Hello, I am a Postpaid Cognizant-Corporate Vodafone customer having plan E_Connect_3G_ 299. This is regarding manipulation of my services without my knowledge twice just on receipt o[censored]nknown fraudulent call requests.

On 27th Dec 2014, I received message on my number that my Plan has been changed and my service was disrupted later on. On contacting Customer Care, I have been informed that action on my SIM was performed on receiving request from some unknown number and they have acted upon it. On contacting corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com and nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, for lodging complaint and seeking information of fraudulent call, it was confirmed that the unknown number was not available in their system and senior authority has no clue for guiding/suggesting anything. Instead on 2nd Jan 2015, I received response assuring that the recurrence of such instance will not happen in future and accepted the incapability of Vodafone for providing fraudulent call information. I was really disappointed by the actions/replies from Nodal Office which lacks information and only regretting for inconvenience.

Now yesterday again, I got message again on my number that some internet pack was activated. On inquiring from Customer Care, it was told to me that somebody has called and raised request for the same. Now this is unacceptable, as this is the second time the same things are reiterating again after being assured by Vodafone of non-occurrence of such events.

Vodafone is not taking this issue seriously which is getting reflected by their casual responses from Customer Care as well as their Nodal Office. It is a serious question on their services, systems, security checks and their incapability to act upon such instances which are getting repeated over and again. I am really disappointed by the services and felt cheated by Vodafone now. I suffered losses regarding Charges, Services, etc. which are already indeed in vain and I am now fed up chasing Vodafone from past 45 days. I have fully lost all my hopes in Vodafone for taking any actions from their side on this case now. I request authorities to please step into this issue. Please guide/advice me and help in taking suitable actions.

    My vodafone connection is postpaid & in corporate plan. my last bill Vodafone wrongly charges of Rs.99/- two times total Rs.198 for download of d2c_mazaa. which I have never used or downloaded

    1st of all i dont know what is this download, ...& how can vodafone charge this type of amount where my 3GB unlimited plan allready activated.

    This is one kind of fraud case of vodafone & its happening with others also . I need a permanent solution for this type of fraud...

    I want my money to be refunded & satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest... my vodafone customer relationship number is 1.38021877..

      Respected sir/madam I wanted to file a case and complaint against the company for giving me a sever hard time.on 28/1/15days I got a call from the customer care saying that they want to update ne with a new call plan in which I strictly said no, after that they still turned on that plan.i had to call them 4-5 times about the problem but they said that it was by mistake and will be back to normal but I start the plan didn't stop and my post paid bill started to increase I again called the Company about this they agreed that it was the companies mistake but then they told me that even though it was their mistake I have to pay the extra charges ..which is around 2101/- ..which is way too much then my consumption of calls...and on 3/2/15 now for some reason they stopped my outgoing calls and said I have to pay the bill first.. I seriously want justice and need you help I can provide you all the Audio clips of my conversation with the Vodafone customer care as I have them all in my phone Please insist me further. Thank you

        My 3G data card no [protected] is not working. A few days back I visited the store, I was told that the card was faulty a new card was given to me after submitting the necessary documents. Even now the data card is not functioning and I am able to access the net only through a WI Fi device. Kindly look into the matter Dr Meenakshi [protected]

              Hello, friday 6th february i bought a sim card at the vodafone office in front of the main post office Trivandrum, MG Road they charges me 100Rps for the sim card and i learn later the sim card was free of charge (special offer, just have to put money on it) today, wednesday 11th the sim card is still not activate they gave me a phone number but nobody answer ; all my friends tried without success but we are living in a rural remote area near Kallikadu the phone number is[protected] and the lady is Rajani she just took the money for herself !! please help me to have this sim card activate !! thank you Anne LeBot

                Since 07.02.2015 morning incoming and outgoing facilities stopped without prior intimation.Twice complain lodged and the Docket Nos. [protected] and [protected] and several times contacted your customer care in Kolkata. Already talk to your customer care supervisors namely Mr. Subhra Dey and Mr. James Anthony. Both of them along with your customer care representative assured me that my problem will be resolved within 24hrs. but till date the problem resolved. Therefore I would like to know the actual problem lies to resolve the aforesaid issues and what is the basis of false commitment of your representatives?

