Hello Sir / Madam, I am holding 2 mobile numbers of Vodafone (A&B) out of which B number ([protected]) requested to deactivate on Aug 2014 with request number [protected] with vodafone and paid all the dues Rs.300 as instructed by agent over online. After that we have got confirmation call and confirmed to close the number and reason told that we are going abroad. Since then I am continuing with A number with international roaming enabled and paying roaming charges. All of a sudden number is de activated on18 Feb 2015, without sending any email or sms, when I contacted vodafone, they are saying that payment due (Rs.557) for B number hence deactivated. They are saying due to technical reasons they have not closed the account and billing department imposing monthly charges, for which I am not responsible. I have raised complaint again with request no [protected], that they said B number bill will be waived off and activate the A number, since Feb 18 2015 my A number ([protected]) is not active and I am facing lot of issues as my bank related alerts are coupled to A number. Without resolving the issue, request is closed. Requesting to help and resolve the issue.

Hi sir,

Connected yesterday with vodafone online chat services, 3 different agents raised 3 request ids, still the service is not up and the number is not getting registered at UK.

There is no customer satisfaction, they know how to charge customer in India, dont bother how to service. May be our laws is like that. Consumer support companies are not bother about the service, they only know how to take money from customer even there is a fault from their end.

    On 6March2015, 9:50pm when i called vodafone customer care from my number [protected] to resolve my problem relating to DND deactivation, but the customer support agent was talking at very loud voice, i told him to please speak slowly, then he started talk rudely and using abusing language & told me that he will block my number, after five minutes when i called again to solve my problem then another agent pick up the call and talking very nicely i complain against him to the nice guy, but i want strict action against him for talking in abusive language, how can he talk to the customer like that, please take strict action against him asap.

      Hi.. I'm a vodafone prepaid user and my no is [protected]. Today i have been twice charged 30rs for activating vodafone radio services. But i have never did activate any of the services. When i called up the customer care they say that i had been using Internet and thru a third party website i have subscribed for the service. How can i be charged for some third party website activating your service without my knowledge. I have never accepted or clicked yes stating that the service will be activated on my no and i shall be charged for the same. I just got a sms saying that i have activated radio online service and I'm being deducted for the same. Not just once but twice deducting 60rs of my talktime.This is not a good service you provide to your customers.Request you to debit my talk value again.

      "Priya customer! 16-Jul-2015 ko STV98 jisme aapko 28 din ke liya sabhi local vodaforn calls 10p/m milte ha samaapt ho rahi hain.Kripya jald se jald recharge Karwaye."

      Vodafone helpline no 111 pr baat karne pr exceutive batata ha ki aapki service 21 dino ke liye thi, agar STV98 28 dino ke liye hota ha 21 dino ke liye nahi STV98 recharge date 19-06-15 thi

        HI there, My name is yashwant and this is bring to your notice that i got two vodafone postpiad connection which has 199 plan and 1 gb data plan active. after using it for two years, the company people are saying that one of my number was not having my data plan active and they are asking me to pay 6000 INR for 1.5 GB usage. When i tried resolving it, a customer care guy called kamal hs banged call on me. Please suggest the best act for the same.

          Activating Service on their own and deducting money I have never activated "deals pack weekly" service on my mobile. I don't even know what the hell is this. And suddenly get a message that this service is activated on my number and 35 rupees has been deducted. I was shocked. I called up customer care and after 15 minutes I finally got to talk to a representative. And he says he has no idea what service is this because it not updated on the system so call after 2 hrs then i told him plz connect me to ur senior i[censored] dont know wat is that he told senior not available and he can't do anything about it. He doesn't know, then who is supposed to know? I suppressed my anger, deactivated the service but my money was gone. As ur he said i called again after 3 hrs but now the new.one is telling that i activate the service i told him i[censored] cant do any thing please connect me to ur senior ans is same senior not available.i told him to register a complaint that i called twice and senior not available he denied i told him u r costumer care u lodge my complaint but he didnt listen me and further put me on hold and put down the call What the hell. What is this service, I have no idea. My frustration and anger is now peaking. I need an explanation over this issue from vodafone guys and also my money back. Thanks

