My name is SANDEEP KOLLURI, I'm a Vodafone Subscriber and I'm using Vodafone network SIM with the number [protected], since 2012. I purchased that SIM from a retailer shop.I gave him proper ID proofs along with my PassPort size Photograph and I signed in that application where ever it is neccesary, and also on my Photograph when it was attached to that application. In 2013, I guess it was January or February, I didn't remember clearly, I lost my SIM, I want to another SIM with that same number. So, I went to your Vodafone store near to my area along with ID proofs. At that Time One of your Employees told me that my ID proofs are not matching and he refused to Issue another SIM. I tried to Explain to him, finally he confirmed that they Issued the SIM on my Sister's name which was Wrongly mentioned as PRASHANTH instead of PRASHANTHINI in My Ration card (it is the Only Proper ID Proof/Residential Proof, at that time when your employees requested). So, they Issued a SIM on PRASHANTH name only which was signed with my name SANDEEP KUMAR. I asked him to change it to my name bcoz i'm using it and I submitted my Photograph and with signatures. But they Refused change it.
A few days back I lost that sim again, So, Today, i.e.10/03/2015. i went to that same stores to get another SIM on my mobile Number [protected], Which was lost. At counter Number "A", (this is the store location in google map, https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/Vodafone+Store/@18.000637, 79.585628, 17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x3a33450baaaaaaab:0x52f1e339615a469a) They are Arguing with me same as that Employee I faced in 2013. Like, they want my ID Poof as PRASHANTH not as SANDEEP KUMAR
KUMAR (which was also showed/mentioned in My Ration Card). Tell them to rectify my problem. I am EXPECTING a MAIL from you regarding to this issue.

i had to call and stop the BIS service then today i calld to know about the solutions.. @ nodal customer care.
please deduct the complete vodafone live charges for both month and go thru the trail mail.
i will not accept any offers from you..your offers are not clear than earlier it said that 50% on bill now it come to in terms of for the charges of vodafonelive only.
"CRYSTAL clear i will pay all charges besides vodafonlive till now on pending bills."