                  I was moved to Bangalore from Noida . I came to know this only 2 days before that my joining came in bangalore. I went to voda store in sec-18 with the photocopy of my driving license and photographs of mine bt they denied saying that original they need. I requested that i have tom morning flight but they did not listen . Next day my mom visited their store with original one this time they said it can be done by me only . But i was in bangalore i tried from bangalore also but nothing worked during this time i paid their bill though i was not supposed to give . They call my mother everyday for the bill my mother is very soft heartened person she calls me after their call and says to end this matter . Sir you only tell how this can be done . She gave one mail id to me to contact vodafine . Immediately i mailed them no reply was there from their end . Now i have come to noida to pay 1000 rs . I came by flight and will have to go also . I am claiming my flight tickets against vodafone they have forced me to come here by troubling my parents everyday .

                    Vodafone India - Unnecessarily charged 6528 rupees for 3G data Dear Sir/madam, I, Vijyant Kumar using phone number [protected] since 2009 without any problem but in the month of August 2014, I received a call from Vodafone customer service that they want to give me free service of 3GInternet of 2GB data but I refused because I m very happy with airtel connection of another number even they again requested me to have this free facility and told me that it will automatically be stopped working after this free offer but unfortunately I was being cheated and harassed by your customer service representative because neither it was free nor it has been stopped. My problem is- Due to false bill of Internet i did not pay bill and i have also send the mail regarding this. I am raising concern on every month regarding additional Internet charges applied for the above mobile number. Kindly look in to this matter to avoid legal action and resove this issue by wainving the internt 3G charges only and I want be your customer for long duration of time otherwise I will be forced to leave your esteemed company. I m higher state of mental agony for which your company will be solely resoponsible .Hoping for resolution at the earliest. So, sir/Madam, it is my kindly request you to concentrate on my complaint and remove such ant users person. we therefore, would request you to please try to resolve our above said problems with senior and take action as early as possible. They are not even answering the phone calls & just making people go round for not providing their services. I hope you will consider our this complaint as early as possible.                       Hi My name is MITUL and My vodafone number is [protected] I am using vodafone no from last 6 MONTH and using same Internet plan from that time . In my current bill generated on 3 RD FEB 2014 (for the month dated JAN14 and FEB15), Vodafone charged me some downloading charges of Rs 99, for the below content 27/01/15-12:55:00 d2c_salparni_looka 0:00 99 <[protected]Rs99 I am completely unaware about these content and no such data is present on my device . When i receive the bill, I called the customer care... The person who atteneded the call completely unawre about these, I asked him to transfer the call to his senior, so he can't tranfer call, I request consumer court to take strict action against vodafone so that they cant make some mistakes again request Vodafone to revert the charges as soon as possible

                        Vodafone Haryana Bawal location Mobile Bill Dispute It very upsetting and frustated to write u that i am very very frustated from the vodafone.Its one of the worst company and service i have ever experienced. 1. This is in relation to my vodafone bill for Jan of phone number [protected]. I have been charged roaming call forwarding.i am not responsible for paying vodafone if you give me services of other network in roaming.i should have been given services from vodafone in roaming that too in haryana faridabad.i have not selected other network in roaming. I had also kept my call forwarding disabled. i have been charged 48.60 rs for this.i should not be charged with this amount. 2. Other issue is related to internet .i have been charged 99 rs for visiting paid site.i have not visited any paid site.i was even not able to use my own 2 gb netpack. I am going not going to pay rs 48.60 + rs 99 = 147.60 rs. 3. Also i am facing heavy problem in network and internet surfing.i never been able to access 3G nd paying for 3G.i am not able to make calls at bawal location near industrial area near to Asahi India limited the place where i am staying. I am still using my airtel roaming number and it is only serving my purpose and not vodafone.pl resolve these issues. 4. Customer care persons are the most non sense people.they dont know how to talk with customer and talk with arrogance.i dont want to call your customer care now as they dont have sense of speaking.i have talked with gursaab, anish and sohan.all were talking like illetrate persons. They said that "you have to pay . there is no other option".They were saying that they know that Vodafone is not good in service but you have to pay.we cannot provide network all the times . so u have to pay for our contract with other operators in roaming". These are their words. How can they represent Vodafone if they dont know what to say. I want to less this amount from my bill as am not going to pay this extra amount.                             This is regarding your email sent to me few days back for pending Vodafone bill amount around 1600/- Rs. The issue with nonpayment is, Vodafone closed the connection (incoming/outgoing Stopped) without any prior intimation to me. I already conveyed my concern to your team to verify and correct my unbilled amount then after I can make the payment. But without following proper procedure of disconnection they closed the connection. My Issues are : 1. Due to many cross connections frequently the bill amount increased (Already conveyed to Vodafone customer care team ITPL branch). 2. Unbilled amount needs to be corrected before payment by me. 3. No proper response from Customer care team in ITPL Branch even after many visits by customer. 4. I frequently contacted to the executive named something similar to “Babu” (From ITPL branch) but all the time he started behaving rudely when got to know that we don’t want to continue with the connection any more. (always misbehaved and got reply from him that “you can think anything whatever you feel”) 5. At the time of conversion to post paid connection your team promised to adjust the amount present in Prepaid account with the next bill but still no activity regarding this. 6. The customer support of Vodafone from ITPL is worst as my friend also closed his connection because of these issue only. In this case to whom I can contact for any resolution. Issues can never end if I explain but the thing here is, Please make the correction on bill amount and tell me then I can make the payment. Thanks and Regards Dipta Biswas

