Dear Sir, I have billing dispute with Vadofone service provider. They have generate bills for Vadafone Live ( VF Mobile connect) of Rs.760 and late payment charges of 100 INR. This period was of 20th december 14 to 20th January 15. There after my out going calls were disconnected. I have visit Vodafone store 5 times & log a complaints. Vodafone person is simply saying, that you have used Internet services on window phone.As I exceede the limit of of my data pack but there was no service call or message from vodafone.Agnet called me on 19th and said sir you have exceede the limilt of your data usage.I have had 1gb 2G data internet pack activated on my number and this is for the first time limit got exceeded since last three months.There was no service call or message for exceeded usage. As of now my out going is still deactivated.Pls help in resolving the same. Frustated from vodafone services as the company is cahrging for the services which I didn't used. please take appropriate action asap. Regards, Shreekant [protected]

    From Last 3 weeks I am facing Internet and much more problems. I have called your customer care and on 198 (complaints only) Department so many time. But I have got very bad exp. Can someone solve this problem. Or last option is I will transfer my no to smoother company.

      Respected sir/madam i am dr s prabu shankar, airtel prepaid customer, my number is [protected]. from today morning i am receiving unnecessary calls from the mobile number [protected], i learnt that this is a vodafone number, hence i am making the complaint to vodafone india. the calls when attended is not taken by anyone and they are repeatedly calling my number and this is affecting my peace of mind and i am strained due to this. In the background i hear a lady voice using filthy language. kindly help me in this regard. i have a peaceful family and i am in the education sector working as an assistant professor. kindly bar this number from calling me. Take stringent action against this caller if possible. Thankyou. Please help in this regard

          Vodafone ported in my number (previously with airtel) without my consent and without airtel's consent.

          I didn't want to change to Vodafone.

          I initially thought I should shift to vodafone and got everything arranged and filled the docs.

          However in about 16 hrs after that, I told my Vodafone agent to cancel the transfer immediately.

          I even contacted the would be RMs in Vodafone. I did SMSes and calls both.

          I even visited the Vodafone store and talked to the manager.

          All of them assured me I had nothing to worry and that it wont be transferred to Vodafone.

          But all of them lied to me.

          The window to cancel is 24 hrs and I did all this in about 16 hrs or so.

          All of them lied to me. I would like you to file a case of mental harrasement and fraud against Vodafone and ensure the respected employees are jailed.

          She was a lady, I don't know her name. She is a scammer and should be jailed. As should the other Vodafone staff.

          My Relationship Managers in Vodafone who scammed me as well:

          Please put all of them in jail.

          And raise the complaint to TRAI to shift my number [protected] back to Airtel.

            I already had an internet plan for Rs.250/month which i had requested to switch to Rs.175/month. You deactivated my Rs.250/month plan without activating Rs.175/month plan. Nor i got any confirmation from your end that my Rs.250/month plan has been deactivated. It came to my notice by my own when i checked randomly on *111# my unbilled amount. I then and there called your customer care executive on 198 for the issue. My internet usage for bill period is within 1 GB and as agreed with executive on call, i would be liable to pay data usage charges if my internet usage goes beyond 1GB for the bill period. I am regular user of internet never asked by discontinuing internet plan. It was just a switch from one plan to another. From your end deactivation was done not the activation of new plan. Nor you confirmed/communicated that the plan got deactivated. Now this is because of your system issue i am being charged for data usage. Hence, i have asked for waiving Rs.397.28 on account of data usage charges. So, i request you once again to provide me rectified bill after waiving Rs.397.28 so that i can pay the bill within due date. Post that i shall not be liable for any late payment charges.

            Vodafone - you please also note that, in plan of 3G most of the time we get 2G services and still you charge it as per 3G charges.

            Is it ethical???
            Concern already addressed by your team by waiving excess internet charges. thanks for the assistance.

            but please provide 3G service as 3G, i get 2G network most of the time.

              i have made a port out request from [protected] vodafone (postpaid) to Aircel (Prepaid) On 11th Feb. 2015 after requesting for port out i have got a sms from vodafone saying they will respond on this request in 96hrs. of TAT and on 15th feb a sms come with your request rejected due to outstanding payment as it is my postpaid no so i have some outstanding even they are not reliable enough to make me aware of this very bad vodafone fraud company.

                  I have a postpaid Vodafone(Corporate) connection having NO; [protected] . I have plan of 375-E-connect plan.Vodafone deactivate my Roam Like Home services without any Notification and make my whole bill with roaming charges and with complains again it they tried to make me fool with other direction answer and after that not revise the bill and not give me my bill free minutes in Dec2014-Jan 2015 and Jan-Feb 2015 bill.I activated roam like Home services in Nov-2014 and Vodafone deactivated it in 11thDec 2014 without any intimation and also on that time customer executive not replying for the deactivation of Roam Like Home.I Have all mails.My Dec-Jan Bill -1417.30Jan-Feb Bill-729.66Further to inform with the wrongly inform of red Plan for corporate customer they all executives cheats with clients like me and because of this I have to face too much problem.i also have pics for same.And also from last 4 Days I continue calls for bill payment and everyone cut the call with same answer of within 24 hours you get the call from our side and clear the issue.I paid advance many of times but this time not paid this because of Cheat Case. I attached my mail on 5th Jan 2015 for Roam like home services and no one inform me for its deactivation on 11th dec 2014 or on that time and only because of that they cahred me STD and Roaming..                       i am getting miss call from this no +[protected] Help what is this
                      even i am getting missed calls during days and odd hours.. the trucaller shows its from Pakistan, Tunisia, Poland etc.. But this no. is quite frequent in trying to con me +[protected]. The other one is from Estonia +[protected], +[protected] & the last one is from Pakistan [protected].

