Dear Sir/Madam, I have given request at vodafone for porting from airtel to vodafone on 20th feb 2015 and on 26/02/15 I have received msg on my alternate number [protected] as your Vodafone no - [protected] is active now and call on 117 to activate the same. From 26/02/15 till date no network is showing on Mobile no - [protected]. Request you take strict action on vodafone. Thank you amit sawant- [protected]/[protected] [protected]@gmail.com

    On 23th Feb 2015 Monday, I requested for a NANO SIM in replacement to my Vodafone Corporate SIM at Vodafone service center, Shopprix Mall, Sector 61, NOIDA, Gautaum Buddha Nagar. On 23th Feb 2015, they gave me a NANO SIM and told me SIM will get replaced by 12 noon, the very next day i.e. on 24th Feb 2015. But no action was taken. Again on 25th Feb 2015 Wednesday, I visited the place and reminded them to get my NANO SIM activated, they told me they will definitely do it by the next day(26th Feb 2015). But still no action was taken. I called them they said they will contact it further . What shall I do now?

      I am reporting this issue with immense amount of disappointment and dissatisfaction towards the service offered to me as a corporate customer who has been loyally using and paying vodafone month on month over the past years. Below is the complaint for my number [protected] Over one of my international trips between 26th and 27th November I received an sms from Vodafone saying that my service has been barred due to excess usage during the night. When i returned to Mumbai on 28th morning and enquired about my bill, i was told that i am supposed to pay an unbelievable price of 27, 000 Rs. to get my service activated. To top it all i kept hearing from the representative in a warning tone that i "will have to pay for the service i have used" Below are my concerns which I have reported to Vodafone over 6 emails and repeated phone calls but have failed to receive any response whatsoever 1. My India sim was not in use owing to the free 3G access to me all throughout the stay by the hotel. I am not stupid to go ahead and use internet worth 27, 000 inspite of that. 2. When my service has been barred for 3 days, how is it possible that the billed amount has gone up to 33000 Rs. Within so much time. 3. When my credit limit was 19000 Rs, how could my usage go to 27, 000 that time. 4. My corporate service has been barred for the last 3 months and I have been crippled when it comes to accessing and replying to my important business emails and other means of contact. Is this the service offered to a corporate customer? 5. I was told that my service will remain barred until dec 25th if i don't pay 80% of the bill value i.e. approx 28000 Rs. For what?? Explanations on my billing details will be given to me only after 25th Dec, which I have not received till date. This is a crazy process and I will not abide. I have come across an unethical billing process a few months back also by vodafone when i was charged a whooping amount for nothing and was asked to pay. When i refused to pay and asked for the details it was seen that the charges were actually an error. I refuse to chase you guys and spend my valuable time. I, as a Vodafone customer have had a good record and never faltered on by bill payments over the last 4 years and this kind of treatment is totally displeasing. The height of pathetic service is that I continued to receive standard replies to all 6 of my emails to Vodafone Moreover in spite of my services being suspended and no usage being done for more than 3 months, my latest bill is now increasingly amounting to 41, 000 Rs. The latest to this is that Vodafone sends across bouncer like guys to my earlier registered address and threatens the receiving Senior Citizens who are a part of my family to pay the bills. I strongly condemn this behavior from Vodafone. Regards, Yasmin

      I am still only facing unnecessary chasing and harassment by the Vodafone officials who lack all kind of mannerisms and etiquette.
      Forceful behavior with my relatives and friends to get money out of me is not a solution which i sincerely hope Vodafone understands.
      Not once have i received any clear explanation and answers to my 7 emails to vodafone. Several calls seeking explanation were also made to customer service from my number in the past (which are definitely present in records with vodafone) but none was returned trying to resolve the issue. What happened to all of those???
      Today Vodafone is conveniently pressurising me forgetting that i was following up at some point of time when my requests were being ignored.

