My vodafone connection is postpaid & in corporate plan. my last (FEB) bill Vodafone wrongly charges of Rs.396/- for download of ntdv or many sites. which I have never used or downloaded and this is continue every month I was using Vodafone connection last 1 year.     I have purchase a Microsoft lumia 535 in which vodafone ([protected]) is giving 500mb/month for 2 months.But that offer never activated even after 4 days.when I call to customer care of vodafone they everyday say "it'll activated in 24hrs" & from now whenver i call them they cut my phone.Worst service.

      Hi, I have been issued a postpaid Vodafone no. in August 2014 by a telemarketing operator against a security amount of Rs. 250 with a condition that i can hand back the no. to Vodafone if I wouldn't like the no. And I really didn't like the no. and i returned the same no. along with the Vodafone sim to Vodafone executive @ Vodafone Belvedere Tower Vodafone outlet and also put my consent over email for the deactivation of the no within one week or 10 days of of issuing the no. As i really dont know that if I would get a recepit of returning the no. to Vodafone the Vodafone executive said " sir ye deactivate ho jaiga no need to have a receipt" . But now in feb 2015 they have generated the bill and asking me to pay the amount for the same and also the no. didn't deactivated yet. my questions are - * Why there is my liablity to pay when their executive didn'y completed her job for the deactivation of the sim ? *Why I have to pay when I have not used that no. not even a single call or sms from that no. ? * Why I have not been acknowledge when the bill is generated for the first month ? *And what about the security amount which i paid as in returned the sim to them within 10 days of issuing ? When Asking to waive the charges and deactivating the sim the are saying we will not waive the charges forfiet your securuty amount and also the sim will converted into zero rentak plan.         Dear Sir, I am Rajiv Patel from Vadodara, Gujarat. I am using your network service on my Blackberry Phone as my company Best IT World Pvt Ltd ( IBall ) is using your Corporate Sim Service. I am having troubles with your network service since 3 months after I have shifted to my new house on Vasna Bhayli Road. There is no network for Vodafone in our area. I had registered my complaint at Vodafone customer care office before two months. My complaint number is 9021180. There has been no response from your end since then. I request an appropriate answer to my complaint as network issues haven't been resolved till date even after registering the complaint. Customer care executive had promised me to resolve issue within 7 working days. Its been two months and more but haven't seen any action on my complaint. I miss many important calls every day and loose business due to poor network service. I demand an explanation for the poor service. Requesting your kind assistance to the earliest. Rajiv Patel.           HiSir, I would like to draw you attention that i am user for Vodaphone since last 8years. I frequently get incorrect informantion that bills are received by me & signed by me. I never ever received the bill. That never impacted me. I got call that my bill is around1100/--however i am using corporate plan_399_ which is enough. I was informed incorrect data usage, when asked the rep to connect this call to Supervisor. He disconnected the call & this is happening since last 5times. Then i was informed sup are not available to address customers concern. I would like to let you that incorrect billing for data usage is there which is approx465/- as per your rep. I am not going to pay. I would be paying normal bills. Other wise i would be disconnecting all my vodaphone-[protected] connection immediately in case this waver is not given to me . Just for yoyr attention your customer service is pathetic & IVR never gets connects to human voice.

            Vodafone barred my GPRS data on 12-Feb-15, on account that my unbilled amount went more than my credit limit. This without any pro-active call on the usage. Since then I have called vodafone at least 5 times and paid 8500. I was given time line of 4 hours on 14-Feb-15 (Serv REquest no shared over call :[protected]. Nothing happpened I called them again on 16-Feb-15, and was given time line of 24 hrs (lost serv. Req number as again the same was given over call and not as auto txt msg) this is highly irritating. First these guys barred GPRS of no reason as I have auto debit facility for payments activated and they have been getting all the payments since 5 yrs on time every time and unbilled amount has no relation with the actual dues as the plan and packages availed by me dont reflect in unbilled amount. Still I paid them more than which was due assuming the same would get adjusted in future bills and wanted to get this resolved at the earliest. Since I have paid payment, there is no call/txt from the vodafone side. They barred the GPRS data facility without any intimation and dont bother to take any action even after repeated calls.             I received a call, only call and the issues is not resolved yet. The guy asked me how I have made payments, when he could see credit balance of 8, 500. I couldnt understand the reason, and suddenly he disconnected the call. This is highly unprofessional to me, having paid 5 days back, still waiting for the service to get activated. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic attitude by Vodafone.

            Attached are the receipts of my payments though. If not resolved this in 24 hrs., I am going to Consumer Court

              I am a vodafone customer for past 3 years now and I have been having data network issues at my current location for last one year. I have also put a complaint in the past few months back regarding this issue but there was no resolution, instead the complaint got closed without my consent. Kindly look into it ASAP otherwise I will have to switch the network provider.

                My number is [protected]. I have been charged 405.00/- RS for internet calling or some internet charges, wherein I have not used that.

