my mob. no. is [protected], I have been charged Rs.99 in the name of fake download (d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu), and that too on 1/02/2015 sunday 7:41 am...and this is impossible because i never wake up before 10 am on sundays...so u r trying to say that i had downloaded something in my dreams ...this is not done vodafone ... i want full refund ASAP... I thought Vodafone is a reputed company but u failed my expectations...

    My name is IMAM and my number is [protected]. On 8th February 2015 for a ISD call for 10sec they charged Rs100. I have made a complaint about that. But these people promised me to refund that amount agreeing that is a fraud call. I made 5 times calls to customer care 4 times they said balance will be refund in 1 hour, but 5th time they told to me we are sorry we cant revert that amount.

      Respected Sir / Madam, My prepaid Vodafone no. is [protected], Registered on my name ( Ravi Jogi ) Problem I am facing is I don't receive any calls or i cant even call. Message I hear when I call some one is " you are barred because you have no service " Steps i took to solve this problem: 1] Contacted on customer care : they replied me to recharge my account. I did it as he told me. Recharged with 250/- Still Same no service 2] Again i contacted on customer care : this time they told me, might be your sim is damaged. 3]i have visited to vodafone store, raghuleela, kandivali west. They check in system and told me its all fine. After checking my phone they replaced me new with sim. In result i am facing same problem. Request you to solve my problem from your side. i have no time to visit your vodafone store frequently. Thanks in Advance.

        BILL NO.[protected] BILL PERIOD 05-JAN-2015 TO 04-FEB-2015 PLAN- E_CONNECT_3G_375 MOB.NO. [protected] in my bill downloading charge reflected RS 99/- ref. d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu. My Internet plan is unlimited and i have not download any chargeable item. How can vodafone paid any third party on behalf of me without permission. last month also it was charged and wave it on my request.again this month they r charging. Please do not harass this type of service from a reputed company like vodafone. Please waive my this charge and I am paying only the actual amount.

        But how you can pay money to those sites without asking us.
        do you have excel sheet that user should not visit those sites? don't make us fool, first you gave unlimited plan and now you are saying some sites are chargable?

        And why don't you declared those sites before we took the plan from you (Vodafone).

        Anyone help me to take the legal step against Vodafone India, because I just cross checked my last 8 bills, and came to know about they did this to me 4 times, horrible!!!

        In month of July - animation_download Rs 15/-
        In month of Sept - hello1_tvallsouth Rs 30/-
        In month of Sept - mobileart_valuepack Rs 50/-
        and
        In month of Feb - d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu Rs 99/-

        :(, and they said you have free unlimited net plan.

        Please help me, only god knows in how many numbers they are doing this to common people.
        I am a customer of Vodafone India.
        I having post paid connection (No.- [protected]).In my last month bill Company added Rs 99 for "DOWNLOADING CHARGE d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu".
        I don't know for what they charge me.
        I did complain with vodafone but haven't got any reply.

        Rs 99 was deducted for this. I didn’t download any thing that is chargeable. Also I was in roaming at that time. I didn't download anything.
        I have unlimited net as it is corporate SIM. How could Vodafone provide this bill?
        Please correct the bill or I and some of our corporate customer will quit vodafone.

My problem is- Due to false bill of Internet i did not pay bill and i have also send the mail regarding this. My service request is[protected]. Due to stoped outgoing call, Today[protected] i did call in customer care ([protected]) and talk to Ankit around 4:15 PM . Ankit did miss behave me during talk.             Hi For the last 3 months I m getting unnecessary "Downloads" charges. On asking for explaination they are giving all kinds of excuses like it's a 3rd party transactions that sort of . Last month bill i m charged with Rs. 297. Don't give me crap answers like it's a 3 rd party transactions, if so then I should authorize it, No transaction should happen without my authorization am I bloody clear on this?               Hi i am Ankit, Vodafone user of no. [protected]. On 2 Feb Vodafone deducted 75₹ from my account without any information when i called them they said me i have downloaded something and have surf the site and the time given by him was 1:20 at that time i was in office and not possible to surf internet and i already have internet balance in my account. The guy registered my complaint and said i will recieve my bal back with 24hrs the complaint num [protected]. When i didn't recieve my bal back almost till 48hrs i tried to call them bt they baared my num to contact to cstmer care registered this complaint for 5-6 times but no action taken. When i callex them from different num guy said my request is in still in process will get call. I recieved another and was sd will get my bal back witin 72 hrs. No bal recived almost after a week. Again called to cstmr srvc nt able to connect from my no. As it is barred to call cstmer srvc tried to cont with different no. And dey sd nt able to return my funds bck as it ws genuine charges. They are keep on making me fool tht i surfed a charged site i askex which site ws tht nt able to tell me they think tht all people are fool nt getting to my pounts tried to mk them understand on the given time by them i dint use my phone and i already have internet pack. And the guy was providing different no. To contact and said i am not able to do anything. Fraud Vodafone loosing its customer by doing this type of chirkutai... Ankit jain +91-[protected]

                Can i get the complete call history (including Incoming Calls & messages, missed calls given by us. etc) for any vodafone number? If yes, please tell me how.. bcoz when spoke to vodafone customer care executive, they say there is no such process to provide complete call history.

