balance from your customer mobile without any prior intimation because same I will be posted on tria on website online complaint just now I personally talk to on 111 no for reason of deduction of amount Just I is ask one question to your mobile company, whether u have a any authority to deduct any from my account but they are giving silly ans.

    I was recharging my mobile number [protected] from Vodafone official website on[protected] @ aroung 2043 hrs but the recharge got unsuccessful as i got the message. But on screen it was showing that recharge was successful. The same thing happened 2 times. Order No: o[protected] Payment Transaction Number: BCMP[protected]

      Without permission activating so many services deducting currency from past 2 weeks .. And there is no proper replay from customer services when we were giving our details of complain they will forward call and we can't get solutions for queries..

        Sir, I m a loyal customer of Vodafone and had been using this number [protected] from past more than 2 years now, just before I got it disconnected last month due to overcharges for inadequate services of Vodafone. I had filed several complaints regarding network issue and low connectivity speed of 3G network, but all in vein. I wasn't provided with the SRN as well. Agitated from their ignorant behaviour I got my number disconnected last month. I wasn't receiving proper signals on my number and due to which my calls use to get fail in the middle of the conversation or the person on the other end would hear me distorted or my phone would go in searching mode or no service mode for several times in a day, and also I had taken a 3G plan for ₹650 on my number but I couldn't use 3G speed instead I was getting a speed of 2G or even slower, due to which I was facing inconvenience and for which I have filed complains several times from past 3-4 months and even before, but all they kept telling me was to pay my whole phone bill so as to avoid interruption in services and they kept saying it's a technical issue and it will get resolved but when I asked them till when, they said that they don't know but soon it ll be alright. After paying whole phone bills for 2 months last year still the issue wasn't resolved. So now these people were charging me for their technical failure. The calls use to get disconnected and because of which I had to make 10 calls instead of 1-2 calls and also Internet was slower than 2G but these people were charging me for those calls and 3G network. They did not resolve my issue but they were charging me for it. Either they should have resolved my problem or waived off a bill above the rentals ( of ₹ 850/-), instead they kept on asking me to pay the whole bill from past few months. I had also visited Vodafone store Laxmi nagar twice to ask them for a an agreeable solution to the bill payment issue, but they dint have a reply to my grievance. I m looking forward for a positive solution regarding the bill so that I can get my number activated in my name. Looking forward to a prompt reply.           Hello Sir, My Mobile number is +91-[protected] (Mumbai). Some of the month back, I got the call from Vodafone related to Red Plan. On that point of time I changed my plan into the Red Plan. On that time no one intimate me that my Credit Limit will be going to Dynamic and Vodafone to Vodafone free calling will be deactivate. Usually my billing amount was around 1000Rs. Before Red Plan. After that I am getting very huge amount of bill around 2500Rs. I have complaint related on that at Kandivali Vodafone Store. They Advice me to Pay whole amount. and also they said to me that Give return application for FIX CREDIT LIMIT. So I gave them written application for FIX CREDIT LIMIT that was around Rs.1300/-, but after that application also No one Intimate me on that My credit limit is not set. Even I didn't got the any message or call from Vodafone when my billing amount was going more than my CREDIT Limit. And this Time I got the billing amount of Rs. 4000/-. And also without any message or call My Outgoing is blocked. I have complaint against Red Plan also. Which was set by PRASHANT YADAV (Vodafone Red Plan Executive). He didn't said me that some service (Vodafone to vodafone free calling and credit limit will be dynamic) will be going to deactivate. When it's come to the Vodafone Store. Person name is Rohit, Rashmi, Shweta Kadam (Vodafone Executive of vodafone Store, Kandivali). I have complaint against them related to same thing. but they are not giving response related to this my problems. they are only just giving me advice to make the whole billing amount and again giving written application for FIX CREDIT LIMIT. So I just want to say that we are not for doing same thing again and again. i have already given FIX CREDIT LIMIT Application before (My FIX CREDIT LIMIT application reference number is : [protected]) . and Now no one giving me response for that application which I gave already. Even no one is giving me answer about my Billing amount that why it is so much as before. even i haven't activated any other services. Than how it is possible to come Rs. 4000 above billing amount??? I request you to Please help me out with this issue.

