    hello sir, my name is raju with phone number [protected], i am using vodafone postpaid from past few years...last month i have cancelled all my existing 3g data and other services excluding just 349 rental plan, 80rs sms plan, and this month i get a bill off 1200 which includes two other pland of rs 400 std rental and rs 500 std rental which i am not subscribed to. please resolve my complaint

      my name is alex..regarding my number [protected] based on delhi.last two months onwards when somebody calling me my call is diverting and its getting by another but in my phone settings call forwarding is off. i have called your customer care number and said this problem but they respond me badly...even they dont want hear from me... most of my relatives told me about this problem when they call me some others taking my call.. so please do the needfull yours faithfully alex baby

        Sir It is bring to your kind notice that, I have using the corporate plan of vodafone number [protected]. But suddenly I have charged Rs. 3, 967.63 for the bill period of 15.01.2015 to 14.02.2015 because they say I have consumed more then 1GB 3G plan.Originally my Internet plan is of 2G. But due to the change of handset, the 3G - 1GB free plan was activated on my number.In between the month of January, 2015 I had called the customer care want to know the status of 3G 1GB plan. Customer care executive tell me to continue the 3G plan as the data are remaining and will automatically convert into my previous 2G plan on completion of free 1GB 3G plan. But unfortunately the internet plan was not converted to 2G and they are charged me for extra usage.This is really very pathetic service of customer care by misguiding. So it is requested to you please look after on this, otherwise I have no other option to disconnect it. Always be thankful to you. With Regard Deepti Negi [protected]

            I was charged Rs 495 for usage charges .I have activated my 2G data pack, which is not consumed completely till the end of month .Then how could the charge me any downloading charges. The reply from vodafone is " We would also like to inform you that any content downloading is charged as per the cost of the visited site. Hence, you have charged Rs. 495 amount for downloading content such as hello1_tvalls*** in your bill dated 28-Jan-2015." I had also spoken to the customer care but they are unable to explain me the details charges. I do have all call recording with me, which I had done with vodafone customer care . Vodafone don't have any good roaming plan, so I asked for porting my number to AIRTEL and from the same month the bill is added with download charge . Please help me out so that this fake charge can be waived from my mobile bill .

              I have been charged 80-100 rupees almost every months extra for 4 months in last 8 months billing cycle for my mobile bill. My Post paid mobile number is [protected]. Either Vodafone Messaging system response of DATA BAL TO 111 is faulty or their Bill generation Machine is faulty. Becuase as I am having message response of DATA BAL to 111 in mobile for 2 Feb evening at 9 PM showing 299 MB. As I have switched off the Data Usage from 3 days ( 28th feb, 1st March and 2nd March) so Total Data Usage was constantly on 299 MB and their DATA BAL response machine always responded with 299 MB from last 3 days of billing cycle. On 3rd Feb I checked DATA BAL response and it showed 0 MB consumed and I switched on my Data Package. Now issue is that they are adding data usage of 3rd March also to my total 299 MB. As my plan is of 300 MB they are charging me of 18 MB I used on 3rd Feb. This type off issue has arised 4th time. I have not been given solution. Please help me out. I dont have issue with money but I want them to accept that problem is at their end and request them to resolve the issue

                respected vodafonecare, i, dheerendra singh works as a research scholar in national chemical laboratory pune. i applied for one postpaid vadafone plan by your online service before two month. i got nonactivated vodafone sim and i paid 500 rs cash . the number provided by vodafone office is neither activated nor refund my money back. i contact many times in vodafone service provider but each and every time there is no proper response is given by vodafone office. about two and half month will completed but there is no proper response is provided by your service provider . please help regarding this problem . no of vodafone office which is responsible for all above problem is mentioned in my mail ; please help as soon as possible [protected]voda fone office no) thanks Dheerendra singh Mb no - [protected]

                  I called vodafone customer care on 7th March call reference id[protected] executive name mamta. This lady instead of helping me with my problems disconnected the call. and when asked to transfer call to senior she replied he is busy call back later.. vodafone is the worst network services I have come across. One company that overide ur recharge of more amount with less

