Unnecessary charges and deactivation not done from last month

Regarding 3G Data of vodafone company.

On 8th Feb i have activated 1GB of 3G Data. After 2 days they have reduced it to 0 without my knowledge.. i have not used that 3G Data.. Fraud Bill Providing

Cheating by Vodafone/ Incorrect balance deduction

Roaming deductions in home circle.

Its been 6 months since vodafone is deduction talk value on incoming and outgoing calls. Even if i have free minutes or night minutes or cheaper call rate plans activated, deductions are still going as it is. On customer calls they say they will tranfer the call to their senior and then they keep you on hold and then disconnect the call. furtunately if you get a chance to talk to seniors they have no answer to it.
