i have been using vodafone postpaid services since 5 years..but during the last dec-jan 2014 month my bill amount exceeded r.s 4000..which was a shock and is not justified..i have internet plans worth r.s 200, sms plans worth r.s 34 which provides 3000 sms per month..and monthly rental worth r.s 149..adding all of them an amount of near about 700 is expected..but the billed amount i was informed about was just not acceptable..i asked them for providing me a detailed bill on call details and sms but they have been delaying the process since months..they have also deactivated my outgoing facility and showing reluctant attitude to provide me my bill details...i have no other option than to complain in order to get the necessary services as a customer..

    It’s very insulting & embarrassing to know that my number isblocked even after making multiple follow -ups to provide me the revised bill or update on the excessive Internet charges + late fee charges levied. Till date I have not received any updates from VODAFONE regarding the revised bill and my number is blocked without prior intimation. I am travelling & I need to be connected with my family and this is causing inconvenience to me. I have made the necessary payment and requested to unblock my number which is still not activated and asking to wait for 4 hours. I am very disappointed with the unnecessary problems faced due to their highly inefficient executives. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and acted upon. It will be a great help for me.       On dated 01/03/2015 my Ph. no. [protected] DEACTIVATED Without any information. After Enquiry, company customer care said that this no is port to any other service provider. I Never register my mobile no. For Port process. 4-5 days ago I recharged my no for Rs 110, Now company customer care employee saying resubmit required document for reactivation process but the previous balance will not be given after activation. This is totally forgery for me.I am visiting vodafone service center since last 2 days, but the employee of vodafone are not entertaining me, and their behaviour is rude.           This is to bring to your notice I have been using Vodaphone no [protected] since last 9-10 years, I had submitted my documents on time to time STILL today after registering on Vodafone my account I have noticed that my information showing on my account is totally wrong. and I don’t have time to run to Vodafone store and resubmit the documents .I am surprised to know being so much renowned mobile company this kind of ignorance can be happen .I think authority should be aware of how much ignorance it is .which could have been misused for wrong things as well . Avoid consequences please so the needful

            I am very sad and disappointed to bring to your notice that I had purchased Nokia Lumia 730 Dual sim Handset IMEI NO.[protected] on 25th Dec 2014 and as per written on handset box and as told by shopkeeper I was applicable for OFFER .As a Vodafone subscriber I was availed by offer which has to be Auto-activated in 48 hrs for first inserted Vodafone Sim in newly purchased Nokia lumia 730, offer was valid till 31 Dec 2014.As it was my first inserted Vodafone sim card, shopkeeper started my net. But I was known of all the Vodafone hidden money making tricks, since the purchase I tried calling on 198 to confirm that offer is activated on my handset and it won’t charge me for data use but needless to say due to Vodafone lengthy waiting procedures I was unable to connect it to customer care although I had checked on Nokia website in Handset Details it is clearly mentioned offer is AUTO-ACTIVATED.But I had a doubt for Vodafone service so I kept on trying and late by 1 Jan 2015 somehow I could contact on 198 to customer care operator and I was surprised to know that that offer is not showing in system and my data use is being charged as I was supposed to submit the photocopy of receipt to the Vodafone store till that time I had no clue, it was nowhere mentioned neither on box where there was details written nor by shopkeeper Mr.Sandeep, contact no.[protected] J.M.Mobile shopee, JM Road Pune. I ran to Vodafone store, Bund garden and I submitted copy of receipt to the Vodafone store. I was told by Store guy, in 48 hrs, Nokia lumia 730 offer will be activated that offer. But for your ACKNOLEDGEMANT in less than 24 hrs I received message saying ‘The Vodafone 730 offer is already availed on this device and cannot be availed further ‘On other side I am very much sure I have not used much of internet although it was free to me as per offer .But beyond my thinking in 15 days I got a bill of aprx. 1600/- in which 1000/- for data use . I have following issues.. 1. if Offer was auto activated why I needed to submit the document, why was it not mention anywhere. And if I was applicable for offer as per received a message that offer is already active on my device how can it be charged for data use . 2.I had not used much data so that Vodafone can charge me 1000/- before activation that is before 01.01.2015 by Vodafone store . 3.In 15 days (2.01.2015 to 15.02.2015) my internet stopped without reaching to 1GB which was as per offer I had 1GB free per month for two months .so where is that offer gone I repeat I had not even consumed 1 GB in less than 15 days. I am failed to understand what kind of offer is this. Making fool of customers .Me and my entire family has been using Vodafone since it was BPL till date. You can check the records .but unfortunately I am sorry to say that This cannot be acceptable, You should have made it clear terms and conditions or don’t even give such a offers which will waste our hard earn money by fooling customers in this manner. I am retired person I could have afforded some data packages if I really needed the net access instead of paying to such a nonsense amount. Kindly resolve the same without any further delay and please look in to the matter for better and mutual healthy relationship giving no place for disappointment and dissatisfaction .I have already made my payment .But I would really appreciate if you can resolve issue and my refund my money as early as possible.

