Hi Team I had reach the Tambaram West Vodafone mini store, Asking there CUG Connection but they Changed my old number with mobile portability as a tamilnadu circle vodafone and given one New chennai circle vodafone number... After that only I know different circle cannot activate CUG The mistake did by the show room, but didn't I cannot change the circle I cannot activate CUG. I reach everyone in the Vodafone like Show room, Customer care, Nodal officer, also mailed every one No solution... Please provide me a Solution [protected]

    I am sorry to say that it is my one of the worst service experience in 6years of Vodafone service. On 02-Jan-2015 I have requested for my Current company’s Corporate Plan activation and when I contacted your call center I was surprised to know that the plan was not activated hence reminded on 05-Jan-2015. You have activated it on 07-Jan-2015 .For which I had to suffer for 7days without any call & internet. Now on 22-Jan-2015 I called on your toll free No 111. I have enquired about Roaming. Got to know that for Roaming activation I will be charged Rs149 for a month and if I deactivate the plan I will be charged proportionately. Hence asked the CSE to activate the Plan. I am shocked to hear that the Roaming plan was not activated till 27-Jan-2015 and then the CSE has taken request for the same and Activated the plan on 29-Jan-2015.Again service issue for which I may charge for all the incoming calls. I am under impression that data pack is of 3G and while operating from my mobile why am getting 2g signal. On the receipt of My bill come to know that Vodafone has charged me for internate usage. Where I had my corporate Plan active during my roaming days. Hence called 111(tollfree No)I am surprised to hear from the CSE that my earlier corporate plan has deactivated while activating the Roaming Plan. No one has ever explained me that if the roaming plan activated once the main plan will not be considered, Then I would not have considered myself for the roaming Plan. It’s really a shocker to me and my entire experience with Vodafone getting worsen day by day. I marked several mails to Corporate.Assist @ Vodafone.com & the Nodal ID. But I have not received any positive feedback from them. Hoping for a positive reply and waver in some of my bill amount am writing this. Hopefully will get a positive reply to pay my bill & Continue with the service of Vodafone.

      Dear Sir, I am Tanoy Paul. I had one vodafone postpaid number [protected]. In the month of October they charged me Rs. 814 additional for using 100 MB extra Data. I was entitled to use 500 MB fre data. They told that I have used 600MB data. But I only browse gmail and use whatsapp. How that is possible that it will use 600 MB in 15 days. I sent them the snapshot of my data log also which I did not clear since 1st September. It clearly showed that I had only used only 330 MB since 1st September and 29 Hours of call in which 19 hours was of previous month's for which I have already paid Rs.330. I believe vodafone is somehow charging me extra for internet usage. I paid the rental and the extra amount which was charged for std call. But I refused to pay that Rs. 814 which was wrongly charged. I told vodafone to cancel my connection. They cancelled it but still they are insisting me to pay the amount of Rs. 814. In that month due to credit limit issue I was not able to use internet. But still they are keeping on saying that I have used 600 MB. Even after sending them the snapshot of data tracker they are not ready to believe my argument. Recently they are threatening me of legal action and issued a legal notice. I am attaching the snapshot for your kind perusal. Please look into this.

          Hi This is Subrato Pal I am using Vodafone No -[protected] and now want to port from Voda to MTNL Dolphin but its takes a long duration of porting the no. to MTNL Delhi. I submitted all documents to MTNL Sanchar Haat and even tele verification was also done two times but there is no response from vodafone..Only i got a sms -"Hello! We have received your Porting Request VD***** dated 13Feb2015. We will validate your request and will revert on confirmation by 96hrs TAT from the time we received the request from MCH" After that there is no confirmation call or sms i received regarding successful port. Please Port this no to MTNL Delhi Prepaid..as soon as possible.

            I have been following up with Vodafone team for disconnection of my postpaid number([protected]) since 1 month. But they are providing me the proper response and this number is still not disconnected.I have stopped using this number but they are still generating the bills.Even relation manager assigned by Vodafone team is clearing refusing to offer any help even after multiple mails and followups.

              Hello Team, I am a Vodafone customer for last 6 years and I have got any good customer service at all. Today I have tried calling customer service for more than 5 times as my 3G internet services not workin properly. Customer care agents just disconnecting calls or transferring to any departmet or placing call on hold and not coming back. I have almost wasted more than 50 rupees just to get hold of a floor supervisor as I have issues with the network due to which i am unable to use Internet and its affecting my calls as well. Requestig you to please look into this as I am really pissed off with Vodafone. Regards Namit pal [protected]

              Vodafone Customer Service is really a poor outcome. There Collection Department contacted me and told that my billing cycle is 7th feb, 2015 where as with me the bill says it is 21 feb, 2015. The first time they contact I told them it is not the correct information please check this information. And that person said to me yes I will but next time again they contacted me thrice and told that your bill is not paid yet and your bill due date is 7 feb, 2015. As the last person is no help again told the new executive please check this information but they contact again and said so one more time that your due date is 7 feb, 2015. Ridicules service's then asked him to give the phone to senior person after putting me on a long hold he told me there is no one available they will contact after wards. As I insist a lot he put me to some senior which do not have the manner to talk to the customer. Bad experience and on call no complain number they provide and the last senior just hung up on me and disconnected the call. Finally talked to the Nodal department as they are also not able to provide the regional manager email address also. Understand the fact they can not talk but at least they can access to email. After a lot of hassle got the request number[protected] don't know what action they will take but NO COMPLAIN number is generated in whole process.Poor Customer Services. Disha Rasania