            This is very unbearable for a student to watch his/her balance getting deducting for no reason. Unnecessary SMSs are sent to company numbers from my number without any sort of activation from my side.Also my number is always in roaming when actually in the coverage area and my whole balance was deducted in roaming charges that to without any message alert from vodaphone that my number is in roaming.

              I visited vodafone store in Borivali (west), Mumbai, Maharashtra for new connection. I was carrying photocopy of passport, original PAN card, Original Driving license. I have been asked to get the original passport. When I am having all the other original documents for identity and address proof, I was still asked to get the original passport. Senior of the store told me that TRAI stopped accepting license as address proof since 2005. I accepted everything and went back home which is half and hour far from the store to get the original passport. I took original passport and went to another vodafone store in Kandivali West Raghuleela Mall Mumbai Maharashtra. Now when I was carrying all the papers properly, I was told that photographs are not proper as it needs plain background. How can they Harass us like this?. when I asked vodafone representatives Ms. Kadam and Ms. Solanki that where its written that plain background is compulsory. Ms. Solanki answered me that "where it is written that non-plain background will be accepted?. This is how we get the replies from representatives. They don't understand the value of customer???. We try our best not to create problems and they create more problems for us. Ms.Solanki also told me that "you can escalate this issue if you want" . When I told her about license issue, she said yes TRAI stopped from 2011. So one representative in Borivali is telling me since 2005 and other one is saying 2011. Ms.Solanki told me that "we have been given training not to accept non plain background". So unprofessional answers we get. Customers don't know what kind of photos are required and she talks about her training. We needed new connection so urgently but because of such behavior with us we couldn't take a new connection. How non-plain background photos will help you in your records???. Ms.Kadam is telling me even we have camera but it's not working. I nearly wasted 3 hours and didn't get anything. Please Vodafone, understand this, such behavior with your customers will create major problems for you. In such a competitive market how can you afford to loose a single customer.

                Maine 248 rs ka recharge kiya uske ander 3gb tak achi intrnet speed ke liye bol rakha h bt muze to 1 kbps ki bhi speed nhi mil rhi .whtsapp . Facebook pe msg bhi send nhi ho rhe ..itni ghtiya network maine aaj tak nhi dekha .and plx meri help kro m behut pareshan hu plz help me vodafone

