I got an alternate mobile number [protected], for which i had given change of tariff to yearly rs 550 on 26/8/2014 at rajajinagar branch, paying dues, up dating.For my surprise they barred my subject number on 27/10 then i went to double road branch complaint and again i gave request for change of tariff and waver of dues sine its vodofone mistake not up dating tariff, .Again today they barred by subject number, pl go thro and request you to rectify the same with no dues

    Respected sir. i want to inform you that iam subscribed to vodafone. iam not satisfied with vodafone .whenever i call the service provider they keep on saying your problem will be solved but to no use.they do wrong promises..iam using [protected] number.i have been suffering from the problem from two months.i want you to please draw the attention of vodafone to solve my problem.i shall be thankful to you.

      For more than a year now, the session costs for data service consumption has been deducted from my mothers number - [protected]. data consumed 0.00 mb and session cost charged. All this when she was connected to WIFI and the data services were OFF on the phone. So we assumed it was her old handsets problem. We specifically bought a new handset to avoid the problem but the problem persists. The Vodafone Customer Care Centre at Hiranandani Powai only seems to be bewildered. They uninstalled the net connection on the phone, despite doing that the deductions are still being made on the number for data usage. It is appalling to see such a strange problem occurring with such a huge network service provider. It is even more appalling to see how you handle such cases. The Customer Service Men are simply confused and refuse to register a complaint and the customer care representatives simply hang up. They once asked us to try replacing the SIM card for which we hadn't carried an ID proof. They refused to provide support or assistance to collect the ID proof document from us busy disgruntled customers. Ive been so dissatisfied that I will now change my network service provider. But I refuse to stay quiet about the issue. You are not only losing 1 customer, but all o[censored]s fellow family Vodafone users and also a lot of prospective customers who I will convince against using Vodafone. We wish to inform you that, you have been charged for data usage when there was no data pack active on your above mentioned Vodafone mobile number. You have been charged as per standard rate 4p/10KB and download charges are applied as per website content. Listed below are some possible reasons by which internet could have been consumed. · Smart phones like iPhone, Windows, Android devices etc. may have certain applications that have an auto update system and tend to continuously access data network.         I am Sweta Agarwal, I recharged one of the Vodafone no. i.e., [protected] on 16.02.2015 for Rs.222/- which is showing in my bank account in Narration "TO TRANSFER INB Vodafone VODAFONE Payment" and in Ref. No. "BSBI[protected]IG00PNKWK8 Transfer to[protected]" but no amount has been recharged in my phone balance. Thereafter I called Vodafone customer care, they assured me that the amount will be credited to my bank account and I have to make a fresh recharge which I have done with the same amount, i.e., Rs. 222/- on the same date. Till date my bank account has not been credited with the amount.

          Dear Team My work place is located at Ekatuthangal, Guindy. For the past 6 months I have been facing severe drop in the connectivity. The signals are strong on the ground level but i work on the 9th floor and there is absolutely no signals here. There is no data connectivity also. I happen to have a prepaid and a postpaid vodafone number and both are not accessible most of the time. This is the case for some of my colleagues too.             Its been 6 months since vodafone is deduction talk value on incoming and outgoing calls. Even if i have free minutes or night minutes or cheaper call rate plans activated, deductions are still going as it is. On customer calls they say they will tranfer the call to their senior and then they keep you on hold and then disconnect the call. furtunately if you get a chance to talk to seniors they have no answer to it. They ask rubbish questions like when did you recharge and of what amount as if i write in a notebook about it. . . they dont have information of my recharge foolish people making fun of customer. ALSO VODAFONE DONT HAVE ITS 3G NETWORK SO IF YOU ACTIVATE 3G PLAN ON YOUR NUMBER IT WILL USE THE SERVICE OF IDEA SO YOUR NUMBER WILL GO ON ROAMING.I came to know that when i complained for it. They have no way to refund any balance deducted not coz of me just coz of the service they are providing.               Bangalore Vodafone No: [protected]. I had recharged this recently for Rs 200. My talk time of Rs 150 was deducted from my talk time. When called the customer care - they are saying that i have used Mobile data and that is the reason they have charged. I do not use Mobile data at all in my mobile. I am pretty sure something is wrong for a justification from your end, Request you to go through this complaint and oblige immediately. Request you to kindly revert the charges back by making a credit in the talk time for Rs 150. Please do it at the earliest. I am not sure why Vodafone should earn revenue from cutting down the talk time charges of the customers. Please justify your stance on this.

