I think you have not read the complete mail. I have already attached my post paid bill along with this mail once again i am attaching the same for your understanding well before you could answer this mail.
Few points need to be considered before i could conclude are stated here under.
1, I have already submitted the reliance bill for the two numbers [protected] GSM and [protected] CDMA. Which clearly show the clear credit limit and worthless.
2, Address proof shows is the Voter ID.
3, Regarding the address proof i am attaching the Gas delivery slip for the current date which is on my name and present address.
4, I have called to your customer care no which dose not works, secondly i called the no of your Alpha commercial complex office at Greater Noida. Which was not attended even though it was picked and kept aside. You should feel sorry for the delay and the attitude of your customer service agent attending the complain face to face. I have told the details of the discussion also. Which make all the points very clear and the know how of you agent.

If even giving this much details you are not willing to activate the no then it is up to you. The only choosing the number [protected] was to get the numbers in series to my existing last four numbers for example 4416, 4417 and 4418.
I will not make the deposit payment on the terms stated on the mail. if this is the consequence then i will like to surrender the sim.with the refund if required i will give back the two sim's i have received.
Please process the refund keeping in mind that the sim was operative for two odd days, as per your records it was showing[protected] will not be acceptable.

Maine aapko pahle bhi[protected] or[protected] ko Hindi me mail bheja tha jisme maine kaha tha ki mere Delhi home guard ke head office jo ki Raja garden me hai waha par aapke Vodafone wale stall laga kar number dete hai jisme 99/- ke Bill plan par 300 minat local+std or 200 sms ke sath 2 number lene par aaps me free dete hai jiske bare me maine aapke Vodafone ke costumer care [protected] par[protected] ko apne land line phone se phone kiya to unhone kaha ki mai aapko ghar baithe hi plan dila dunga to maine ok kar diya uske bad[protected] ya[protected] ko mere pas ak ladka aa kar mera Home guard ki id card or voter id card or 2 photo ke sath 2 id le gaya . or 2 sim de gaya kuchha time ke bad mujhe number bhi bataya gaya jo [protected], [protected] tha maine activate karte ko bata diya[protected] or[protected] ko mera dono number activate ho gaya.
Jab mere pas aapka welcome letter aaya to 199/- ke plan par 500 minat local+std 500 sms free likha tha. to maine eski sikayat aapke costumer care number 111 par or Nodal officer ke [protected] number par[protected] ko kiya. fir mere pas bill aaya to maine[protected] ko dusra sikayat patra mail kiya mere pas[protected] ko kae number se phone Aaya [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] aaya. par koe samadhan nahi huya fir maine apna number band kar dene ko kaha fir mere pas close service request number [protected], [protected] mail par aaya.
Fir mere par[protected] ko [protected], [protected], [protected] Kajal ka phone aaya jo aapne aap ko Retensan tim ka bata rahi thi unhone mere dost jo ki Delhi home guard se hai unka [protected], [protected] number liya or kaha ki aapko bhi 99/- ke Bill plan par 300 minat local+std or 200 sms ke sath 2 number par aaps me free mil jayga to unhone mera number ko dubara activate kar diye.
Parantu mujhe fir 199/- ke hi plan par bill bheja gaya jo mere sath sarasar dhoka kiya gaya hai kao ki agar aapke pas 99/- ke bill plan nahi tha ya nahi mil sakta tha to mujhe dhokha nahi dena tha jab maine band ka request kar diya to mujhe dubara dhokhe me rakha kar number activate nahi karana tha jin number se phone aaya hai un sabhi number ki Recording bhi mere pas hai ab mujhe ap bataye ki mere number or bill ke sath kaya kiya gaye. Pls