                    Sir?Madam, Though there was an adequate balance in my account on the dates the bills payable in the month of Feb., 2015 and March, 2015 were presented. As a result, I had to make payment with penalty. Please cancel the ECS Payment instruction as the same has been proved me very costly and inconvenient. Now, in future I would like to make the payment of my Vodafone post paid bill directly by cash/cheque/on line.                       sir, In the month of December-2014 i bought a a new number of vodafone which is [protected] at that time the concern executive told me a plan for the free roaming service and provide me a another number which is [protected]. i bought both of two numbers and paid the Rs 250/- for each sim as security money. According to the plan of vodafone the cost of free roaming will be paid by me with my bill which is 200 + 75 ( for free roaming charges of [protected]) . According to the plan the first bill was came according to the plan but in the second month i found that the bill was came with the plan and bill came with the roaming charges, I have registered my complaint but no necessary action took place. and today i found mail that bill was came with the excess amount that is 929/-. I am totally misguided by the vodafone executive and by this way they totally harass me by the financially lose. you are requested for the necessary action against this services of vodafone.

                        Sir, I am using Vodafone official SIM No [protected] since Jun-14.But in the Month of Feb-15 abnormal bill of Rs 7956.06 issued, till date average bill was in the range of Rs 400 to Rs 500/-. The Feb-15 bill consists of VF mobile connect charge of amounting Rs 5126.19/-. This charge is not justified. Particular in the month of Feb-15 these charges are exceptionally high.                           Hi all, I am delhi based postpaid vodafone user but now i have moved to pune . and i want to convert my no from postpaid to prepaid. as i cant go to delhi for just converting my no to prepaid. When i went to pune vodafone store they told me that you cant convert your delhi based postpaid no to prepaid in pune. Even in delhi also, Vodafone store people told me that i have to be present for converting it from postpaid to prepaid. what a crap thing it is. I am unnecesseryly paying my delhi postpaid bill from past 6months. So can anyone suggest me that, Is there a possible way to convert my delhi postpaid number to prepaid in pune itself. I am highly disappointed from vodafone because of there rude behaviour.

                            I am using Vodafone prepaid services in Delhi circle. Out of the blue I get messages that your "gaana subscription" or some other subscription is successful. To opt out I have to call 155223. When I call there I get a response that no service is active. But these people deduct balance Reaching the customer care is next to impossible.

Please note that I have a WiFi connection and have never asked for activation of Internet usage and why should Rs.478.48 be charged towards data usage as levied in your bill dated 07/12/14 Hence, I refuse to pay the same and request you to reverse the same. You cannot assure me that your billing systems are robust and accurate because then what is happening with me for the last 4 months, reversal of my billing amount would NOT have happened.                                   Failed to process the request for change of Plans (interchange of plans amongst two Post Paid no.s in my name - [protected] & [protected]) & activation of net pack to one requested in Dec 14 and given wrong confirmation by your service outlet in Belgaum, college Road. Due to which I was charged with Rs. 603/- net usage in my billing (05.01.2014 to 04.02.15), Complained in nearest Vodafone 24 care strore on 10.02.14, registered till date 4 complaints Complaint No 1 : [protected] date : 09.02.2014; Complaint No 2 : [protected] date : 10.02.2014; Complaint No 3 : [protected] date : 12.02.2014 & Complaint No 4 : . [protected]; Wrong confirmation by your CC executive contacted on 198 on 22.02.15 that request approved and charges reversal will reflect in next billing as adjustment amount. services barred from 05.03.15 causing high inconvenience. Again in recent biling of 05.02.15 to 04.03.15, you have not any adjustment of above disputed charges & Penalty of Rs. 100/- levied. Such abysmal servcie & Negligence over customer compliant & WRONG CONFIRMATION by CUSTOMER CARE & Store officers are HIGHLY OBJECTED... VERY VERY UNREST & DISAPPOINTED.. FED UP IN COMMUNICATION for your failure of action in time (28 days lapsed)

                                    Hi Sir/Madam I'm writing this complaint regarding my mobile service Vodafone. I have not activated any service from Vodafone but they are keep on deducting my account by activating unwanted services to my account. I'm customer with Vodafone for past 8 years. Being a loyal customer they are keep on deducting my account. This is the 3rd time they are doing this. I'm totally pissed off because of this. I have also contacted Customer Service but they are also very rude and not giving proper resolution and proof that I have activated it. I request you to take strong action against the people who are responsible for this.

                                        Maine apna number prepaid se postpaid kiya lekin muje bina bataye phone disconnect kar diya 2 din se mera num band hai mai call kar raha hu costumer care par but koi information nahi de raha hai .15 .15 min hold par rakhte hai fhir response nahi dete .mere paas recording hai costumer care se calling ki ..bahut harres kiya hai .vodafone ne.
