Hi I am Vinod Kumar. A, past 4 years i am using Vodafone post paid mobile connection. Recently i have given request on 21/02/2015 to deactivate my post paid mobile connection and activate to prepaid connection, it has been completed almost 15 days still it is not deactivated. When i was given request in Bellandur branch Bangalore my request acknowledgement ID number is PKAU096463. Request had taken by Bellandur vodafone store representative his name HEMANTH. If we go any time to that Bellandur branch his (HEMANTH) behavior is not good with customer. I am wondering why vodafone is keeping like this persons in their vodafone stores. Secondly it is not first time for me, last year also i had given same request in Bellandur Branch, but it was not happened regularly I have paid my monthly bill payment. Same situation has been repeated now also. After that I have called many times to Vodafone customer care people, representatives are not responding well. If I go next year also they will do it same thing like above I do not know where should I get justice for my problem. Kindly help me on this Regards Vinod Kumar. A Mob: +91 [protected]

    In the month of February, my account([protected]) have been charged Rs. 99/-, Rs. 99/- as download charges and they have mentioned website name d2c salprani looka and d2c- mydala-99 but i have not downloaded anything from these sites. This is a fraud happening from VODAFONE INDIA . I would request you to refund back the amount as early as possible.

      I have no idea on what these terms are d2c_mobilart_75 wapvila_ppd d2c_mazaa_99 d2c_mydala_99 d2c_mydala_99 d2c_mazaa_99 Vodafone charged nearly Rs.800 in past two months of my bill. When I ask for justification, I got a response like they are paid site charges. I dont have any idea what that means. Then why the hell they are giving Usage limit ? I have used within my usage limit but still, Vodafone deducted money twice in JAN and FEB month bills. My mob no: +91 - [protected]

        WE ARE IN SANTACRUZ AREA AND VERY SURPRISING TO KNOW THAT THERE IS POOR CONNECTIVITY FROM VODAFONE AND ITS GETTING DIFFICULT FOR US TO USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. THE COMPLAIN NO HAS BEEN GIVEN BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN ON PRIORITY BASIS AND ALMOST EVERY MEMBER IS FED WITH THIS POOR SERVICE. LAST 1.5 MONTHS THE PROBLEM IS THERE AND WHEN WE CALL TO TOLL FREE THEY ARE SIMPLY TELLING OUR NETWORK TEAM WILL CONTACT AND TILL NOW NO PHONE CALL HAS COME. A SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE VODAFONE CANNOT HANDLE THE SITUATION THEN IT SHUD BETTER CLOSE DOWN. WE HAVE OTHER NEW WORK AND WE CANNNOT KEEP ON CALLING FOR THE COMPLAINS FOR THE SAME MATTER. AGAIN I AM REQUESTING TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE THE NETWORK PROBLEM. THE SERVICE REQUEST NO IS [protected] BOTH POST PAID AND PREPAID CUSTOMERS ARE SUFFERED IN THE KHIRA INDL PREMISES. THE NEAR BY TOWER IS NOT WORKING I FEEL.

            I am using Vodafone for last many years. But recently I am facing problem regarding connectivity. I teach in Vasant Valley School, Vasant kunj, New delhi 110070. Vodafone offered corporate connection, and all the teachers bought it. Now there is some problem with tower in vasant kunj, New delhi. Specifically in our school there is zero connectivity. Please resolve this issue otherwise you may loose your hundreds of customers

              Dear Sir, Recently i have received my post paid bill dated 21/02/2015 (for the period 21/01/15 to 20/02/15) showing the excess use of 3G data in my bill amounting to Rs. 710.14. In comply with that, last on 23rd Feb at 15.58 hrs i make contact with customer care and came to know that, last on 20th Feb (20/02/15) i have crossed my limit & use excess data of 239.81 MB. Whatever it is in fact on 20th Feb the 3G balance in my account was 942.70 MB (at 10.30 Am) not only that it was confirmed by vodafone customer care representative "Sumi Chakraborty" ( at 10.30 am on 20th Feb 2015). Also conveyed the message that, on 21st Feb 2015 1GB will be renewed. on 21st Feb 2015 i had 702.89 MB remaining in my account. i have emailed them 2 times at corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com & vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. my service registration number is [protected] & [protected]. but they are trying to ignore the fact.                 I have requested through mails, calls and chats to Vodafone to deactivate my numbers. Also having the request number. Unnecessary Vodafone is irritating me and not deactivating my numbers as I had already informed them i am out of india.so they are doing this again again and sending me bills on mail every month

