My name is Balaji Vittal. My post paid number is [protected] with the Andhra Pradesh circle of Vodafone. I have been their customer since 2004 and have never defaulted on a payment. My bill dated 1st Feb was for Rs.15, 017 which is well within my credit limit of Rs.16, 900. And my payment due date is 19th Feb, so I have 13 days more time. However, Vodafone has barred all my services and rendered my connection inactive.. Their reason is -they say that there is an unbilled amount of Rs.17, 632 for which they refuse to share details with me. They insist that I must make the Rs.15, 017 payment if I want my services restored. Also, the 1st Feb bill of Rs.15, 017 has a few discrepancies for which I need clarity. And nobody is willing to clarify my queries despite me repeatedly calling their [protected] helpline. I have repeatedly told them over phone and written to them too saying that I will make the payment on due date as I have always done in the past 10 years. I pleaded with them to restore my services because, due to the disruption I am unable to make business calls, or make on-line payments towards my monthly payments on my credit card (because the One Time Password from the credit card issuer is sent to this mobile). I am also unable to book flight tickets to meet my family in Hyderabad because all my ticket bookings are done on my credit card. Their helpline [protected] repeatedly keeps putting me on hold and not respond. As a last recourse I called up their AP Nodal Officer but their response is the same - "Pay up Rs.15, 000 for re-activation" Nobody senior not even the Nodal Officer Mr. Madhavan wants to come on line and speak with me. Even the Relationship Manager Adi Narayana refuses to take my calls. Due to this, I have suffered financial losses in the past 10 days not to speak of the mental harassment, tension and agony. Also I fear for the safety of my family members as I ham told that these service providers send local thugs to peoples' home to collect money by using intimidation and threats. I am considering asking for police protection from the local Begampet Police Station too. Request your help to please get my services activated. My alternate contact number is[protected]. Ms.Shailaja, ([protected]) who claimed to be the Collections Head of Vodafone AP called me and committed to waiving all the Internet and GPRS charges. I only need to pay the voice charges she said. The amount thus came to Rs.7095.82. I communicated this to her on 13th Apr (Monday). She agreed to come back to me with the letter to the effect against which I am ready to make the payment of Rs.7095.82. Suddenly today I receive an e-mail from Vodafone Legal department demanding Rs.35, 000. This is a gross violation of the agreement we had made two days ago.

Further, Vodafone keeps saying that "they have been trying to contact me". This is ridiculous. They themselves had disconnected my services in Feb and rendered my mobile inactive. So how can they expect to contact me? I have shared my alternative number [protected] numerours times, but they keep saying the same thing. This is extremely, extremely disappointing, to say the least..

    Last month bill of Jan I saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 495Rs for a d2c ndtv value pk 9 for 5 times which I did not authorize so I called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactivate this service as I did not activate this service However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service So am I supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please

      After using Vodafone since last 6 + years, I Think it's time to move out of Vodafone. Now we have added advantage of continuing with the same number with any other provider.

        Hi I request to change my IVR Language from Hindi to Tamil from 29/01/2015 more than a week they taken more than three request but there is no response but ticket are closing without resloving the issue i don't know how they doing, they block my IVR, i can't able to call Cust care. My request no are:[protected] this is for Language Change, [protected] this is for to unblock IVR,[protected] this is for they dectucted my money without any reason.Vijay kumar is Exec who taken this request and he told with in 24 hours it will resolve i don't know how many 24 hours i need to wait.if i call from another network also call is not going. Cust care is very worst and IVR selection is not easy.very bad bad bad bad bad poor poor poor lazy lazy no respect so iam planning to change for another network, Now they started one popup you will not do anything but amount will be dectuted if you ask Cust care they will some reason, and i went same for Show room i get different answer there is no proper tranning.

          This is to inform you that, recently I have submitted application and relevant document for Corporate mobile plan from Vodafone Prepaid Number([protected]) to Vodafone Postpaid.

          But after 48 hours i received message to Vodafone "We are unable to process your request for activation of your number [protected]".
          Kindly get in touch with systematic knowledge service pvt ltd. to more details.

          But after some time vodafone executive saying me your number [protected] is registered to natavarlal teraiya so identity mismatch that's why your application rejected actually Natavarlal Teraiya is My father name.but that time i purchase my Vodafone number [protected] and submitted document is mine.