                I have 2g 1gb package activated on my plan. Apart from that I never use it. If you check my all previous records I have never crossed the data package as I have wifi conneection at my residence & office.

                Request you to kindly check for the same.

                Also I have been charged 50.00 rs as late payment charge for [protected] & [protected]. I had deposited the cheque in your vashi drop box on 18th of Feb. Then also why have I been charged the late payment fee. If there is a delay from your end in collecting the cheque why am I been penalized. If this is not going to be sorted I plan to port out to some other network with all my numbers.

                After which I recvd an email stating the late payment fee is waived off but internet charges vant be waived off as it shows in their system that I have used it ... I have received the itemised bill which says the charges are between 2nd till 7th feb & after that theere is no charges. How come this works ... My billing cycle is the 1st of every month & on 19th feb I have received a sms from Vodafone stating that I have used 200.00 MB of data.

                In the middle of March, 2015 (before March 18, 2015), I personally went to the office of Vodafone in Navi Mumbai, near Vashi railway station.

                I spoke to a person (DIMPLE), to put both my phones on hold for six months. I am a non resident Indian, and SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD COST ME RS.50 PER MONTH ON EACH OF THE PHONE. SHE CHECKED THE REMAINING CREDIT ON BOTH PHONES AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD ENOUGH OF THE CREDIT BALANCE ON BOTH NUMBERS. NOT TO WORRY.

                ON 18TH OF MARCH I LEFT INDIA TO COME BACO MY HOME IN SEATTLE, USA. I REACHED USA ON THE SAME DAY, BECAUSE OF THE 12+ HOURS TIME DIFFERENCE. THE SAME DAY I TOOK OUT MY SIM CARDS FROM BOTH THE PHONES AND STORED THEM AWAY WITH MY PASSPORTS, TO BE USED WHILE I AM BACK IN INDIA.

                WHY AM I BEING BILLED FOR THE PHONES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED? WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CREDIT BALANCE?

                DO YOU HAVE SOME EMPLOYEE, OFFICER OR OR OTHER PERSON(S), WHO MIGHT BE PILFERING FROM THE CREDIT BALANCES OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? ARE YOUR COMPUTERS TO BE BLAMED FOR THESE ERRORS/

                PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY ACCOUNTS.

                  I started getting charged for Itemized bill and voice mail service on the mobile phone. I called customer service and asked for deactivation in Dec 2014. This came up again in the Jan bill. Called again and asked for this to be deactivated. This has come up again in the Feb bill. This has been an extremely frustrating experience needing to call customer services each month on seeing the billing statement

                    My Vodafone Postpaid connection has been barred of out going calls, the reason for that they has said is Address Verification Negative;. I didnt receive any calls, no one came to my residence and none came to my office address as well. I have raised the request thrice and every time address verification is negative; without even being verified. Thank you Vodafone your are providing a excellent pseudo customer service, I felt you guys had an excellent network coverage but this is really pissing me off. I have no intention to put my complaint here, but my out going is barred and you guys have a very good customer service; who care very little about customer and what is their issue. Is your customer service policy like, get the customer, give him the bill and only ask him when he doesnt pay the bill; whatever happens to the customers connection in between is not your problem.                       I have been using Vodafone 3g services from some time now. At the beginning the downloading speed was very good. But over the time it's becoming poorer and poorer. It gets damn slow and downloading a 5 mb file takes more than 4-5 minutes.Downloading a big file is worse. The speed is so inconsistent. It starts pretty well around 300Kbps but after half the file is downloaded the speed drops below 100kbps. Please improve your speed. Be consistent.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email to you after facing unethical behaviour and getting unprofessional response from a company called Vodafone both from customer care and nodal officer. Reference to Relationship Number: 1.26875694. Hope Vodafone will read my email carefully before responding. This is with reference to a message I received on 8th Jan 2015 around 1200 noon stated that my mobile internet package limit of 1GB has been exhausted. I was shocked to see this message as I do not think, I have used this much data. I never used more than 700MB data in previous months. I reported this to Vodafone customer care and they told me that at times data usage happened in the background which is not visible. This is a very strange response I received from customer care. This kind of background usage never happened before. Later Vodafone customer care and nodal office stated they will waive 25% changes of extra usage. All this is strange that I need to pay the money for the service which I never used because Vodafone is forcing me to pay. I paid the complete amount to avoid late payment fee as Vodafone complaint cell was not listening to me. This unethical practice of Vodafone gone to next level when on 29th Jan 2015 I got a message stated that my 3G service has been activated. Please note that this activation was done without my consent. I immediately sent an email to Vodafone customer service and ask them to stop this immediately. On 9th Feb 2015 I gave a call to your customer service and spoke to Mr. Suraj. I request him to confirm me the services activated on my number and he confirmed that there is a 3G service activated on my number with the rental of Rs 299. Later when I called 1909 to file compliant about this unethical practice by Vodafone, the executive confirmed me that the package got activated on my account without my consent or even informing me before activation. Vodafone has crossed every limit o[censored]nprofessionalism and started cheating customer to earn money. Hope this will reach to Vodafone and they will take corrective actions. Thanks Manisha

