I am Nilesh Pawar. before 3 month my wife sim card converted loop into vodafone. (Vodafone Gallery - (Dombivali West). My requirement is prepaid plan. They told me after 3 month you will be convert post paid to prepaid. Also They don't give bill as per given the Address. All Bill amount was stored. last Sunday I visited Vodafone Gallery - (Dombivali West). I asked them what is the price of prepaid sim card, they told me 200.00 Rs. I shocked. it's too much of amount. What is this?? I call the Vodafone customer care they told me the sim card price is 25-30 Rs. Vodafone Gallery - (Dombivali West) is Very Very BAD services of the customer. No one care their vodafone customer This Gallery services is ashamed Because of too much of charge their customer. My Mobile No. [protected]

    Hello, I am Mrs. warke. I have using the postpaid plan (Rs. 299) of vodafone number [protected]. In that 750 MB 3G & unlimited 2G internet is available. Bill of this number of jan 2015 is 2324.88. in this bill downlaod charges of mgmicromax Rs99 charges are given but I am not using this application. When I use the internet, that time I ON the Internet connection, after that OFF the connection. These down load charges are seen on 25 jan, On 25 jan My mobile is off. So why these charges are given in the bill. So please cancel these inernet charge of jan bill ( Rs 1758) from my bill.

      I am Shrikant Pathak. I am using vodafone service and my phone number is [protected]. I have irregularities in my postpaid plan's bill. In Jan I used Rs 100 for 300Mb data plan. On Jan 20 I recieved a message from vodafone that i have consumed 80% of my data. Based on that on Jan 22 I rasied a request for another addon of Rs 100 for 300Mb. This add on is not reflected in the bill. Instead I have been charged on regular rates. For last month I have raised a complaint by dialing on 198 as well as writing mails to vodafone on corporate assist. The only reply that i get from them is that, 3g plan of Rs.100/- with total of 300 MB free was active and that they have charged for additional usage. They don't tell me why my second add on request is not reflected in the bill and why am i charged at regular rate instead of the rate applied by second addon. If the second addon has not been added into my account I would also like to know where is my request for the addon lost. For even once they have not tried to answer my query instead they reply saying that they cannot revert the charges as they are correct without any explanation. The recent development is that they have blocked my outgoing calls, .

        I have an Cell No [protected] with Vodafone since last 15 years. Have been feeling the arrogant services being given to the customers. In my case, an caller tune was activated on my cell without my knowledge or approval. I had never had any caller tunes activated on any of my cell nos ( I have other SIMs of MTNL, Airtel and Idea). On asking them to deactivate the caller tune, all types of verifications are asked. Why did the not verify the same before activation of the caller tunes? They simply want to indicate the service provider by providing this tune free of charge, and this is against the rules, i believe, after the No. portability is in affect Secondly, today I had asked to block my Cell No., as I have misplaced my Cell. But, unfortunately the same procedure is adopted. Tell me who will be responsible, if my cell is in some other person's possession and gets misused? Vodafone does not realise this IMPORTANCE. This is apart from giving my identification, (my Date of Birth). The customer care lies with some Call centre (BPO's), who are not educated enough of the importance or urgency of the state of the complaint. When we ask to connect us to an senior, the standard answer is : The senior is not available now, maybe they excuse by saying that the seniors are in a meeting or not in the premises, at any given time of the day/ night. The other service providers much simpler procedures. I would request to refrain from this pathetic service provider.

          Hi Team, Good morning, I am current using Vodaphone no.[protected] post paid connection and only Internet Pack 199 2G unlimited pack. I am paying every month 500+Rs or 300+, if i call customer care there are telling that additional pack activated, myself have not activated any additional pack since am using only net pack. Request you to look in to it very serious manner also i requested to de-activate or cancel my connection after paying no due from side of excess bill amount at Vodaphone customer center at DOUBLE ROAD. I received a call from vodaphone executive, she said i will be getting two months of free of cost with no billable to my no. since i have paid excess amount every month hence i said to activate and this month i have received invoice bill for Rs 300+. Note: I have sent e-mail from registered ID ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) i didn't get any reply and irresponsible of your vodaphone service. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and best and

            [protected] number is mine and registered under the name Manjunathan S, now when i'm trying to migrate to Post Paid, vodafone executive said this number registered as chandrasekhar so they cannot migrate to Post Paid on the same. I'm using it from 2007 whenever I call vodafone executive for query, your executive answered my question after all the security checks. But now your people says.. this is with different name. Just because your registration mistake, why should I change my number. Please provide the solution for migrating vodafone prepaid to post paid with same number. Manjunathan S [protected] Chennai

