i, I just wanted to make a complaint about my billing issue. From two consecutive bill month vodafone are charging me Rs.99 saying that i have download Ndtv pack .Even i confirmed from your call centre guys, they confirmed that the first month i had download something which charged extra. Now today when i received another bill stating me again that 99 rs has decducted of so called NDTV pack, I havent downloaded anything so how come they charge again.? My vodafone number is : [protected]

    Dear sir, Originally i took vadapone post paid connection one year back. Ie during jan 14. I did not even a single monthly bill inspite of reminders. Mean while my health is distrubing me i went vadapone store located sector 18 noida and got changed to prepaid two days back.I was having isirtel internet connection for the last four years on the name of my daugher-inlaw. however i dont use interne on my mobile it is 3rd day they are charging session wise . so fa they deducted about 10 rs. kindly stop this and allow me only mobile for communication. normally i call once or twice in a day to my old mother. i have no other needs except exceptional times. kindly note my e- mail and request u rectify the error of collecting internet charges without any usage. with kind regrds. vv ss subrahmanya sastry My e- mail ; [protected]@yahoo.co.in

        Hi, I have activated "RED CARPET" plan so that I would have better service and better plan. As updated to you earlier on call, my Vodafone account manager was never available over call to assist me on my issues and service. So I have deactivated the plan, while doing the same I have clearly instructed the executive to activate my other services like roam like home, 3G and etc. But my 3G was not activated which I found when I was on vocation, I have activated it by calling the customer care. When I received the bill for the month of Dec, I have been billed 5K approx for 3G services only, You can confirm the above said from the calls which I made to the customer care(Which is said to be recorded). Is the customer responsible to pay the bill, which is generated due to a mistake of your employee? Kindly provide a justification for all the points which I have mentioned, without which I would not be clearing the payment. Then I forget this issue but this month billing I found my roam like home is disable and due to it my bill increase . Again follow up with Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com mail id is useless bit they dont have any customer care to solve my issue . So I have depend on mail and in mail they dont understand and I have to pay more bill . Waiting for call from them.

          Its very unfortunate and disturbing behaviour of vodafone india. I got a call from vodafone for the clearance of my payment and have clearly mentioned and ask somebody to collect the chq from my office on monday. I am out of town till monday and no access to phone and internet. This has been acknowledged by the vodafone customer support team too. Post that also they have stopped all my phone numbers and was not able to do any call. The payment was pending for only one number but they have stopped all my numbers instead of deactivating only one number. This is very unprofessional approach of a company like vodafone. I am seeking for some serious action against their unfaithful behaviour to the customers

            My self Tikaram Pimpale Having Mobile Number : [protected] (Vodafone Prepared) yesterday evening my balance directly deducted near about 40 to 50 Rs, after that i was call to customer care of vodafone after that the customer execuitve was said i was download sometihink from net by using vodafone net, and i m alreday net of vodafone not used from 04/02/2015 (due to Data plan over), si i was requested to customer execuitve refund my balance in my account bht he was repliled sorry i am not refund u r balance. So please Help mi in matter.

                Hi, My mobile account [protected] getting charged with unauthorised download charges which I never downloaded or not even familiar about these things. Kindly refund the entire amount of Rs. 608.00 and stop billing such unauthorised charges in future. If you are not going to do the same and going to give some lame explanations as you did for unauthorised plan change in this same account during September 2014 and made me to mail you guys for 6 to 7 times to get the refund for your fault, just explain me the procedure to change my same number to Airtel through mobile number portability. I am again reiterating you guys not to give any plain explanation without refunding the above amount of Rs. 608.00. If you are unable to refund and stop billing me in future, kindly reply with the procedure for using the mobile number portability to change my account to Airtel. I am already in a heavy stuff of work pressure from my office, so I am not in a mood to fight with you guys to get the refund and I am totally fed up with your service.                   Hi.. This is not the 1st time that I am having issues with Vodafone. This time, I was in roaming for almost a month and I was not getting the 3G network as I have Rs 650 (Unlimited) plan activated on my number, so I called customer care to complain about the same and I was told that we do not have 3G network in most of the cities in MP however we have tie-up with Idea and Airtel, so you can manually select the Idea network and enjoy the 3G services and I did the same. When I received my bill, I got to know that I have been charged Rs 531.30 extra for GPRS (Idea network which I used in Roaming). I again called the Vodafone customer care and I was told that the charges of Rs. 531.30 will not be removed as using any other network in Roaming is always chargeable which I was not told earlier.

