Hi, Area: Kharar, Punjab (Jhungian Road, Near Aman City) I recently shifted to a new area where the network range is just worst. I have complained about the bad network coverage to Vodafone for which the complaint number [protected] was generated. After the complaint, I received 2 calls from the Vodafone customer care in which they wanted to confirm if my complaint has been resolved, to which I replied and made it clear that it has NOT been resolved and the signal is as worst as it was before. Since then I received no call and update. It has been 20 days now and the signal is still worst. I have to go out of my flat on the road to receive/dial any call. Lot frustrated from this poor customer service by Vodafone. Thanks, Birinder Singh [protected]

    I got a call from [protected] saying from Kolkata on the 23rd February, 2015 and he told me that I have won Rs. 25 Lakh in KBC and gave me winner lottery number as well as to confirm another number [protected] of Akash Verma. I call up to Akash Verma for confirmation, he asks me to give bank a/c number for transferring the amount and told me to deposit Rs. 18, 000/- for registration fee. Next day I went to Punjab National Bank to deposit the above said amount to bank a/c number [protected] (Pintoo Prasad) at Siwan Branch. Right after deposit the amount again gave me a tel. no [protected] (Vikash) and cheque no.[protected]. Then I call up again to Vikash for the confirmation, he told me to sign the cheque I have give more amount Rs. 25, 000/- for sweet (mithai). I was confuse again to give more money, I requested to Akash Verma to transfer the amount right after I will deposit the amount for sweet. But he is not ready untill paid for the sweet. After that I told him, if you not ready to transfer the amount please return my deposited amount. He told me that if you want to get that money back you have to deposit another Rs. 5000/- for cancellation the lottery otherwise I won't get my deposit amount. Now I come to know they are fraud and cheater from Pakistan, I was so foolish. So, please do needful action to teach a lesson.

    Fortunately I know little bengali language. These people doesn't know how to speak a single word of bengali language. 0092 code is from Pakistan only. They are cheating to innocent people of Indian. Please circular this message to all the Indian people for aware such fraud call. Thanks

      Dear Sir/Madam, Request your attention to the fact of matter that I am struggling to get the NOC/No due letter(settlement) from Vodafone India.I have made the payment. There is unwanted pressure that they are putting on me as a consumer despite of settling the payments with Vodafone such meaningless emails are being sent by the employees without looking into the said issue.

      Hello Sir, Despite of saying that they are doing a settlement of RS 1350 and no need to pay pending amount. Today I received another email from them that you have to pay the remaning amt as well. Please help me out with this

        Especially when you are reloacted and want to retain the number and vodafone asks you to go back to teh parent town to switch - how ridiculous!!! i have seen and read many complaint listed here in this forum related to my complaint - but no idea as to have they been addressed? how do I know if this forum will help? pls guide.

          Sub:- Deduction of "Look @ it service" charges amount for 10 days rental of Rs. 30/- without my request or sending any message.
          On[protected].44 p.m. I have received a sms to my cell phone Vodafone No. [protected] that “ Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and 10 days rental of Rs. 30 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is Rs.2.605. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).”
          In fact I did not send any request or message for [protected]@ it service and I did not know about that service. But without my knowledge deducted an amount of Rs. 30 from mobile balance and sent message. Immediatly, I have contacted to 155223 requested for deactivation and refund my balance amount of Rs.30/- to my Vodafone No. [protected].
          On the same night at 11-08 p.m. I have received another sms to my cell phone Vodafone No. [protected] that “Hello! Your request dated 23-FEB-15 has been processed and the necessary service has been deactivated for yor Vodafone mobile number [protected].
          But till now my mobile rental amount of Rs. 30 is not refunded to my mobile, which was deducted from my Vodafone No. [protected], without my knowledge or my request.
          Hence, I request the deducted amount of Rs. 30/- may be refunded immediately to my mobile.

          Sub:- Deduction of "Gaana khajana service" charges amount Rs. 10/- without my request or sending any message.

          On[protected].44 a.m. I have received a sms to my cell phone Vodafone No. [protected] that “
          Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and rental of Rs. 10 has been deducted.
          Your current balance post service activation is Rs.9.538. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).”

          In fact I did not send any request or message for this service and I did not know about that service.
          But without my knowledge deducted an amount of Rs. 10 from mobile balance and sent message.
          Immediately, I have contacted to 198 requested for deactivation and refund my balance amount of Rs.10/- to my Vodafone No. [protected].

          I well know the names of persons I talked to one senior was Mr. Sunil Kumar one is Ayush. Even I have the call recordings of all the conversations.
          Nobody helped & at last Ayush just stop responding by saying that balance will be refunded in 4 hours.
          After that when I called Vodafone for 3rd time about the inquiry they simply blocked my 198 helpline.

          I am a 7 years Old customer of Vodafone & really like the services but I think now they make a trend of deducting balance without any information.
          In fact I have 3 different sims of Voda of three different states in these 7 years + my knowns are also Voda users.

          But your behaviour Vodafone is really disheartninig this time.

