I am Vodafone customer with number [protected] todaytoday I Receive a misscall when I call back onon that no my balance was deducted by rs.60 I camplained about this matter with customer care they tell that the no by which miss call receive is a fake foreign no not vodafone no so we can't help you regarding this matter & amount is non refundeble So i complain it with a humble request that this is not only my problem this may be problem of several other customer So take it on seriously Thanks & regards Roshan Kumar Mishra Other no [protected]

      This number [protected] calls at my number [protected] at around 8:50. Asking for nonsense things, I asked for about whom is he searching for, but haven't replied well and started talking rudely with dirty wild words. I will complaint a disturbing case on that number at police station tommorow morning. Hope Team Vodafone take some strict actions on that number, or vodafone will face this small complaint of mine with a big loss...

        Hi, My mobile number [protected] has been disconnected. The stories ur customer care people say is that my previous number [protected] bill has not been paid. I have paid the bill amount on 4/3/2015. and I have sent the receipt also. But still u people keep telling that it has not been updated in the system. Im fed up listening to all ur stories. This is my official number and it should be activated immediately. I have already informed to the superiors and also im going to inform to TRAI now. Im going to take a severe action against this if my number is not active immediately

          Dear Sir I recharged a amount of 250Rs on my Vodafone number [protected] .The data pack of 300mb was activated 102rs and was overwritten by 147rs 500mb plan there was a total dedudeduction of 101 rs and no reply from Vodafone customer care

            i have recharged my vodafone talk time for rs 110/- today. My phone number [protected]. but the amount was not recharged. i made a complaint to the shop person he says i have done recharge but it was not recharged further he said he made a complaint and it will take 24hours to get the results. now what i have to do

              I have been using Vodafone dongle for past 6 months, and I am constantly facing problem using it with my IBM Think pad (laptop). Initially I had 3GB plan for IBM professionals which I was forced to change because most of the time the connection is not established, even thought there is no signal problem. I changed the plan to 1 GB since I was not able to consume even 500 MB of the 3GB limit. The problem with Vodafone dongles are : 1. Often the connection is not established. Even if it connects once, it does not connects after disconnecting. 2. In case the connection is not established the laptop does not gracefully shutdown, as the shut down screen keeps rolling, and finally results to BLUE SCREEN error, which is very damaging. I went to Vodafone mobile store near to City Center, Salt Lake, Calcutta on 7-March-2015 around 2:00 PM, with the Vodafone dongle. The behaviour and treatment I received was very bad. The professional who was handling the Internet service, instead of correcting the problem, kept of blaming the IBM laptop and its settings that I have been using. He DID NOT EVEN TRIED TO CHECK ONCE the various configuration settings in the laptop. He only verified the information displayed in their application systems againts my dongle mobile number and said everything related to dongle are alright. Since I was not at all convinced by this reasoning, he said me that being an IBMer I know nothing in IT field. He even said "You are not working in any road side company, but in IBM, so you should be knowing so and so things" The guy kept on repeating these lines time and again to safe guard his lack of ability to give support to the problem and shrug away his responsibilities. My concern is, is this the way to handle problems faced by clients. This showed the support staff's ( engineer's ) lack of interest in solving problem and his superfluous attitude. Upon saying that I have already got the issue verified by the company's IS team quite a few time, the guy said that "I am SURE, you were not able to explain the problem with your IS team". He said this quite often and in a assertive manner. He even said, get the problem resolved by the company's IS team. Upon asking to give a demo by using another laptop, he brought a mini Samsung laptop and kept of saying that the system will be slow here. He kept on blaming the poor condition of that demo laptop to safeguard the connectivity of the Vodafone dongles. Once the connection in the demo laptop was established, I asked him to Gracefully shut down the system. Instead when the shutdown screen appear, he did not wait till the system to properly shuts down, instead he abruptly put the screen down, so as to prevent the scenario where the screen keeps on rolling. Irrespective of the client's knowledge in field of IT, or the place the client is working, the support staff is suppose to get the problem resolve. The guy should have tried to check various configuration settings instead of blaming on the client's level of knowledge, which the support staff failed to do so.

