    Hi Team, I have been inappropriately charged by VODAFONE for few months now wrt my data usage.I have been telling them to disconnect the same as I have travelled out of country for a long term.I have instructed the customer care from then to disconnect the data plan and just keep the activation on wth 99Rs plan.However i see them charging me with 125 Rs every month for the same and i have been mailing the corporate and vodafone care almost everymonth stating the same.I have now received a legal notice stating to pay my bill immediately and i also see they have again put data usage amount of 125 RS in this month's bill as well.Despite of telling them time and again to discontinue the same. I am feelin extremely harrassed satying away from my country and they are not helping me with it.I am with this connection for over 4 yrs and this is a corporate connection.I am extrmely dissatisifed with the same.Please do help me in resolving this as i am tired of telling VODAFONE of helping me but it falls in no ears. My Special Recharge of Rs.37 which made on 20th Feb. 2015, vide your Trans ID TN[protected], has not been given effect to my USA call, which made to day morning, and to my surprise a normal rate of Rs.144/- was charged .         Vodafone India - Unnecessarily charged 6528 rupees for 3G data Dear Sir/madam, I, Vijyant Kumar using phone number [protected] since 2009 without any problem but in the month of August 2014, I received a call from Vodafone customer service that they want to give me free service of 3GInternet of 2GB data but I refused because I m very happy with airtel connection of another number even they again requested me to have this free facility and told me that it will automatically be stopped working after this free offer but unfortunately I was being cheated and harassed by your customer service representative because neither it was free nor it has been stopped. My problem is- Due to false bill of Internet i did not pay bill and i have also send the mail regarding this. I am raising concern on every month regarding additional Internet charges applied for the above mobile number. Kindly look in to this matter to avoid legal action and resove this issue by wainving the internt 3G charges only and I want be your customer for long duration of time otherwise I will be forced to leave your esteemed company. I m higher state of mental agony for which your company will be solely resoponsible .Hoping for resolution at the earliest. So, sir/Madam, it is my kindly request you to concentrate on my complaint and remove such ant users person. we therefore, would request you to please try to resolve our above said problems with senior and take action as early as possible. They are not even answering the phone calls & just making people go round for not providing their services. I hope you will consider our this complaint as early as possible.           On 23-Feb-2015, morning at 11.27, by using Vodafone site I recharged my internet pack with 451. But at that time unfortunately I have not received any message from Vodafone regarding recharge confirmation. I have called the customer care and requested them to check my Balance, Customer care executive told me because of sometime technical error that transaction was failed and I will be getting refund within 7 days and you can perform new transaction. I have initiated one more transaction with 451 and this time I got immediately message of confirmation with “My Bal is 2560 MB”. After some time again I got another message of confirmation with “My Ball is 2048 MB”. However, At 4.16 PM I was surprised with message “Bal is 4924MB” (Sum of the previous mentioned data). I called in the customer care and ask them how can they activate my both internet pack as one of them was failed, I ask them deactivate one or provide me alternative. In both the cases, they told me that we could not do this. I did say it was a technical problem as confirmed and you guys asked me to initiate new transaction and now how can you end by two successful transaction this is pure cheating and they said nothing can be done and I have to use the data. I request them as “451 is big amount” but they said, “We can’t do anything”. I talked with their Supervisor “Irfan” and requested to refund but same answer came from him. I ask him I will complaint against company, he told me that do whatever you want to do against company no problem for that. This kind of reckless behavior towards customers is not appreciated. The service manager name is – Irfan Mohammed.

              hello sir/ mam this Nitin Jain mob no [protected] i m have a critical problem in my billing form last 2 months the problem is i having a NET PLAN on my no its last few year but now u have got a bill Rs 10000 of 2 months which is not undderstood my me how and why it is genrated although i m having a net plan with my no then how can the company genrate this amount of bill so if the company is not able to wave off these useless charges form my bill i would reffer to switch over to some other comnpny so i probably requst to settel all this matter and call me up for this thnaks NITIN JAIN mob [protected]

                Hi this is Kalpna why the hell my number [protected] is blocked we complained at Ghatkopar gallery number of time that we have lost our add on card then too they lazy people have not done there job look into this or else we are not going to pay the bill unless my [protected] number is activated

                Vodafone people are like that only. They blocked my relative's phone also without any reason, and he lost about Rs.300/- balance lying with the SIM. When he enquired, he was told to go to Delhi for lodging a complaint.

                    I have had a Vodafone red plan in Mumbai, in which I had a plan of 1299, in which I get certain minutes STD & Local & few SMS and certain amount of Data. They have assigned one customer relationship executive (Mr. Aniket), and I felt that I have received a bill which was drastically high, time being I paid a partial payment of around Rs 1350 and in parallel I have spoken to him in last week of January, to ask for the details, he confirmed me that only a service for itemized bill was activated and rest there was no other additional packages were activated. Upon that I confirmed to make my package plan from 1299 to 899 and deactivation of itemized bill service too. He confirmed that it will be done in next billing cycle. And for the high amount of bill he promised to call back after verification. But now I have come to know that they have not taken any of action on committed action plans. One new thing which I have found is that, there are a few packs which have been activated on my phone since January, and customer care executive was not able to find it out. They have interrupted my services without any prior intimation. And on 15th Feb I got a call again for the pending bill reminder, when I told to the caller all this detail he cut the phone saying that he will connect to service department. But till now I have not received any call for resolution of this number. Now I have got a higher bill and later on I am continuously calling in alternate days to relationship manager to know the latest status of verification of causes of increased bills. I am getting calls continuously for paying remaining amount of bill, which I am actually ready to pay (If got convinced, with results of verification), but nobody is responding for the pending action on services and causes of extra amount in Bill. I have been a customer of vodafone since long back (around 12 years), this time this is really a bad experience. Hope there is some solution to it. I have written mails to relations.[protected]@vodafone.com on 18 Feb, but not received any reply from them.

