મારુ નામ યજ્ઞેશ માણેક છે. હું વોડાફોન નંબર નો યુઝર છુ ગુજરાત (ભારત), તા.૨૦/૦૨/૨૦૧૫ મારી દુકાન ના નામ ની કોલમી ટયુન મેળવવા માટે મેસેજ કાર્યો મારી જોયતી કોલમી ટયુન ના મળતા કપનીના આવેલા મેસેજ મુજબ CREATE NAME કરી પસંદગી ની કોલમી ટયુન મેળવવા માટે મેસેજ કાર્યો કપની એ મને ૫ કામના દિવસો માં કોલમી ટયુન સેટ કરી આપવાની વાત કરી ૭ દિવસ થવા છતાં જયારે કોલમી ટયુન ના મળી ત્યારે ૨૫/૦૨/૨૦૧૫ મેં વોડાફોન કેર માં વાત કરી પહેલી વાર મને વોડાફોન કેર ના અધિકારી વિશાલ.બી.બ્રહ્મભટ્ટ એ માહિતિ આપી કે આજે બપોરે ૧૨.૩૦ સુધી માં કોલમી ટયુન ચાલુ કરી દેવાશે કઈ ના થતા મેં ૪ વાગ્યે ને ત્યાર પછી ૩ થી ૪ વાર વોડાફોન કેર માં વાત કરી અંતે છેલ્લા કોલ માં મને કેહવામાં આવ્યું કે તમે ખોટો મેસેજ મોકલેલો છે ફરી થી મેસેજ કરો ને બીજા ૫ દિવસ રાહ જોવો, આ બાબતે મારો વિરોધ નોંધાવતા કંપની એ મારા નંબર પરથી વોડાફોને કેર અને ૧૯૮ હેલ્પ લાઈન બને પર કોલ જતા બંધ કરી દીધા, વોડાફોન કેર ની ફરિયાદ માટે જયારે મેં નંબર માંગ્યો તો અધિકારી એ મને ૯૮૨૫૦૦૦૪૦૧ બીદુ નાયર, નોડેલ ઓફીસર વોડાફોને નો નંબર આપ્યો જે સેવા માં નથી . મારો વોડાફોન નંબર ૯૦૬૭૭૨૨૨૨૪ છે

      Hi Team, Again I became a victim of cheating and poor customer service. Last month I had recharge twice of 27 due to miscommunication, but when i got to know I asked them for one 27 reversal, and they said it will be credited but it did not happened and then I have called 3-4 times and have received the same reply and immediately disconnected the call but did not get credited and instead blocked me to them again. Really very poor customer service these mobile service providers are now days providing. Sometimes they deduct the balance from the account and if we call them they says they have a certain limit and cannot be refunded the full amount even though they accept the error made from their end.       Thanks so much for resolving this issue quickly. The money may be very small, but customer should be a victim of such things. They promise to provide good service but still such things are happening to many customers. Hope this service providers will start learning of this. Thanks, Samir

        Dear Sir/Madam, I have a post paid connection of Vodafone mobile compnay i.e. [protected]. This connection was earlier pre-paid till April 2012. Then I have converted it into post plan for Punjab Mandi Board, Chandigarh as a corporate customer. This connection and bill was going fine till December 2014. From January onwards I have got Rs. 268 (99 + 99 + 70) as extra charges applying for activating some services on my mobile which I have not registered or called any body for this. I have registered a complaint regarding this on customer care and they refuse to help me on this issue. Then I called the sales person who converted this pre-paid plan to post-paid and he also stop entertaining my requests as well. And Today again I got the message for activating some services on my mobile, which I have not activated. I immediately called the customer care and they deactivated this service and told me that amount Rs. 77/- will be charged in your bill. Sir this is really a cheating case on me. I am frustrating with this kind of behaviour and charges both. Please help me in this regard. Should I go to Customer care or should I PORT my number to other network company.

