Deduction of account balance intentionally

Activation of Services without permission

Wrong Plan Activated

I had applied for a post paid vodafone number ( +91 [protected]) with Red 899 plan, but when the number got activated i was put on the Red 499 plan which offers talktime and 3G data insufficient for my use.