                            I sent many times my concern no body taking care from Vodafone customer care.

                            Frequently contacted to the executive named something similar to “Babu” (From

                            It seems one of worsted provider in India.

                            So its my sincere request to Indian people not to go vodafone it's better take connection from airtell.

                              My name is Arkaprobho Bhattacharjee and the mobile number given to me is [protected]. On 27/1/2015, at about 10'o clock while surfing the internet, a sudden pop up appeared on my phone notifying me of the fact that a certain subscription to a value added service, namely, "Tiny TV" has been activated and INR 55 has been duly deducted from my account. Taken aback, I promptly called their "24 hour Customer Service Cell" only to be redirected to an automated voice which kept telling me to dial 9 to reach the customer care thus falling into a never ending loop. Not to be deterred, I decided to call them the next day and when I did so and asked for my refund, the representative promptly told me that since I had not called them within 4 hours, the refund option was not viable but he could deactivate the service for me. Exasperated, I asked him to do so and urged him to not let incidents like this happen again. However, on 10/2/2015, after an hour of my recharging my phone, another pop up appeared notifying me of a deduction of INR 22 for the same wretched "Tiny TV" services adding, this time that the service has been renewed and charges will be applicable per week as per content. This happened while I was travelling and was not surfing any content from the internet, for which I would like to stress, I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A VALID NET PACK. Also, this is to be added that this was my first recharge since the night of 25/1/2015 and my phone was lying defunct as I had another one. Now I promptly called the Customer Care cell and spoke to 3 different representatives, to whom I had to explain my situation thrice and every time I was met with the same response of transferring my call to a senior during which the call magically got dropped each time. I tried hollering at a certain Mr. Girish Holla who seems to be in charge of something important at Vodafone as all the complaints have been asked to be directed to him on their official website but his mobile is switched off round the clock. Imagine the irony!! Now, however light hearted this might seem, I would ask you to take this matter seriously. I do know of the ambit of the "Tiny Tv" services, as in where and when they can charge for that and I am pretty sure I did not fall in that ambit. It is imperative that telecom service providers do not get away with thievery like this. Like really, do these guys even realise how low they are stooping!! I would kindly ask the admins of this page to take whatever steps necessary against Vodafone India and to take them as soon as possible.

                              Vodafone India - Deduction of money for services of a certain "Tiny Tv"


                              My name is Arkaprobho Bhattacharjee and the mobile number given to me is
                              [protected]. On 27/1/2015, at about 10'o clock while surfing the
                              internet, a sudden pop up appeared on my phone notifying me of the fact
                              that a certain subscription to a value added service, namely, "Tiny TV"
                              has been activated and INR 55 has been duly deducted from my account.
                              Taken aback, I promptly called their "24 hour Customer Service Cell"
                              only to be redirected to an automated voice which kept telling me to
                              dial 9 to reach the customer care thus falling into a never ending loop.
                              Not to be deterred, I decided to call them the next day and when I did
                              so and asked for my refund, the representative promptly told me that
                              since I had not called them within 4 hours, the refund option was not
                              viable but he could deactivate the service for me. Exasperated, I asked
                              him to do so and urged him to not let incidents like this happen again.
                              However, on 10/2/2015, after an hour of my recharging my phone, another
                              pop up appeared notifying me of a deduction of INR 22 for the same
                              wretched "Tiny TV" services adding, this time that the service has been
                              renewed and charges will be applicable per week as per content. This
                              happened while I was travelling and was not surfing any content from the
                              internet, for which I would like to stress, I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A VALID
                              NET PACK. Also, this is to be added that this was my first recharge
                              since the night of 25/1/2015 and my phone was lying defunct as I had
                              another one. Now I promptly called the Customer Care cell and spoke to 3
                              different representatives, to whom I had to explain my situation thrice
                              and every time I was met with the same response of transferring my call
                              to a senior during which the call magically got dropped each time. I
                              tried hollering at a certain Mr. Girish Holla who seems to be in charge
                              of something important at Vodafone as all the complaints have been asked
                              to be directed to him on their official website but his mobile is
                              switched off round the clock. Imagine the irony!!