                MAIL SEND TO CELL, BUT NO RESPONSE Dear vinay, I am really surprised by the waiver given to me by you.. Pls make a note that I have not begged you for some waiver. I was regularly getting a bill of[protected]/month and was happy with all the services. Suddenly I got a bill of 9000 only because of your employees miscommunication. I fail to understand why the situation is not being known to you. I guess the company is under fault for either recruiting poor talent or improper training to employees. I have got the 6000 odd bill in sept and 2600 odd bill on data only because of miscommunication from your supposed trained customer care people. I am really upset by the way this entire thing is being handled and when I raised my issue, it was been taken as a waiver request. I wanted to highlight how irresponsible and inefficient your customer care is. The same happened with my oct bill. I had requested for 2 add on packs on the data usage and only 1 was added. Do you see me as a fool who is ready to pay extra charges without any reasons . Dear Vinay…. Feeling Deeply deeply upset and insulted by the way you have handled this thing.. I didn’t expect such response from your end. I am at no fault at all to suffer like this. Non of your executives have neither informed about the charges which would be incurred for data usage nor added on my request for additional pack in October. Do you expect GOD to reach me the details.. I AM MAKING IT CLISTER CLEAR THAT I WANT A TOTAL WAIVER OF ALL DATA CHARGES, REDUCING 650/MONTH PACK. I AM GOING TO TAKE IT TO NATIONAL LEVEL OR GLOBAL LEVEL AND ALSO GIVE A VALID COMPLAINT TO WHEREVER IT CAN IN GOVT BODIES WHO HANDLE THIS IF YOU WONT ADDRESS THIS IN 48 HRS. WOULD ALSO GO FOR A COMPENSATION IF THINGS ARE NOT SETTLED FOR CUTTING MY OUT GOING AND INCOMING WHEN I WAS OUT OF STATION IN MUMBAI.

                  My vodafone complaint no. Is [protected].i paid one bill also but not getting any solution.1month i am sending mails like mad, no consumer respect i facing.There are two complaints ...1st is about my wrong plan which i never demand, your agency's person came at my door step and given me on basis of wrong information and the 2nd... customer care executive called me to change my plan into 3g speed, when i asked about the plan he said that i have to pay only 50rs extra and i ll get 2gb internet unlimted free in 250 rs...but later i got to kno this is also a wrong information...so i immediatly informed to customer care with in a week time that plz stop this internet plan and plz continue my previous plan so he assured me that he ll change in 4hours.and i have to pay only 50rs extra for 3g charge which i used unknowingly and i was agreed towards this solution.But no compliance ... still kept on waiting. So kindly make my bills clear so that i can surrender this network asap. I was your 5years old prepaid customer and one day some customer care executive came to my residence and gave me corporate connection, the scheme name was 'p to p' and plan was 444 in which i supposed to be getting 300 sms local nd std +900mins calls std and local+2gb data from 2g speed+ 1vodafone local no. Totally free.but this is not my plan rite now.i hav a recipt also from your concerning agency Global Direct and the executive person name is Chhedi Shah, his contact no. Is [protected].who gave me following corprate connection as i m your customer since5years.i supposed to be getting satisfactory service but not getting it. I have a solid objection towards it. Kindly resolve this thing otherwise i ll not pay a single penny and go to the court as well. Dont make people fool.giving postpaid connection on the fake plans and overcharged to the customers.                     Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that, I have a primary vodafone mobile connection ([protected], 249 Plan - 500 Mins Local & STD Calls Free with 1 GB Data Usage & Billing Date of 17th Every Month), on the basis of my primary connection, I was pursued by vodafone customer care executive for new add on connection ([protected]) with same primary plan facilities, which I availed after submission of the relevant documents required for new sim card connection. I was never ever told by the executives that the bill of the new card will be merge with my primary connection in the same billing cycle, so I used it accordingly as a new sim card with new billing cycle i.e. from the issue date of new sim card (25.12.2014), but within the specified limit of the plan. Whereas, vodafone billed me from the date of issuance of new card i.e. 25.12.2014, which was after my billing date cycle i.e. 17.12.2014 and charged me on pro-rata basis for the same, which is very high as per my monthly bill which is on an average Rs. 320-350 p.m. maximum. I tried to bring it to the notice of vodafone customer care for the last one and half month for the same and they assured me at the store that the charges will be reverted, but till date it has not been done. And when I wrote to the nodal officer of Vodafone, then also, I got the same reply that the bills has been done correctly. Whereas, they are not accepting that its the mistake from their customer care executive, who gave me improper & mis-information about the Jodi number paln & did not educate me about the billing cycle. Also, my outgoing calls on both the numbers were also disconnected, ever after I had made part payment of my bill. So, I kindly request you to do the needfull at the earliest.                       I have been a subscriber of Vodafone since last several years and using 3G data services since it was introduced by the company. Never in my entire history o[censored]sage have I been billed more than 3-4000 per month. In the last four months I have incurred a bill of less than rs. 2000.00. this month suddenly I have been billed more than Rs. 8000.00 without corresponding changes in data usage. This is unethical