                            I have purchase a Microsoft lumia 535 in which vodafone ([protected]) is giving 500mb/month for 2 months.But that offer never activated even after 4 days.when I call to customer care of vodafone they everyday say "it'll activated in 24hrs" & from now whenver i call them they cut my phone.Worst service.

                              Hi, I have been issued a postpaid Vodafone no. in August 2014 by a telemarketing operator against a security amount of Rs. 250 with a condition that i can hand back the no. to Vodafone if I wouldn't like the no. And I really didn't like the no. and i returned the same no. along with the Vodafone sim to Vodafone executive @ Vodafone Belvedere Tower Vodafone outlet and also put my consent over email for the deactivation of the no within one week or 10 days of of issuing the no. As i really dont know that if I would get a recepit of returning the no. to Vodafone the Vodafone executive said " sir ye deactivate ho jaiga no need to have a receipt" . But now in feb 2015 they have generated the bill and asking me to pay the amount for the same and also the no. didn't deactivated yet. my questions are - * Why there is my liablity to pay when their executive didn'y completed her job for the deactivation of the sim ? *Why I have to pay when I have not used that no. not even a single call or sms from that no. ? * Why I have not been acknowledge when the bill is generated for the first month ? *And what about the security amount which i paid as in returned the sim to them within 10 days of issuing ? When Asking to waive the charges and deactivating the sim the are saying we will not waive the charges forfiet your securuty amount and also the sim will converted into zero rentak plan.                                 Dear Sir, I am Rajiv Patel from Vadodara, Gujarat. I am using your network service on my Blackberry Phone as my company Best IT World Pvt Ltd ( IBall ) is using your Corporate Sim Service. I am having troubles with your network service since 3 months after I have shifted to my new house on Vasna Bhayli Road. There is no network for Vodafone in our area. I had registered my complaint at Vodafone customer care office before two months. My complaint number is 9021180. There has been no response from your end since then. I request an appropriate answer to my complaint as network issues haven't been resolved till date even after registering the complaint. Customer care executive had promised me to resolve issue within 7 working days. Its been two months and more but haven't seen any action on my complaint.                                   HiSir, I would like to draw you attention that i am user for Vodaphone since last 8years. I frequently get incorrect informantion that bills are received by me & signed by me. I never ever received the bill. That never impacted me. I got call that my bill is around1100/--however i am using corporate plan_399_ which is enough. I was informed incorrect data usage, when asked the rep to connect this call to Supervisor. He disconnected the call & this is happening since last 5times. Then i was informed sup are not available to address customers concern. I would like to let you that incorrect billing for data usage is there which is approx465/- as per your rep. I am not going to pay. I would be paying normal bills. Other wise i would be disconnecting all my vodaphone-[protected] connection immediately in case this waver is not given to me . Just for yoyr attention your customer service is pathetic & IVR never gets connects to human voice.

                                    Vodafone barred my GPRS data on 12-Feb-15, on account that my unbilled amount went more than my credit limit. This without any pro-active call on the usage. Since then I have called vodafone at least 5 times and paid 8500. I was given time line of 4 hours on 14-Feb-15 (Serv REquest no shared over call :[protected]. Nothing happpened I called them again on 16-Feb-15, and was given time line of 24 hrs (lost serv. Req number as again the same was given over call and not as auto txt msg) this is highly irritating. First these guys barred GPRS of no reason as I have auto debit facility for payments activated and they have been getting all the payments since 5 yrs on time every time and unbilled amount has no relation with the actual dues as the plan and packages availed by me dont reflect in unbilled amount. Still I paid them more than which was due assuming the same would get adjusted in future bills and wanted to get this resolved at the earliest. Since I have paid payment, there is no call/txt from the vodafone side. They barred the GPRS data facility without any intimation and dont bother to take any action even after repeated calls.                                     I received a call, only call and the issues is not resolved yet. The guy asked me how I have made payments, when he could see credit balance of 8, 500. I couldnt understand the reason, and suddenly he disconnected the call. This is highly unprofessional to me, having paid 5 days back, still waiting for the service to get activated. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic attitude by Vodafone.

                                    Attached are the receipts of my payments though. If not resolved this in 24 hrs., I am going to Consumer Court

                                      I am a vodafone customer for past 3 years now and I have been having data network issues at my current location for last one year. I have also put a complaint in the past few months back regarding this issue but there was no resolution, instead the complaint got closed without my consent. Kindly look into it ASAP otherwise I will have to switch the network provider.