              Dear sir / madam, Vodafone really sucks. I have been a vodafone (Bangalore) customer for last 6 yrs. I have always suffered only, its customer care service being the worst. I have recently activated a tariff plan which says customer would get 1GB 3G Data at 1 Mbps and after that unlimited 2G data at 64 Kbps besides voice and messaging services. Before buying the package I asked them to comfirm whether I would get the service exactly as specified in the package. They had assured me that I would get Internet speed as promissed in the plan. After activation I got 3G data speed as promised since vodafone uses airtel network in partnership but when turn came for 2G data speed, to my utmost surprise, I got only 4-6 kbps which is not even 10% of what is promised in the plan. It means Vodafone cheats customers by selling plans with false promises. Most annoying experience I had was when I interacted with the customer care. They listen to customers' complaints so unscrupulously and so incompetently. Each time I complain they say sorry only for the sake of words but do not take any action. The worst thing is there is no follow up at all from vodafone's end once a complain is raised. I had to call back time and again to reopen my complaints. Moreover customer executives do put your call on waiting for even 20 mins and then abruptly end the call as if they are playing around jokes. Inspite of hues and cry and posting complains in their facebook page nothing has been done so far. But still they charging me full rentals. Its been a month now since i have activated the package. I'm really so pissed off with this whole episode. I am legally entitled to get the features as mentioned in the package and post purchase customer service to resolve my issues. Please do take legal action against Vodafone so that it can't carry on such frauds any more and cause immense troubles to customers. Please help me out.                   Still I have not received any reply from Vodafone. Instead they have sent an email from a lawyer threatening action if we dont pay within 7 days.

                  We cannot pay Rs. 2500 when we have not even made calls for Rs.300. From where do Senior Citizens pay such high bills. This is just extraordinary amount charged. They have been doing this for 4 months and then reducing it to Rs.300 to Rs.400.

                  Please contact them and ask them to revise their billing and inform me the amount that I have to pay. They have discontinued the line from December onwards and they are charging me also for January.

                      I dialed Vodafone Customer care number [protected]. It asks for selection of Language. I select no. 1 for Marathi but the executive started conversation in Hindi. I asked him why you are talking in Hindi since I have select Marathi.He told I don't know Marathi.Again I select number 3 for English and executive again started in Hindi only. I told, I select for English why you are talking in Hindi then he started conversation in English. What the Hale. If the Vodafone does not support Marathi languages and Peoples in Maharashtra.

                        The Appellate Authority Customer Care Services Dear Sir, I am very much annoyed & bugged by your daily numerous calls and messages sent from your VODAFONE CENTRES as well as from other franchises to whom you have catered my Contact numbers. Due to these affairs, my mobile set gets blocked by your calls & messages maximum periods all the moments and I am unable to receive my important official & vital Calls and messages which is quite essential. This is hampering my Daily Workshop and schedules. I have tried to contact over the phone in this regards. Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. Being a valued customer, its my eanest appeal to Stop all this sort Calls and messages. Otherwise, I will have no option & be compelled to cease my prepaid connections and stop the relationship with Vodafone. Please look into the matter and do needful in this regard immediately.                           Complete Fraud! That's what Vodafone India is all about. You promised to maintain my 15 year old Airtel number's credit limit during porting and then gave me a 4, 000 credit limit. I have called on 198 to register this complaint multiple times. Every time I've had a 30 - 40 minute conversation and conveniently, just before the complaint number is generated, the call gets disconnected. Pathetic. Did not expect this from Vodafone! Fraudsters. That's all I can say about you guys. I'm sending a copy of this complain to TRAI as well and will let Airtel know about my wonderful porting experience.

                          Thanks for responding here Vodafone India. I had posted my problem on that particular form earlier too without getting any response from you guys. Have posted it again though.

                          You do make it difficult to summarize a problem within 300 characters. I've given a reference to this website in the complaint. It won't let me post a link to this page as your web form doesn't allow special characters.
                          2 months have now elapsed. No change or response from Vodafone despite repeated complaints. They now even charge 50paise per minute if you call their customer service line for complaints.

