Respected sir, My name is harit kumar . Sir my mobile no. is [protected]. (up west number) I have called in vodafone care on 12 march 2015 at 8:32 am and care executive named vivek has done wrong behavior. 2nd time i have 7:35 pm on 12 march 2015 and customer care executive named javed done very very bad behavior with me they both miss use there responsiblity. Sir mera balance deduct kiya gaya tha but benifit not given. 12 march 2015 ko 26 Rupees deduction ki thi for internet but didn't give benifit.
I am on call with Vi customer support executive with last 24* minutes he say me i don't know why is this problem is come his name is yogesh kumar he is laughing and not solved any problem I need to port my number in another company vi have not good customer support executive, I have worst experience with vi..
I have 8 vi no. In my family we need to change another company.. Shame on you vi...

    I am a vodafone customer based in vasai east, thane, maharashtra. I got vodafone post paid connection around a month back. My number: [protected]. As soon as I enter thane from mumbai, I experience frequent call drops and when I reach to vasai and go further towards east, the network dips to none or search for other network like tata docomo or reliance. If vodafone is not for Thane, you would have told to me earlier, I would have chosen some other mobile service provider.I would request you to rectify this problem asap or else I must switch to the other mobile service provider.

      To whom it may concern, I am a prepaid vodafone customer ([protected]).Its really embarrassing to experience this kind of rs.20 deduction from my main balance account without any information due to ZEEDITTO service. I am expecting meaninful cooperation from your side and refund the same. Just to draw your attention i am attaching the message which i got today from vodafone customer care. Hello! ZEEDITTO service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 5 days rental of Rs.20 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.7.326.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).

      Still i do not get any email or phone calls, regarding the said issue, from vodafone customer care. Its very disappointing.
      I too have my nervewrecking experience(Ph.[protected]).SMS 'NO" to and call to Toll free No.155223 to stop ZEEDITTO service on Vodafone does not get processed. 'Sorry, we cannot process your request' is the answer I get. Since it cannot be stopped, Vodafone will continue deducting the money indefinitely. It is a SPAM as reported by 1229 people in TrueDialer. A CHEATING "SERVICE", and ILLEGAL, for which VODAFONE IS SQUARELY RESPONSIBLE AND ANSWERABLE if one goes to court. I am one intending to file an FIR against them and sue them in the court!!!
      This is sick, frustrating and absolute ridiculous and conniving way of cheating customers. Anyone who has ears at Vodafone kindly hear and refund our money back of all the customers whose accounts you have deducted. Is Vodafone stooping so low to collect money from its customer base.

      Hello, ZEEDITTO service is now active on your number, as requested. (Who the hell requested this and when cheaters liars) This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is Rs.533.23. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).

      A cool Rs.35, 00, 000/- collected in a day from 1 million base. How low VODAFONE can you stoop.
      I think Vodafone plans to quit India Market. ZEEDITTO auto activation and costing Rs 35 every week is the most annoying act of any telephone service provider so far. Moreover there is no way you can deactivate on your own !!!
      On the top of that Vodafone has made it next to impossible to reach to talk to their customer care executive through their irritating IVRS.

      I can foresee Vodafone packup from India market.

      This British company might have appointed a German CEO for India operations and he may have the revenge of world war II in his mind :-)

      News : Vodafone has thought of a new way of extracting money from their clients. This time its their Zeeditto service of which no information has been provide but yes it is promptly deducting charges from users and ofcourse without their consent.

      This needs some strict action

        Hi, I am your Vodafone customer for last 8 to 10 years and having 2 Vodafone connections. But last 3, 4 months my plan or rental changed without my knowledge on [protected] this number. I already discussed my query with Vodafone Gallery, Dombivli and customer care, but they failed to solved my query or did not understand my query. My plan was when I got this, Rs.168 monthly rentals, 1 vodafone local no lifetime free, 3 vodafone local no 10 paise minute, all local calls 30 paisa per minute. Please check my starting bills, when I got this Plan for confirm my plan.

          I customer of Number using [protected] have a problem with network & billing. I don't get network still it is postpaid, As i am a business man i have to travel all over india and your network from last some months are very bad. As i live in Maharashtra i don't get network in my home town also. My calls are cut everytime because of failure of network. Even though my roaming calls are not been done because of the network my bill is higher everytime. I use to get bill arount 700 to 900 but now-a-days it has been reached to[protected] which is not as per my calls. I don't use internet or any other services. Kindly check my bills & send revised bills. I also want full call statement with my bills from this time. kindly revert soon or else i have to disconnect my number

              I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid again. Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs.+ Additional Charges. Previously my connection is Prepaid so I need convert it from post paid to Pre paid. I don't want to go for new number I need this number with Pre paid. I am already complaint to Customer care they didn't respond. I need a reply ASAP. Thank Q.