          Looking forward for prompt reply on [protected]@gmail.com & want action should be taken against the Helpline persons for their rude response with least of help.
          Rs45 has been deducted without my permission on behalf of some thing service named look @ it n when I called customer care they r saying dat is not vodaphone service but after surfing abt that it comes to know its actually Vodafone service named as [protected]@it this is really ridiculous I need my money back any how

          hello am prabakaran, am using this numbr [protected]. today (1-5-15) morning i activat v2v 10 paise one day pack. first i gave wrong code*121*05# for dat but i didnt activate but 5 rs has been deducted from my account and 20 mb 2g net activated but i already had 400 mb 3g data it lost instant for dat...so i called the customer care peoples but she didnt giv currect answer she disconnected the call while talking i forget her name...again i called she is also not give respect to me her name is meena something...she connected my call to the another people he scold me...i am dipressed with vodafone...i am using two sim vodafone...but dis peoples made me dippresd on ur network...i feel to change the network...
          What is this [protected]@it Service subscribed automatically charges Rs 45 for 15 days, I STOP get confirmation of deactivation of service and LOL. After few days again automatically subscribed again I STOP get deactivation confirmation and after few days again subscribe and charges Rs 45 . But I am not complaining as I am giving money to beggars more then Rs 45 in 15 days.

          When I recharged full talk time..only that time deduction my money.
          Same thing is happened with me. Immediately I requested for deactivating, but I don't know why it has happened. Its really pathetic.

              Hello People, Date: 26th Feb 2015. Bangalore, India Please never ever go for VODAFONE . They are big cheaters, They do not have adequate signal. I had a 3g POST paid connection, where i used to pay monthly bill of 1000 rupees without fail, I had this connection as a backup . When I tried using it regularly I was shocked to see that the signal was hopeless, never used to get connected at all. When i raised the complaint they pointed me to uninstall software and reinstall, try on different machines, they also tried to reset my account at the backend twice, but none of them solved the problems. They do not have enough confidence in solving technical problems, all they do is trail and errors. I raised my complaint in the month of march 2014 and now it is Feb 26th 2015, and my problems are still present, I raised a cancellation, even now have never sent me any kind of acknowledgement for this. The issue lies with vodafone for several months and they do not bother to solve your problems . They are just bothered about bill payments. My sincere advice and request to people is that, do not encourage your family, friends and your peers to use Vodafone ever. Dont waste your time and hard earned money to such pathetic Providers.                 Hi I am Pankaj Singhal, My Vodafone No. is [protected], I am constantly been charged for some downloads which I never made from three months. I refer to the current bill of February no .[protected] dated 18/02/2015, where Vodafone has made levy of an amount of Rs. 283 as usage charges. Out of this amount of Rs. 283, Rs. 273 were charged for downloads which I have never made. The breakup of Rs. 273 is as follow: Downloads Amount(Rs.) d2C_ndtv_valuepack_99 99 d2C_mobilart_75 75 d2C_mazza_99 99 These are the very Bad tactics to mint money from customers.

                Are you using UCBROWSER for browsing? This idiotic browser is displaying nonsense ads in their browsers and bcos of them, we clicking it unknowingly and it is charged for such packs. Do not use UCbrowser. avoid unwanted ads. Mostly porn sites display such crap ads. Be careful while using these sites.

                  મારુ નામ યજ્ઞેશ માણેક છે. હું વોડાફોન નંબર નો યુઝર છુ ગુજરાત (ભારત), તા.૨૦/૦૨/૨૦૧૫ મારી દુકાન ના નામ ની કોલમી ટયુન મેળવવા માટે મેસેજ કાર્યો મારી જોયતી કોલમી ટયુન ના મળતા કપનીના આવેલા મેસેજ મુજબ CREATE NAME કરી પસંદગી ની કોલમી ટયુન મેળવવા માટે મેસેજ કાર્યો કપની એ મને ૫ કામના દિવસો માં કોલમી ટયુન સેટ કરી આપવાની વાત કરી ૭ દિવસ થવા છતાં જયારે કોલમી ટયુન ના મળી ત્યારે ૨૫/૦૨/૨૦૧૫ મેં વોડાફોન કેર માં વાત કરી પહેલી વાર મને વોડાફોન કેર ના અધિકારી વિશાલ.બી.બ્રહ્મભટ્ટ એ માહિતિ આપી કે આજે બપોરે ૧૨.૩૦ સુધી માં કોલમી ટયુન ચાલુ કરી દેવાશે કઈ ના થતા મેં ૪ વાગ્યે ને ત્યાર પછી ૩ થી ૪ વાર વોડાફોન કેર માં વાત કરી અંતે છેલ્લા કોલ માં મને કેહવામાં આવ્યું કે તમે ખોટો મેસેજ મોકલેલો છે ફરી થી મેસેજ કરો ને બીજા ૫ દિવસ રાહ જોવો, આ બાબતે મારો વિરોધ નોંધાવતા કંપની એ મારા નંબર પરથી વોડાફોને કેર અને ૧૯૮ હેલ્પ લાઈન બને પર કોલ જતા બંધ કરી દીધા, વોડાફોન કેર ની ફરિયાદ માટે જયારે મેં નંબર માંગ્યો તો અધિકારી એ મને ૯૮૨૫૦૦૦૪૦૧ બીદુ નાયર, નોડેલ ઓફીસર વોડાફોને નો નંબર આપ્યો જે સેવા માં નથી . મારો વોડાફોન નંબર ૯૦૬૭૭૨૨૨૨૪ છે

