I have placed an order for installation of ILL service at my project site in Kolkata, West Bengal. I have done the paper work and the location of installation of tower been jointly decided with Vodafone India and my personnel. On the day of final survey before installation, Vodafone India personnel say that the tower cannot be installed at the decided place. If it could not have been installed at the decided place then why did they not see the place during the initial survey while placing the order. I had waited for more than a month and just before installation they tell me that it cannot be installed at the decided place and that the location has to be changed.

Even after this, I agreed that the tower get installed at the new location, I was assured that this matter will be taken up on urgent basis and ILL service will be provided to me within 10 days. But it has already been more than a month that there has been no communication from Vodafone India end regarding the current situation.

I have become fed up of Vodafone now.


I would request you to kindly look into this matter urgently as non-availability of your ILL connection is causing extreme difficulty to my project and is making communication very difficult for me.

I dont want to this activation. So, request to you please stop this type of sms and deactivate of this type of sms pack and return my balance of Rs. 10. Thanking You. with regards...       Why there is no Filter at Vodafone Network for fake International missed calls coming to Consumers again and again. Is Vodafone sleeping on this and not tracking this. This is to refer to International Fake missed calls coming to Vodafone Post Paid customers like me-[protected] and my husband -Ashish Pandey- [protected] Vodafone Number - [protected] and [protected] Receiving ISD Call from Morraco/ Pakistan/Latvia, other countries continuously on our number. +371 Latvia +265 +212 Morroco We are not going to pay single penny for any such ISD Calls - Rs. 585 shown below for ISD on my number [protected] We were delighted customer of Vodafone since long time, but look like now we have to change our plan to other companies.

        This looks like fraud from vodaphone. I am using vodaphone prepaid no. [protected]. I am also using 3g internet plan. On multiple occasions Rupees 99 & 49 got decuted from my main balance, After talking with customer care I didn't get any positive response on this issue. Customer care told me that I downloaded some contents from some website. But actually I didn't open or downloaded any such type o[censored]rl/data. The person from customer care with whom I talked regarding this fraud was not ready to file complaint against this. I believe vodaphone is responsible for this and they should return my balance.

          I also got a call from [protected] and he told me that i have won the prize of Rs 25, 00, 000 in KBC7 & he give me another number of Akash Verma [protected] . After calling Akash Verma he told me to give him my bank account to transfer winning price of Rs.25 LaC. I google searched AKASH VERMA and the number they gave and got few tips. Later on one person call up identifying him to be Akash Verma asking me to give my bank account number. When I asked him to first tell me where +92 code is from, the person said its online code from kolkota. He immediately hung up the phone when I told that I am on line and that he should tell me about +92 code. please do the needfull to stop such fraud calls.

              My vodafone no. is [protected].I am a vivid customer of vodafone and went on to switch my no. from prepaid to postpaid.i went to the vodafone store a lot, talked to executives and have done all that possible things to make my sim work.Even the voda guys are not able to make it work.my sim is activated but everytime i make a call from my number it gets diverted to vodafone people.IT people has something to do with it, says the vodafone store people.It has already been 4 days. I've faced a lot of problems because of this studpid company.i don't want to carry on with this anymore.i think it's time to switch to some better network company.Have already been let down.This was not expected of you.

                I m a vodafone postpaid user with no [protected]...i recived my January's postpaid bill with illegaly charged for incoming during roaming but i requesed for roaming pack for last month and it was activated on my number... Last to last month it was also activated on my number and company said it was autorenual pack... Vodafone also charged extra money for a std pack which was activated by me last monyh and they charged money for this pack for next month also... But why i pay advance which i not used..

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Incoming calls & outgoing calls are stoped in my apartment.First time i am facing this type issue in 5 years.My location 7th floor Haware Tiara sec-13, plot no.185, kharghar navi mumbai.Network is displaying full, when we go down we are able to connect the calls.All below options has been Executed --Mobile RestartTaking sim in & out Please let me know do i need to change my network because my important calls are missed.My family is using 3 sims(2 Prepaid, 1 post Paid).Because of this problem no body able to connect to any body.this is not acceptable for Please acknowledge as soon as possible

                      This looks like fraud from vodaphone. I am using vodaphone prepaid no. [protected]. I am also using 3g internet plan. On 31 Jan 2015 Rupees 99 got decuted from my main balance, After talking with customer care I didn't get any positive response on this issue. Customer care told me that I downloaded some contents from 'mobc ganak' website. But actually I didn't open such type o[censored]rl, even whole day I was not using Internet. The person with whome I talked regarding this fraud was : Shaikh, but he was not ready file complaint againts this. My enquiry no. is : [protected] I believe vodaphone is responsible for this and they should return my balance.