            Hi Team, Name :- Tejas Patkar Mobile Number:- [protected] Yet another mess up by Vodafone here is the complete description of the issue. Two months ago on 24th November or 23rd November I got my 3g plan plan activate which was 500mb @ Rs 100 for 2 bill cycles and later on that will be Rs 150 for 500mb. I used the 3g for 1st bill cycle and the result was satisfactory and the bill was under control below 600 which is acceptable and fine for me. Now here is the fuss I used the 3g plan for 2nd month exactly the same way and the bill shows up 1581/- which is totally not expectable and was shocked to see the bill, immediately called up the support and informed about the same and ask them to deactivate the plan. I called the support at 198 for total 3 times and will describe the conversation as follows. 1st call:- There was lady which was soft spoken and which I felt had knowledge and she took my request to deactivate the plan and informed me that the plan will be deactivate in next 4hrs and once that plan is deactivated I can enable the new plan, I was ok with it and was waiting for the plan to get deactivated. She also mentioned the bill was generated today and she had no updated records I mentioned that will deal will that later once I have the bill in hands. So that’s all from her end. 2nd call:- This was a call with an extraordinary multitalented guys which speaks in Hinglish and Hindi his name was “Sivtej Vijaykumar Kalubarme” who had no clue what is the process and what are the protocols, I asked him to check if the plan is deactivated, he took some time and once he was back he said that the plan will get deactivated tomorrow as the request went into “Exception” which I am not sure and this guy was very rude and god knows who hired him for the customer support profile. He then was yelling at me “Aap bar bar wohi wohi puch rahe ho” I have the right to ask if I am not clear the previous lady said 4hrs and he said tomorrow, is she working in a different Vodafone organization the information should match which both the executives. I made him calm and then asked him for his details and he was not ready to give his identity. Please check the attached screenshots I have not got the Rs 100 plan deactivated and that shameless guy has activated Rs 650 plan for 3gb, WHO ASKED HIM TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN??? I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE 500MB PLAN WHO ASKED HIM TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN???. I want a proper explanation on this and why the bill for this month is 1581/- On a serious note I won’t be paying the bill unless there is proper justifications. 3rd Call:- Utter useless call who is not sure what he was doing, he took request to deactivate the Rs 650 plan and I am still waiting and he said charge for One day will be applicable WHY????? Who asked to activate???? I won’t be paying a single penny who guys are making a fuss and why should I pay. This will escalated to a higher management.               i am Manish Virendra number [protected] and i have been charged for rs 99 for some service called d2c_salparni_looka which im not getting for what purpose i have been charged.im very dissapointed by vodafone service i think i should port to some other network who has cheap plans and no cheat policy.

                sir this is nahit Goyal my cell no is [protected]. actually i ahve been using the vodafone postpaid no for more than a year. earlier i was getting the very good services but before two or three months when i saw my bill and got shocked to see that the bill was additional having amount of 200 Rs or something. i called customer care and i paid it then i had a call with customer care and got an additional pack of 199 for extra net usage ..(i had a plan of 249 rs in which 400 mins +1 gb net 2g) then last month around the date 20 i called customer care and i told them to get a pack deactivated of rs 199 and suddenly i came to know that my credit limit was of rs 3800 and my outstanding bill was rs 4800 so i got shocked then i called customer care and they told me that the extra amount of was net so i told them that i hav ea pack of 1 gb so theu told me yr bill dat is 7th of the month so wait till 7th feb then your amount will be adjusted ... suddenly they discontinued my outgoing calls on saturday. now m suffering a lot ...

                  My vodafone no is [protected]. In bill for the month of dec 2014 generated on 3rd Jan 2015, i have been charged Rs. 228 extra for downloads of some packs which i never activated on the internet. When i called customer care they said that these charges will not be reversed and the service activated would also not be deactivated. I had to pay unwilingly Rs.228 plus service tax extra to the Company But the same problem came in the bill of jan 2015 generated on 3rd Feb 2015. Now i have been charged Rs. 346 extra for the same type of downloads from the internet which i never accessed on the any of the site. Following are the charges charged by vodafone company : 02/01/15-23:37:24 d2c_shotformats_ti 99 04/01/15-11:09:21 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 04/01/15-19:16:31 d2c_shotformats_ti 99 25/01/15-18:23:56 d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 99 Total comes to Rs. 346. When i called customer care and asked to provide me the detail of the same, they refused and said we can not provide the name of the site from these charges are incurred. This is a clear cut case of fraud activities involved on the part of the Company. They are unnecessary keep charging us the downloading charges which i have never accessed. I have seen the same type of complaint lodged from other consumer also against Vodafone Pls do the needful at the earliest and get the charges reversed at the earliest.

                    A transaction of Rs 99 + 12.3% taxes was made in my account namely d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9,

                    when i called customer care, asked a few questions and got only 1 answer from customer care executive.
                    1. Will i get a refund of it?
                    Ans. Its a service of a 3rd party and we can not refund as you clicked on some add on some site.