              I was unable to access internet since 5-March, 2015 on which I use for 3G internet connection. Upon enquiring at the Customer Service Helpdesk on 6-March, 2015, I was told that due to non-payment of the last bill due since February the connection has been barred! Since I was in the office I did not have the payment details handy to share with the Customer Service Executive to confirm that I have made the payment online in the beginning of Feb itself. The gentleman advised me that I should call again with the transaction details and the person on the phone will be able to verify at his/ her end and shall restore the connection soon after that. As advised, I called up 111 and spoke to someone by the name Debasis. I explained to him the issue and gave him all the details received from Vodafone portal upon making the payment. When I had asked him about the Turnaround Time for restoration, he very vaguely responded stating that “it could take about 2 hours or so, it all depends!!” When I stated that why can’t he check the transaction ID and expedite the restoration of the internet connection as it was not my fault! I then asked for a Supervisor, so that I can explain my situation and also if he/ she could look into it on priority. I was kept on a long hold, no Supervisor came to my rescue and I had to disconnect thereafter. After a while I called up 111 again and Subhankar Bhowmik was at the other end of the phone, upon stating my full name and the number, I insisted to speak to a Supervisor. I spoke to someone by the name Krishna Kumar Jain, who introduced himself as the floor Supervisor or so. I have serious doubts if he was at all a Supervisor! He was neither comfortable speaking in Bengali, nor in English or Hindi!! He referred to me as Mr. Dutta; He was not ready to listen to me, instead kept telling me about the complaint that Debasis had perhaps logged; Even after I stated that I have all the required details/ documents to prove that I have made the payment and that the transaction was successfully credited, Mr. Supervisor repeated the same thing what I had just said before!!! Not for once did he ever mention about the restoration of the connectivity. I was very certain that he can do nothing hence I asked for the name and contact details of his line manager. Mr. Jain refused to give me any information stating that he is not allowed to do so!! Really? As such, I am attaching the transaction receipt received from Vodafone and the Account Statement from Axis Bank through which I have made the payment on Net Banking mode. This should help you to establish the errors taken at your end. This action needs to be looked into on priority and Vodafone will ensure that the internet connectivity is restored. I have been slapped with a bill for Rs. 1994.06 [Bill no: [protected], Bill date: 06.03.15] which includes the amount already been paid and hence I am certainly not going to pay that. I insist upon making necessary corrections to the erroneous bill and furnish me a corrected and updated one so that I can make payment for the actual amount outstanding. I give you 24 hours to get this rectified, failing which I shall be compelled to put up this case with the Consumer Forum. Also, I will withdraw all my other connections and move to a better service provider. It would be pertinent to mention here, that Vodafone keeps changing my plans as per their whims and fancies without even notifying me!! Example 1- xxxxx64541; It was a Corporate Connection; The Subscription History looks like this: I have no clue as to why the Rs. 99 rental was changed to Rs. 149 without any intimation. Whereas the second number xxxxx89111 is still under the Rs. 99 plan!! Example 2- The same issue has been repeated with the third connection I have with you. xxxxx85588 was also under the Rs. 99 rental that was changed to Rs. 149 without any intimation again!! The fourth number xxxxx99453 which I use in Mumbai was also not spared and I was incorrectly charged during the last year. After exchanging couple of threatening mails that was rectified though! Please see what you can do about all this, but fix the internet issue first and foremost.

                  Sir I dialed 198 on the date of 8/3/15 at 10.05 pm for complaining about getting gprs signal insted of edge.The receiver was not even listening my complaint even, he was rude, miss behaving, his behaviour was very bad and he didn't gave me information.My no is [protected], I think you can get the recording too if trace with my number on above date and time. Please sir do the needfull I will be thankful to you.

                    I am post-paid Vodafone customer since over 3 year, never ever call to call center or their support team for normal issues but since 3rd Feb 2015 I started facing major network issue in Wazirabad, Delhi area and for same I raised multiple complaints, received a call from your network team they said it will take time to resolve so if you want then port the number and i was surprised when the same response got from your customer support officer. They openly said issue cannot resolve now and it will take few more months so it’s up to you if want to port the number. My phone is become a gaming phone while at home, without using services I am paying internet and tariff monthly rental. I am very disappointed with the kind of service you are providing.

                      MY cell no is [protected]. i utilize tis number for past 9 years.alas though i have suffered lot from tis useless service i have given tis number to my near and dear.hence i have forced to keep tis number with me.i have prepaid if i recharge 250 or 150 daily.tis sevice provider wrongly deducted all my at once.even i am not able to talk more than three calls after every recharging who is scoundral.take all my money whether they lead vodofone service provider or exhorbitent interst giving financier.i dont have sufficient time to drag this people to court of law.

