Dear sir, I am depositing my bill through cheque no. 011896 of Central Bank of India Ashok Nagar Kanpur Branch for the period 16.11.2014 to 15.12.2014 which is dishonord of Rs. 545/-, and the reason for the same has been received through massage i.e. Dishonored due to exceeding arrangement, I was contactinng with vodafone store and asking for actual reason of dishonored cheque and also requesting for return of my cheque with bank advise but same has not been entertained by the vodafone store. the vodafone company charge the late payment charges and dishonored charges in my next bill. the above cheque has been deposit as on 02/01/2015, at Kashi communication 118/573, Kaushalpuri, Gumit No. 5 Kanpur 208012, E-Top No. [protected] I am requested to please arrange the my dishonored cheque along with bank advise at above mini store as earlier as possible, because I want to know actual reason of dishonored for saving future mistake.     Corporate Data plan: VMC-99-2GB 2G UNAUTHORISED Plan: Karbonn-3G-500MB free Mob No.[protected]. I have been using Vodafone Corporate Plan for last 8 years. In Sept 2014 an unauthorised 3G data plan was activated by Vodafone without my consent on purchase of a new Karbonn Mobile. On realising fast downloads on 4/9/2014, I emailed to Vodafone email advising that an unauthorised plan was run on my No. & to reactivate my Corp 2G Plan & reverse any charges levied. I got a reply on 6/9/2014 confirming that Corp 2GPlan was active and Rs.15/- was reversed. I was not informed by Vodafone that a 3G plan was active nor consent sought. Despite my instructions Vodafone did not disconnect the 3G plan and wrongfully charged for 3G. When I got msgs that my bill amount was Exceeding limit, I imme contacted Vodafone Tollfree No. on 24/9/2014 & 28/9/14. I was told that since Corp plan was active charges would be reversed in the bill. I was told to ignore the msg. Vodafone did not inform me during the calls that a 3G dataplan was active. I was shocked to receive Oct'14 bill for Rs.5726/ Though my data usage for the period is 1.66 GB within 2GB free data eligible, Vodafone charged me for usage beyond 500MB. They also charged me rental for Corp Plan but no benefits given. Despite my repeated mails & requests for corrected bill to make pay, I got only standard replies meant to misguide. They started calling my Family members threatening to disconnect the numbers. They have now disconnected [protected] without reason. They have no intention to resolve the issue but are resorting to arm-twisting tactics to force me to pay the wrongful amount charged. I request you to take action angst Vodafone for unauthorisedly activating 3G data Plan, for hiding information about activation, for misguiding, for threatening & arm-twisting the customer, for causing mental agony to a loyal &honest customer having a long relationship, for causing personal& professional loss o/a of discontinuation of services.

      To the Vodafone, It is to inform you that I am one of the Vodafone user from Ahmedabad. And using vodafone postpaid services with best network. But in the bill of January 2015 i have found that Vodafone charge me some amount of Rs. 99 which they didn't notify me before charging. My current Postpaid plan in Rs 199 and Internet plan is 199. In the bill vodafone mentioned that Rs. 99 is charged for internet usage. But the internet plan activated on my number [protected] is unlimited 2G plan. So my complaint is to for what Vodafone claiming Rs.99 in Usage charges?. I need solid clarification on this amount charged by vodafone. Or else I am not willing to pay the amount even if vodafone is willing to close my connection. from, Sarthak B. Prajapati.

        I got this issue of incorrect bill every month. Last month also Vodafone has charged me 668 as downloaded charge but while complaining the same on Consumer form they have waved off this. This month also Vodafone has changed me 228 as downloading charge but I haven’t downloaded anything as I am using 1 GB 3G plan. Downloading d2cndtvvaluepack9 Rs 99 2 times in a month Hello1tvallsouth of Rs 30 Kindly do the needful to correct my Vodafone bill. Also help to get correct bill in Future. Let me know if you need any more information from my side.

          Note: Using Monthly Rental Plan Rs. 105/- and Received Bill of Rs. 4141/- Creadit Limit was only Rs. 500/- I am Sunil Vishwakarma using Mobile no. [protected], I got offers from Vodafone, Micromax A350 of 3G 2GB data with handset. Rarely I use the Internet on my mobile because in office, we are not allowed to use handset. On Saturday I have spoken to Vodafone customer care executive regarding my data consume and he informed me that I can use data 1136 MB approx and I myself check with this code *111*5*1# and it shows the same data balance information. On Sunday entire day did not use my mobile and in the evening when I checked my mobile and got message that I have consumed data beyond my credit limit. Every hour 200MB data getting consumed. They created unbilled amount Rs. 11699/- Dear sir kindly check how is that possible without using the phone how data get consumed. When I received my bill of Rs. 4141/- I found that unnecessary services had been activated on my mobile no. without my request and confirmation. They are continually harassing me from 4th or 5th Jan-2015. Thousand times I explained everything through mails, calls and social media using twitter, even my times I sent mail to Vodafone CEO Mr. Marten Pieters and corporate head Mr. Ajai, Mr. Nishant, Mr. Vishal and Mr. Gautam, Shweta Gursahani but no resolution. Till the date issue did not get resolved and they keep continue harassing me. Please Help me... Please Help me... Please Help me...