                i had vodafone prepaid connection, i was happy with that...but one month before today i received a call from your agent that they are saying that they are calling from vodafon and offering me to convert it in postpaid connection, as i am a govt.employee, they said this plan is for u, there was a plan of 299, then their agent come to me for taking document and 150 rs their charge, they gave me new sim, then, i have waited for one month the connection was not activated, always i called her they said document problem, please send me on whats app, i send that passport copy what was required, however sim was not activated, i again called and asked, they said some another reason, they said some official reason, i have wasted everytime my calling money (balance), i have recording of all that calls, few days before today i have again received a call from an agent said i am calling from vodafon, and am coming to you for your passport copy, they said whats app print didnt not come good, i have given that again, then after 2 days some one came from vodafon for verification, i gave him what he demanded, now they said my problem with postpaid connection will resolve, i have also so many of works apart from this sim activation, but however i have managed. Now again the problem is my old prepaid connection sim is also become deactivated from 3 days, they didnt said this thing earlier, however i have managed to call from my another alternate number of airtel (which is in roaming), but your agents are not responding well, As this was my only local number for office purpose and personal, i became isolated, i am not getting my all important call.                     This is with regards to my bill dated 5th March 2015 for my number [protected] where I am charged for d2c_mazaa_99 twice i.e. Rs. 198. I really dont know what this d2c_mazaa_99 is. Even if i had browsed it than the volume o[censored]sage would reflect in the bill which is showing as 0.00. This means I am being charged fraudulently by Vodafone, or may be it is because I have ported out. I had already cleared the payment of Rs. 550/- which was well enough for settlement of dues with vodafone, but just because of this Rs. 198/- for d2c_mazaa_99 I am charged high. Please rectify this bill and settle the payment. I do not want to encounter any issues arising there in for the future.

                      I am on a combo 399 + 199 data unlimited plan on vodafone. First they don't let me change my plan, I tried changing it thru their app bit it failed and on top of that they removed my existing unlimited data plan. Please note these has been no information, not even an sms stating that my data plan is being removed. Just for information, my Internet usage is nore on the phone that is why I selected this unlimited plan. Since last 20 dadays I have been using my phone without unlimited Internet and now I got a call and a msg stating that my unbilled amount is Rs 5000. I think they are just making easy money. This is my plan, if II don't change my plan and if the company does it than they should bloody inform me. This is just a mere shame that this is happening from Vodafone. I been on Airtel for last 10 years, I had no problems, on vodafone the experience has been horrible. I called up their customer service but they refuse to help. They were smilingsmiling when I said that I will approach consumer forum. I request you to pls look into this so that atleast some other person does not gets strangled into all this

No one is giving proper reply.This guy ([protected]) is vodafone representative and no proper response from him too. I would like to escalate this further. Please provide Prepaid Sales DGM number of maharashtra. If this kind of service you are providing ur customers why should I stay with vodafone & would like to port out to Idea .                             Dear Sir, My mobile number is [protected] .From the past 12-15 days, I am not being able to use my mobile internet service properly.The network keeps fluctuating throughout the day. A text on whatsapp gets delivered after 10-12 minutes. After 12:00am everyday, I do not get any network. I am simply not being able to use internet for anything after the said time. Even after repeated complains to the call centre, my problem hay yet not been resolved. I am not at all happy with Vodafone's service. Please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.                               Sir, I have got a mobile number [protected] and is active for many years with uninterrupted payment made every time. In the mid-month of December 2014 i was continuously bothered by few executives of vodafone who said some payment for the number [protected] is due. Though i argued continuously that i donot have such connection and all my numbers are ending with 56697, i wanted to close this issue by paying an amount of Rs.354/-(approx) as they threatened me to put me in CIBIL. However, immediately at that time, i have given a complaint that this number doesn?t belong to me and requested them to close this. The executive agreed to do so and confirmed that this is closed and no more trouble for me will be faced. Also, i sent an email to vodafone customer care centre at that time. To my surprise, today on 11th Match 2015 suddenly my outgoing calls are barred for the number [protected] for unknown reasons. I went to vodafone centre to compliant where they said i have to make payment for this number to get my number activated. For no fault of mine, they want me to pay the rent for two months and is absolutely harassment. Further, they say it is taken in my name in the month of august and all calls till last date o[censored]se has been paid. but since they have not done the closure from their end i am now the sufferer. I got the written letter, closure mail sent to Vodafone and spoken to the executives for closure in December 2014.Requests the vodafone customercare to release my number [protected] and close this other number which is reflecting in my name wrongly ([protected]) so that I donot face any more problems. IF still this is persisting I will have to go to the consumer forum, Media and seek appropriate justice including approaching the police. Kindly resolve this immediately Rgds Venkat [protected]

                                  I had a plan of 450 ₹ 2 gb 3G internet. It was exhausted before expiry so i got a call from vodafone company to change my plan to 650₹ unlimited internet, so i changed it to that. Now in the same month bill period bill shows 450₹ + 200 and something for changing the plan from 450 to 650, in the next month again i got a call from vodafone to continue the plan. I agreed. But now for this month the bill was 450₹+650₹+ taxes total more than 1200 ₹ for using jst 3.3 GB data from my unlimited pack. And when i called customer care, he again gave me false info. And told me that ur activated plan is of 450 and 650 plan was a booster pack. How can someone suppose for a person to start a booster pack from the day one of bill cycle. And why should i pay ₹ 1200 for using 3 gb internet when i can get 7 gb in the same money spent. This is ridiculous.

                                    I closed my all Internet service on my number [protected] before three month. Vodafone closed it for last two month and no deduction in my balance as well. But From last week this Internet service is reactivated on my same number without my permission not even give any message or call for active it again. When i tried to contact in their complaint cell on 198 number they firslty put my call on hold for 45 mins. when i again tried to know the reason all executives disconnect my call and do not give any answer.it happpen 4 times back to back.

                                        I received a call three days before to migrate my postpaid connection to vodafone. They told me 299/- plan described as, 900 local/national min & 500 MB internet & one local vodafone number free for life time. Next day an executive came and took 250/-. Today I got call, and she asked me to repeat my plan. I did same. She told me that free internet is only for 3 months, later I will have to pay 150 pm to continue and local free number service will continue @ 49 pm. I said, it wasn't told me. In this case, I am happy with my current provider. She said, you have submitted money, you can take a new connection. I said, I don't need. She said, in case, your money may take 6 month to return and disconnected the call. What should I do now ?