                      Hi Team, Again I became a victim of cheating and poor customer service. Last month I had recharge twice of 27 due to miscommunication, but when i got to know I asked them for one 27 reversal, and they said it will be credited but it did not happened and then I have called 3-4 times and have received the same reply and immediately disconnected the call but did not get credited and instead blocked me to them again. Really very poor customer service these mobile service providers are now days providing. Sometimes they deduct the balance from the account and if we call them they says they have a certain limit and cannot be refunded the full amount even though they accept the error made from their end.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I have a post paid connection of Vodafone mobile compnay i.e. [protected]. This connection was earlier pre-paid till April 2012. Then I have converted it into post plan for Punjab Mandi Board, Chandigarh as a corporate customer. This connection and bill was going fine till December 2014. From January onwards I have got Rs. 268 (99 + 99 + 70) as extra charges applying for activating some services on my mobile which I have not registered or called any body for this. I have registered a complaint regarding this on customer care and they refuse to help me on this issue. Then I called the sales person who converted this pre-paid plan to post-paid and he also stop entertaining my requests as well. And Today again I got the message for activating some services on my mobile, which I have not activated. I immediately called the customer care and they deactivated this service and told me that amount Rs. 77/- will be charged in your bill. Sir this is really a cheating case on me. I am frustrating with this kind of behaviour and charges both. Please help me in this regard. Should I go to Customer care or should I PORT my number to other network company.

                          We was having Rs 499 Red plan then Requested to change to Rs 99 plan but was change to 899 because of that recieved bill of Rs 1100 when contacted customer care told us that write mail when mail send didnot got proper reply and again told that ur plan will be change to Rs 899 .                               Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I recharged Rs.222/- in my Vodafone prepaid mobile number [protected] on 13th February, 2015 from N.K. Gupta Pan Shop (Address:- 67B, Bondel Road, Kolkata - 700019, West Bengal, India). But still, I have not got any balance as of yet. I asked about the balance to the shopowner on 17th February, 2015, but by then he had already deleted the "recharge message". I think there is some problem with the Vodafone recharge system. Thus, please sort out the matter soon.

                                I was using a Vodafone number [protected], had a lot complaints, wrong bill values and extra charges so I decided to drop the connection though I was using the network for 4 years. I didn't find single person to respond me properly. Inspite of repeated mails and calls no one reached me with a solution. Atlast one person came and collected Rs.955 from me and said we will change your post paid connection and provide your sim in prepaid, I too trusted him and agreed and paid. Funny thing is that I got a mail from Vodafone stating that I need to pay a balance of Rs.705. Do you guys cheat by Rs.250?? And when am trying to reach the person for prepaid connection he is not answering my calls and he is stating that he spoke in my alternate number which he never did. Is this is the way so called big branded service people respond and work like?? I have been hearing lot stories about vodafone services now days, it is proved that no other network provider can provide such a poor service like vodafone..

                                  Hi, From Jan 31st, 2015 onwards, I am getting same message for multiple times. Ex: like I booked irctc ticket. This ticket information sms has come for 10 times. I thought issue from IRCTC. For this booking ticket I used net banking. Money deducted information also has come for 10 times. So I called to Vodafone complaint section, they send message in a particular format. I send as per their advice. After that got reply from them as that is not supposed format. This reply also for multiple times. For this, I received message like " Just now you have interacted with so and so person. I[censored] r are satisfied send Y..." for multiple times. Even at midnight also.Please do some thing.. Getting frustrated.I am not mentioning my number because to avoid unwanted calls. Vodafone contacted person is PremaKumari and sms came from 6789. Thanks.

                                    I bought two corporate Vodafone connections [protected] and [protected]. Vodafone was charging for unasked services as GPRS. Even I wrote to Vodafone through mail for disconnecting these numbers from[protected]. Even I wrote to nodal and appellate authority more than 30 times but no one was responding me. I have ejected both sims from my mobile sets. They are harassing me.

                                      With a lot of regret I would like to inform that Vodafone has charged me for internet usage on a huge rate when i changed my roaming plan. At no point of our converstion with the call centre was I informed that the internet pack will be deactivated.

                                      After I recieved my bill I took up the call with there call centre and I was rightly informed that i was charged wrongly and that I would get a reversal of the amount.

                                      Now when I call them they inform me this is not possible. After being a customer for 10yrs I feel cheated.

                                        hi I am a Vodafone post paid customer and use this no ([protected]) For last 5years, Last month I changed my plan post-paid to pre-paid and I got a Sim due to my urgent work i shifted in abu dhabi, I conduct my Vodafone office Coimbatore 100ft. by phone Mr. Karthikeyan he told that he is not possible. I want to activate the same no in pre-paid for my net transaction. Sim Detail: PREPAID [protected] [protected] Please help on this as early.