                Multiple complaints here. On switching my prepaid number ([protected]) I was informed by the sales agent at Voda store that I can utilize the Rs. 250 security deposit towards payment of my bills after 6 months. December 10, I switched my existing plan to Vodafone Red 499. Before that I was using a separate plan for 3g (300mb for Rs. 100) and my billing cycle ended on the 5th of every month. The agent who called me to pitch the plan told me that I'd be charged rental on a pro-rata basis because of the billing cycle but did not inform me that I need to separately turn off the 3g plan. This, despite the fact that Vodafone Red 499 included 500mb 3g data. In January, I received a bill amounting to Rs. 1400 even though I never exceeded Rs. 500 in the previous months. I thought this might have been due to usage while on roaming and paid the bill. When I received the bill, I realized that an amount of Rs. 650 was charged as 3g promo cap or something like that. Following this, I called them up and after being hanged up on by them three times and repeating my saga to separate agent each time, I finally found a hold of one agent (Khemraj) who filed a complaint for me (ref #[protected]. This complaint also included another point that I had not received my payback card which comes as part of the Vodafone Red plan even after 2 months. I also asked him to adjust my security deposit towards future bills and he said he will file a service request for the same (service reg # [protected]). All of this happened on the 1st of Feb and I was promised a follow up call within 24 hours (also have an sms). Thereafter, I started chasing them on their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/vodafoneIN) and my posts below should be self explanatory:[protected]--- Ankit Williams‎Vodafone India 3 February at 09:51 PM ? I wrote her an email as I didn't want to narrate everything again and the mail is still lying unanswered. I sent it on Feb 13. However, the agent who called me after my online complaint, Avneet again called me. She said we will only refund 25% to which I didn't agree. She also made no effort to touch on the other points in my complaint despite my asking. She said she'll read the email and contact the billing department again. On Saturday, Feb 14, I was promised a call by Monday with full resolution. I have not received any call yet. To summarize, I need: 1. A refund of Rs. 650 towards payment of my bill dated January 6, 2015. 2. Adjustment of Rs. 250 security deposit as promised by the sales agent and confirmed by the first customer service rep I talked to. 3. The payback card which I have not received for two months since I switched to Vodafone Red plan on Dec 10, 2014. Using the payback card, I could have saved Rs. 125 on my monthly bill so a compensation for that. 4. An explanation for the fake complaint reference and service reference numbers above. 5. An explanation for ignoring my questions posted to them on Facebook, for not following up as they promised and the callous attitude shown by multiple agents in NOT resolving my issues. 6. A compensation for the mental agony and terrible service. 7. Closure of my account after full settlement so I can port my number.

                    Hi my name is Honey Dudhatra and my Mobile number is [protected] . Vodafone has deducted 77 Rs. for Tiny TV series subscription from my Balance however I never requested for any this kind of services but the customer care is not ready to listen also they are very rude while talking. I am thinking of porting to any other service which doesn't deduct money without any reasons.

                    Yeah..same thing happened to my number also... Without any information, request dey deducted 55 rs...but strange thing is that put dat on our head n Vadafone consumer support doesn't even respond or notify
                    This is ridiculous... I have also got a message this morning from VFCARE "Hello. You are currently active on the Tiny TV service. Your weekly subscription of R.77 will be charged on the[protected]. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 (toll free)". I never activated this service.
                    I was unable to deactivate it through call. So I sent an SMS to 155223 as "STOP".
                    I received a reply message as"Hello, we received your request for deactivation of Tiny TV. Your request will be processed within 30mins"

                    Hope it will deactivated. Let me wait and update.
                    I think tthis is the best and easiest way to extort money from inñoscent customer s . without my knowledge money has been deducted from my account. I just don't know what is tiny TV.

                      I am JAYASHREE & I am having a prepaid # [protected]. I am in SAUDI ARABIA since 50 days. I got international roaming before I left India. But here I came to know that there is no tie up with Vodafone for service. As it is 50 days of non usage please do not deactivate my # & do not allot my # to any one. I am coming back to India on 2nd April 2015.

                        As from my mobile no [protected] on 12th Feb 2015 they has deducted 99 Rupees without my knowledge informed same to the Vodafone complaints team on 13th Feb 2015 . they said that 99 rupees has been deduced while using data, but finally they said that they will refund 50% to my account after 24 hours . still now not yet received . So from past two days keep on trying to reach complaints team is not connecting . Kindly do need full

                          i was very upset call cust care & in top of that the rep hung up the call and i got very angry m really disappointed very poor service
                          my number [protected]
                          i hate this [censored] service the deducted Rs. 99 & 49 many a time
                          [censored] now new trick to fool the cust they give a miscall from unknown number & i call back that number back [censored] RS 60 deducted from my balance & when i call cust care they said its an ISD number i want to know in 20second they charge RS 60 which country is that i think i got connected with different world i guess. why we are geting this kind of call. TO Vodafone pleas stop fooling the customers .

                            Sir As i talked with retailor for two CUG postpaid connection, he give me a plan for two cug connection that was 299 main and 124 sub connection. As process we are done all verification for billing and office verification. After that when i activate both sim i found diffrent plan in my numbers like 199 rental with diffrent facility. I face many problems on plans. I take that plans for official use but now ot is so costly with diffrent plans. please solve this matter imidiatly. My mumber is [protected]

                                this sim not ur name, so please recheck the call history and registration person again i[censored]r side by mistake wrong entered .and this sim yesterday night i blocked ref no :[protected].for ur information, So please resolve this issue

                                  The balance of Rs 99 was deducted twice on 16th feb 2015 around 1145 hours

                                  When asked from customer care, they said that it was due to downloading from internet, where no such paid downloading was done.