                      If not Then take Action Immediately, and pls dont give stupid Answer like you have already infromed through message .
                      just google it and see and illetracy percentage in india and how many people read your english message.

                      I keep getting some weird calls from a number in Chad.

                      Since I doubt Vodafone or anyone else will bother trying to solve this issue, given they couldn't even issue my fiance a proper phone contract after 4-5 visits (isn't it what they're supposed to do!)- maybe they're even in on this whole scam thing, who knows? so the easiest thing is to block the caller, if you can (the function should be there on most phones).
                      I never had this issue in Europe but it seems to be an easy target here in India for some reason..

                      Good luck and don't fall prey to these scammers!

                      Even am getting the call from this number ( #[protected]) this is the number which i got in the bill amount as i made a international call for 18 minutes but i havent made any international call.
                      I thought you are fooling me, but now i realize that am not the only person, You people are fooling each and every customers of vodafone .
                      You people are threatening me to pay the bills for fake calls which i never spoke and also getting a messages and phone calls that you have also raised a civil case on me.
                      What is this?

                      I have one more doubt how come most of them are getting the calls from the
                      same region Tunisia 216. Friends please think (The Tunisia country code 216 will allow you to call Tunisia from another country)

                      I saw the comment from darvesh as vodafone may involved in this SPAM call.
                      Am also asking the same question?
                      I have a doubt that the person from vodafone only calling us
                      or Vodafone is tied up with Spam .

                      That too not any other network only vodafone customers are facing the problem.

                      Friends please dont believe Vodafone .
                      They are trying to cheat us and get the money.
                      I will never suggest my friends to get vodafone .
                      friends you also please dont suggest your friends and make them in trouble.
                      Please try to cancel your numbers who are all facing this problem
                      Worst customer service i have never seen.

                        Incorrectly paid for unknown service - MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G
                        I don't know why vodafone is doing this to their valuable old customers.
                        They are deducting this Rs.850 from my mobile postpaid bill for last two months.
                        Now I have no choice but to discontinue the service - as I has to pay 4 to 5 times more payment for the service, that I never applied activated.

                        Its the promo offer that costs Rs.850 and the amount is deducted at the end by giving discount Rs.-850. Checked my bill again and my confusion resolved.

                          hi, I wanted to let you know that my billing ownership is wrong and the company store near bodakdev Ahmedabad Gujarat, I visited ask me to get back to agent I went to agent to solve the querry but he did not solved it and in fact asked me why are you bothered and it is ok but still getting same issues in billing again went back to company store they said you will have cancel this number and get new connection. Here is my vodo fone numbers displayed in bill. There are two owners reflecting when it should be just one the first one( SATKARM FOUNDATION) which is me. I also want to know how do they come to know the number printed on the back of sim card. Please check this issue and do something about this.

                                I am using Vodafone's no. [protected]. On 14 Feb 15, I received a sms from Vodafone stating that "Tiny TV service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.77 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.164.85.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." I didn't make any request to Vodafone for any kind of activation. Therefore I want Vodafone to return my Rs. 77 in my account at the earliest. L T

                                  My number is [protected] and i am from Bangalore, Karnataka. On 12.02.2015 i activated the 147 Rs pack for 3G data internet. However, I was unable to get access. I called the customer care several times and each time I was asked to remove the sim card from my phone and i did that everytime. (nearly 10 times). Still i have not got the access. Now, everytime i call the customer care they put me on hold for a long time and finally just cut the call without even telling me what the issue is. Also, the same day 1 of the customer care executives, instead of resolving my issues was trying to flirt with me saying my voice is very sweet etc... I am tired calling the customer care as they are just disconnecting my call everytime. If i do not get this issues resolved, I have no other option but to go to the consumer court against vodafone and its employee who was trying to misbehave with me over the phone. Regards, Sahana. S

                                    Hello sir, My name satender jha and my vodafone number is [protected] delhi.my outgoing call stopped 6/2/2015. I call customer care they said that your verification went negative going to vodafone store and i give my ID proof they said that wait 72 hrs. for that the same after 72 hrs.I call customer care and they said me wait 72 hrs. iam 4th time complaint but no solution. Please help me. Today 9th day my outgoing call, msg, internet stopped. Thank you.

                                      I am having post paid vodafone connection [protected] which I requested to close on 6 Feb 2015 .On 9th Feb 2015 I got reply with mentioning Request Number [protected] for closing connection.As per this reply connection should be closed on 14th Feb 2015 but When I inquired back, they have raised another closing request and now saying it will be closed on 18th Feb 2015?

                                      Why you are harassing customers and changing date .It should take 7 days from requested date to close the account .I want it should be closed on 14th Feb without fail.I have already paid all outstanding amount .

                                        Hello My number is [protected], i am having vodafone corporate plan from 2 years. Under this i have been entitled free of 5 gb data, 350 mins and unlimited calls between same cug customers. In this month they have charged the amount for my < 5 gb data usage(1.92 gb), billl has been generated as 4415.26 . This is third time i have been reporting this. Last time also same issue and it is resolved which has service request number [protected] and I got a waiver of Rs. 2139.82/- including tax accordingly. Now again bill generated as 4415.26 rs, here 4016.26 is usage charges. Please provide me 4016.26 rs waiver as per my plan.