                      I got call from vodaphone head office but the concern person was asking about my bank sensitive details(not only account no. with debit card no. as well) to refund 99 rupees.
                      This amount should be refunded in my mobile balance actually.

                        Rs. 99 has been automaticaly deducted 2 times from my prepaid balance towards SALTARNE during the last 2 months without my confirmation. I have not subscribedto any such service or offer. In the last 15 days itself, Rs. 200/- is deducted towards SALTARNE. I would like my total deductions refunded immediately into my prepaid balance.                           my vodafone postpaid no. is [protected] on bill no: [protected] for bill period:06.12.14 to 06.01.15 vodafone charge me rs 296 for unknown downloads which i never did. vodafone charge me rs99 for wapvill ppd, [protected]@49 two times and [protected]@99 . when i called 198 and they were unable to explain about downloads . they don't know the sites from which these downloads i did not pay my overbill so after 3 days of due date 24 jan my connection got discontinued help me out

                            I received my bill as Rs.2546.19 while I recently paid Rs.1000 on 28th jan . Also I have seen extra charges of Rs. 262 in this bill for 0 kb download which is not acceptable at all. Please correct the bill . Also I have been charged late payment charges as Rs. 100 and I shall tell you that I had a series of discussion with your teams regarding my previous Bill discrepancy and I was very disappointed with your service as everytime some new member used to communicate and was unable to understand our problem so I am not willing to pay Rs. 100 along with Rs. 262. Please correct the bill and send back the actual amount to pay so that I can pay the rest amount and cancel the Vodafone connection Your service is extremely dissatisfactory in terms of customer service and customer satisfaction and I will make sure to update this to my Corporate team.

                              Sir, I got a call from vodafone on 23/01/2015 at 10.30 AM that, I am a premium member, and I will get 500MB additional data ( after 24 hrs) after deducting Rs149 from my account. That is 1GB for Rs 149. I gave permission to do that. After 24 hrs I did't get the extra data of 500MB. Then I registered a complaint on 25/01/2015 regarding the above matter. Complaint no. is[protected]. Customer care executive told me that I will get the extra data on 29/01/2015 at 6.00PM. I did't get the data on that day, and call back to customer care. Executive told that the data will get after 24 hrs. I did't get the data after 24 hrs. I again call back to customer care, the executive told that, I recharged only Rs149, So they cannot do so.                                 Dear Sir/Medan My Mobile no. is [protected] - Vodafone postpaid connection My complaints are not taken care by CUG coordinator. i have given many calls and emails for solving the problem but the same is yet not solved. Instead penalty charges are levid every month. Coordinator Name : Mr. Ambuj/ Mr. Vikas 'services.[protected]@yahoo.com' [protected] I have requested to close 3G plan for last 2 month but the same is not deactivated. for first two month charges are reversed but now in third month again they have charged. however this time no action taken even though various email and calls given to tham..i havent paid excess billing and communicated the same throgh mail even thoght penalty of non payment levied for billig of JAN and FEB month. Please go throgh with my previous complaints to CUG coordinators 1. September Bill detail and query - Bill Detail MICV 299 30D : 27/08/14 to 26/09/14 - 299.00/- ( 299 3G PM) Monthly rental : 27/08/14 to 07/09/14 - 48.39/- ( 125 PM) Monthly rental 08/09/14 to 26/09/14 - 229.84 (ST CR MV E Connect 375 3G) Total : 577.23+ ST 71.35 to tatal 648.58 I have received call from Vodafone customer care on 08/09/14 where a New plan of 375 Rs. PM told to me. The plan detail include 2G Internet plan and 500 Minute free. Which was suitable to me. However I told him that activate that plan only by deactivation exiting plan of 125 + 299 (3G) where the executive assured me that old plan and new plan will be charged proportionately i.e (up to 7th OLD Plan 125+299 & from 8th to 26 new plan of 375). However when I received the bill I observed that 3G plan has been charged for full month. Please waive off charges of 3G plan for the period from 8th to 26th September 2014. I had also lodge a complained in customer care ref no. 78809474. Action : Reversed ok 2.                                 This Vodafone is a thief.
                                I had one connection in the West Bengal circle, I switched it to Airtel. So did my brother in Bangalore and now I have 2 more numbers in Bangalore for me and my wife which I am switching to Airtel.
                                I hope you did the same by now, if not get it done otherwise Vodafone will keep on looting you till you get bankrupt.