      If this misbehavior continues, i will move to sought legal attention to take care of this matter for all the harassment I have faced through the months.

We r a army unit in alwar(rajasthan) and with lot of faith in your company we had taken CUG connections for our unit approx 200. At the time of contract we requested that no isd call should come to our cug network And it was agreed to by your reps here. since the matter is of national security we reminded this fact to your reps here but since past one month many of my jawans r getting calls from pak/middle east countries. This is not in good taste, some rep of yours must have given our mob nos to the agents of pak/others. 3. I[censored] care for our country pl stop this nonsense at your end. I m ready to tell u the names of your reps withwhom we were dealing.u can contact me on [protected]@rediff.com but for god sake stop this isd incoming facilities on our cug. 4.           This is to inform you that again Vodafone people are charging extra downloading charges of Rs.372/- for the period 03/01/2015 to 02/02/2015 vide your bill No.[protected] dt.03/02/2015. I am using 2 GB data plan. I was surprised to note that extra amount has been charged again towards downloads/data usages, Where as i have used only 1.13 GB data in this months. Even my data was left un-used every month. w.r.t. 2 GB Plan. I have already made complain regarding your extra download charges for the month Dec-14 and Jan-15 bill vide my mail dt.02/02/2015. You have also assured me that you will adjust that amount in my next billing amount. But in this month you have done the same thing again. I am using this No. Since more than last 3 years but i am facing this problem since last 3 months. You people are unnecessary harassing me. I request to please wave off all this download charges from all my bill or i will force to go to consumer forum for this matter.

            I am from Bangalore. I have a add on card with number [protected]. I have activated only plan 199 and vodopone confirmed the same. Now at the end of month I see my bill coming as 2499. Vodopone must be really crazy. How can they change the month rental without my knowledge. Pls register my complaint for same.

              I Rohini Kumar cell phone number [protected], recharged on line for my pre paid cell phone number [protected] for Rs 147 and Rs 130, both are succesful but the talk time has not uploaded, it shows low balance. Try to up load the amount in to talk time of my normal 2 G cell phone and send an e mail to [protected]@yahoo.co, The recharge confirmation e mails also not received so far.

                  I had a prepaid number [protected] for which I had lodged a complaint to stop the services because my phone was lost. On getting the new sim (and i was asked to take postpaid connection), I am able to make outgoing calls but no incoming calls or incoming messages are allowed. I have visited the vodafone store but they have failed to do anything. When the customer care person is called on their customer care number they are saying that we need to go to the vodafone store. I am being shuttled from store to customer care help line and each of them not taking the responsibility. I am being asked to wait till 5th March ? ??! Because this is my official number i am undergoing financial loss. I have to pay them rental though I am not getting their service. Regards, Angshuman Mondal [protected]

                    I am using for post paid number in my name (j.karthikeyan) past one year and i am not getting signal in my home and past one i was complaining customer care about signal problem but there is no use at all, they sent network team and checked many times but there is no use from that team .Now I am going to change to aircel I hope with in few days. But brand Vodefone getting only bill amount but no services at all. poor poor network and poor services