                        This is called height of fraud... Rs 297(Rs 99 3 times) has been deducted fraudulently from my Vodafone Mobile no. 5050 on /14, 07/01/15 and /15. For some NDTV value pack although I have not activated such kind of services. Even the customer care is not accepting it. In fact his is real corruption... so I request to refund my money..I want my Rs 297 back.

                          Dear Sir, I have billing dispute with Vadofone service provider. They have generate bills for Vadafone Live ( VF Mobile connect) of Rs.760 and late payment charges of 100 INR. This period was of 20th december 14 to 20th January 15. There after my out going calls were disconnected. I have visit Vodafone store 5 times & log a complaints. Vodafone person is simply saying, that you have used Internet services on window phone.As I exceede the limit of of my data pack but there was no service call or message from vodafone.Agnet called me on 19th and said sir you have exceede the limilt of your data usage.I have had 1gb 2G data internet pack activated on my number and this is for the first time limit got exceeded since last three months.There was no service call or message for exceeded usage. As of now my out going is still deactivated.Pls help in resolving the same.                               Respected sir/madam i am dr s prabu shankar, airtel prepaid customer, my number is [protected]. from today morning i am receiving unnecessary calls from the mobile number [protected], i learnt that this is a vodafone number, hence i am making the complaint to vodafone india. the calls when attended is not taken by anyone and they are repeatedly calling my number and this is affecting my peace of mind and i am strained due to this. In the background i hear a lady voice using filthy language. kindly help me in this regard. i have a peaceful family and i am in the education sector working as an assistant professor. kindly bar this number from calling me. Take stringent action against this caller if possible. Thankyou. Please help in this regard

Greetings Sir im frm aurangabad maharashtra i have been charged unnecessary for data when i got the bill on email i saw the bill i was charge 300 unneunnessarily i dnt know why if vodafone will not solve my problem i will do my card prepaid now i think im also paying unnessorily im paying rental charges and tax if the issue did not solve i will make it prepaid plan Thank u...                                   Vodafone ported in my number (previously with airtel) without my consent and without airtel's consent.

                                  I didn't want to change to Vodafone.

                                  I initially thought I should shift to vodafone and got everything arranged and filled the docs.

                                  However in about 16 hrs after that, I told my Vodafone agent to cancel the transfer immediately.

                                  I even contacted the would be RMs in Vodafone. I did SMSes and calls both.

                                  I even visited the Vodafone store and talked to the manager.

                                  All of them assured me I had nothing to worry and that it wont be transferred to Vodafone.

                                  But all of them lied to me.

                                  The window to cancel is 24 hrs and I did all this in about 16 hrs or so.

                                  All of them lied to me. I would like you to file a case of mental harrasement and fraud against Vodafone and ensure the respected employees are jailed.

                                  She was a lady, I don't know her name. She is a scammer and should be jailed. As should the other Vodafone staff.

                                  Please put all of them in jail.

                                  And raise the complaint to TRAI to shift my number [protected] back to Airtel.

                                    I already had an internet plan for Rs.250/month which i had requested to switch to Rs.175/month. You deactivated my Rs.250/month plan without activating Rs.175/month plan. Nor i got any confirmation from your end that my Rs.250/month plan has been deactivated. It came to my notice by my own when i checked randomly on *111# my unbilled amount. I then and there called your customer care executive on 198 for the issue. My internet usage for bill period is within 1 GB and as agreed with executive on call, i would be liable to pay data usage charges if my internet usage goes beyond 1GB for the bill period. I am regular user of internet never asked by discontinuing internet plan. It was just a switch from one plan to another. From your end deactivation was done not the activation of new plan. Nor you confirmed/communicated that the plan got deactivated. Now this is because of your system issue i am being charged for data usage. Hence, i have asked for waiving Rs.397.28 on account of data usage charges. So, i request you once again to provide me rectified bill after waiving Rs.397.28 so that i can pay the bill within due date. Post that i shall not be liable for any late payment charges.

                                    Vodafone - you please also note that, in plan of 3G most of the time we get 2G services and still you charge it as per 3G charges.

                                      i have made a port out request from [protected] vodafone (postpaid) to Aircel (Prepaid) On 11th Feb. 2015 after requesting for port out i have got a sms from vodafone saying they will respond on this request in 96hrs. of TAT and on 15th feb a sms come with your request rejected due to outstanding payment as it is my postpaid no so i have some outstanding even they are not reliable enough to make me aware of this very bad vodafone fraud company.

                                        I have done roaming pack recharge According to the incoming calls should be free but I have charged both incoming and outgoing at standards charges And I called customer care he talked to me at least 50 minutes but I'm not satisfied with their ananswers