                      dear sir/madam, i had been to vodafone store on 24th feb 2015, on for change of plan for my postpaid number [protected] from monthly rental of Rs.149/- to Rs. 299/-. i was told that the request shall be forwarded immediately but my request is not forwarded yet and the the service boy is saying that they dont have connectivity since that day. it is 7th day today that i am not attended for my upgrading request. Nor do they attend my phone calls for the same. when i went today asking why did they not pick up the call, they said they were too busy with the other customers and forgot to call me back when i had 6 times in the same day. after changing my connection from bsnl to vodafone i am getting a feeling of regret for the same. after being ignored for almost 7 days, I am planning to port my number to idea service provider along with 11 other vodafone connection of my family members and friends. it is so frustrating state for me to know that vodafone is no more interested in providing such a small customer. thank you for your service untill now. regards ramesh barve

                        I had visited the Vodafone Gallery Thane Naupada, But there was least co-operation from their side. Since it is CP account they are asking for Company's approval of below mentioned signatories whom I am not aware of. I have left the company long back. I was ready to provide the copy of relieving letter but your staff was stick to only one requirement i.e. approval. Anyhow I am paying the unaffordable bills till now and on what basis I do not have the right to change my plans from postpaid to prepaid retaining my original number, for which they asking Company's approval who is not in picture for so many years. I told your staff that I will not pay the dues and They replied don't pay, your number will get suspended. This is how you do customer service. I also mailed to RBS but no response from their side as well.As the authorised signatory which I found are the IT team rather than HR or Accounts team. I paid for so many years since 2010 from my pocket as reminders and bills for payment were addressed to me for payment. Company is not aware of as well, as even after NPA account the reminders were sent to me only and not Company for payment. I was unaware that Vodafone has linked my account to CP account, which I came to know when I visited their Gallery in Thane last month for modification of plan.They are telling me don;t pay but they are not claiming payment from Company as well, so at the end when the bill amount gets accumalated to larger amount they will ask me to pay else suspend my number which I do not want to get so.

                          Its been years I am complaining about the network at my home place. I do not have any signal at home and always need to keeep the mobile outside windows for recieveing any call or messages. For your reference please find the complaint no which i could only find now. Complaint no: [protected] Every time I call you and a person keep saying it will be resolved in 4 days but I am still waiting for those days to come, kindly please resolve the issue.

                                Your letter dated 15-10-14 was received by me on 31-10-14. At the outset I wish to inform you that I have not applied for the above mentioned mobile nos. Surprising and shocked how it was issued in my name when I have not applied
                                On 8-8-14 I received Vodafone bill for the above mentioned no. All these mobile no have the same address details and it looks that the all these no is issued at the same time. It was shocking for me as I have not applied for theses mobile no.
                                I visited the Vodafone store at Lower Parel-Peninsula. Met the store manager Sarita and discussed with her regarding the bill received by me for the above no which I have never applied. She checked her system in my presence and informed me that the verification report was negative for all the numbers. How a mobile connection can be activated if the verification report is negative also how it can be activated without waiting for the verification report. She assured me that she will investigate the matter and revert back to me
                                On the mobile bills my name is mentioned and it is also mentioned Axis bank[protected]. The address mentioned is also not proper. I don’t work for axis bank and have never worked for Axis Bank. I have my own business
                                It is a normal procedure that I.D verification of the applicant is checked before processing the application. It looks no such care was taken before processing the application. It looks that person processing the application at Vodafone and the applicant have acted in collusion to cheat me
                                Sarita the Store Manager at Peninsula lower Parel did not revert back to me. Instead one MR Amit patel- Sr team manager Corporate Sale of Interactive marketing (associate of Vodafone) called me up regarding the Mobile bills. He informed me that he is investigating the matter. Around 11-8-14 he visited our office at Dadar (w). He was himself surprised how this connection was issued when the document and I.D was not verified and also the verification report was negative. He said that he will investigate the matter and revert back to me. On 12-8-14 Mr. Amit sent a picture of one Mr. Mukesh who he said was working for Airtel at their Andheri office and checked with me whether I knew him. I replied that I do not know Mr. Mukesh.
                                Around Jan/Feb 2014 we had ported out of Vodafone to Airtel. We were a customer of Vodafone for 3-4 years holding the following no [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. While porting out I had submitted the passport copy and my photograph to Air tel
                                Around mid-September Mr. Amit called me up and requested that I visit their office as they have been able to get hold of Mr. Mukesh who he said has applied for mobile no on my name and forged my signature. During my visit to their office I also met Mr. Sunil who is a senior of Mr. Amit. He was also apprised about the complete incident. They had called me to verify and confirm whether I knew Mr. Mukesh. I informed them that I did not know Mr. Mukesh and have never met him before. They then informed me that they will deal with him and recover the bill amount and requested me to leave.
                                After this there was no communication from Mr. Amit. On 7-10-14 I called Mr. Amit to enquire the progress on the matter. He informed me that Mr. Mukesh was in the hospital and that they are making efforts to recover the money from the family.
                                When all this action is in progress I suddenly receive a letter from your office asking me to pay up the bill failing which legal proceeding will be initiated against me. Pl notes that I have not applied for the above mobile no’s and hence I am not responsible for bill payment of the same. Vodafone should have taken due diligence and care before processing the application and giving the connection. The dynamic credit limit on each of the no is only Rs 500. All call have been made on 29-7-14 between 22-.29.28 to 23.42.38(time) and they are all I.S.D call made to the same country. I cannot be held responsible for the lapse committed by Vodafone

