाही की हो वो मुझे मेल द्वारा भेजे। ओर आपने World Institute of Research and Devlopment को जो नोटिस भेजा हे वो भी मुझे भेजे। मेरे केस का स्टेटस क्या हे ओर कब तक सोल्व होगा उससे मुझे उपडेट करवाइए।