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to bring to your kind notice that I was a postpaid customer of Vodafone​ (the number being [protected])​ and I wish to register a conplaint with repect to my dissatisfaction with your postpaid services and to claim my money back. I acquired a postpaid connection in the month of November 2014 ​(i think on 20th November 2015) ​and converted it to a prepaid one on 21st February 2015 beacuse of the following reasons: It was my biggest mistake to convert my prepaid vodafone connection to a postapaid one on a phone call from one of your representatives. One of your representatives named Rahul (+91 [protected]) called me up on an unlucky morning and offered me for a postpaid connection with host of offers. I agreed to the same and asked him at least 3​ ​times that whether there is any other/hidden terms & conditions, he always said "no". He told me that in case of any problem I can freely cal him on the above provided number. ​I called him for buying the connection a couple of times a​nd he satisfactorily replied to the same. All this was before buying the connection. But the real face of the story was yet to come. Whenever I called him to know of some thing​ after acquiring the connection​ (only if nobody was pickng up call on the customer care) he never picked up the call and some other person picks up the call always and told that Mr. Ra​h​ul​ is busy please call later ​(Surprisingly before selling the plan he was always available to me). Never ever was i able to speak to Rahul again. The other thing is that he truly deceived me of the offers that vodafone will g​i​ve to me. He sold me​ a R.​ 249/- plan and told me that i will get 600 local minutes+500GB free​ 3G​ internet per month+one local vodafone number on which​ ​calls would be absolutely free+I would get the bill at my billing address FREE every month. Also he told me that i would be required to pay a sum of Rs, 250/- as security deposit which can either be refunded or can be adjusted with the unpaid bill ​amount ​as per my wish as and ​as & ​when i opt out of the postpaid connection. However, the reality was soon revealed when I visited a Vodafone store and they told me that 500GB free internet is just for 3 months, the local call on the vodafone number that provided was free for just a month, the bill will be delivered free for just a month at my billing address and the worst was that i would not be able to get my security deposit refunded in case i opt out of the postpaid connection before 6 months​ neither can it be adjusted​. ​I was totally shocked to hear this. This is all due to the unrealistic targets that your company provide to their employes and the employees for achieving them often lie (like above) to their prospective customers and you loot them. Also the 500GB 3G plan was deactivated from my number without consenting me after 2 months. I had a 1GB 3G plan active on my number and I asked your customer care executive to deactivate the same on 9th February 2015 with effect from my next billing cycle (i.e., 20th Feb 2015). So I presumed that it will be deactivated by midnight on 19th Feb 2015, but i was wrong. I was not informed that it would be processed only after midight of 20th Feb, 2015. The result was i ended up using internet ​at usual rates and the usual charges became applicable to me. Also, i called up the customer care atleast 10 times in the whole day of 20th Feb 2015 to know whether my plan was deactivated or not as i wanted to activate a 2GB 3G plan after the earlier plan's deactivation, but all the representatives were offering me different answers (like one was saying that the plan has been deactivated, other was saying that the request has been received and it is being processed, the other said we haven't received any request and like that). I asked one of the representatives to transfer the call to a senior person, but the senior was so busy that he did not pickup the call even after 10 minutes of continuous ring. In all this confusion with the last call i was told that i can activate the new 2GB 3G plan and the old plan will automaticaly be deactivated. I activated the same after my whole working day was spoilt due to non coordination among your staff. However on next morning (i.e., 21st Feb 2015) i got a text from vodafone that my all the 3G plans have been deactivated. I got totally confused and tried calling Customer care a several times but everytime i heard "sorry this service is not available". I got pissed off and since i had some urgent work I activated a 1GB 3G plan so that i can complete my work but i again got the same message that my all the 3G plans have been deactivated. ​This was the time when i decided to abandon my postpaid connection. On the same day (i.e., 21st Feb 2015) i went to the Vodafone store (Jail Road, New Delhi) ​to convert my postpaid connection to a prepaid one. When I started explaining the resons to the official (named Saurabh) he was not able to understand my grievance and instead was countering me with his lame excuses. While converting my postpaid plan to a prepiad one he asked to pay off all the dues. I asked him to tell me the amount. He told me that the amount comes to Rs. 700/- for the current billing cycle. I was totally stunned at this. I asked him that when my last two full month's individual bills amount to less than Rs.700/-then how come for just a day o[censored]sage you can impose a mammoth Rs. 700/-. He explained that since i activated two internet plans today (please refer to point 2 above-one 2GB and then 1GB) so the whole of the charges are being levied. I told him that firstly its your fault that your customer care and your texting system was all in a non cohesive mode and all were providing me different information so i relied on my last call with customer care executive and activated the 2GB 3G plan and when i got a text from Vodafone that all my 3Gservices have been deactivated only then i activated a new 1GB 3G plan. Secondly even if its my mistake then also you should levy just a proportionate charge for 2 days on my usage and not the full month charge. But he ignored my plea and i was forced to pay the full amount as i had to retain the number but was nomore willing to continue with the postpaid services of vodafone. The store also told me that any amount due to you (including your deposit of Rs.250/-) shall be sent to your billing address. I told that i was to change my home in the next couple of weeks. Mr. Saurabh told me that either you convert from postpaid to prepaid after you change your home or dispense with your money. That is really unprofessional on Vodafone's part. On approaching a postpaid customer you make all the efforts to reach them and make them come to your net and when they get trpped and have no option you leave them helpless. l​ request you to please refund my security deposit (Rs. 250/-) and the proportionate amount of Rs. 700/-​ (i.e., 700*28/30=653/-) toalling Rs. 903/- at my new address which is WZ-1382, Ground floor, Nangal Raya, New Delhi-110046 for which the required address proof will be submitted by me at the nearest vodafone store as and when you require. I urge you to please respond and refund my hard earned money at the earliest otherwise i will have approach the TRAI as well as customer court for the redressal of my grievances. In order to avoid needless litigation and defamation of your long established rapport all over the world, kindly redress my grievances. Also, I request to improve the quality of your customer care services and coordination amongst them. Also please stop deceiving the customers by making unrealistic offers to them over phone calls. I took the vodafone connection in high hopes and that's why i am still enjoying your prepaid services. I strongly hope that you will resolve my grievances at the earliest.                     My name is honey and I am using vodafone from long time . I did recharge of 649 for unlimited 3g Internet buy after few days the company did a new recharge of stupid 50 mb 2g without even askin me how come i use 2g if i have 3g . i did register for complaint for first time they didn't take complaints and said will be resolve in 24 hours the next day they took complaint and said wait for another 3 days what the crap I need my pack back here is my complaint number [protected] this is case of fraud I cant wait for that much long .Please anybody help me . I am working I don't have any other source except this Internet.