                I have received a bill of Rs 89000 charged on my Vodafone number, for GPRS used while on international travel, whereas my mobile has not been active on mobile data, and moreover i do not have GPRS on my mobile activated. now they have disconnected my number and they are not even willing to attend to this complaint nor giving any justifications. pls help me solve my problem .

                  I have 2 numbers under my name which is [protected] and [protected]. The [protected] number was used by me and the [protected] is used by my brother & me too sometimes.There was a Heavy bill of around 8000/- charged on my [protected] number for the month of October which when questioned was said to be my 2G data usage charges. However I asked your agents to come with a valid proof to get the payment and none of them came directly but threatened me on the phone for which I finally asked them to send a notice for which I will reply. They have sent me a notice to my email for which I will revert back with the help of my Lawyer. The cheap trick that you loser's have played here now is that my other number [protected] for which the payments have been made upto –date is barred of making Outgoing calls. My question is as to how can you Barr my other number for which the payment is done regularly. I spoke to Mustaq Ahmed (Empl ID # 543053) who is a floor supervisor and I asked him to mail me any supporting documents stating that “ Vodafone can disconnect any other numbers belonging to the customer to recover dues on behalf of the number for which the due is pending”. He said that these documents are not with them and advised to write an email to you. I have the call recording of the conversation that I had with Stanley & Mustaq Ahmed today. However I want a reply to this email so that I can also take further steps with the consumer court. Request you to provide the below at at the earliest, 1)A supporting document which I have signed while taking the connection stating that “ Vodafone can disconnect any other numbers belonging to the me to recover dues on behalf of the number for which the due is pending”. 2)Itemised bill of my usage on [protected] including the 2G data details that you claim have used 3)I had spoken to Person called Raghavendra from your recovery team who had abused me (for which I have a recording). I want the details of this person for my further proceedings. You can't frame your own rules and disconnect numbers. These are phone number which are used for critical needs and this issue has caused me a criticla loss. I will also take this to the consumer forum and Consumer court. Vodafone is blackmailing customer in ODD ways to recover unaccounted money which should be done through Legal ways. Vodafone ideally had to send an notice for the recovery and I would have challenged in the court of law. I have already given my new Airtel number ([protected]) and I stay in the same address. You people should either send a notice or come and do whatever you can do at my residence instead of showing your cheap skills. However finally the only thing you achieve by this loosing 4 connections which are these two and the other 2 connections that my Mom & dad are using. I will make sure no one uses this cheap Vodafone in my family and among my friends.

I have been charged for Rs.297 d2c_vceservice _, this month fake downloads .Only Vodafone team and God can say what are these charges for.I wonder what’s this strategy of making money from customers.Iwas using past 1 years Vodafone connection and i am a HR manager one Reputed Telecon company . I am not a fool and more over i dont have time to do stupid downloads .When I called up Customer care, they didn’t give any proper explanation on it.This is ridiculous.                       Hi, It was surprising that my 2 disconnected numbers got activated without any verbal or written communication and billed also. My numbers are [protected], [protected] When I communicated with customer care he informed me that it was activated upon my request on phone cal, i told him that i have not made any such call but he kept on telling me that its looged in our system that request was made. What should I do? It seems it a big mistake to take any post paid services from vodaphone

                        Hello, I am a Postpaid Cognizant-Corporate Vodafone customer having plan E_Connect_3G_ 299. This is regarding manipulation of my services without my knowledge twice just on receipt o[censored]nknown fraudulent call requests.

                        On 27th Dec 2014, I received message on my number that my Plan has been changed and my service was disrupted later on. On contacting Customer Care, I have been informed that action on my SIM was performed on receiving request from some unknown number and they have acted upon it. On contacting corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com and nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, for lodging complaint and seeking information of fraudulent call, it was confirmed that the unknown number was not available in their system and senior authority has no clue for guiding/suggesting anything. Instead on 2nd Jan 2015, I received response assuring that the recurrence of such instance will not happen in future and accepted the incapability of Vodafone for providing fraudulent call information. I was really disappointed by the actions/replies from Nodal Office which lacks information and only regretting for inconvenience.