              This is in reference to my mobile phone connection with Vodafone India. My billing cycle end on 2nd of every month. When I called Vodafone( talked to Customer Service person : Aman Sethi)on the 3rd of the month to change the plan, which is the first day of my Monthly cycle, I was being told that I have to pay full charges for the previous monthly plan as well as the new plan that I am asking for. When I wants to clarify the reason for this, the response received was that I should have called a day before if I wanted this.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> This is complete extortion on the part of Vodafone India, where the charges are collected for services that the customer has not even used. All my requests to speak to a supervisor at Vodafone has fell on deaf ears(To top it all I was placed on hold for approx 20min, in the hope that I will hang up eventually).

                Hi, I noticed that for this month Vodafone chharged INR 401 for some fake download service even I am not aware for this. It's really cheated to the custeomers. Fake download includes d2c_vceservice_gom (INR 99/- ), sf_tinytvw_w_77(INR 77/-) for two times, d2c_mydala_99(INR 99/-) and wapvilla_ppd(INR 49/-). I don't know how this comes to my plan. Please take care this and I request to Vodafone waive this amount because I am not asked them to activate this services. My Contact no is [protected].

                  I'm Safwan here, this concern is regarding my vodafone post paid number [protected]. I'm facing the network issue from last six months onwards. I have given complain more than 20times nobody is there to resolve my problem, here banglore no one has initiative to rectify this concern, they are spoiling Vodafone Goodwill. Very pathatic service!!! If They couldn't solve a small concern i didn't understand how they going to solve mager complaints??!! They don't have interest to solve customer complaints. I think they don't bother about customer satisfaction.. I'm least unsatisfied now. I kindly requesting you to do the needful. Thank you

                    Dear Sir, Myself Jit Mondal, mob no- [protected]. I am a Vodafone user and vodafone cut my account balance intentionally on 01.03.2015 at 09:08 pm. This is not only the first time that it happen. It happened three to four times before. On 01.03.2015 Vodafone cut Rs. 45.00 for the Value Added Service. But honestly I did not send any request to activate Value Added Service. Then I called to customer care and the executive told me that I activate pop up message during surfing Internet. But no pop up message are shown in my mobile browser and I understand the importance of pop up message. Vodafone cut my balance many times when in my account have more than 20 Rs balance.                       sir, following transation I did through sbi cr card for on line recharge 1. 299 on 17 feb 15 amount debited no recharge. 2. 299 on 18 feb 15 debited no recharge 3.299 on 18 feb 15. debited. rechaarge success complaint. 17 feb rs 299 and 18 feb 299 not yet cr to my cr card a/c

                        I have visited local Vodafone centre on 13/02/2015 to get information related to International roaming, its charges and network availability at Indonesia. Officer of Vodafone explained all the information I.e. International roaming activation process, network availability and charges. She told me Vodafone has their network in Bali, Indonesia in the name of Hutch and I can access their network by registering my cell in that network. To reduce call charges they asked me to activate international roaming terrif costing Rs. 673 for 7 days. I have taken the plan and Vodafone charged me said amount. But when I reached Bali, Indonesia, there is no Hutch network (Screen shot attached for ref. for available networks) and available networks XL, INDOSAT, TELKOMSEL and 3 were not allowing me to access their network. It was horrible condition for me that in unknown place I didn't had any connectivity with me to get in touch with my family members. I was suffered for almost full day to get local SIM there. These condition made due to non availability of network of Vodafone and wrong guidance of their officer by keeping me in dark. They just wanted to earn the money without serving me. After coming back to India I have discussed in customer care of Vodafone regarding refund of my money. They have checked that I had not made any call, SMS or data using during my stay at Bali (16/02/2015 to 21/02/2015), this was confirmed by their customer care executive. In spite of resolving my problem customer care executive had misbehaved and disconnected the call. Requesting to refund the deducted amount for which services not provided with suitable damage compensation.