                          I took two vodafone postpaid corporate sims one with a plan of 275 rs per month and the other with 375 rs per month but i was getting very high payment bills on the sim with plan 375 rs. So after 2 months i told vodafone costomer care to block my number with 375 rs plan and continue to call them till 1 month for around 70-80 times but they did'nt take any legal action and just make me fool and regularly charges me per month for that sim even when i was not using that sim. At last they create a final bill of 2097 rs and now they want me to pay that amount which is not made by me and when they failed to do that they disconnected my outgoing services of my second permanent number with 275 rs plan yesterday. So please do the needful as they are cheating we me. I am using vodafone network from last 4 years but now i really hate vodafone they are just cheaters and fraud.

                            Plz don't use vodafone company.. it is dam fake company. There are some pop up was spreading in internet may be only for the vodafone's customers. Which cuts your balance rs 90/- automatically without your permission. And there is no chance to refund any type of balance. These cases happened with 400 customer per day. If you want to check, you can search on Vodafone consumer forum. Plz forward these masg as many people as you can. Thanks for the help.

                              Vodafone has deliberately deactivated my number [protected] even after making a request to activate the number.I was porting to airtel and this looks a delibrate ploy to harass a customer. Please take stern action against vodafone for harassing a consumer.Time now is 12:29 AM on 2/21/2015 and my number has been deactivated, for making any important/emergency calls to mu Kin should i go to a vodafone store?

                                Hello, I have been using vodafone since 2009 and suddenly since 8-9 months I am facing network problems and malpractice of billing on my vodafone number [protected]. 20th of every month is my billing date and usually as per computation, I use upto Rs 3000 of calls/sms/3G. But before and after 20th, the bill shows more than my credit limit, (i.e- 9000). I have seen more than online bill of Rs.13, 400 when i dial *111*1*1# or call on 111 or chat online with vodafone executive. They have no answers about the usage. They use to answer, on 20th, you will be getting the bill summary in detail, there you can check the usage. But whenever the bill date arrives, the bill comes down to the real amount i.e- 2000/3000). I have already complained about the problem to TRAI and they failed to sort it out. Today is 20/02/2015, I checked my bill, it was Rs. 2268.90 and unbilled amount was Rs 74. After That, I visited their website and paid an amount of Rs.2600, because I have opted for portability to airtel and Airtel exe told me to pay some extra money in advance to avoid outstanding amount as the process will take 4-7 days. After paying the bill, it was showing Rs -331 as current bill and Rs 80 as outstanding. then again after 5 minutes I checked my vodafone bill, it was 110 and then after half an hour it was 120. I don't know, how they are billing me as I use wifi at home and office and while driving, I don't use phone. Also, I took a screenshot of my call summary (phone) and the bill usage that is showing in their website of my vodafone. I need to port out of vodafone ASAP. Also, if there is any law against the malpractice, let me know, so I can sue them with proper evidence about mental harrasment of showing bills more than actual.                                   My name is Sneh lata Gupta. I have paid my full amount of bill but my outgoing calls are not been started. I had contacted customer care more than 4-5 times but they didn't resolve my problem. This Company is really poor. They didn't care about there customers. They only think about making money from there customers.

                                    I have been charged an amount of Rs.1, 300/- towards Internet Charges saying that I have crossed my limit by 300 MB (I have a 1 GB internet pack).It came as a big shock to me because when I had received the message on31/1/2015 that I have crossed 60% of my internet pack, . I am told I dont have one. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer of 9 years. I was told to raise a compliant request but my request got i dint get any responce to me. I finally went to a Vodafone store and they promised to help but they said i have to pay Rs.1 300/- towards Internet Charges. The worst thing in all this is that Vodafone has a top up for 1 GB for just Rs.150/-. Dont these people know that if I had really used my Internet Charges beyond 1.5 GB, I would have simply taken a top up for paid just Rs.150/- instead of Rs.1300/-? The problem is they dont want to listen to a customer at all. They think they can get their way around the way they want. Nobody will sue them for Rs.1300/- so go ahead and trouble the customer. Its the most lousiest experience I have had ever. Now I dont know what to do as I feel like I have been cheated by Vodafone by charging me Rs.1 300/- extra.                                       Hi My name is Neeraj Kumar Singh, I have given a request to port out both my number [protected] and [protected]. Instead of porting out they have deactivated my number [protected]. I had to call up customer care time and again but was of no use. Is this a new technique by vodafone from stopping customer to migrate to other service provider. To prevent us to port out to Airtel, Vodafone deactivated my number. When I told customer care to activate it, they showed me Vodafone store. Without any fault I have to run behind them.