                    Rs. 99 has deducted from my mobile balance many times and when I call to vodafone customer care they are just saying that use Internet safely or saying you have only subscribe to any services, But i have not subscribe to any services.
                    Please do something against them i have seen many people facing same problem.

On Monday 2 Feb 2015 I have called to customer care they have sent a person from vodafone to collect hard copy of the documents from my office . On Thursday my prepaid no is disconnected but that new sim which that person has given to me is not activated yet . There is no signal in the sim . Kindly help because since morning I have called 3 customer care persons every one gave me different answers . But no one is able to solve my query .                           My name is Balaji Vittal. My post paid number is [protected] with the Andhra Pradesh circle of Vodafone. I have been their customer since 2004 and have never defaulted on a payment. My bill dated 1st Feb was for Rs.15, 017 which is well within my credit limit of Rs.16, 900. And my payment due date is 19th Feb, so I have 13 days more time. However, Vodafone has barred all my services and rendered my connection inactive.. Their reason is -they say that there is an unbilled amount of Rs.17, 632 for which they refuse to share details with me. They insist that I must make the Rs.15, 017 payment if I want my services restored. Also, the 1st Feb bill of Rs.15, 017 has a few discrepancies for which I need clarity. And nobody is willing to clarify my queries despite me repeatedly calling their [protected] helpline. I have repeatedly told them over phone and written to them too saying that I will make the payment on due date as I have always done in the past 10 years. I pleaded with them to restore my services because, due to the disruption I am unable to make business calls, or make on-line payments towards my monthly payments on my credit card (because the One Time Password from the credit card issuer is sent to this mobile). I am also unable to book flight tickets to meet my family in Hyderabad because all my ticket bookings are done on my credit card. Their helpline [protected] repeatedly keeps putting me on hold and not respond. As a last recourse I called up their AP Nodal Officer but their response is the same - "Pay up Rs.15, 000 for re-activation" Nobody senior not even the Nodal Officer Mr. Madhavan wants to come on line and speak with me. Even the Relationship Manager Adi Narayana refuses to take my calls. Due to this, I have suffered financial losses in the past 10 days not to speak of the mental harassment, tension and agony. Also I fear for the safety of my family members as I ham told that these service providers send local thugs to peoples' home to collect money by using intimidation and threats. I am considering asking for police protection from the local Begampet Police Station too. Request your help to please get my services activated. My alternate contact number is[protected].                           Ms.Shailaja, ([protected]) who claimed to be the Collections Head of Vodafone AP called me and committed to waiving all the Internet and GPRS charges. I only need to pay the voice charges she said. The amount thus came to Rs.7095.82. I communicated this to her on 13th Apr (Monday). She agreed to come back to me with the letter to the effect against which I am ready to make the payment of Rs.7095.82. Suddenly today I receive an e-mail from Vodafone Legal department demanding Rs.35, 000. This is a gross violation of the agreement we had made two days ago.

                          Further, Vodafone keeps saying that "they have been trying to contact me". This is ridiculous. They themselves had disconnected my services in Feb and rendered my mobile inactive. So how can they expect to contact me? I have shared my alternative number [protected] numerours times, but they keep saying the same thing. This is extremely, extremely disappointing, to say the least..

                            Last month bill of Jan I saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 495Rs for a d2c ndtv value pk 9 for 5 times which I did not authorize so I called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactivate this service as I did not activate this service However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service So am I supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please

                              After using Vodafone since last 6 + years, I Think it's time to move out of Vodafone. Now we have added advantage of continuing with the same number with any other provider.

                                Hi I request to change my IVR Language from Hindi to Tamil from 29/01/2015 more than a week they taken more than three request but there is no response but ticket are closing without resloving the issue i don't know how they doing, they block my IVR, i can't able to call Cust care.                                   This is to inform you that, recently I have submitted application and relevant document for Corporate mobile plan from Vodafone Prepaid Number([protected]) to Vodafone Postpaid.