I have requested for port out but the retention team promised me a better deal in which I would get 500 MB 3g data effective the current month .But when I get my bill the used mobile data was charged and my bill was too high.I was asked to pay but I denied as it was to be waived off .                             Hi, I am an employee in IT MNC in Jaipur. Recently I applied for a postpaid sim from Vodafone under CUG. I gave my address where I live. but these guys from Vodafone, they gave a negative mark to my address I don't know for what reason. I am living at the address for last 1 and half years, however, these guys marked my address negative. The guy called to confirm my address and come at home. I told him that I would not be able to meet him on this particular day because I and my wife we both are working, and told him to come at a later date on specific time. However, this intelligent guy didn't come to my address on this particular day and time and then marked the address negative again without even coming there. I gave an alternate address, for which again this guy did a negative without even coming there. I have never had this trouble with Airtel when I got issued 2 of its sym connections. Now, I hate Vodafone completely and would not ever want to use it. But for now, I would want an answer from Vodafone why would they mark an address negative when a person is still living there. Do u have any sense, Vodafone?

                              If you really want to experience "worst customer support services" pls reach out to Vodafone customer support. I have been using Vodafone for more than 5 years and today I am seeing the customer service at all time low. This is not based on just one or two instances. I have been interacting with them through emails and phone for few issues. While email support team do not understand the issue and provide generic responses, voice support team is rude and they are smart not to raise service request for those calls where they talk in a rude way. Today I made a call to 198 at 3.42PM for a simple request. I wanted to get soft copy of my mobile bill which I couldnt get after reaching to email support team twice. The customer support executive spoke in a rude way and disconnected the call. I think they should learn a lot from Amex customer support who is the very best when it comes to handling customers. They are polite, to the point and knowledgeble to resolve customer issue with just one call.

                                Hi Team, I am one of the frustrated and irate customer of your postpaid and customer service, I had received a bill for the month of Jan’15 to my surprise they had charged me for internet stating “Chargeable Sites surfing and Downloading” though I have unlimited plan for data. I enquired this in Vodafone Store @ Seshadripuram on this explaining when I have unlimited data plan how can someone charge me stating I had surfed “Chargeable Websites”, when I asked them why was it not mentioned when I took the plan nor it is anywhere detailed which sites are chargeable – None has any answer other than repeating the same and the store Manager “Syed” behaved so rudely to an extent he said “if you are not happy then you can quit the services” nevertheless it was a stupid and cheeky way of charging customers. I reported to the Customer Service team and they advised me that they have raised a request on the same, I did not receive any notification either. I had told the Store Manager and Customer Service Team that I am not going to pay the bills until the issue is fixed. After all this the worst was my Outgoing call was barred. No one is bothered to call me back yet, in next few days if I did not receive any solution for this and proper action against the customer service team and Store Manager I may need to quit Vodafone or have to sacrifice the no by never paying you the inappropriate bill. Note: I am been using this services for more than 10 years now and I regret now to been part of it, Vodafone customer service is falling to the ditch. On 01/03/2015 at 09:08 pm deduct Rs. 45.00 and I received a massage which show that I activated value added service. This happens not only first time but also many times before. I called to Customer care and the executive told me that I active pop up offers during surfing Internet.                                       i have 2 post paid connection of vodafone ([protected], [protected])and same using from last 5 years, i observed last 2-3 months vodafone team changed talk plan without intimation me and this mistake happened again and again... vodafone totally fraud company.. till no resolution provided from your nodal desk, appellate desk, CC desk.

                                        I have just received my vodafone bill for the month of February 2015 In the monthly charges section I have been charged Rs 850 for MI_CAP_850_30d_PROMO_3G Thankfully the same has got reversed in the discount section but i dont understand why such kind of services are being automatically being activated by the sales personnel.