                I have received call from vodafone rep. at around 1730hrs that you may talk in 30paisa/min if deduct 71 rupees. I have refused the offer during call but after our talk i have received sms that shows deduction of 71 Rs and offer activated. I tried to register a complaint but customer care did not take my complain. my cell no. is [protected]. Kindly do the needful and refund my 71 Rs which has deducted without my permission. You can check the call recorded by company during my talk with vodafone rep. at about 1730hrs (09th March'15) regarding this discussion.

                I have also faced the same problem but my complaint is still unresolved. It is totally time waste. No one can hear you. This is india and no one can hear you. All mobile companies are supported by Indian Govt and they are much more powerful than Indian poor citizens.

                  I am receiving following messages from Vodafone.This is rather illegal as I have not authorized deducting money (as balance) from my account. The Vodafone customer care is non-supportive and is trying to get away by saying that these are third party deductions. I'll not let them do this cheating with me. Here are the messages: [protected] Hello! Fusion Club pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 1 days rental of Rs.3 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.11.581.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). Your subscription for Fusion Club pack has been renewed and Rs 45 has been deducted.The service will get renewed on[protected].To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). Hello!                       Dear Sir and Madam, The last three months have been unable to resolve Vodaphone call my Problem. In January, after twice complaints on customer care number that I was given a number to the message after the message is not getting my connection to my needs. Not getting the message about the bank account or office attached to the gas connection and message information. January 19 was the first Massage 1909, then again in February, the third time the message on February 25, February 27, was the message. But the issue is not resolved DND message did not come on my connection. Please take action against Vodaphone otherwise I would have approached the Consumer Forum.                           Now adding up, I have faced a very a similar issue, with the corporate TARIFF plans, which does not seems to live or survive,
                          I have been billed with the revised corporate Tariff plans for the past 5 months from 199 to 249, without any intimation nor prior information.when I came to know about and enquired, VODAFONE store manager replied, its the MARKETING TEAM call, they can revise the corporate plans, if they feel like.for intimation, they have sent bulk SMS.what a stupid process hanging over ????

                          The surprising thing to know, is that when the same query was enquired through 198, the reply was as below
                          "sorry sir, it was mistake from the back end team", we will check and will call you within this evening

                          Guys, be clear and check all your monthly tariffs thru the hard copy bill, before proceeding to pay the post paid charges.
                          Guys had faced a similar issue, pls raise your voices,

                              I have been activated Internet pack of 1 GB for rs 251 to the number [protected] through your customer care and they have deducted the amount twice from my account and had registered a complaint regarding the same complaint registered on 1st March and the number is [protected]. I have been calling the customer care since then, but every time they were asking me to wait for next 24 hours and keep saying till now. Finally called today morning and warned them that will be moving to consumer court if not got and the same offered me to reverse the amount with in 2 hours which is not yet been happened till now. Ansh Electronics Qutub Plaza, what voda has done 175 MB 2G OR 3G DATA RECHARGED, PREVIOUS DATA RECHARGED ON3/3/2015 BY PAYING Rs.95/- for geyting 300+200 mb 3g data used 15 mb on holi all balance data has been eaten by voda, i will port to another co.

                                      I am Noorullah from chennai. On[protected], Vodafone deducted my money for Ghaana gaaza pack. but i did not activate any plan. So, i called to vodafone care . Ms. Malathi attended my call and she assured for my refund complaint. She said, " Your request is registered and your money will refund within 4 hours". but still am not getting my money. Then yesterday i called to vodafone care. Mr. venusamy attended my call. He replied the same, but i did not get my refund till now. I have cheated many time by vodafone similarly. They are not responding to my complaint. I am mentally stressed. Please kindly take action as soon as possible.