                          I'm waiting for my 3 months to get over so I could move back to Airtel.

                          Pathetic, lying company. Never switch to Vodafone!

                            My mobile number [protected] has been deactivated on 5/03/2015 by VODAFONE despite all my previous dues have been payed and my bill payment is due on 08/03/2015 . On meeting the concerned person at Vodafone gallery at churchgate station, token No 6 . I was told that since my data card number ( [protected] ) payment was over due they have deactivated both my numbers ( [protected] & [protected] ). I am very shocked at this approach of Vodafone & when I asked the person if he has any rules which he could show me which states that Vodafone has any legal right to deactivate the number for which all dues are payed he refused to give me any answer for that or show me any written notification . I want to bring this high handedness of Vodafone to the concerned peoples notice & need advice as to where I can get justice against this atrocity against me . Thanks & regards Ajay Sardesai

                                I am vadafone post-paid user from last 5 years and my whole family is using vodafone connection in my name.From last 4 months I got very bad experience from Vadafone and from there customer care executives.4 months back I got call from vodafone executive offering a special offer saying we are giving unlimited 3g offer for Rs 300 mention the reason that I am special customer.So I conversed form 1GB 3g pack for 250 to unlimited 3g pack for rs 300.But later i understood that it is not 3g unlimited, but 3g speed limit to 3GB data after that 2g speed.But on Feb month bill I got unexpected amount. They added 650 for internet and extra 99 mention some download charge. When I called customer care they said my previous offer is for valid for 2 months only (This limit is nor mentioned while giving the offer) and original value of the pack is 650 that was added in my bill. and Rs 99 for they are saying I had used some site which extra chargeable (How i can identify this. There was no alert provided). When Icalled informed my concerns they said they raise the request for reducing amount and this will happen in next. My usage is less 1000MB only. I askes revert to my original pack of 1 GB for rs 250 and they have taken that request too. But when I got march bill, they again added extra added Rs 650 current internet usage instead of reducing. Only reduction they made is extra download charges rs 99+tax, but for current bill added another extra download charges for 75. I again raised the issues and registered issues also. Today they called and informed they cant do anything in very bad way.Now vodafone usage became horrible.Please help me for this issue...[protected]Kerala

                                  In the month of February, my account([protected]) have been charged Rs. 99/-, Rs. 99/- as download charges without any intimation and they have mentioned website name dwap services but i have not downloaded anything from these sites. This is a fraud happening from VODAFONE INDIA . I would request you to refund back the amount as early as possible.

                                    A datacard was taken in Nov 2014 bearing #[protected] Within first 2 hrs o[censored]sage excessive charges were detected and centre at Park Street Kolkata informed. No action was taken and then a formal mail was sent on 1/12/2014 to the same effect. It was also clearly intimated that the mail be treated as Disconnection motice since 1/12/2014. Dtacard has ever since been unused. Since then, Vodfone has maintained sending bills and mails threatening legal action by its collection agents. I even paid the illegally charged amount of rs.1327.88 on 18/02/2015 upon rceiving the threat mail and calls. Again, the bill appeared on 27/03/2015 against which I wrote to Vodafone customer care saying the same as above. In their response, they simply ignore my disconnection request and write about outstanding etc and that they're helpless in doing anything else. The status as it is, I tried calling their call center numbers but everytime I was informed that I can call them only from any Vodafone number or so. So far, I have not been able to connect with them on phone but all that is written above including all responses of Vidafone are in mails. I'm now decided to lodge an FIR and file a consumer redressal case against Vodafone by 12/03/2015.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have received a message for downloading some app like tiny tv on my mobile and written that Rs. 77/- for 7 days will be limit for this. I immediately called the customer care and they told me that this service is activated on your request. Then i ask him about the details of the request. They refuse to give me an answer for this. They told me that they will deactivate this service but charges may be apply on you. Sir, this is one second time i need to write about this. Earlier as well i faced this problem. You are requested to kindly waive this charges as i have not submitted any request to activate this tiny tv service. Even i do not know about this kind of service.