          We was having Rs 499 Red plan then Requested to change to Rs 99 plan but was change to 899 because of that recieved bill of Rs 1100 when contacted customer care told us that write mail when mail send didnot got proper reply and again told that ur plan will be change to Rs 899 . We went to Gallery but telling that it was our mistake and now we cant do any thing write mail

            I Mahendra Gupta mobile [protected] inform you that 19feb 15 i complain no [protected] that in my mobile i not get any 3G signal, they reggister my complain aafter that 3day they not solve my problem.and also banned 198 number from my connection, there after from another vodafone connection i call them three times but they can't solve my problem, on23feb at10 am i recieve call fro m+[protected] frm vodacare .he talk with me very rudely and misbehave and disconect the call ..after that i call many tme to nodal officer kolkata circl but they not take my call., i allready record all convertion with that coustemer care om 23 Feb 2015 and i am going to giveve that convertion recording to consumer courts AND TRAI for taking action against vodafone.and that person who misbehaive with me

              Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I recharged Rs.222/- in my Vodafone prepaid mobile number [protected] on 13th February, 2015 from N.K. Gupta Pan Shop (Address:- 67B, Bondel Road, Kolkata - 700019, West Bengal, India). But still, I have not got any balance as of yet. I asked about the balance to the shopowner on 17th February, 2015, but by then he had already deleted the "recharge message". I think there is some problem with the Vodafone recharge system. Thus, please sort out the matter soon.

                I was using a Vodafone number [protected], had a lot complaints, wrong bill values and extra charges so I decided to drop the connection though I was using the network for 4 years. I didn't find single person to respond me properly. Inspite of repeated mails and calls no one reached me with a solution. Atlast one person came and collected Rs.955 from me and said we will change your post paid connection and provide your sim in prepaid, I too trusted him and agreed and paid. Funny thing is that I got a mail from Vodafone stating that I need to pay a balance of Rs.705. Do you guys cheat by Rs.250?? And when am trying to reach the person for prepaid connection he is not answering my calls and he is stating that he spoke in my alternate number which he never did. Is this is the way so called big branded service people respond and work like?? I have been hearing lot stories about vodafone services now days, it is proved that no other network provider can provide such a poor service like vodafone..

                  Hi, From Jan 31st, 2015 onwards, I am getting same message for multiple times. Ex: like I booked irctc ticket. This ticket information sms has come for 10 times. I thought issue from IRCTC. For this booking ticket I used net banking. Money deducted information also has come for 10 times. So I called to Vodafone complaint section, they send message in a particular format. I send as per their advice. After that got reply from them as that is not supposed format. This reply also for multiple times. For this, I received message like " Just now you have interacted with so and so person. I[censored] r are satisfied send Y..." for multiple times. Even at midnight also.Please do some thing.. Getting frustrated.I am not mentioning my number because to avoid unwanted calls. Vodafone contacted person is PremaKumari and sms came from 6789. Thanks.

                    I bought two corporate Vodafone connections [protected] and [protected]. Vodafone was charging for unasked services as GPRS. Even I wrote to Vodafone through mail for disconnecting these numbers from[protected]. Even I wrote to nodal and appellate authority more than 30 times but no one was responding me. I have ejected both sims from my mobile sets. They are harassing me.

                      With a lot of regret I would like to inform that Vodafone has charged me for internet usage on a huge rate when i changed my roaming plan. At no point of our converstion with the call centre was I informed that the internet pack will be deactivated.

                      After I recieved my bill I took up the call with there call centre and I was rightly informed that i was charged wrongly and that I would get a reversal of the amount.

                      Now when I call them they inform me this is not possible. After being a customer for 10yrs I feel cheated.

                          Hi, this is Ninad from mumbai. I am a vodafone prepaid customer since 3 years. yesterday i downloaded a game of just 49mb from the play store (clash of clans) and it took me exactly four hours to download it! :( now well, i know 2G is slow compared to 3G. but there's a limit. you don't even give us 10kbps download speed for 2G. 4 hours for just 49mb. it's too ridiculous! i am highly disappointed.