                          Dear Representative, This refers to my recent swap to vodafone network from reliance for better network coverage and almost similar charges. My cell phone number is [protected], my cell phone was of Delhi circle with national free roaming plan with reliance, Mr.Arun of our local network distributor of vodafone "AK Book Depot" based at "Shop no.4 &5 B block, Lok Vihar shopping complex, Pitampura, New Delhi-110034" confirmed me that I can avail a corporate plan with vodafone wherein I will get 10, 000 free calls (including roaming, std & local) + 8GB 3G data + 1500 SMS for INR 1600/- month excluding taxes but first I will have to port from reliance to vodafone on a simpler plan. I agreed for same and submitted all documents, after delays on 10-11th of Feb my port was successful, eventually verifications were done. I had to move to Mumbai due to my job but I wanted to retain my number so I stressed to him to convert my plan to committed plan ASAP as I am incurring high roaming charges, he installed some internet pack & roaming pack to temporarily give a relief on incoming calls. But after close 2 months of struggle with him he is denying to give me that plan. And now he mentioned that as my port has recently happened I cannot port back to my original plan in reliance for next 4 months. I feel completely cheated & I will have to unnecessarily bear high cost of roaming for next 4-5 months till I could port to retain my 6 years old number. I am an employee of GE based at Mumbai & with vodafone we don't have any corporate plan as per my knowledge to avoid such charges, I urge to look into matter & cancel the licence of such distributors and let me know a solution as telecom provider will simply deny any involvement in the case.                             I received the first SMS from DM - MYDALA saying that Rs. 99 /-have been deducted from my balance for some deal on 01.03.2015 and a similar kind of SMS came on 08.03.2015. Reading a couple of previous comments, this is a suspicious incident of fraud while surfing the internet. I request the concerned authority to return back my deducted balance without my authorization. Regards,

                              I have postpaid connection of vodafone. vodafone has charged in for both capping limit amount(750) and booster pack amount(350) when i check with constomer care the said that even though u have activated booster pack capping limit amount gets use. But i have sms mentioneing that booster pack is activated and usage from booster pack is used. then how come they say that u have use internet from capping limit. vodafone company is fraud

                                Executive of the company sells me the plan of Rs 99 and tells me no additional charges except the charges for extra calls/sms as per the details of the plan. I get a bill of Rs 458 and unnecessary charges like Rs 75 for itemised bill, 50 for Prepay @ 50 sms plan, reconnection charges of Rs 150 and late payment charges of Rs 25. I never received their bill so didn't make the payment, finally after my no. was disconnected that I thought to make the payment (still bill not received). To my surprise I am told that I they suspended my services and as I made the payment its reconnection so Rs 150 for reconnection charges. Stop cheating the customers. I have finally decided to close the connection. My no. [protected]

                                  I am a vodafone customer. i had my prepaid number [protected]. One day vodafone executive came with the offer to convert it to postpaid. During the proceedings he also offered a new number [protected]. I used both numbers as postpaid for few months. I had given security deposit 300 rs rupees each for both numbers. When i converted my both numbers back to prepaid the same was not credited to my numbers. When querried at VIman Nagar Pune branch I was told that the executive had not deposited your caution/ security money. This is surprising as this may be a case of fraud by Vodafone employee. This is my one more effort to resolve the issue before the matter gets in to the civil court. Request look in to the matter and credit the security deposit in to my prepaid accounts. thank you

                                    My number is [protected]. I am with vodafone from 7th march 2014 and my credit limit is 600 only from the start to till date and my services are barred on every bill generation date that is 6th of every month and i have to pay the bill first to get my services back, i don't even get a hour to pay the bill (bill is generated and services are barred from the very next minute) i cant even increase my credit limit as it is blocked by vodafone. I have logged network issues thrice also but never got any solution it just says complaint closed after two days. I paid my bill on 6th march at 7:51 and they restored my services at 4:01 am. And mind blowing reply by their 198 representatives that servers are on upgrade and we are not responsible for this. I just don't understand for what are we paying to this company. They don't solve problem and trouble us by barring services for no reason. And the representatives do disconnect the call when i said i want to talk to some senior authority.

                                      Hello, I am Vodafone postpaid user more than 4 year but when I change it in prepaid for the same no. and my problems get started, A service name [protected]@It get enabled on mid-night of every 2nd weekend. In last incident charged amount (for same service) get refunded to me because i have not requested for the service but this time they (Vodafone) are charging for the same and Rep is not giving me sufficient reason for the deduction.                                       Same thing happened to me too..
                                      I did not even use my phone for three hours and when i picked up my phone i had a message saying tht your look @ it service has been activated on your request. Charged me 45 rs for 15 days.
                                      When i called the customer care they said . I had activated it via Internet.
                                      How can i activate the service when i did not use my phone fr the period during which you guys say it was activated.
                                      Can anyone help me here?

