Afterwards from evening Mr subramani called me from [protected] FROM TIME 17.58 HRS and initially I couldn't pick as I was on driving. Continously he called me and on fourth time I picked and I told him don't disturb as I will pay the payment before the due date and quit the call. But he keep on calling then I picked the call then he started throwing abuse words like i[censored] r not having money to pay bill then y u take postpaid connection. And I also replied him that Vodafone is not his company and if he talk like this then no way that I will throw the Vodafone Sim and quit the phone. Again he called me and started that MAMA i[censored] can throw the SIM DO IT NOW AND STARTED bad words. Again three four times he called me and really I got disturbed. Then I call 198 to register the complaint and ur staff replied that he don't about [protected] this no. And not belongs to Vodafone. I[censored]r customer care is replied like this where can we go. Then I went to sivakasi mini store and they gave me MR. ABU TAHIR : [protected] as collection manager. I talk to him and he also not replied well. THESE CONVERSATIONS HAPPY NEW FROM 17.58 HRS TO 18:30 HRS. So I gave my SIM: [protected] as per ur collection agent words and the pending bill will be pay by him. So please treat customers properly and train them. Also please deactivate my two mobile nos [protected] & [protected]. From now and i will not be responsible for further bills. ALSO PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE REGISTERED OFFICE FOR [protected]. Also legal case will be filed on Vodafone for further actions. Joel Rajendran [protected]

      Sir my mobile no [protected] and my name is venkatesh ... I got a msg that on recharging with 11 rs i ll get 500 local/national sms but on recarhing i didnt get any ofr so i lodged a complent with vodafone custmor care and they told problem will be solved in 2 days and now they didnt !! Im trying to contact custmor care again they blocked me so that in couldnt contact them ... This is not the first time they doing this to me this was the 4 th time blocking to contact custmor care so i want an online consumer complent on vodafone for doing this to me !!

        Random Value Added Services get activated automatically without my consent or even interest and their rental gets deducted from my account.I am informed about this through message which is simply ridiculous. Your customer care executives utter all kinds of excuses and non nonsensical things to prove nothing went wrong. This is not acceptable, When I spoke to one of the executives and asked him why this stupid HOTSHOTS service got activated on my number without me doing anything related to it, he first of all refused and said this was done by me (customer) alone. But, later when I told him I am going to take this forward and register a complaint about the service activation and himself, he told me your amount will be refunded because it was a Value Added Service which got automatically activated. What kind of nuisance is this???? Will take this forward to Consumer Forum and seek their aid in this matter.

            Dear sir, i am sunil dave. I amusing vodaphone prepaid card since 2002 and having two postpaid card from one year. for this two cards my monthly usage was 1500. One of the number is [protected] in which i have recieved 400 something bill and i used to pay the payment by internet banking. I have paid the bill online and due to technical fault it was not credited but it was debited my account. I got the message that my account was debited. After few days i come a croos that my bill was outstanding. then i contacted customer care center he said you have to pay penlty for that but i actually deined to pay and stop the card. I am using corporate connnection through the dealer. I have informed the same to the concern person. He said you have pay at the time of settlement. during the settlement i have paid rs.400 and recipt no is 012573 on 26th feb 2015. After that i have recieved the notice from advocate. On the suggestion of the dealer i have waited for the settlement and paid the dues. Then why the company has sent me notice. Now i am not a tall interested in its service please send me today the outstanding bill of the other number [protected].               Hi, My name is Vivek Gupta and I am using the MSISDN =[protected]. I tried to call international number which is roaming here in India and was in my other hand. The call was made on 5th March/2015 between 9 am to 15:00. Now when i called the international number[protected] it was announced the call charges will be high and it was ringing in the calling number handset and I didn't see any call to the called number . I disconnected the call from calling number and my balance got deducted which is not suppose to be deducted during the ringing phase. Also i tried speaking to customer care executive and they didnt agree to file my complaint and said balance has deducted correct and they will not take my complaint to validate the same. I need CDR ( calls data record) in order to justify as the call was answered from called number that is why balance got deducted.                     Dear Sir, I have a number [protected].In last 6 months more than Rs.600/ has been deducted for various services, which were niether activated nor used.On 03/03/2015 I again recharged with rs100 and on 4/3/2015 again rs75 were deducted for unknown reasons.When contacted with customer care, they told it was deducted for wallpaper download, which is flat lie. No download was done as such. I want to express my dissappointment and anger. I am feeling cheated and helpless.I earn money after hard work and this is painful way to loose that money.                       I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the services being provided by Vadofone Hyderabad. I am a resident of IIIT Hyderabad and the telecom quality is terrible. Most of the times, my phone loses signal and any incoming callers are told that the phone is switched off. If I try making calls, it gives me the 'call failed' error. It's practically impossible to use moblie data. While it was highly inconvenient to restart my phone to get 20 mins of proper signal- now even that doesn't help. This problem has persisted for more than 6 months and unless it is rectified immediately, I'm pretty sure I'm switching to a different provider.

                        I have 2 vodafone corporate connection. I was previously under plan 99 rental which was the benefit of 100 mints of any local call free. But last month my plan has been converted to 149 rental without notifying me and that plan has 100 mint of local vodafone to vodafone free call only. Hence, I have been charged for the Vodafone to other local calls. That means I have been charged for the other number calls and that happens without notification. This is one kind of fraud where I suppose to get free minutes but I am not getting and I have no information about that I will get charged if I make Vodafone to others local calls. My 2 numbers are [protected] & [protected]. Please look into this matter. I have checked with the other consumers as well and I have received same feedback.