                            Hi, I had a CUG no. +91 [protected] which i used from the period May/June 2014 to July/Aug 2014. The sim was submitted for termination in the month of Aug/Sep 2014. However Vodafone continued to send the bills for months after deactivation of sim.The flaw was brought to their notice. The customer care confirmed that the sim was deactivated albeit late but had some residual misc amount to be paid (email dated 13 Dec 2014 and Interaction # [protected]). The residual amount was paid the very next day after the correspondence. Surprisingly Vodafone is continuing to send the bills with minimum amount charged for an active sim of a CUG connection, the latest being of Jan 2015. Its frustrating to keep on reminding the customer care that the sim was deactivated in the month of Aug/Sep and yet I have been forced to pay the rental for nothing. I request that i be spared the torture and issue be resolved at the earliest. Thank You.

                              Dear Sir, I got a phone call in the morning time between 09:05 to 09:21 for 5 times from [protected] and he told me that his name is Op Prakash Yadav from book my show, Mumbai. He told me that he will transfer the amount which is debited to these four tickets from my card and he asked card no and details. I blindly trust and gave the details. I got a message and Rs 1400/- has been debited from my account. Immediately, I tried to call to that no but it is not reachable condition. I tried a lot of times. I would like to know that person details to lodge a police complaint against that fellow. I am sending a mail to send the details of that person from Vodafone. You are kindly requested to forward his details please.                                 Vodafone allow third party websites to deduct the Talk time balance. They have serious security error in their network and letting third party websites deduct money in the name of downloading charges. The same issue happens with me twice in the last 2 months !

I had earlier complaint on 15-feb and it was told to me that the problem has to be solved out till 23-feb but there is no improvement in data speed till yet. [protected] 30/e North sealdah road kolkata mai ne vodafone store me two time apna document diya [protected] on karne ke liye aur tb v vodafone store mera connection on nhi kiya jo ki mera wo no pahle usi document me prepaid tha baad me postpaid huaa company name me after 6 month fir se mai prepaid me change ke liye vodafone ko sara document diya uske bawjud v vodafone store kahti hai ki aapki aadhar card sahi nhi hai iska mean pahle usi document pe vodafone ne sim issue kiya tha ab after 3 year wo document fake ho gya uske baad maine fir se new document diya jo bank passbook updated uske baad bhi 5days ho gye connection on nhi hua aur mujhe dout hai ki humara document lekr koi galt kaam to vodafone store wale nhi kr rhe hai so help me

                                        Dear Sir, This is in reference to my conversation with your complaint department (ref no [protected] Mr. Shakeel Ahmed) for my mobile number [protected]. I have been charged Rs. 297.12 as per internet usage charges on my mobile in the current bill dated 18/02/2015. Please give me one explanation that why should i pay any internet charges when I have not applied for the same. I have not send any confirmation sms or any sms to start internet, no call for the same have been done on 111 or 198 nor by any other mode have I applied or requested for internet service on my mobile, then why was the internet service activated without my confirmation or my permission. Why should I pay the charge for some service activated by VODAFONE without my consent or permission, for some data been downloaded by the mobile automatically? This was only possible because this service was initiated on my mobile without my consent or permission. Moreover the UNFRIENDLYNESS of your customer service agent was pathetic, why cant he lodge my complaint for the same, infact the TEAM LEADER on whom the call was transferred was even hesitant to come on the call as the call was kept in waiting for 18 minutes, then too i was not provided with a COMPLANIT which i requested repeatedly times. Where does "Happy to HELP" policy of VODAFONE company go this time... I want complete reversal of 297.12 been charged in my bill and complete stop of mobile service on my mobile number [protected] as I have not REQUESTED nor CONSENTED to any internet service on my mobile, nor was there any such call or msg for activation was send to me anytime. Please confirm about the reversal so that I can proceed with the bill payment accordingly. I do not mind the amount being reversed in the next bill also. Also note that your "Customer Complaint EXECUTIVE" was smart enough to tell me that if I dont pay the 297.12 my Mobile services shall be BARRED / DISCONTINUED, I shall make sure that this complaint been carried forward to respective TRAI & Nodal officer so that this attitude is immediately rectified.                                         Vodafone has serious security issues in their Network. Same thing happened to me twice and i am thinking to change my Network to Airtel or Idea