                      I have my number ported from tata to vodafone thinking of better service, but now am regretting it every bit, Initially I had a 3G plan offer which only lasted for 4 months from porting in, and then they without my permission made it active with charges without my consent, nonthe less I made payments for first couple of months and then asked 3-4 times including personal visit to vodfone store to de-activate the same, which was never done and vodafone kept billing me 3G charges, One fine day one of vodafone telecallers called me for payments and she promised me to waive of Rs800 of my total outstanding of Rs.1800. So I made the payment and I have the bill and the same waiver is written at the back in pen. The same day my number got activated.[protected] soon to my disbelief my number got disconnected in 3 days, I again called up vodafone, 31st jan they told me that dont worry everything has been resolved the waiver was not updated it will be done you dont need to worry, smart enuf I even have a ticket raised for the same.. ticket number - [protected]. . My number again got activated, again 3 days later it again got disconnected Also got a mail from vodafone on 6th of feb that they have not received the Rs.800 I quicky responded to them, also called Shekhar Mahadik on [protected] or Ankush Deshmukh on [protected] they all said they will look into it als had marked the same on mails too I got a revert to raise the matter with avdhut rege, which I did, my phone again was re-instated, however avdhut rege didnt respond in 3 days, this time again my line got disconnected I called up Mr. Avadhut Rege on [protected] I didnt got any response from him, frustrated of the ordeal I went and made the payment on 12th of feb 2015 Now the worst face of vodafone, Now I have received a bill on 27th of feb (note bill date is 18th feb, just 7 days before due date)... which surprising has following charges Rs.150 x 4 for reconnection charges in same month = Rs600 + Rs100 late payment fees. Whats more vodafone is taking tax waivers from government for what? Do they really deserve when poor farmers are commiting suicide Its really annoying. Now just left 7 days either I pay or again have Rs100 slapped on my face and further connection - reconnection issues???

                          No one ever came for my number verification from vodafone and my number gets disconnected every day.
                          I called the Appelate office and they ensured it wont happen, but no result.
                          The vodafone team gives different answers and assures that the problem wont be there.

                            This is to inform you that i have a Poor / unprofessional experience with Employee at Vodafone store . On 2nd Feb 2015 - I went to Vodafone store to get a New Nano Sim . I gave my Identification required for new sim With photograph . yesterday on 12th Feb i got a message from Vodafone that they have not received documents from my side . I again went to vodafone store yesterday and an employee told me that employee Mr Vikas Has not sumbitted the documents that i gave him on 2nd feb. My mobile number [protected] was disconnected from 12th Feb evening and is disconnected till now . It was Really Disappointed experience from vodafone . on the other hand Mr Vikas Took double amount from me than as prescribed by company . Ispite of charging double amount Mr vikas did not forwarded the documents to the company. All my Business calls were Missed just because of Mistake by Employee .                               Hi, Area: Kharar, Punjab (Jhungian Road, Near Aman City) I recently shifted to a new area where the network range is just worst. I have complained about the bad network coverage to Vodafone for which the complaint number [protected] was generated. After the complaint, I received 2 calls from the Vodafone customer care in which they wanted to confirm if my complaint has been resolved, to which I replied and made it clear that it has NOT been resolved and the signal is as worst as it was before. Since then I received no call and update. It has been 20 days now and the signal is still worst. I have to go out of my flat on the road to receive/dial any call.                                 I got a call from [protected] saying from Kolkata on the 23rd February, 2015 and he told me that I have won Rs. 25 Lakh in KBC and gave me winner lottery number as well as to confirm another number [protected] of Akash Verma. I call up to Akash Verma for confirmation, he asks me to give bank a/c number for transferring the amount and told me to deposit Rs. 18, 000/- for registration fee. Next day I went to Punjab National Bank to deposit the above said amount to bank a/c number [protected] (Pintoo Prasad) at Siwan Branch. Right after deposit the amount again gave me a tel. no [protected] (Vikash) and cheque no.[protected]. Then I call up again to Vikash for the confirmation, he told me to sign the cheque I have give more amount Rs. 25, 000/- for sweet (mithai). I was confuse again to give more money, I requested to Akash Verma to transfer the amount right after I will deposit the amount for sweet. But he is not ready untill paid for the sweet. After that I told him, if you not ready to transfer the amount please return my deposited amount. He told me that if you want to get that money back you have to deposit another Rs. 5000/- for cancellation the lottery otherwise I won't get my deposit amount. Now I come to know they are fraud and cheater from Pakistan, I was so foolish. So, please do needful action to teach a lesson.