                          Hello Sir / Madam, I am holding 2 mobile numbers of Vodafone (A&B) out of which B number ([protected]) requested to deactivate on Aug 2014 with request number [protected] with vodafone and paid all the dues Rs.300 as instructed by agent over online. After that we have got confirmation call and confirmed to close the number and reason told that we are going abroad. Since then I am continuing with A number with international roaming enabled and paying roaming charges. All of a sudden number is de activated on18 Feb 2015, without sending any email or sms, when I contacted vodafone, they are saying that payment due (Rs.557) for B number hence deactivated. They are saying due to technical reasons they have not closed the account and billing department imposing monthly charges, for which I am not responsible. I have raised complaint again with request no [protected], that they said B number bill will be waived off and activate the A number, since Feb 18 2015 my A number ([protected]) is not active and I am facing lot of issues as my bank related alerts are coupled to A number. Without resolving the issue, request is closed. Requesting to help and resolve the issue.

                          Connected yesterday with vodafone online chat services, 3 different agents raised 3 request ids, still the service is not up and the number is not getting registered at UK.

                          There is no customer satisfaction, they know how to charge customer in India, dont bother how to service. May be our laws is like that. Consumer support companies are not bother about the service, they only know how to take money from customer even there is a fault from their end.

                            On 6March2015, 9:50pm when i called vodafone customer care from my number [protected] to resolve my problem relating to DND deactivation, but the customer support agent was talking at very loud voice, i told him to please speak slowly, then he started talk rudely and using abusing language & told me that he will block my number, after five minutes when i called again to solve my problem then another agent pick up the call and talking very nicely i complain against him to the nice guy, but i want strict action against him for talking in abusive language, how can he talk to the customer like that, please take strict action against him asap.

But i have never did activate any of the services. When i called up the customer care they say that i had been using Internet and thru a third party website i have subscribed for the service. How can i be charged for some third party website activating your service without my knowledge. I have never accepted or clicked yes stating that the service will be activated on my no and i shall be charged for the same. I just got a sms saying that i have activated radio online service and I'm being deducted for the same. Not just once but twice deducting 60rs of my talktime.This is not a good service you provide to your customers.Request you to debit my talk value again.

                                HI there, My name is yashwant and this is bring to your notice that i got two vodafone postpiad connection which has 199 plan and 1 gb data plan active. after using it for two years, the company people are saying that one of my number was not having my data plan active and they are asking me to pay 6000 INR for 1.5 GB usage. When i tried resolving it, a customer care guy called kamal hs banged call on me. Please suggest the best act for the same.

                                  Activating Service on their own and deducting money I have never activated "deals pack weekly" service on my mobile. I don't even know what the hell is this. And suddenly get a message that this service is activated on my number and 35 rupees has been deducted. I was shocked. I called up customer care and after 15 minutes I finally got to talk to a representative. And he says he has no idea what service is this because it not updated on the system so call after 2 hrs then i told him plz connect me to ur senior i[censored] dont know wat is that he told senior not available and he can't do anything about it. He doesn't know, then who is supposed to know? I suppressed my anger, deactivated the service but my money was gone. As ur he said i called again after 3 hrs but now the new.one is telling that i activate the service i told him i[censored] cant do any thing please connect me to ur senior ans is same senior not available.i told him to register a complaint that i called twice and senior not available he denied i told him u r costumer care u lodge my complaint but he didnt listen me and further put me on hold and put down the call What the hell. What is this service, I have no idea. My frustration and anger is now peaking. I need an explanation over this issue from vodafone guys and also my money back. Thanks

                                      Dear sir / madam, Vodafone really sucks. I have been a vodafone (Bangalore) customer for last 6 yrs. I have always suffered only, its customer care service being the worst. I have recently activated a tariff plan which says customer would get 1GB 3G Data at 1 Mbps and after that unlimited 2G data at 64 Kbps besides voice and messaging services. Before buying the package I asked them to comfirm whether I would get the service exactly as specified in the package. They had assured me that I would get Internet speed as promissed in the plan. After activation I got 3G data speed as promised since vodafone uses airtel network in partnership but when turn came for 2G data speed, to my utmost surprise, I got only 4-6 kbps which is not even 10% of what is promised in the plan. It means Vodafone cheats customers by selling plans with false promises. Most annoying experience I had was when I interacted with the customer care. They listen to customers' complaints so unscrupulously and so incompetently. Each time I complain they say sorry only for the sake of words but do not take any action. The worst thing is there is no follow up at all from vodafone's end once a complain is raised. I had to call back time and again to reopen my complaints. Moreover customer executives do put your call on waiting for even 20 mins and then abruptly end the call as if they are playing around jokes. Inspite of hues and cry and posting complains in their facebook page nothing has been done so far. But still they charging me full rentals. Its been a month now since i have activated the package. I'm really so pissed off with this whole episode. I am legally entitled to get the features as mentioned in the package and post purchase customer service to resolve my issues. Please do take legal action against Vodafone so that it can't carry on such frauds any more and cause immense troubles to customers. Please help me out. But, It's been over 20 days now and no process has been done yet now and even i can't proceed with another executive due that applied entry on my no. is still pending. Now, neither he is removing this entry nor processing my application. so, I want you to take action against your executive and process my application or remove the entry on this no.