                    2. Why didn't vodafone asked for authorisation before charging anything to me on behalf of a 3rd party vendor.
                    Ans. Its a service of a 3rd party and we do not get to know it in between the billing cycle, as you clicked on some add on some site.

                    3. Why didn't vodafone send me a sms for the deduction as soon as it happened?
                    Ans: Its a service of a 3rd party and we do not get to know it in between the billing cycle, as you clicked on some add on some site.

                    4. How can i block such thing from happening in future?
                    Ans. We do not have provision to stop this service, as it is 3rd party services.

                    The solution i got after 50 mins call was,
                    Don't click on any such pop up, if i do, i'll be charged.

                    They cannot answer my simple question that, when all financial transactions online are opting for 2 step 3 step authorisation, how can vodafone pay money to a 3rd party in behalf of me without my consent.

                    I need my current refund and a way to stop this from happening in future.

                      I have been charged extra Rs.99+Rs.99 for download charges, but no downloads were ever initiated.
                      On contacting the customer care, the representative talks very rudely, and when asked to talk to his manager, the manages also talks rudely and demands to cut the call instead of explaining to me about the charges.

                          We M/s S K Agrawal & Co, Kolkata are using corporate Vodafone connection. We recently shifted our office to a new location in kolkata and thereafter requested vodafone to change the address in its records. Vodafone replied and gave us a list of documents to produce which included copy of a LANDLINE telephone bill at the new address. We submitted a copy of the Airtel landline bill at our office. However Vodafone refused to accept it. Now it said that they need a document by a PSU or a government agency. We submitted a copy of our bank statement from a PSU bank. Vodafone again did not accept it and is now insisting on a Trade licence. God knows when this will end.

                            I bought 2 postpaid connections from Vodafone in the month of October 2014. On 1 of my number I got 3G plan activated. In the monthly bill they charged Rs 750 additional for some service which I never opted to use. They did the same in the 2nd month's bill also. After repeated complaints and even after making the payment for the bill except that additional Rs 750, which they charged, they kept on saying that they requested for waiver of the extra amount. But ultimately they did not waived it till January 2015. In January they waived off the amount of Rs 750 but only for 1 month's bill. And in between this period they disconnected line on that number for innumerable number of times, which caused a lot of botheration for me. Now they are still asking me to pay around Rs 650, which they should have waived off from the second month's bill. I again requested the store manager to waive off that amount and he said he will do it soon. Now as on 5th Feb 2015, its still not waived off and they have disconnected my other number also, as both the connections I bought together and this was a Closed User Group (CUG) connection. My second number is used for all official and business purposes and because of disconnection of this number I am facing a lot of trouble and loss in terms of money and reputation also. I want this to be fixed as soon as possible and also they should compensate me for whatever losses I have incurred because of them. My first number is [protected] (on which 3G service is active) and my second number is [protected] (which is my official and business number).

                              I have opted for monthly 125 rental for the corporate plan that has been shared to me by Vodafone. However, to my surprise, that have charged us monthly rental of Rs.375. I have paid the first invoice thinking that they will adjust this in the second invoice. However, inspite of repeated mails, calls that I have been sending to Vodafone team, billing department, corporate team handling our company account, no action has been taken by them. Over to that, they continued sending invoices to me which I have denied to make the payment. Now they have sent the mail to me through their lawyer asking me to make the payment of pending invvoices along with 18% interest.                                   Rs 99 was deducted from my vodafone account(no. [protected]) for "d2c ndtv" which i have not used/opted/subscribed for, on 16th jan 2015 . I have already filled a complaint in the vodafone site and informed vodofone customer care as well but no response from them and amount was not refunded till the date. Requesting you to kindly look into this and help me to let the amount refunded back-Thank You

                                    Vodafone people disconnected my no. Mentioning there is another no. On my name which have some balance due n this no. Was deactivated an year back. N i never used this no. Still m suffering. M totally stucked neither i can msg, call nor port it to some other network. Having all my dues clear. I just don't understand this mess up. N no one is helping at vodafone india.

                                        m using vodafone since 3 years now, since last 10 months m in roaming n requested vodafone care to do something wid my roaming charges.initially they were so reluctant to give any advise n straightway told to me to go to d place where ur card belongs to.for any query. In month of december a guy from customer care suggested me to activate a RAOM LIKE HOME plan which is absolutely free of cost n no monthely charge wil b applied and it wil work as my original plan which is actually a Rs 99 rental plan. but stil m getting so mch of bill amount. really m fed up of this service. i kindly request u to do something wid this otherwise i wil shift to someother service n wont even pay d billing amount.