                        Now yesterday again, I got message again on my number that some internet pack was activated. On inquiring from Customer Care, it was told to me that somebody has called and raised request for the same. Now this is unacceptable, as this is the second time the same things are reiterating again after being assured by Vodafone of non-occurrence of such events.

                        Vodafone is not taking this issue seriously which is getting reflected by their casual responses from Customer Care as well as their Nodal Office. It is a serious question on their services, systems, security checks and their incapability to act upon such instances which are getting repeated over and again. I am really disappointed by the services and felt cheated by Vodafone now. I suffered losses regarding Charges, Services, etc. which are already indeed in vain and I am now fed up chasing Vodafone from past 45 days. I have fully lost all my hopes in Vodafone for taking any actions from their side on this case now. I request authorities to please step into this issue. Please guide/advice me and help in taking suitable actions.

                          My vodafone connection is postpaid & in corporate plan. my last bill Vodafone wrongly charges of Rs.99/- two times total Rs.198 for download of d2c_mazaa. which I have never used or downloaded

                          1st of all i dont know what is this download, ...& how can vodafone charge this type of amount where my 3GB unlimited plan allready activated.

                          This is one kind of fraud case of vodafone & its happening with others also . I need a permanent solution for this type of fraud...

                          I want my money to be refunded & satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest... my vodafone customer relationship number is 1.38021877..

                            Respected sir/madam I wanted to file a case and complaint against the company for giving me a sever hard time.on 28/1/15days I got a call from the customer care saying that they want to update ne with a new call plan in which I strictly said no, after that they still turned on that plan.i had to call them 4-5 times about the problem but they said that it was by mistake and will be back to normal but I start the plan didn't stop and my post paid bill started to increase I again called the Company about this they agreed that it was the companies mistake but then they told me that even though it was their mistake I have to pay the extra charges ..which is around 2101/- ..which is way too much then my consumption of calls...and on 3/2/15 now for some reason they stopped my outgoing calls and said I have to pay the bill first.. I seriously want justice and need you help I can provide you all the Audio clips of my conversation with the Vodafone customer care as I have them all in my phone Please insist me further. Thank you

                              My 3G data card no [protected] is not working. A few days back I visited the store, I was told that the card was faulty a new card was given to me after submitting the necessary documents. Even now the data card is not functioning and I am able to access the net only through a WI Fi device. Kindly look into the matter Dr Meenakshi [protected]

                                I recharge 199 rs vodafone yesterday at 5 pm through sbm net bank tran id :BSBM[protected] but it is not success i dint get the msg also plese send me the other details when it is refund

                                  Sir/madam I have two numbers of Vodafone [protected], [protected]. I had called customers care many times regarding my Bill issue but they can't give any satisfactory answer. I am really very frustrated. Plz resolve my problem. Regards Ravi sangwan

                                    Hello, friday 6th february i bought a sim card at the vodafone office in front of the main post office Trivandrum, MG Road they charges me 100Rps for the sim card and i learn later the sim card was free of charge (special offer, just have to put money on it) today, wednesday 11th the sim card is still not activate they gave me a phone number but nobody answer ; all my friends tried without success but we are living in a rural remote area near Kallikadu the phone number is[protected] and the lady is Rajani she just took the money for herself !! please help me to have this sim card activate !! thank you Anne LeBot

                                      Since 07.02.2015 morning incoming and outgoing facilities stopped without prior intimation.Twice complain lodged and the Docket Nos. [protected] and [protected] and several times contacted your customer care in Kolkata. Already talk to your customer care supervisors namely Mr. Subhra Dey and Mr. James Anthony. Both of them along with your customer care representative assured me that my problem will be resolved within 24hrs. but till date the problem resolved. Therefore I would like to know the actual problem lies to resolve the aforesaid issues and what is the basis of false commitment of your representatives?

                                        I was moved to Bangalore from Noida . I came to know this only 2 days before that my joining came in bangalore. I went to voda store in sec-18 with the photocopy of my driving license and photographs of mine bt they denied saying that original they need. I requested that i have tom morning flight but they did not listen . Next day my mom visited their store with original one this time they said it can be done by me only . But i was in bangalore i tried from bangalore also but nothing worked during this time i paid their bill though i was not supposed to give . They call my mother everyday for the bill my mother is very soft heartened person she calls me after their call and says to end this matter . Sir you only tell how this can be done . She gave one mail id to me to contact vodafine . Immediately i mailed them no reply was there from their end . Now i have come to noida to pay 1000 rs . I came by flight and will have to go also . I am claiming my flight tickets against vodafone they have forced me to come here by troubling my parents everyday .