                      Dear Forum I am really facing problem from the Vodafone service. Every month they generates wrong bill and everytime I have to go the rectify the bill. On the month of 1 November 2014 I have requested to deactivate my internet Plan and accidentally it was deactivated. But since my bill date is 28th they charged me for that month. I went to CP Vodafone frenchise and cleared the bill and cross check with the concern executive Mr Chandan and he informed me that from next month onwards no more Data charges will be included in my mobile bill but it was happened again in the month of January 2015. In my mobile bill data charges has been included but I have deactivated the internet service in the month of November 2014. Again on 18 February 2015 i went to CP Vodafone Frenchise and talk to another executive because Mr Chandan was on leave I was said by the Attended executive. Now the attended executive is saying that my number has still Vodafone Live is active. Now my query is if I deactivated the internet services then how come Vodafone claim that in my number Vodafone live active without my knowledge. The addendent Executive suggest me that they are sending a request to refund the additional Data charge amount and will return reverse the same within seven days. But suggest me to pay the remaining bill amount and i have paid the remaining amount of Rs 300 and Data charge amount if Rs 1034 approx will refunded as I mentioned earlier as they said. For last twodays I was receiving a messages saying tomorrow will call you from certain number but I haven't received any call from them and now my mobile is deactivated.                         i got special offer of 147rs 1gb 3g data with28 days. and i recharged it and i got only 500mb data. i call customer care but they did not helped me...nd trying to make me fool.i am very disapoint from these services. i not got full benefit of my penny.

I have two post paid numbers I had requested to disconnect my secondary post paid number [protected] in January 2015 on customer care number.                             I wanted to port out my mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] from Vodafone to Aircel. I submitted requests for the same on 25/03/2015 and subsequently cleared all my outstanding dues on 26/02/2015. I also paid some extra money- i.e. Rs.131.85 extra for [protected] & Rs. 196 extra for [protected]. But on 28/02/2015 my porting requests were rejected by Vodafone through smss. I have lodged complaints with Vodafone customer care; my service requests numbers being [protected] & [protected] respectively. Kindly take up the matter with Vodafone and ensure that my porting requests are allowed immediately.                                 Sir This is to inform you that i recharged my no ([protected]) with 249 for getting 1.75 gb data on 28/2/15. And i have used internet for a limited time approx max usage of 100 mb. While checking the data in evening i was shocked that am having only 203 mb balance. While enquirng with customer care they replied that i have consumed that much. To be honest, i feel frustrated that am one of your old customer and the response they given also not satisfactory. After making repeated calls to your customer care executives, they were below par helpful to my grievance. I shall be highly obliged if you resolve the issue at your earliest.                                     I have port my number Idea to Vodafone. Its being 3 months but still i am not getting hard copy of my bills. after two months i have come to know that my address pin code has been wrong mentioned in their system. I have talked to customer care executive first she told me to submit address proof to change my pin code but after she has asked her senior and suggest me that there is no need to submit the required docs, she will change the pin code at their end. Request has been forward for this. In 20th Dec'14 i have submit my request to change my bill cycle from 19th to 14th of every month. But in vain still its 19th of every month. While confirming by customer executive they have told me that"may be this is technical fault" but because of this i am suffering. on 27th Feb'15 I have paid my bill in cash. But still i getting same messages that my un-billed amount is same. Because of this i am not able to enjoying my 3G data services. I don't know what the hell is going on in vodafone, what the reason for not getting good services even in paying my bills in time. Request you to pay attention in my problem and resolved my issue ASAP

                                      I am a subscriber under two connection nos; [protected] & [protected]. The first one being since 20/12/2003. Of late i am not getting hard copy bills which is becoming very difficult for me to know the details and also manage the payments by due dates as I am a senior citizen and we don't have the habit of going through the net every now and then to know the things. I am not tech savy either. But I am getting SMSs to go green to save the paper by net statements. This thing is not possible given the present condition of ours. Never the less we are helping the environment in other possible ways wherever things permit. Hence if you continue to insist on e-bills well I have no option but to discontinue our long relationship and migrate to another service provider which please note. S. Rangachar