                  i, I just wanted to make a complaint about my billing issue. From two consecutive bill month vodafone are charging me Rs.99 saying that i have download Ndtv pack .Even i confirmed from your call centre guys, they confirmed that the first month i had download something which charged extra. Now today when i received another bill stating me again that 99 rs has decducted of so called NDTV pack, I havent downloaded anything so how come they charge again.?                     Dear sir, Originally i took vadapone post paid connection one year back. Ie during jan 14. I did not even a single monthly bill inspite of reminders. Mean while my health is distrubing me i went vadapone store located sector 18 noida and got changed to prepaid two days back.I was having isirtel internet connection for the last four years on the name of my daugher-inlaw. however i dont use interne on my mobile it is 3rd day they are charging session wise . so fa they deducted about 10 rs. kindly stop this and allow me only mobile for communication. normally i call once or twice in a day to my old mother. i have no other needs except exceptional times. kindly note my e- mail and request u rectify the error of collecting internet charges without any usage. with kind regrds. vv ss subrahmanya sastry My e- mail ; [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                        Hi, I have activated "RED CARPET" plan so that I would have better service and better plan. As updated to you earlier on call, my Vodafone account manager was never available over call to assist me on my issues and service. So I have deactivated the plan, while doing the same I have clearly instructed the executive to activate my other services like roam like home, 3G and etc. But my 3G was not activated which I found when I was on vocation, I have activated it by calling the customer care. When I received the bill for the month of Dec, I have been billed 5K approx for 3G services only, You can confirm the above said from the calls which I made to the customer care(Which is said to be recorded). Is the customer responsible to pay the bill, which is generated due to a mistake of your employee? Kindly provide a justification for all the points which I have mentioned, without which I would not be clearing the payment. Then I forget this issue but this month billing I found my roam like home is disable and due to it my bill increase . Again follow up with Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com mail id is useless bit they dont have any customer care to solve my issue . So I have depend on mail and in mail they dont understand and I have to pay more bill . Waiting for call from them.

                          Its very unfortunate and disturbing behaviour of vodafone india. I got a call from vodafone for the clearance of my payment and have clearly mentioned and ask somebody to collect the chq from my office on monday. I am out of town till monday and no access to phone and internet. This has been acknowledged by the vodafone customer support team too. Post that also they have stopped all my phone numbers and was not able to do any call. The payment was pending for only one number but they have stopped all my numbers instead of deactivating only one number. This is very unprofessional approach of a company like vodafone. I am seeking for some serious action against their unfaithful behaviour to the customers

                            My self Tikaram Pimpale Having Mobile Number : [protected] (Vodafone Prepared) yesterday evening my balance directly deducted near about 40 to 50 Rs, after that i was call to customer care of vodafone after that the customer execuitve was said i was download sometihink from net by using vodafone net, and i m alreday net of vodafone not used from 04/02/2015 (due to Data plan over), si i was requested to customer execuitve refund my balance in my account bht he was repliled sorry i am not refund u r balance. So please Help mi in matter.

Kindly refund the entire amount of Rs. 608.00 and stop billing such unauthorised charges in future. If you are not going to do the same and going to give some lame explanations as you did for unauthorised plan change in this same account during September 2014 and made me to mail you guys for 6 to 7 times to get the refund for your fault, just explain me the procedure to change my same number to Airtel through mobile number portability. I am again reiterating you guys not to give any plain explanation without refunding the above amount of Rs. 608.00. If you are unable to refund and stop billing me in future, kindly reply with the procedure for using the mobile number portability to change my account to Airtel. I am already in a heavy stuff of work pressure from my office, so I am not in a mood to fight with you guys to get the refund and I am totally fed up with your service.                                   Hi.. This is not the 1st time that I am having issues with Vodafone. This time, I was in roaming for almost a month and I was not getting the 3G network as I have Rs 650 (Unlimited) plan activated on my number, so I called customer care to complain about the same and I was told that we do not have 3G network in most of the cities in MP however we have tie-up with Idea and Airtel, so you can manually select the Idea network and enjoy the 3G services and I did the same. When I received my bill, I got to know that I have been charged Rs 531.30 extra for GPRS (Idea network which I used in Roaming). I again called the Vodafone customer care and I was told that the charges of Rs. 531.30 will not be removed as using any other network in Roaming is always chargeable which I was not told earlier.

                                    Rs. 99 has deducted from my mobile balance many times and when I call to vodafone customer care they are just saying that use Internet safely or saying you have only subscribe to any services, But i have not subscribe to any services.

                                      Dear Sir / Ma'am I want to change my vodafone pre paid sim to post paid sim no is [protected] . On Monday 2 Feb 2015 I have called to customer care they have sent a person from vodafone to collect hard copy of the documents from my office . On Thursday my prepaid no is disconnected but that new sim which that person has given to me is not activated yet . There is no signal in the sim . Kindly help because since morning I have called 3 customer care persons every one gave me different answers . But no one is able to solve my query . That new sim which that person given to me is shows no service . SIM no is [protected]. Kindly solve the query or tell me the way to solve it . ASAP Thanks

                                        Hi Team, I am facing a challange with Vodafone, as I have raised a request on 19th Jan 2015 for converting my connection from postpaid to prepaid and also submitted all the required document to the center, Even I paid all my dues then and there only after they issued me a Prepaid sim. But still that connection has not converted into prepaid, even I have sent so many follow up email to Vodafone. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks, Ankit [protected]