                                      No respect for customers...

                                      I Don't open messages frequently... On 5th March 2015, when I opened my message I had messages from VT-VFCARE. They deducted 3Rs each day from 3rd March 2015 to 5th March 2015 for Vodafone [protected]@it service.

                                      I Called Customer care and reported about the deduction, they told that I mistakenly clicked their ads from website and I'm not sure about it so I told to deactivate the service and don't want this service to be activated in future.

                                      Again on 18th March 2015 12.19 AM they deduced 45Rs for 15 days for the same service... I Checked my last activity in Whatsapp that is 17th March 2015 11.30PM. This time I'm sure I didn't do anything wrong, so I called customer care 3 times that day. First one told me to LEAVE and they don't need me, Second one told that they'll refund the amount in 4hrs but the amount is not refunded. Third one told that they require 24hrs to refund the money still now I Don't get my money back and there is no respect for me from Vodafone So I Ported the number to Airtel.

                                      I Just asked from which site or ad the amount get deduced, they replied there is no option to see that but they are correctly saying about the phone I'm using and about the camera and pixel density of that phone.

                                      Hi..!! I am vodafone user from last one year. Yesterday i got my phone recharged. Some vodafone look @ it service got activated. They charged me rs. 30 senselessly. I dont even know how did it got activated. Please resolve my complaint .

                                      Today morning at 7:00 am I received a message on my number +91 [protected]
                                      "Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.206.448.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."

                                      However, I have made no such request and it was deducted from my balance without any confirmation. The vodafone care number 198 is also not available at the moment.

Dear vodafone executive member . how did you get our request for " look @ it " subscription ? what is the official site for [protected]@it ? What is its benefit for your client ?                                       Please resolve my complaint and i want balance back and my phone number is [protected].
                                      This is the second time with me that I had been charged for this [protected]@IT Service. First time, I was charged Rs.45 for 15 days on 5th May 2015 and second time today.

                                      I don't really understand why Vodafone which is a very big telecommunication company is doing such cheap things with their customers. I have seen on this Customer Complaint forum that many users are facing this same issue. I want you guys to take proper action against Vodafone so that they wont charge me or any other user for this service again.

                                      My number is of Maharashtra/Goa (Pune) Circle. But currently I am in Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal).

                                      I have asked for the deactivation of this service.
                                      But still I want my balance back.

                                      Looking forward for a proper resolution from you.

                                      Even I am facing the same problem. I suddenly received message from vodafone saying "Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 will reflect in your next bill.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)"
                                      I am 100000% sure that I have not initiated any such request.
                                      Furthermore when I spoke to vodafone customer care, a guy named 'Bhagirath Panchal' spoke to me so rudely and claimed that it was me who activated this service from some internet thing. When I told him that this is a very unethical thing from such a giant mobile service provider and my money should be refunded, he told me that he can not take any action as his system is under updation and he can not take any request for deactivation of service or for refund. He again claimed many times that it has been activated from my side only. Inspire of telling him repeatedly that I am very sure I haven't done anything to activate something like this. I don't even know what this service is for, he spoke to me as if I am an illiterate person who doesn't know how to use a mobile phone and his tone of speech became rude when I tried to explain him how confident I am about not doing something like this.

                                      I would appreciate if some serious action is taken in this matter and the problem is solved. I have received this message twice and I want all my money back

                                      Same thing happened with me even I have not activated any service. Immediately I requested fro deactivation. But I am not sure why it has happened.

                                        Dear sir, I took the vodafone new prepaid sim last month and I was informed that 1GB 3G data is offerd for the first month.I used the data 180MB and the pack is expired before month on 5th march but the data is activated on 15th february.I called the customer care but the issue is not resolved.So please help me and resolve the issue.My contact number is [protected].                                         I got mails from many of the vodafone executive suggesting that to call 198, 148...I tried all these, as the issue was not able to resolve I submit a complaint to consumer complaints.These helpline numbers are not to resolve the customers complaint.They are sitting their to make the problem more critical and to irritate the customers without any proper information.After submitting a complaint online, I got a call from one of vodafone executive and took time for resolution.Thus the issue is resolved.

                                        After making a complaint on March 7, I got a call on 10th March.He informed me that he is not able to view the details of data pack and asked me to get the details of activated offered data pack which was done at the time of activation.
                                        I do not know what kind of software vodafone company is using, they are not able to track the package details which was activated last time.These people are trying to escape from the customer.
                                        Any how I got the details from the dealer, the activated pack was FRC 199.Please resolve the issue.