                                Fortunately I know little bengali language. These people doesn't know how to speak a single word of bengali language. 0092 code is from Pakistan only. They are cheating to innocent people of Indian. Please circular this message to all the Indian people for aware such fraud call. Thanks

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, Request your attention to the fact of matter that I am struggling to get the NOC/No due letter(settlement) from Vodafone India.I have made the payment. There is unwanted pressure that they are putting on me as a consumer despite of settling the payments with Vodafone such meaningless emails are being sent by the employees without looking into the said issue.
                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Especially when you are reloacted and want to retain the number and vodafone asks you to go back to teh parent town to switch - how ridiculous!!! i have seen and read many complaint listed here in this forum related to my complaint - but no idea as to have they been addressed? how do I know if this forum will help? pls guide.

                                      Sub:- Deduction of "Look @ it service" charges amount for 10 days rental of Rs. 30/- without my request or sending any message.
                                      On[protected].44 p.m. I have received a sms to my cell phone Vodafone No. [protected] that “ Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and 10 days rental of Rs. 30 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is Rs.2.605. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).”
                                      In fact I did not send any request or message for [protected]@ it service and I did not know about that service. But without my knowledge deducted an amount of Rs. 30 from mobile balance and sent message. Immediatly, I have contacted to 155223 requested for deactivation and refund my balance amount of Rs.30/- to my Vodafone No. [protected].
                                      On the same night at 11-08 p.m. I have received another sms to my cell phone Vodafone No. [protected] that “Hello! Your request dated 23-FEB-15 has been processed and the necessary service has been deactivated for yor Vodafone mobile number [protected].
                                      But till now my mobile rental amount of Rs. 30 is not refunded to my mobile, which was deducted from my Vodafone No. [protected], without my knowledge or my request.
                                      Hence, I request the deducted amount of Rs. 30/- may be refunded immediately to my mobile.

                                      In fact I did not send any request or message for this service and I did not know about that service.
                                      But without my knowledge deducted an amount of Rs. 10 from mobile balance and sent message.
                                      Immediately, I have contacted to 198 requested for deactivation and refund my balance amount of Rs.10/- to my Vodafone No. [protected].

                                      I well know the names of persons I talked to one senior was Mr. Sunil Kumar one is Ayush. Even I have the call recordings of all the conversations.
                                      Nobody helped & at last Ayush just stop responding by saying that balance will be refunded in 4 hours.
                                      After that when I called Vodafone for 3rd time about the inquiry they simply blocked my 198 helpline.

                                      I am a 7 years Old customer of Vodafone & really like the services but I think now they make a trend of deducting balance without any information.
                                      In fact I have 3 different sims of Voda of three different states in these 7 years + my knowns are also Voda users.

                                      But your behaviour Vodafone is really disheartninig this time.

                                      Looking forward for prompt reply on [protected]@gmail.com & want action should be taken against the Helpline persons for their rude response with least of help.
                                      Rs45 has been deducted without my permission on behalf of some thing service named look @ it n when I called customer care they r saying dat is not vodaphone service but after surfing abt that it comes to know its actually Vodafone service named as [protected]@it this is really ridiculous I need my money back any how

                                      hello am prabakaran, am using this numbr [protected]. today (1-5-15) morning i activat v2v 10 paise one day pack. first i gave wrong code*121*05# for dat but i didnt activate but 5 rs has been deducted from my account and 20 mb 2g net activated but i already had 400 mb 3g data it lost instant for dat...so i called the customer care peoples but she didnt giv currect answer she disconnected the call while talking i forget her name...again i called she is also not give respect to me her name is meena something...she connected my call to the another people he scold me...i am dipressed with vodafone...i am using two sim vodafone...but dis peoples made me dippresd on ur network...i feel to change the network...

                                      What is this [protected]@it Service subscribed automatically charges Rs 45 for 15 days, I STOP get confirmation of deactivation of service and LOL. After few days again automatically subscribed again I STOP get deactivation confirmation and after few days again subscribe and charges Rs 45 . But I am not complaining as I am giving money to beggars more then Rs 45 in 15 days.