                              Now, however light hearted this might seem, I would ask you to take this
                              matter seriously. I do know of the ambit of the "Tiny Tv" services, as
                              in where and when they can charge for that and I am pretty sure I did
                              not fall in that ambit. It is imperative that telecom service providers
                              do not get away with thievery like this. Like really, do these guys even
                              realise how low they are stooping!! I would kindly ask the admins of
                              this page to take whatever steps necessary against Vodafone India and to
                              take them as soon as possible.

                                Hi dear sir/madan, its rishabh here. i have brought a vodafone red sim Mobile number - [protected] from kalka ji store on 8-2-2015. they have committed to activate it withting 24 hour and just after varification call. But till[protected] my sim was not activated so i visited to vodafone store on[protected], They said your sim will be activated after 48 hour from now, then i asked for a store manager then after mr saurav call a lady mrs riya and she represented herself as store manager then i given a written feedback to her and she committed to take action on this as she said that mr gaurav suri that have submitted my sim was committed fake. Then after i personally asked a security man and he said that mrs riya is not a store manager she is just a customer representative hence they have doing fake representation to customer coming there so that a customer cant complain to a manager. When i asked mrs riya for his identity that whether she is manager or not then she said who are you to ask.. i think a unsatisfied customer have right to talk to a real manager such that he/she cant do these thing with me next time or to another customer. But the way they behaved with me after was just a disappointed moment for every customer they stated shouting You cant ask for a manager proof you are no one to ask for it. I want a verification form vodafone that such thing wont happen to any customer if she is real manager then she can show his identity to customer and i want a commitment letter from vodafone store manager of kakla ji regarding this issue such that it wont happen again to me or any customer kindly take a response regarding this.

                                  This is to inform you that, recently I have changed my Corporate mobile plan from Vodafone Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid Connection Number ([protected]). I had a discussion with one of the vodafone executive who has provided me information about E_Connect_3G_375_New Corporate plan and after getting all the details I agreed to submit the relevant documents. Once it has been verified and activated to vodafone, I came to know that my plan is activated to 199 CMC plan. I am really surprised to see this change as I was not informed about unexpected change. This is affecting my day to day work as I am not having agreed facilities on my phone. I would really like to get this change to E_Connect_3G_375_New Corporate plan as soon as possible. Looking forward to hear back from you as soon as possible. I want to Change My Plan Corporate CMC199 to E_Connect_3G_375_New Corporate Plan In My Vodafone Number [protected]. i sended the mail corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com but no reply last 4 to 5 Days.                                       Sir,
                                      I am facing problem on my number [protected] regarding to amount deduction by a service name paradise model for which i never subscribed and when ever the money is deducted i receive a message for stop that service by sending STOP to 155223 and after that service is deactivated but the deduction of money is continue i register my complain on ashoka .com also but no action is taken till.

                                      And the customer care complaint number is also blocked of mine number without any reason and i tried to talk to customer care by another number he did not tell me the reason why my number is blocked and drop my call in between.

                                      So please return my money which is deducted otherwise i will go to consumer court for this.

In every month i have getting correct bill but in the month of November i got the bill amount 1700rs and before this bill i have getting the sms from vodafone that your credit limit is 1000, 1200, like this regarding this issue i have called vodafone customer care 3 times but they replied me that you will get same amount like same as before.after that i got bill 2000 that time also i have called in customer care for this bill they have charged me on Internet usage 200MB but i have using both sim card in my phone vodafone and Uninor i am using uninor internet .so on last saturday i have gone in vodafone customer service center in akurdi. They have given me this mail ID. Is there any chance to make settlement because this is my business no. i am getting frustrated.
