Its been years I am complaining about the network at my home place. I do not have any signal at home and always need to keeep the mobile outside windows for recieveing any call or messages. For your reference please find the complaint no which i could only find now. Complaint no: [protected] Every time I call you and a person keep saying it will be resolved in 4 days but I am still waiting for those days to come, kindly please resolve the issue.

        Your letter dated 15-10-14 was received by me on 31-10-14. At the outset I wish to inform you that I have not applied for the above mentioned mobile nos. Surprising and shocked how it was issued in my name when I have not applied
        On 8-8-14 I received Vodafone bill for the above mentioned no. All these mobile no have the same address details and it looks that the all these no is issued at the same time. It was shocking for me as I have not applied for theses mobile no.
        I visited the Vodafone store at Lower Parel-Peninsula. Met the store manager Sarita and discussed with her regarding the bill received by me for the above no which I have never applied. She checked her system in my presence and informed me that the verification report was negative for all the numbers. How a mobile connection can be activated if the verification report is negative also how it can be activated without waiting for the verification report. She assured me that she will investigate the matter and revert back to me
        On the mobile bills my name is mentioned and it is also mentioned Axis bank[protected]. The address mentioned is also not proper. I don’t work for axis bank and have never worked for Axis Bank. I have my own business
        It is a normal procedure that I.D verification of the applicant is checked before processing the application. It looks no such care was taken before processing the application. It looks that person processing the application at Vodafone and the applicant have acted in collusion to cheat me
        Sarita the Store Manager at Peninsula lower Parel did not revert back to me. Instead one MR Amit patel- Sr team manager Corporate Sale of Interactive marketing (associate of Vodafone) called me up regarding the Mobile bills. He informed me that he is investigating the matter. Around 11-8-14 he visited our office at Dadar (w). He was himself surprised how this connection was issued when the document and I.D was not verified and also the verification report was negative. He said that he will investigate the matter and revert back to me. On 12-8-14 Mr. Amit sent a picture of one Mr. Mukesh who he said was working for Airtel at their Andheri office and checked with me whether I knew him. I replied that I do not know Mr. Mukesh.
        Around Jan/Feb 2014 we had ported out of Vodafone to Airtel. We were a customer of Vodafone for 3-4 years holding the following no [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. While porting out I had submitted the passport copy and my photograph to Air tel
        Around mid-September Mr. Amit called me up and requested that I visit their office as they have been able to get hold of Mr. Mukesh who he said has applied for mobile no on my name and forged my signature. During my visit to their office I also met Mr. Sunil who is a senior of Mr. Amit. He was also apprised about the complete incident. They had called me to verify and confirm whether I knew Mr. Mukesh. I informed them that I did not know Mr. Mukesh and have never met him before. They then informed me that they will deal with him and recover the bill amount and requested me to leave.
        After this there was no communication from Mr. Amit. On 7-10-14 I called Mr. Amit to enquire the progress on the matter. He informed me that Mr. Mukesh was in the hospital and that they are making efforts to recover the money from the family.
        When all this action is in progress I suddenly receive a letter from your office asking me to pay up the bill failing which legal proceeding will be initiated against me. Pl notes that I have not applied for the above mobile no’s and hence I am not responsible for bill payment of the same. Vodafone should have taken due diligence and care before processing the application and giving the connection. The dynamic credit limit on each of the no is only Rs 500. All call have been made on 29-7-14 between 22-.29.28 to 23.42.38(time) and they are all I.S.D call made to the same country. I cannot be held responsible for the lapse committed by Vodafone

        For last 7 months I' seeing that I have been charged VAS charges for different services, such as MY DALA PACK, NDTV Alert ete.

        When I complained for the first time, call center people told it was my fault, ok I admitted and then I started using web services very cautiously.

        I realized for the last 6 months I have already paid Rs.896 (Rs.1006 with tax!!) without saying a single protest.

        In this month's invoice (March, 15) I saw that I have been charged Rs.495 for "MY DALA" pack for five times (on 23rd Feb, 15).

        This is beyond any explanation.
        sir my vodafone postpaid(donger) number is [protected]
        my bill for current month i have activated 300 mb booster pack.
        i had used only 4 mb extra and vodafone have charged 750 for that
        as such acc to plan detail given to me their representative if i cross limit then i will be charged 4 ps/kb after 1 gb as i had activated 250/1gb pack for a month
        and nw as per their hidden charges/terms & condition policy they had charged 750 extra saying that if i activate booster pack i have to pay 750 +100.
        i had a good image about that company but this incident have shattered my confidence in there organisation.
        so either they refund those 750 charged extra from me and charge me only for extra data consumed or i will be forced to deactivate the connection and i will move to airtel/MTNL.
        and please i[censored] ask there rep to call me, pls connect me to a person who have some authority and who can take decision on the spot.
        most of their customer care rep just say sorry or pls call on *********** number. they are paid just to say say sorry sir without any solution.

