Hi, For project work I have moved out of country for few months. I have two post paid numbers I had requested to disconnect my secondary post paid number [protected] in January 2015 on customer care number. I was offered better deals but I refused it and was confirmed my secondary number will be disconnected. Kindly disconnect my secondary post paid number ASAP ([protected]). Regards, Mohit Gupta.

    I wanted to port out my mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] from Vodafone to Aircel. I submitted requests for the same on 25/03/2015 and subsequently cleared all my outstanding dues on 26/02/2015. I also paid some extra money- i.e. Rs.131.85 extra for [protected] & Rs. 196 extra for [protected]. But on 28/02/2015 my porting requests were rejected by Vodafone through smss. I have lodged complaints with Vodafone customer care; my service requests numbers being [protected] & [protected] respectively. Kindly take up the matter with Vodafone and ensure that my porting requests are allowed immediately.         Sir This is to inform you that i recharged my no ([protected]) with 249 for getting 1.75 gb data on 28/2/15. And i have used internet for a limited time approx max usage of 100 mb. While checking the data in evening i was shocked that am having only 203 mb balance. While enquirng with customer care they replied that i have consumed that much. To be honest, i feel frustrated that am one of your old customer and the response they given also not satisfactory. I kindly request you to do the needful Regards Premjith

            I have port my number Idea to Vodafone. Its being 3 months but still i am not getting hard copy of my bills. after two months i have come to know that my address pin code has been wrong mentioned in their system. I have talked to customer care executive first she told me to submit address proof to change my pin code but after she has asked her senior and suggest me that there is no need to submit the required docs, she will change the pin code at their end. Request has been forward for this. In 20th Dec'14 i have submit my request to change my bill cycle from 19th to 14th of every month. But in vain still its 19th of every month. While confirming by customer executive they have told me that"may be this is technical fault" but because of this i am suffering. on 27th Feb'15 I have paid my bill in cash. But still i getting same messages that my un-billed amount is same. Because of this i am not able to enjoying my 3G data services. I don't know what the hell is going on in vodafone, what the reason for not getting good services even in paying my bills in time. Request you to pay attention in my problem and resolved my issue ASAP

              I am a subscriber under two connection nos; [protected] & [protected]. The first one being since 20/12/2003. Of late i am not getting hard copy bills which is becoming very difficult for me to know the details and also manage the payments by due dates as I am a senior citizen and we don't have the habit of going through the net every now and then to know the things. I am not tech savy either. But I am getting SMSs to go green to save the paper by net statements. This thing is not possible given the present condition of ours. Never the less we are helping the environment in other possible ways wherever things permit. Hence if you continue to insist on e-bills well I have no option but to discontinue our long relationship and migrate to another service provider which please note. S. Rangachar

                        This is to complain against a fraudulent change in my Data plan on[protected]. I received two messages regarding my personal visit to the Vodafone store at Girish Park, Kolkata and changing my data plan. After a telephonic conversation today, it became clear about the fraud activity trying to cause a bigger fraud. The time of this plan changing happened by a person on 27th -March-2015 at 3:37 PM. Although Vodafone has recorded that it was me, it was not at all possible since I was in a seminar during that time at my work. I am holding the phone no. [protected] for a long time and I am a very old customer with Vodafone. May I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against the fraud person as well as the Vodafone Customer Care person at The Girish Park Office who did not check properly any ID before altering the plan. I further bring to your attention that there was an organized cheating and fraudulent issuance of a Vodafone SIM card recently to an unknown person which has ended up in a great financial loss (One lakh three thousand) of mine 22-March 2015. I wrote to Vodafone several times but nothing happened. In spite of this, I still remain a good Vodafone customer. So I request you to take necessary action at least this time.                           I am stunned to discover that after visiting to Vodafone office and mailing them so many times still there is no respond. I have spent 3 hours at Vodafone store(Parkstreet) and 2 hours again when my friend visited the office for same issue. The documents was submitted on 31st of Jan 2015 and i was informed that it will be activated/port within 7-8 days but it did not, later when my friend visited Vodafone office for the same issue he was informed it will be activated within 14- 15 days but its been 28 days and my number is not yet port. I'm really amazed to see that Vodafone being a very good network service provider with so poor customer service. If Vodafone people cannot port the number into their network then do let us know as I've also given my alternative number too. I have contacted the customer care line and i was been informed that there is no such information regarding this number. I tried to contact to Mr. Gunjan Agarwal (Nodal Officer as mentioned in your website) on +[protected] but his number was switched off/not reachable and many times he dint receive the call, later i also mailed to appellate authority and also called them but still there is no response. I am not understanding what is going on. Was I spotted like a terrorist in the verification? Because there is still no verification call. I am really Helpless. It is very easy to get another SIM but they do not understand how many relations I loose if I discard this number. I submitted my documents to their network TRUSTING Vodafone and done all the formalities which their executive told. I never thought Vodafone to be so careless and discarded me like a garbage and treating me as a most undervalue person in this world. I work in Bangalore and they have asked me not to leave the state as for porting they need a home network, now their delay is occurring me a great loss. Will the Vodafone compensate me for that? I beg them to consider how they treat their customers and *reward* us for our loyalty rather then punish us!

