    I have port my No from Aircel to Vodafone. Its completed 25 Days but still vodafone people dont not start my number. Other hand aircel has stop my number before 5 days. Now i am not able to use my No that is very important to me. I am getting loss per because of my number is not started. So, Kind solved this issue otherwise will do the action and claim for this to consumer department. I need resolution Today.

      On 11.03.2015, I received missed call at 12.22 am but due to sleep I can't attended it. I called on that no. at 03.20 PM and Rs. 60/- were deducted as I disconnected the phone in 23 seconds because a lady was talking vulgarly from other sied. No. was +[protected].

          Dear sir, i had requested for 3g service activation on 27 th feb 2015.Till to date i have been calling everyday for the service activation. Your customer service is not only poor, I hadn't seen such an irresponsible team work. it is very displeasing. i have been vodafone customer from 10 years. NOw, i am planning to change to some other network. I am not regretted to say that yours is a very irrersponsible network. Please forward this mail to your higher authorities if you can.

            I had requested for disconnecting my number [protected] in December. I was not informed about any submission of documents. I continued to receive bills from December to February. I received a demand notice in February seeking payment of bills for services that I have not used and after I requested disconnection. A customer care executive named Dheeraj called and agreed for settlement of the bill on payment of Rs. 1000. He assured I will receive a mail confirming the settlement pursuant to which I could make the payment, submit the required documents and disconnect the number. I am still awaiting his mail. Also Vodafone has sent another bill for February. I have called a lot of times on the customer care and sent various mails to no avail.

              Dear Sir / Madam, I am Vodafone customer since 2009 (Mobile no: [protected]). I am based n Pune since 2012. Though, the number belongs to Mumbai Circle, I am still holding the same number at Pune. Since last 3 months, I am experiencing frequent call drops. (70% to 80%of the calls get dropped). This adds to the 1. Bill amount 2. Inconvenience in communication 3. Time loss I request early rectification of the same, else I will be compelled to shift to other service provider.               I am a vodafone customer based in vasai east, thane, maharashtra. I got vodafone post paid connection around a month back. My number: [protected]. As soon as I enter thane from mumbai, I experience frequent call drops and when I reach to vasai and go further towards east, the network dips to none or search for other network like tata docomo or reliance. If vodafone is not for Thane, you would have told to me earlier, I would have chosen some other mobile service provider.I would request you to rectify this problem asap or else I must switch to the other mobile service provider.

                I have above no's which have been ported on 30th Oct. 2014 due to poor connectivity of MTNL net work.

                However, I am surprised see, while receiving the following bill's of above from MTNL.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      My name is sonali s mhamunkar. my mobile number is [protected] i m using this number last 6 month, my query vodafone company charged me Rs 89/- extra in 07.02.2015 to 06.03.2015 billing cycle. so i want refund Rs 89/- with service tax.
                      vadafone company activated 100 LN mints @ Rs.40/- and also charged me family and friends 49, Rs 49/-
                      My another complaint is one of vodafone agent misbehave with me, when i asked for this resolution he gave me stupid
                      reply and tell me "paisa refund nahi mekega kaha par bhi jake complaint karo" and he disconected my call.
                      Kindly refer following attachment and revert me accordingly

                          Hello, this is the second time Vodafone has charged a heavy bill to me. Apparently the un billed amount is 10K and my credit limit is Rs 800. My services were blocked this morning as the un billed amount was above my credit limit. What I fail to understand is that how was the un billed amount so high even when my credit limit is Rs 800, and if it was being used, why was not I stopped/intimated about this earlier. I need a resolution on this ASAP otherwise I am going to take this to the highest level possible.

                                  Hi, I got an SMS from Vodafone today morning stating that my outgoing services have been restricted. On calling customer I spoke to one Mr. Giriraj who said I have exhausted my credit limit. On speaking to his supervisor, Mr. Iftekar I was told that multiple users are facing this issue and that it is a Technical Error. It seems the credit limit getting exhausted is not the issue as my corporate plan discounts were yet to be applied. He said that Vodaone DOES NOT know when the issue will be resolved and till then I cannot make any calls. It really is pathetic that the customer service associate is not aware of an existing network wide issue and that Vodafone has NO IDEA when the issue will be resolved.

                                      Yesterday 9 March. I subscribed 500MB data pack in my number. Usually. I receive warning message regarding my net usage. But this time, I didn't received any message and suddenly they taken my balance amount. I call Customer care and spoke to Kartik regarding my issue but he disconnected my line instead of resolving my issue, again i called your customer care. one of your agents promised for call back today, but still i didn't receive any follow-up call back on this. I tried to call customer call number now but they have blocked my number to reach customer care. Shame on you guys. You guys doesn't no how to treat customer. you guys are robbers cheaters and etc...I will post in all social network regarding my issue untill i receive proper resolution on this.

                                        Hai, My name is SANDEEP KOLLURI, I'm a Vodafone Subscriber and I'm using Vodafone network SIM with the number [protected], since 2012. I purchased that SIM from a retailer shop.I gave him proper ID proofs along with my PassPort size Photograph and I signed in that application where ever it is neccesary, and also on my Photograph when it was attached to that application. In 2013, I guess it was January or February, I didn't remember clearly, I lost my SIM, I want to another SIM with that same number. So, I went to your Vodafone store near to my area along with ID proofs. At that Time One of your Employees told me that my ID proofs are not matching and he refused to Issue another SIM. I tried to Explain to him, finally he confirmed that they Issued the SIM on my Sister's name which was Wrongly mentioned as PRASHANTH instead of PRASHANTHINI in My Ration card (it is the Only Proper ID Proof/Residential Proof, at that time when your employees requested). So, they Issued a SIM on PRASHANTH name only which was signed with my name SANDEEP KUMAR. I asked him to change it to my name bcoz i'm using it and I submitted my Photograph and with signatures. But they Refused change it. A few days back I lost that sim again, So, Today, i.e.10/03/2015. i went to that same stores to get another SIM on my mobile Number [protected], Which was lost. At counter Number "A", (this is the store location in google map, https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/Vodafone+Store/@18.000637, 79.585628, 17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x3a33450baaaaaaab:0x52f1e339615a469a) They are Arguing with me same as that Employee I faced in 2013. Like, they want my ID Poof as PRASHANTH not as SANDEEP KUMAR KUMAR (which was also showed/mentioned in My Ration Card). Tell them to rectify my problem.