        Wrong information though customer care & outlet executive.
        1> The bill shows i have used more then 1500 mbs of internet. I use broadband in my home. and i am in office for more then 9 hours everyday and using broadband over there as well.
        (Please see attached picture).
        And please do note i have a 2g connection and its prtty slow over journeys. Please tell me if its logical to agree that someone can use even more than 300 mb in 27 days in my conditions.
        And as i was in travel i was not using the phone as well for more then 10 days in the month of june.

        2> I was concerned that i was getting 100 mins of free local calls every month. even i have paid for 246 more in my previous billing circle. And yet i don't make many calls but the bill says i have exhausted more then that. seems pretty unreal.

        3> when i called the customer care on the 30th of June. they told me on 29th of june i have made a call and talked for 4 hours. How can it be possible when the connection gets cut before 1hr in every mobile connection and when its even more irritating to know you called when your phone is actually switched off.

        4> I paid the bill for last month on June 11nth That is 1000 rs on 11nth june. and it was 246 more then the bill. My rental is 125+96 that makes it 221. That mean i should not really get any amount due this month.
        . And from june 19th i have been getting the credit limit crossed mails and massages that why i called the customer care for the information regarding the mail whether they got my payment or not.I was told it was successful and i did not have any due since i have not made any calls more then my free limit of local calls and told to ignore them, they have been randomly sent to the customer.
        For may circle my bill was 756 that was even not realistic. I called the customer care but they did not fixed my problem till the payment date.But scaring the deactivation i paid on 11th of june.

            Hello, I reside in Sector-62, Noida, UP. Pin:201301. Since few months the network of Vodafone in my area has gone bad to worse. We are not able to make calls to any one & people who are calling us are complaining that our phones are always unreachable. All the residents are feeling harassed by this issue. Would request you to look in to this matter on urgent basis.

              Picked call, and he told me that no, . Will converted into 7 working days, &

                  I have been charged for deals mydala 99 vodafone somnething like this for downloading, Rs 99 . this is third time happenig to me. firs time i Raised a complaint. then they refunded.
                  but this is not fair to repeat again and again.
                  I have been contacting with customer care but no response, please suggest how to solve this? I will not pay my bill unless this has been uncharged.

                      I had purchased my new simcard of vodafone from tamil nadu by submitting the required proof They said the sim will be activated within half n our. so i waited for the sim to activate it. but till half n hour no work was done. so i had to call them again and they gave me a false assurance that sim will be activated within 5 minutes, but till now it has not been activated. its a experience of very bad service you provide to your genuine customers. i will do now negative mouth publicity of vodafone and tell everybody not to buy vodafone sim card because they dont attend customers and their quries properly

                          I Purchased a new sim card from Tamil Nadu, i have submitted all my documents for it correctly, i was told that my sim will be activated within half n hour. this was a false commitment made by them. later again i contact a person regarding the activation they said it will be activated within 5 minutes, but till now it has not been activated. i feel cheated by vodafone. and i will now do mouth publicity and tell everybody to not to buy vodafone sim card as they dont provide you the services.

                            We have a corporate connection of 24 numbers and[protected] Rs 297 was charged as javagame99_wap.

                            The handset doesn't even support 2G data and Vodafone charges are unjustified in the last two bills.

                            Under current situation we are forced to move our operator if such wrong charges are not waived off.

                              Hi Vodafone Nodal Officer Myself Prodyot Ghosh staying at Madhyamgram (Kolkata 700129) near to half km from Madhyamgram Railway station. At my residential area, we are facing very very poor network signal issues with Vodafone. Always signal towers are fluctuating. Never shows full signal strength. Now a days it started showing only 2/3 signal bars. And as a result related network issues like call drop issue, caller voice not clear issues we are facing. I personally tried to enquire by visiting all retail shop available at our residential area and came to know that one vodafone tower had been withdrawn by vodafone which was installed near to Madhyamgram main chowrasta more in Oct'2014. And since then people of Madhyamgram locality are facing network problem with vodafone. I logged call for the betterment of n/w issue at my residential place. Call no. [protected] on 07-Feb-2015 for which no improvement found so far. On 16-Feb-2015 suddenly I receive a SMS mentioning that "Hello, In response to your complaint no [protected] we were unable to reach you on your mobile to give an update.Please call 111 for an update". But in actual neither your n/w team tried to contact me nor your n/w engineers physically visited the location to check the reality of the issue. What a wonderful n/w vodafone are providing to it's customers. I logged another call # [protected] for same n/w issue on 24-Feb-2015 and as earlier that had been closed without any improvement of n/w signal issue. My question is why we suppose to be harassed by your n/w team this way again n again..? Why consumer logged n/w issues not taken care by your n/w team little seriously..? Why no signal towers of Vodafone can be installed over the Madhyamgram area...? I am tired of calling customer care again n again. Expecting your immediate attention on this issue to resolve.                                 I am a prepaid user . Even from my balance Rs 99 &49+49 has been deducted last sunday & monday for this my dala thing saying you bid has been registered .. I don?t even know what the hell is this . I called the customer care Vodafone but they say they won?t can?t help me out . This is ridiculous . before seeing this forum I didn?t even knew Vodafone is associated with mydala .. I need my balance back