                                  But after 48 hours i received message to Vodafone "We are unable to process your request for activation of your number [protected]".
                                  Kindly get in touch with systematic knowledge service pvt ltd. to more details.

                                  But after some time vodafone executive saying me your number [protected] is registered to natavarlal teraiya so identity mismatch that's why your application rejected actually Natavarlal Teraiya is My father name.but that time i purchase my Vodafone number [protected] and submitted document is mine.

                                    Hi Team, Name :- Tejas Patkar Mobile Number:- [protected] Yet another mess up by Vodafone here is the complete description of the issue. Two months ago on 24th November or 23rd November I got my 3g plan plan activate which was 500mb @ Rs 100 for 2 bill cycles and later on that will be Rs 150 for 500mb. I used the 3g for 1st bill cycle and the result was satisfactory and the bill was under control below 600 which is acceptable and fine for me. Now here is the fuss I used the 3g plan for 2nd month exactly the same way and the bill shows up 1581/- which is totally not expectable and was shocked to see the bill, immediately called up the support and informed about the same and ask them to deactivate the plan. I called the support at 198 for total 3 times and will describe the conversation as follows. 1st call:- There was lady which was soft spoken and which I felt had knowledge and she took my request to deactivate the plan and informed me that the plan will be deactivate in next 4hrs and once that plan is deactivated I can enable the new plan, I was ok with it and was waiting for the plan to get deactivated. She also mentioned the bill was generated today and she had no updated records I mentioned that will deal will that later once I have the bill in hands. So that’s all from her end. 2nd call:- This was a call with an extraordinary multitalented guys which speaks in Hinglish and Hindi his name was “Sivtej Vijaykumar Kalubarme” who had no clue what is the process and what are the protocols, I asked him to check if the plan is deactivated, he took some time and once he was back he said that the plan will get deactivated tomorrow as the request went into “Exception” which I am not sure and this guy was very rude and god knows who hired him for the customer support profile. He then was yelling at me “Aap bar bar wohi wohi puch rahe ho” I have the right to ask if I am not clear the previous lady said 4hrs and he said tomorrow, is she working in a different Vodafone organization the information should match which both the executives. I made him calm and then asked him for his details and he was not ready to give his identity. Please check the attached screenshots I have not got the Rs 100 plan deactivated and that shameless guy has activated Rs 650 plan for 3gb, WHO ASKED HIM TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN??? I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE 500MB PLAN WHO ASKED HIM TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN???. I want a proper explanation on this and why the bill for this month is 1581/- On a serious note I won’t be paying the bill unless there is proper justifications. 3rd Call:- Utter useless call who is not sure what he was doing, he took request to deactivate the Rs 650 plan and I am still waiting and he said charge for One day will be applicable WHY????? Who asked to activate???? I won’t be paying a single penny who guys are making a fuss and why should I pay. This will escalated to a higher management. Please let me know if this is not possible from your end will follow a different way to get this FIXED. Tejas Patkar [protected]

                                      i am Manish Virendra number [protected] and i have been charged for rs 99 for some service called d2c_salparni_looka which im not getting for what purpose i have been charged.im very dissapointed by vodafone service i think i should port to some other network who has cheap plans and no cheat policy.

                                        sir this is nahit Goyal my cell no is [protected]. actually i ahve been using the vodafone postpaid no for more than a year. earlier i was getting the very good services but before two or three months when i saw my bill and got shocked to see that the bill was additional having amount of 200 Rs or something. i called customer care and i paid it then i had a call with customer care and got an additional pack of 199 for extra net usage ..(i had a plan of 249 rs in which 400 mins +1 gb net 2g) then last month around the date 20 i called customer care and i told them to get a pack deactivated of rs 199 and suddenly i came to know that my credit limit was of rs 3800 and my outstanding bill was rs 4800 so i got shocked then i called customer care and they told me that the extra amount of was net so i told them that i hav ea pack of 1 gb so theu told me yr bill dat is 7th of the month so wait till 7th feb then your amount will be adjusted ... suddenly they discontinued my outgoing calls on saturday. now m suffering a lot ...
