Hi, this is Ninad from mumbai. I am a vodafone prepaid customer since 3 years. yesterday i downloaded a game of just 49mb from the play store (clash of clans) and it took me exactly four hours to download it! :( now well, i know 2G is slow compared to 3G. but there's a limit. you don't even give us 10kbps download speed for 2G. 4 hours for just 49mb. it's too ridiculous! i am highly disappointed.

    Hi, I had a CUG no. +91 [protected] which i used from the period May/June 2014 to July/Aug 2014. The sim was submitted for termination in the month of Aug/Sep 2014. However Vodafone continued to send the bills for months after deactivation of sim.The flaw was brought to their notice. The customer care confirmed that the sim was deactivated albeit late but had some residual misc amount to be paid (email dated 13 Dec 2014 and Interaction # [protected]). The residual amount was paid the very next day after the correspondence. Surprisingly Vodafone is continuing to send the bills with minimum amount charged for an active sim of a CUG connection, the latest being of Jan 2015. Its frustrating to keep on reminding the customer care that the sim was deactivated in the month of Aug/Sep and yet I have been forced to pay the rental for nothing. I request that i be spared the torture and issue be resolved at the earliest. Thank You.

      Dear Sir, I got a phone call in the morning time between 09:05 to 09:21 for 5 times from [protected] and he told me that his name is Op Prakash Yadav from book my show, Mumbai. He told me that he will transfer the amount which is debited to these four tickets from my card and he asked card no and details. I blindly trust and gave the details. I got a message and Rs 1400/- has been debited from my account. Immediately, I tried to call to that no but it is not reachable condition. I tried a lot of times. I would like to know that person details to lodge a police complaint against that fellow. I am sending a mail to send the details of that person from Vodafone. You are kindly requested to forward his details please.         Vodafone allow third party websites to deduct the Talk time balance. They have serious security error in their network and letting third party websites deduct money in the name of downloading charges. The same issue happens with me twice in the last 2 months !

            My name is Vikendra Singh and my vodafone no is -[protected]. I had earlier complaint on 15-feb and it was told to me that the problem has to be solved out till 23-feb but there is no improvement in data speed till yet. My locality is H-555, Krishna Gali, Aali Vihar, Sarita Vihar-110076.Two weeks ago everything was fine but now my data speed is very slow.Please do needful.

[protected] 30/e North sealdah road kolkata mai ne vodafone store me two time apna document diya [protected] on karne ke liye aur tb v vodafone store mera connection on nhi kiya jo ki mera wo no pahle usi document me prepaid tha baad me postpaid huaa company name me after 6 month fir se mai prepaid me change ke liye vodafone ko sara document diya uske bawjud v vodafone store kahti hai ki aapki aadhar card sahi nhi hai iska mean pahle usi document pe vodafone ne sim issue kiya tha ab after 3 year wo document fake ho gya uske baad maine fir se new document diya jo bank passbook updated uske baad bhi 5days ho gye connection on nhi hua aur mujhe dout hai ki humara document lekr koi galt kaam to vodafone store wale nhi kr rhe hai so help me

