Hi,
I am an employee in IT MNC in Jaipur. Recently I applied for a postpaid sim from Vodafone under CUG. I gave my address where I live. but these guys from Vodafone, they gave a negative mark to my address I don't know for what reason.
I am living at the address for last 1 and half years, however, these guys marked my address negative.
The guy called to confirm my address and come at home. I told him that I would not be able to meet him on this particular day because I and my wife we both are working, and told him to come at a later date on specific time. However, this intelligent guy didn't come to my address on this particular day and time and then marked the address negative again without even coming there.
I gave an alternate address, for which again this guy did a negative without even coming there.
I have never had this trouble with Airtel when I got issued 2 of its sym connections.
Now, I hate Vodafone completely and would not ever want to use it.
But for now, I would want an answer from Vodafone why would they mark an address negative when a person is still living there. Do u have any sense, Vodafone?
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