                                  i have been paying the Vodafone bills every month through bill payment mechanism provided by my bank, ICICI bank One payment made in Oct 2014 amounting to Rs 5570 is being disputed by Vodafone since the last three months though the subsequent payments have been received . Despite sending them the transaction receipt number and even the email received from the bank the at the amount has been debited from my bank account and passed on to Vodafone, Mumbai, they sent legal notice to me for non payment . I have been a post paid customer for several years and despite appealing to nodal officers and applate e authority, the company has chosen the legal route. How can the money debited to my bank account and sent to the Vodafone account go missing just for one month.? When the bank certifies that the money has been remitted to Vodafone account, they are not accepting and instead have sent legal notice for recovery Now they should punished for this action.

                                    On 14th April I had placed application for porting of my Airtel no to Vodafone no. I was told at that moment that nano sim is not available at the store and they will give me nano sim within a week once no is ported. I daily gave calls at the store to check the status of my application and I was told that it is under process. After a week I.e on 21st when I visited the store to collect sim I was told that my application for porting has been rejected. Store people did not even bothered to call me and inform me that my application has been rejected. When I visited the store myself all of sudden I was informed that it's rejected. And still 1 week was passed and they did not managed to get nano sim. Then again on 23rd Jan they placed my application and everyday I called up and visited the store daily for nano sim. Everyday I was told we will give you sim in 1 day 2 day. Every day I was given excuses. On 26th it was told to me that once my Airtel no is deactivated they will surely give me nano sim. It's been 2 days that my Airtel sim has been deactivated and vodafone no has been ported but still They have not given me nano sim. I have been visiting the store daily since past 15 days still really very irresponsible behaviour of store. And also the person in store named Anil survesne working at Vishal nagar Pune vodafone store he talked so rudely to me today and discovered my cal also when I was saying something. And when I said I will escalate this matter he responded back saying "jo complaint raise krni hai kr lo likh lo Mera naam poora. Darta nai mei kisi se" he was so rude and really no manners how to talk to customer and that too when it's a girl and I have been daily going to store for getting nano sim since 14 Jan till date. Still till today I have not got nano sim and they are again giving excuses that by tomorrow we will give you sim and all. Please see to this irresponsible and rude behaviour of Vodafone store. I have not been able to use my no since past 15 days and I feel it's the biggest mistake for me to convert my no to Vodafone. I will never recommend anyone to take Vodafone now.

                                      Hello sir,
                                      I am somil pandey (advocate)with mobile no.[protected] recharged my number with net pack(rs.46, data 175 mb) on 30th january.I got a notification regarding some update which required 300+ mb of data. So I again recharged it with a net pack of 147 i.e 500 mb the final available data balance was only 500 mb.my previous net pack was overwritten and I lost the complete 175 mb of data without even using it n I suffered a loss of 46 rupees.
                                      I would request u gentlemen to look into the matter n make sure that the same should be refunded as soon as possible.I communicated the same to ur customer care but no satisfying reply was given.i demanded the customer care guy to hook me up with someone senior so that I discuss the same with him but he refused to transfer my call.
                                      If it is ur policy that the previous net pack is overwritten on recharge with a greater net pack I would suggest u to review it cause it is completely unjustified.please look into the matter expeditiously n kindly come upup with a solution that would undo my monetary as well as loss of faith that i have in Vodafone service.

                                        Sir/Madam This is to bring you notice that i brought a new vodafone number ([protected]) on 26/1/2015 which was not started till now because of mismatch of local address. I called on 177 for registration of complaint, they give waiting period of 24 hour. After finishing of 24 hour i called again but they told me that to again wait for 24 hour as there is no complaint register. Plz help me to get started my number as it is not started till now.