                Dear Sir, This is in reference to my conversation with your complaint department (ref no [protected] Mr. Shakeel Ahmed) for my mobile number [protected]. I have been charged Rs. 297.12 as per internet usage charges on my mobile in the current bill dated 18/02/2015. Please give me one explanation that why should i pay any internet charges when I have not applied for the same. I have not send any confirmation sms or any sms to start internet, no call for the same have been done on 111 or 198 nor by any other mode have I applied or requested for internet service on my mobile, then why was the internet service activated without my confirmation or my permission. Why should I pay the charge for some service activated by VODAFONE without my consent or permission, for some data been downloaded by the mobile automatically? This was only possible because this service was initiated on my mobile without my consent or permission. Moreover the UNFRIENDLYNESS of your customer service agent was pathetic, why cant he lodge my complaint for the same, infact the TEAM LEADER on whom the call was transferred was even hesitant to come on the call as the call was kept in waiting for 18 minutes, then too i was not provided with a COMPLANIT which i requested repeatedly times. Where does "Happy to HELP" policy of VODAFONE company go this time... I want complete reversal of 297.12 been charged in my bill and complete stop of mobile service on my mobile number [protected] as I have not REQUESTED nor CONSENTED to any internet service on my mobile, nor was there any such call or msg for activation was send to me anytime. Please confirm about the reversal so that I can proceed with the bill payment accordingly. I do not mind the amount being reversed in the next bill also. Also note that your "Customer Complaint EXECUTIVE" was smart enough to tell me that if I dont pay the 297.12 my Mobile services shall be BARRED / DISCONTINUED, I shall make sure that this complaint been carried forward to respective TRAI & Nodal officer so that this attitude is immediately rectified.                     Hi Team, I have been inappropriately charged by VODAFONE for few months now wrt my data usage.I have been telling them to disconnect the same as I have travelled out of country for a long term.I have instructed the customer care from then to disconnect the data plan and just keep the activation on wth 99Rs plan.However i see them charging me with 125 Rs every month for the same and i have been mailing the corporate and vodafone care almost everymonth stating the same.I have now received a legal notice stating to pay my bill immediately and i also see they have again put data usage amount of 125 RS in this month's bill as well.Despite of telling them time and again to discontinue the same. I am feelin extremely harrassed satying away from my country and they are not helping me with it.I am with this connection for over 4 yrs and this is a corporate connection.I am extrmely dissatisifed with the same.Please do help me in resolving this as i am tired of telling VODAFONE of helping me but it falls in no ears.                         Vodafone India - Unnecessarily charged 6528 rupees for 3G data Dear Sir/madam, I, Vijyant Kumar using phone number [protected] since 2009 without any problem but in the month of August 2014, I received a call from Vodafone customer service that they want to give me free service of 3GInternet of 2GB data but I refused because I m very happy with airtel connection of another number even they again requested me to have this free facility and told me that it will automatically be stopped working after this free offer but unfortunately I was being cheated and harassed by your customer service representative because neither it was free nor it has been stopped. My problem is- Due to false bill of Internet i did not pay bill and i have also send the mail regarding this. I am raising concern on every month regarding additional Internet charges applied for the above mobile number. Kindly look in to this matter to avoid legal action and resove this issue by wainving the internt 3G charges only and I want be your customer for long duration of time otherwise I will be forced to leave your esteemed company. I m higher state of mental agony for which your company will be solely resoponsible .Hoping for resolution at the earliest. So, sir/Madam, it is my kindly request you to concentrate on my complaint and remove such ant users person. we therefore, would request you to please try to resolve our above said problems with senior and take action as early as possible. They are not even answering the phone calls & just making people go round for not providing their services. I hope you will consider our this complaint as early as possible.                           On 23-Feb-2015, morning at 11.27, by using Vodafone site I recharged my internet pack with 451. But at that time unfortunately I have not received any message from Vodafone regarding recharge confirmation. I have called the customer care and requested them to check my Balance, Customer care executive told me because of sometime technical error that transaction was failed and I will be getting refund within 7 days and you can perform new transaction. I have initiated one more transaction with 451 and this time I got immediately message of confirmation with “My Bal is 2560 MB”. After some time again I got another message of confirmation with “My Ball is 2048 MB”. However, At 4.16 PM I was surprised with message “Bal is 4924MB” (Sum of the previous mentioned data). I called in the customer care and ask them how can they activate my both internet pack as one of them was failed, I ask them deactivate one or provide me alternative. In both the cases, they told me that we could not do this. I did say it was a technical problem as confirmed and you guys asked me to initiate new transaction and now how can you end by two successful transaction this is pure cheating and they said nothing can be done and I have to use the data. I request them as “451 is big amount” but they said, “We can’t do anything”. I talked with their Supervisor “Irfan” and requested to refund but same answer came from him. I ask him I will complaint against company, he told me that do whatever you want to do against company no problem for that. This kind of reckless behavior towards customers is not appreciated. The service manager name is – Irfan Mohammed.

                                Hi this is Kalpna why the hell my number [protected] is blocked we complained at Ghatkopar gallery number of time that we have lost our add on card then too they lazy people have not done there job look into this or else we are not going to pay the bill unless my [protected] number is activated

                                Vodafone people are like that only. They blocked my relative's phone also without any reason, and he lost about Rs.300/- balance lying with the SIM. When he enquired, he was told to go to Delhi for lodging a complaint.

I was in roaming when your roaming message came and interrupted and it went twice i assume.. I donot want to double up my GB as I dont need so much unless I am in roaming..                                     I have had a Vodafone red plan in Mumbai, in which I had a plan of 1299, in which I get certain minutes STD &amp;amp;amp; Local &amp;amp;amp; few SMS and certain amount of Data. They have assigned one customer relationship executive (Mr. Aniket), and I felt that I have received a bill which was drastically high, time being I paid a partial payment of around Rs 1350 and in parallel I have spoken to him in last week of January, to ask for the details, he confirmed me that only a service for itemized bill was activated and rest there was no other additional packages were activated. Upon that I confirmed to make my package plan from 1299 to 899 and deactivation of itemized bill service too. He confirmed that it will be done in next billing cycle. And for the high amount of bill he promised to call back after verification. But now I have come to know that they have not taken any of action on committed action plans. One new thing which I have found is that, there are a few packs which have been activated on my phone since January, and customer care executive was not able to find it out. They have interrupted my services without any prior intimation. And on 15th Feb I got a call again for the pending bill reminder, when I told to the caller all this detail he cut the phone saying that he will connect to service department. But till now I have not received any call for resolution of this number. Now I have got a higher bill and later on I am continuously calling in alternate days to relationship manager to know the latest status of verification of causes of increased bills. I am getting calls continuously for paying remaining amount of bill, which I am actually ready to pay (If got convinced, with results of verification), but nobody is responding for the pending action on services and causes of extra amount in Bill. I have been a customer of vodafone since long back (around 12 years), this time this is really a bad experience. Hope there is some solution to it. I have written mails to relations.[protected]@vodafone.com on 18 Feb, but not received any reply from them.

                                        Hello sir/madam, Im sundari and im using vodafone sim(number:[protected]) for past three years..My outgoing sms has been blocked my trai and im sending message only to my well known freinds and im not a telemarketer..I called customer care many times and they told they cant help me..So please kindly clear my problem as soon as possible..