                                  i have done a chota credit recharge of rs.25 on 1/3/2015 and was informed that after 2 days 25+4 rupees will be deduced on the next recharge. so on the same day i did a Rs. 65 (full talktime recharge) ( Order id : FCVA[protected] ) via interent recharge provider- freecharge. i thought as the payment shown is successful on freecharge and automatically the chota creedit amount was deduced. but on 3/3/2015 after 2 days the mobile balance was in negative amount and as seen for last 3 recharges it shows that i have done a recharge of rs. 65 on 1/3/2015 but the amount is not reflected in the mobile balance. i would like you to get acknowledged about the real talktime amount that should be available on my mobile. my info is as follows Name : Naresh Kaswa Mobile no.-[protected] Circle-maharashtra and goa.(india)

Your Agent has giving me the incorrect information and doesn't taking the request to Prepaid my Vodafone number . I have given the request to prepaid my no. [protected] . Your Agent Named RAJESH doesn't know how to speak with the customer . Giving the incorrect information thus, My Experience with Vodafone is worst So, right now i want to change my All the vodafone number into Airtel due to bad experience . Your Agent has not taken the request to ( P to P ) prepaid to postpaid my number . And behaving like i am doing his job . I requested you to get back on this today itself otherwise i am putting this complaint to AKOSHA ( consumer forum ) & mouth shut . and i am also having the audio that he is behaving with me asking for the some amount of money for taking the request . Why should i pay the money extra, also i have been given the payment that is UNBILLED I have paid that unbilled also, then why should i pay them extra askin for near by 100 rupees . So . request you to get back on this today itself Or tell me the procedure to PORT my number into Airtel .                                       Hi, I am connected with Vodafone since last 2.5 Years, but it just two months have past that i have converted my number to Postpaid. On 22 Dec my number converted to Postpaid, my monthly rental was of Rs. 199 and i have also requested Vodafone for tariff plan of Rs. 199. On 20th Jan when my bill generated request vodafone to change my plan from 199 to 375 combo plan of rental and tariff. But now when i got my bill for the 20jan to 19 feb bill cycle, what i see is vodafone have also charged Rs. 199 of monthly tariff. Why? It should not be charged because vodafone havn't informed me about this. When i have changed my plan and within the bill cycle of Dec - Jan, Than it should not be charged. I am ready to pay my bill, i want to stay connected with vodafone. But vodafone need to remove this 199 charges from this billing cycle. Customer care executive says that 199 tariff plan is fixed rental plan, you need to pay this amount. But why i need to pay this when on time i have changed my plan and i wans not even aware that this 199 tariff plan is fixed monthly plan, vodafone have never messaged me about this plan. So its my humble request to you people.Please check all the information and remove this 199 from this billing cycle.. Kindly do the needful.

                                        my data card no is [protected], and i cant even open a page of gmail and i have been slapped with a bill of Rs 1316, i called on the 98200 no and a guy promised me that he would be sending me itemised bill yesterday ie on 2nd of march and till now i have not received an itemised bill, and today is 3rd march 2015 . So many emails have been sent and till date no appropriate response, the guy in the customer care told me that i have used on 4th, 5th and 6th feb. As i was not able to use the data card, i went to internet center and got my tickets booked so u tell me how can so much data be used. I have wifi as well and hardly in office at times i used to use the data card, and that too now it doesnt work This is seriously crap.1316 for not using d data card at all?.inspite of complaining so.many times its of no use.ur guys just call me n tell sorry and till date der is no solution . seriously crap vodafone and crap is your service man, pls change the tag line of happy to help you as not one person knows how to serve the customers nor solve the issue, im repenting the day i was fooled to take vodafone.                                         they have resolved the issue so pls do not work on this, i got a waiver for some amount on my bill, for which im thankful ..pls get the issue of my cross trainer resolved asap as my crosstrainer of rs 10000 is lyign waste in my house

                                        vodafone doesnt deserve any star...even the 1 i dont want to give. such is their pathetic service and network