                                  My vodafone no is [protected] .they deduct my 90 rs for service that i have not requested.if my problem is not solved then i will file case in court against vodafone.
                                  Today, there was a deduction of 99 from my number, Then I called customer care but they did not respond positively.Please refund my balance because I have not given any command
                                  i was normally using whatsapp on my phone when surprisingly i get a a balance deduction of rs. 30:00 at once for some 7.35mb or so i was so in shock that how is it possible when whatsapp takes only kbs for few messages i messaged twice and there i had 3:00rs balance deduction. i called vodafone immediately but what happens next is very interesting a guy picks up my call he say how can i help, i told him my problem so he asks me to hold i did hold for 5mins on call then when he comes back on call he says call me back in 4 hrs i said recharge shops are closed at this point of time so please help me i need balance i ask him to transfer me to his seniors what he does is keep in hold for another 35 mins . then i was fed up i called again on 198 a picks up the call after listening to me he cuts the call on his own i called te third time and the guy again does that please help me i am not here for my 30 bucks all i want is termination of the employees who don't behave
                                  Rs 120 deducted from my prepaid balance without any notice from the company…customer care have no answer regarding this….earlier they hhave also dedusted this type of amount...they told that this is normal deduction due to use... But i have not used this no in the night when it was deducted...this is a fraud by the company….i need my balance back…...I am very much unhappy with Vodafone service...                                   I am Sonam and my number is[protected] . I am facing balance deduction again and again . Earlier this doesn't happen but from past 2 to 3 days daily my balance is reduced . I am not activating any services any download still I am facing balance deduction when I called to customer care they are not giving me complain id from which I can complain . Its becoming hectic using vodafone
                                  I am a new vodafone user. My vodafone no is [protected]. Just today a sms came saying Look @ it service has been activated on my number and Rs. 45 has been deducted from my account balance, even though i did not activate any such services. When i called customer care they said i may have accidentally clicked on some link over the internet leading to its activation. I am very disappointed with vodafone right now. I want my balance back.

                                    I have used the Vodafone Data Card - [protected], under the Fixed Rental Plan of INR 730 (including taxes) where I got 3GB @ 3G and post that unlimited @2G per month. I have been paying my monthly fixed rental each month before the due dates, when suddenly in October 2014, my bill was charged with an unnecessary amount of nearly INR 3500. Even after a months struggle with the customer care executives and visit to the Vodafone store, I did not get a reason for this charge and the executives kept telling that this is a backend issue and will be reversed in the next months bill. However, in Novembers 2014 bill when this was not resolved I went up to the Janakpuri (New Delhi) Vodafone store on 25th Dec 2014 and surrendered the sim with the request of deactivating the number and the service, after clearing my monthly dues till 25th Dec 2014. The store people took the sim and deactivated my service for this number. On 2nd January 2015, I got to know that the charge was an advance 6 months rental on my number from Jan to June 2015, without any intimation or notice. Now, in February 2015, I am again receiving calls and mails from vodafone to clear my dues for the 6 months advance rental from Jan 2015 to June 2015, when I had surrendered the number on 25th Dec 2014 after clearing all my monthly dues. I had tried contacting to the customer care N number of times with my problem but have not recieved any resolution till date. Above that the executives do not know how to talk to a customer and then Vodafone is sending me demand notice for an amount which I have not used. This is highly disgusting and pathetic on their part, and I am seriously frustrated expalining each one about the issue. I have other important work to do as well.                                     They are not understanding only. I am frustrated of explaining each one the same issue every time. Now, they have even put an announcement on my other Vodafone number that your bill is outstanding kindly pay to avoid the disconnection of your this number. Isn't there a normal human being in Vodafone who could understand what the issue is about and resolve it. Now, its gonna be five months. I dont understand a simple logic of why me paying the advance rental for 6 months from Jan to June 2015, when I have already surrendered the Sim at the store in December 2104. Why should I pay for the period which I have not used. I wonder what happens to the consumer, when there are such companies. I guess there are better consumer forums outside India where people are provided with a solution easily.

                                      On 14th feb 12:44 Am i open browser. And suddenly 3 pages open in my mobile. I got message that my service is started. So I have unregistered it and called customer care at morning 10 Am. They told me that within 4 hour i will get refund. But on 15th evening i dont get it back. So i call Vodafone customer care. They told me that 24 hour passed and you cant get refund now. I told him that thats your problem so he asked me to talk with his senior. But 5 times they cut my call. FInally i call from other phone. They pick up and told me that with in 1 hour i will get my refund. 2 days passed but i havent receive my refund. Now they dosent recive my call for complaint.

                                        Vodafone sent me a sms notifying that dial *121*33# and get ur vodafone internet offers..
                                        I did the same and found 3 offers.
                                        1. 147- 500 mb (30 days)
                                        2. 28- 250mb 3g (14 ")
                                        3. 49- 500 mb 3g (14")

                                        1 optd 3rd..but given only 150 mb instead..
                                        I called vodafone customer care..
                                        They said there is no promo here at 49..
                                        I took a snap of the offers..can send them whenever needed..
                                        Plz repay me..or allot the entire usage data..