                            My Sim card was missing, so I vodafone mini store at the time of purchase from me 100 rupees bought a sim card activate it after my account for 15 rupees have taken it. Vodafone ministore in to ask if they like that will buy if not the sim card return after 100 Take That say. And wherever you have slandered me to consider complaint.                               I had taken Dongle on 23rd December 2014. From first day itself i am facing problems. For more than 2 months i am bearing with their stmt ' Problem will be resolved soon" and " within 6 months problem will be resolved (Contradictory). Do you think i will wait for 6 months for complaint resolution or shift to other service provider who gives me better services. Why shud I pay if i am not receving basic / primary requirement of taking internet pack. Even after wrting to customer service / Nodal / Appallete and MD, no one is answering emails. Vodaphone - please resolve my complaint. I am not going to restirct myself only to this site for complaint. You will hear from me till my complaint is not resolved.

                                sir i recharged in my mob no [protected] with rs.156.i got 1gb 3g internet pack.i used only 50mb internet but vodafone company convert my 3g pack in 500mb 2g pack .so i have loss of 950mb 3g pack .i call three two times in vodafone customer care but customer care officer not tell me sutaibale response . so please sir solve my problem .

                                  I am a post paid customer of Vodafone ( Hutch before ) since 2002 and paying all my monthly bill without fail . My average monthly bill is around 5000 – 7000 rs, annual around 1 lac rupees . This time ( Feb 15 ) Vodafone charged me certain amount in my bill which is not consumed by me . Reference – Vodafone bill no – 68315494, Bill period – 22nd Jan 15 to 21st Feb 2015, they charged me - 4147 GPRS data . While in fact, my internet was switched off in my Singapore trip from 15th to 18th Feb . Vodafone charged me wrongly above amount and it’s a fraud with customer . Vodafone needs to revert above amount with immediate effect .

                                    I ported my [protected] number from Tata Docomo to Vodafone. That time Vodafone executive gave me Monthly rental plan of Rs 300. which includes free internet of 2 GB for 3 months. And in first month I received bill of 1300. which shows Rs 900 for Internet uses. I made complaint to customer care, But received no response. And now, I am forced to pay bill, cause Vodafone has cut my out going service.

                                      My sim is out of service on 25/02/2015 .Because i lOst my moblie but between the duration 25 My ur Customers Care Activate sms pack on my number .But the problem is that at 25 I replace my sin from vodafone store mp nagar and my sim is active on eveing 7 pm how could it possible .i Had also done fir in police station

                                        Dear sir, i am prepaid customer of vodafone from approx 10 years, recently i take your postpaid connection and run it 3 or 4 month and found signal/tower problem, although this problem not comes when i was a prepaid customer, when i becomes postpaid customer this problems occours and never end so i cut postpaid connections and get back to prepaid again, and now when i am a prepaid customer again same problem comes always due to sim change from postpaid to prepaid, in my old sim this type of problem i have never faced, is it possible that in my old sim that connection continuous, i have my old sim . kindly do something.