                                For last 7 months I&#039; seeing that I have been charged VAS charges for different services, such as MY DALA PACK, NDTV Alert ete.

                                When I complained for the first time, call center people told it was my fault, ok I admitted and then I started using web services very cautiously.

                                I realized for the last 6 months I have already paid Rs.896 (Rs.1006 with tax!!) without saying a single protest.

                                In this month&#039;s invoice (March, 15) I saw that I have been charged Rs.495 for &quot;MY DALA&quot; pack for five times (on 23rd Feb, 15).

                                This is beyond any explanation.

                                my bill for current month i have activated 300 mb booster pack.
                                i had used only 4 mb extra and vodafone have charged 750 for that
                                as such acc to plan detail given to me their representative if i cross limit then i will be charged 4 ps/kb after 1 gb as i had activated 250/1gb pack for a month
                                and nw as per their hidden charges/terms &amp;amp; condition policy they had charged 750 extra saying that if i activate booster pack i have to pay 750 +100.
                                i had a good image about that company but this incident have shattered my confidence in there organisation.
                                so either they refund those 750 charged extra from me and charge me only for extra data consumed or i will be forced to deactivate the connection and i will move to airtel/MTNL.
                                and please i[censored] ask there rep to call me, pls connect me to a person who have some authority and who can take decision on the spot.
                                most of their customer care rep just say sorry or pls call on *********** number. they are paid just to say say sorry sir without any solution.

                                Wrong information though customer care &amp; outlet executive.
                                1&gt; The bill shows i have used more then 1500 mbs of internet. I use broadband in my home. and i am in office for more then 9 hours everyday and using broadband over there as well.
                                (Please see attached picture).
                                And please do note i have a 2g connection and its prtty slow over journeys. Please tell me if its logical to agree that someone can use even more than 300 mb in 27 days in my conditions.
                                And as i was in travel i was not using the phone as well for more then 10 days in the month of june.

                                2&gt; I was concerned that i was getting 100 mins of free local calls every month. even i have paid for 246 more in my previous billing circle. And yet i don&#039;t make many calls but the bill says i have exhausted more then that. seems pretty unreal.

                                3&gt; when i called the customer care on the 30th of June. they told me on 29th of june i have made a call and talked for 4 hours. How can it be possible when the connection gets cut before 1hr in every mobile connection and when its even more irritating to know you called when your phone is actually switched off.

                                4&gt; I paid the bill for last month on June 11nth That is 1000 rs on 11nth june. and it was 246 more then the bill. My rental is 125+96 that makes it 221. That mean i should not really get any amount due this month.
                                . And from june 19th i have been getting the credit limit crossed mails and massages that why i called the customer care for the information regarding the mail whether they got my payment or not.I was told it was successful and i did not have any due since i have not made any calls more then my free limit of local calls and told to ignore them, they have been randomly sent to the customer.
                                For may circle my bill was 756 that was even not realistic. I called the customer care but they did not fixed my problem till the payment date.But scaring the deactivation i paid on 11th of june.
